To sin offers repentance and forgiveness; not to sin offers only punishment.

Safe Haven
My ears hear thy words
My sails capture thy wind
My mind thou bewilders
My heart offers respite
My soul offers shelter
My spirit knows only truth

The dissident does not operate in the realm of genuine power at all. He is not seeking power. He has no desire for office and does not gather votes. He does not attempt to charm the public, he offers nothing and promises nothing. He can offer, if anything, only his own skin — and he offers it solely because he has no other way of affirming the truth he stands for. His actions simply articulate his dignity as a citizen, regardless of the cost.

Wicked
Born wicked, but covered in blood, from the saving fountain above,
A fountain that flows from Calvary, to save a wicked sinner like me;
Born separated, right from my birth, as a lost sinner upon this earth,
Separated from God up above, who reached down with saving love.
God sent to us a cleansing flood, through His Son’s precious blood,
A flood which covered all the earth, affording all men a spiritual birth,
To every soul, within every nation, God offers in Christ His Salvation,
And to every sinner God offers life, through The Savior, Jesus Christ.
Dark and wicked down to my heart, but, God gave to me a new start,
Bringing me to Calvary’s Cross, He began to purge my wicked dross,
My Lord as Savior I came to know, said He’d make me white as snow,
As red as scarlet, my sin may be, I’m washed in The Blood of Calvary.
Dead in sin, I was spiritually lost, But, The Lord God, paid all the cost,
For all my sin and its punishment, through His Only Son, He had sent,
When on God’s Son my sin was laid, full payment for my sin He paid,
The Son bore all my wickedness, and gave to me, His Righteousness.
Though wicked and vile to the core, when on the cross my sin He bore,
God’s forgiveness was sent my way, and I stand in Jesus Christ today,
Now when God looks down on me, it is the Blood of Christ He will see,
The Blood which truly sets me apart, now that Christ dwells in my heart.

The Mayor Of The Town
at first he offers you a basket of bread
perhaps he knows that you are hungry not having eaten for a day
you touch one, tear it, and have yourself a fill
it is fine
you exchange ideas
laugh at matters which both of you think funny
he offers a drink and you take a glass
thinking that this guy must be sincere in helping you away from hunger and thirst
you sleep soundly the whole night
and the following morning he comes to you again
bringing some strings and you think this must be a way to
strengthen bonds
then he speaks about a puppet and you do not like it
and he burst into anger
that is the end of the political affair
you do not want to be that puppet on a string.

Dowry
A deal in helpless conditions
Yet arranged with great zeal,
A crime againt humanity
Yet committed by even the guardians of law.
Certainly a crime committed by both sides,
One offers
And other demands
Both are equally responsible,
Both are inhuman and immoral,
Both deserve punishment.

Money Is A Very Evil Friend
When a man is not use to receiving help from a true friend.
He offers gifts of all kinds.
He's afraid that they won't stick around.
He has only known monetary friends.
So when somebody refuses his gifts he thinks he did something wrong.
He next move is thank them repeatedly as if he was asking for forgiveness.
Money is a very evil friend.

Woman only accepts love.
Woman offers man her body
For the love expected of him.
Man offers woman his love
For the body expected of her.
He byes her flesh with his love.
She buys his love with her flesh.
The deal over, both find themselves
Wanting the gain contemplated.

Love, I Want
The girl who has lost in wilderness
I do not have her company.
The girl who is a nightingale
I do not have her symphony.
The girl who is a dazzling beauty
I do not have her pity.
The girl who has oozing grace and youth
I have not enjoyed both.
The girl who has dark and deep eyes
I do not have its amorous sighs.
The girl who always wears a lovely smile,
The girl who follows a different style,
I am anxious to get her favour,
I want to be her one and only lover.
The girl who is callous and ruthless,
She offers and I get severe pain.
The girl who is wanton and betrayer,
She offers love and I cannot share.
Love does not come the way I want,
Rather it comes and gives heart-burnt.

