Mel is nuts. He puts on a suit and a tie and acts like a normal person so people think he's okay. He's definitely out in left field. He's got the ambition of a boy.

Rhymes Stop Here
In this world there are two types,
The normal people and the not so normal,
The normal ones are the ones who wear stripes,
Always dressing as they need to be formal.
The not so normal ones,
Act and dress totally nuts,
Some wear dark makeup by the tons,
Some even get the courage or the guts,
To tell you what is right or not.
I stopped rhyming to tell you,
That even though some are different on the outside,
We are all the same on the inside.
Remember this when you sum up the stupid to bully again.

The Am I Nuts Test
Before taking The Am I Nuts Test,
Do your best to be objective and prepared...
To declare 'yourself',
As crazy as a bed bug!
Why declare this?
It will be easier to take the test,
With the acknowledgement...
There had been someone who picked on a bed bug,
To proclaim and announce it crazy.
Okay?
Now you should feel open to accept,
All possibilities.
First...
Have you ever discovered yourself quick to deny,
Anything?
Think about this and be honest.
Second...
Are you afraid to be critiqued?
For any physical flaws and blemishes you keep?
Third...
Do you seek to mask your insecurities?
With a pointing out those of others...
As you desperately try to secretly hide,
Those of your own that are hidden deep?
Fourth...
Do you get up each morning,
With wishes to find someone to impress.
Without first expressing a thankfulness for your blessings?
Do you find a need to rehearse this first?
Fifth...
Are you envious and jealous,
Of those addressing with confidence their identities?
Does this irritate you to no end?
And you are convinced,
They actually are trying to run away...
From their strange and differentness.
Do you feel people like this pretend?
And you remain one of the few...
Who advocate a 'normalcy' wishing others to approve?
Well...
You 'are' nuts!
And there is no need to have the results discussed.
If you believe others are out of their minds,
With a few like you being 'normal'.
And no evidence around you to validate and find.
You 'are' nuts and out of your mind.
No one today is normal.
'What makes you qualified to administer a test like this? '
Long ago I was confirmed as being dysfunctional.
And I resisted this refusing to admit it.
But today those dysfunctional,
Seem to be the ones left who have common sense.
'So...
You too are nuts? '
No.
My preference is to stay,
As dysfunctional for as long as I can.
I find to admit it makes me more marketable.
To discover someone is nuts,
Puts a limit to their opportunities.
And...
To debate with someone about the mentalities of bed bugs,
Is way out of my league.
I enjoy my life lived as simple as possible.

You Must Be Nuts? You've Got To Be!
You 'must' be nuts?
You've got to be!
You are telling me,
I can not have...
What has been given,
To my brothers and sisters...
Whether or not they had asked for it?
And this has been done,
IN my presence to disregard my loyalty?
You must be nuts?
You've got to be!
Not only am I going to have what I want...
But I am also going to remind you,
Once I get it...
Just what I think of your acts,
Of attempting to prevent me...
From not having the kind of life,
To do as I please!
You must be nuts?
You've got to be!

We Just Go Nuts At Christmastime
Up the driveway, down the walk
Oh, janets hair is like her moms
Whos got her own, but acts like somethings
Different from the eyebrows up
Seems like only yesterday
Our d-i-v-o-r-c-e
I love you both and yuletide is pure
H-e-double-l for me
And we just go nuts at christmastime
Thats when everything falls apart
We just go nuts at christmastime
But its another year before were together again
Hi, this is john of they might be giants
As youre driving down the highway at 100 miles an hour with your head wagging out the window,
We urge you, please, put down the phone
We just go nuts at christmastime
Thats when everything falls apart
We just go nuts at christmastime
But its another year before were together
Again

Actually I consider myself a superficially normal looking person who has a vast collection of bizarre silly porn hidden in his basement, as all normal looking people do, and I'm keeping it hidden from everyone in the world except those few people with access to the Internet.

The Normal Person
'They taste funny, says the child who doesn't want to take his daily pills.
Am I not functional without them? '
'Yes says his father, who is slightly irritated by his son question.
You will take them.
For they will make you a 'Normal' person.'
'Dad, the boy sequels with utmost curiosity!
What is 'Normal'?
Well son, 'Only where people exhibit similarities can normal exist.',
in admired manner he says.
'How boring', the child slurs with his tongue sticking out of his mouth.

They Live In Division
People of ignorance take no time to learn,
But rush to judgement to incite a fighting done...
Dawn after dawn and after many midnights.
They live in division.
People.
People of ignorance initiate hate.
With a wasting of time to find themselves,
Replaced.
By the acts of Mother Nature.
And the reality of this no one claims is faked.
Then people in this condition expect overnight,
Their self-centered appetites...
To be restored as they would like.
Even when the winds have broken tree limbs.
They live in division.
Even when God wants division to end,
They live in division.
People...
To even ignore every message sent,
They live in division.
People...
Stuck in ruts like nuts cracked up,
They live in division.
People...
Even when the winds have broken tree limbs.
They live in division.
People of ignorance initiate hate.
With a wasting of time to find themselves,
Replaced.
By the acts of Mother Nature.
And the reality of this no one claims is faked.
But...
Even when the winds have broken tree limbs.
They live in division.
People...
To even ignore every message sent,
They live in division.
People...
Stuck in ruts like nuts cracked up,
They live in division.
People...
Stuck in ruts like nuts cracked up,
They live in division.
People...
They live in division.
People...
They live in division.

Love is hard
What happens when you have to say goodbye
do everything just go back to normal
well i can't do because im already intangled
in the mist of the love i feel for you
is it normal
to fall for a guy who already has one week
one week left to seem me
untill he leaves for college
to go his separate ways
is it normal
for me to cry at his graduation
for me to break down
when i only began to know him
is it normal
for me to be jealous of the thought of future girls
when i know that we cant be together anymore
love is the best and worst thing tha can ever happen
love is hard
is it normal

Suffering is self imposed
Everyone has ambition;
Everyone has intelligence.
When one’s ambition does not
Suit one’s intelligence
Suffering occurs more in quantum.

Soldiers Heart
sir
i am no normal person
i was no normal child
brought up in the country
one view in my mind
this country we live in
this place we call home
this is my england
with honour to the thrown
i'd fight for queen and country
if the call was made
i'd fight under the flag
this is my way
people think im crazy
people think im mad
this is no normal heart
it is the heart of the soldier
born and bred a soldier
the title i never took
instead im known as police officer
a baton is my rifle
different colour uniform
my boots the same as all the soldiers
my heart the sames as theirs
so when you ask me my name sir
the reply that you will get
i am but a soldier sir
and that i will never forget

You actually have a lot more enemies being a star than you do being a normal person, because some people get jealous, some people don't think you're fit for it, or some people just wanna be doing what you do.

Phat
The word 'fat' is a term,
That 'skinny people' use,
Because they don't know what else to say,
When they see a 'fat person.'
No one has to be so rude about it,
When they see a 'fat person' eating ice cream,
Or sitting around watching others,
But some 'skinny people' don't understand to just dropp a conversation.
The word 'rude' is what 'fat people' use when someone makes fun of them,
'Fat people' are all over the world,
And yet - 'skinny people' don't want to accept the fact that 'fat people' are in this cruel world,
So some 'skinny people' have to act like they're all that and be mean to others.
There are people in this world that are 'low class' and are different from the people in the 'higher class, '
Because some people in the 'lower class' goes into depression and eat,
Because of the events happening in their life,
And so they become 'fat.'
But what 'skinny people' explain,
Is that they are slobs and can't eat normal instead of shoving food down their throat,
But what 'fat people' explain,
Is that they try to lose weight, but some of them can't because it's hard.
'Skinny people' make fun of them and 'fat people' let them,
Because some 'skinny people' don't know how it feels like to be 'fat, '
And some 'skinny people' call 'fat people' ugly and of course 'fat, '
But what 'skinny people' don't know is that we all are phat.

They don't allow you to go any further unless you can do this bomb suit training, because it puts such a mental strain on your spirit. It dumbs you down about 25 to 30 IQ points. You start to hallucinate in the heat inside the suit after 20-30 minutes. So you try not to stay in it too dang long. So the preparation for that - it's either you have it, or you do not.

Alone
It's what I always think
It's why I see red everynight
Alone is how I feel every minute of the day
It's etched in my skin
So deep I can't get it out
Maybe it's how I'm supposed to be
Maybe just maybe I'll live a normal life
What is normal anyway?
I used to think normal was overrated
What changed?
I grew up and now it's all makeup and boys
I used to be my own person
Not caring what people thought
But now all I care about is makeup and trying to get guys to like me
I wish I could go back to that time when I was Alone and tell my self it will all be okay soon
I will move and I'll want this feeling to go away
I don't want to feel Alone anymore
I cry everynight before I go to bed
I cut deeper and deeper everytime the blade hits my skin
When will it end?
When will I be able to say I overcame my bad childhood?
I won't be able to because I'm
ALONE

The Suit
A man taken in or a suit left behind? Whichever one is it?
You decide!
Door opened man unleashed, pass found, embarrassed they were,
Ashamed she felt; separation and isolation begun.
In pain she silently suffered
In anguish she befriended sorrow since that was all she had and knew
All she was ever good for after that fateful day was a mere conversation comprising a word or two!
Pass me the salt he would at times gently yell
and knowing she had wronged him sometime back,
she would oblige and pass him the salt.
Not wanting to be isolated any longer she would make small talks
but for he was never interested he would pull a straight face
and continue with his meal.
Like a pride of lions feasting on their kill he would
not say a word more during his meal.
A man taken in or a suit left behind enough was enough!
She had decided that tomorrow at dawn all would come to a complete "halt"
Like a normal day he would sit there have his meal
but on this particular day she silently slipped into the other room
and hung herself to death.
In suffocation she kicked and screamed not for his help
but for she was going to suffer no more.
A man taken in or a suit left behind?
Whichever one is it you decide!

Lament For Short People (Fun Poem 12)
Even a tall person to a short person,
their problems I can relate,
tall people bump into low hanging doors,
while short people cannot reach shelves too high.
In shops there are no normal shelves,
some are near the ceiling,
while others are inches from the floor.
Normally the good stuff is put on the top shelf,
where you need a pair of stilts to reach.
Therefore, the short person has to jump up and down,
just like a jack in the box,
for anything they want.
Some short people feel intimidated,
by the tall people that they meet.
They should not be,
because size is not the difference,
but its personalities.
Now if they worked together,
they could walk at the same height.
No man is different from another,
no matter what size he is.
So short and tall people of this word,
I have but one word for both of you - unite.