Of Fire and Love
Love is very much like fire. It offers warmth and energy. It offers vitality and emotional connectedness.
When you stare into a fire and watch the dancing flames it is beautiful, hypnotic, and leaves a warm after-glow. Fire is nature in it's most raw form.
Love is also raw and an integral piece of what is natural between people. Love like fire, has to be attended, contained, nurtured and given special care and attention.
Without these commitments to love it can become as destructive as a wild fire laying waste to a forrest. Take care of your most beloved and bask in the warm afterglow.

Take a bad look at yourself
The mirror only offers us... reflection,
inverting down the axis, what is there.
So left is right across this intersection.
We never see in it, what others share.
We wash our faces, brush our teeth or shave
while gazing at this stranger we know well.
Accustomed to the convex and concave,
the magnified or back-lit link to Hell.
It never shows the 'Candy Man' behind us,
unless the Demon really dwells within.
The flash when he reveals himself may blind us
this specter of our past and future sin.
And though now, (thanks to Facebook and such sites)
we see more photographs of how we look,
when misbehaving out on drunken nights,
with candid snaps we wish they'd never took.
Perhaps, those show more than the mirror does?
Those moments when our guard is truly down.
The beast accompanies that bad beer buzz,
then the morning mirror offers me, the proof that I'm a clown.

Strange Is The Path When You Offer Love
Do not mention the name of love,
O my simple-minded companion.
Strange is the path
When you offer your love.
Your body is crushed at the first step.
If you want to offer love
Be prepared to cut off your head
And sit on it.
Be like the moth,
Which circles the lamp and offers its body.
Be like the deer, which, on hearing the horn,
Offers its head to the hunter.
Be like the partridge,
Which swallows burning coals
In love of the moon.
Be like the fish
Which yields up its life
When separated from the sea.
Be like the bee,
Entrapped in the closing petals of the lotus.
Mira's lord is the courtly Giridhara.
She says: Offer your mind
To those lotus feet.
Angels
I sit and wait
Does an angel contemplate my fate
And do they know
The places where we go
When we're grey and old
'cos I have been told
That salvation lets their wings unfold
So when I'm lying in my bed
Thoughts running through my head
And I feel the love is dead
I'm loving angels instead
And through it all she offers me protection
A lot of love and affection
Whether I'm right or wrong
And down the waterfall
Wherever it may take me
I know that life won't break me
When I come to call she won't forsake me
I'm loving angels instead
When I'm feeling weak
And my pain walks down a one way street
I look above
And I know I'll always be blessed with love
And as the feeling grows
She breathes flesh to my bones
And when love is dead
I'm loving angels instead
And through it all she offers me protection
A lot of love and affection
Whether I'm right or wrong
And down the waterfall
Wherever it may take me
I know that life won't break me
When I come to call she won't forsake me
I'm loving angels instead
And through it all she offers me protection
A lot of love and affection
Whether I'm right or wrong
And down the waterfall
Wherever it may take me
I know that life won't break me
When I come to call she won't forsake me
I'm loving angels instead

Second Chance
What do you do when love comes along
And offers your heart a chance to move on
With no guarantees, no safety net,
Trust what you feel, you take that first step
Just close your eyes
And reach for the moment before it slips by
Here is your second chance, take it and fly
The weight of the world, the need to survive
Has made you believe that you got no right
And out of the blue,
You meet someone who offers a place warm as the sun
Just close your eyes
Reach for the moment before it slips by
Here is your second chance, take it and fly
Just when you think love is a distant dream
Oh, fate give you wings
Just close your eyes
And reach for the moment before it slips by
Here is your second chance, take it and fly

The Love Poem
Love is understanding
Love is compromise
Love is generosity
Love is sacrifice
Love does not discriminate
Love is free of charge
Love is the solution
Love is who we are
Love is universal
Love is heaven sent
Love was fastened to the cross
Love's greatest testament
Love is triumphant
Love is somersaults
Love is compassion
Love is free of fault
Love is forgiveness
Love offers a hand
Love is eternal
Love is His command

There is one who kisses, and the other who offers a cheek.
A woman who offers sex to everyone will get kicked by everyone.
