I wont stop following you
Now help me pray for
The death of everything new
Then well fly farther
cause your my girl and thats alright
If you sting me, I wont mind
Well stop to rest on the moon
Well make a fire
Ill steal a carcass for you
Then feed off the virus
Cause your my girl and thats alright
If you sting me, I wont mind
Cause your my girl and thats alright
If you sting me, I wont mind

I see a red light in june
And I hear crying
You turn newborn baby blue

Nothing is so great an example of bad manners as flattery. If you flatter all the company, you please none; If you flatter only one or two, you offend the rest.

Intentional

No matter what may be done or said,
When that action in time takes place...
Someone will feel left out instead.
Not because of the action,
Done or said.
But how it was related when instigated.

Whoever made it fun for one,
To berate another with a blurting tongue...
The day will come,
When a similar deed is repeated.
With a singing of a song sung,
Or a tune heard hummed.

With no exit to ignore it to escape or leave,
The perpetrator remembered...
Will then be seeking empathy.
That no one with heart and soul intact,
Will care to release to relieve.
To set one free from memories.

This Earth is not flat,
It looks as if round.
And rotates on an axis,
To return to a place of origin always found.
And that is a fact when one sits to think,
Of those thoughts trapped to sit cemented...
In intentional inequities inflicted to sting and meant!

Inflicted to sting and meant!
What goes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Comes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
What goes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Comes around...
Inflicted to sting and meant!

It is all quite intentional.

'Never accuse me again,
Of not having substance! '

Inflicted to sting and meant!
'Never...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Accuse...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Me...
Inflicted to sting and meant!
Again! '
Inflicted to sting and meant!

Vanity Of The Creature Sanctified

Honey though the bee prepares,
An envenomed sting he wears;
Piercing thorns a guard compose
Round the fragrant blooming rose.

Where we think to find a sweet,
Oft a painful sting we meet:
When the rose invites our eye,
We forget the thorn is nigh.

Why are thus our hopes beguiled?
Why are all our pleasures spoiled?
Why do agony and woe
From our choicest comforts grow?

Sin has been the cause of all!
'Twas not thus before the fall:
What but pain, and thorn, and sting,
From the root of sin can spring?

Now with every good we find
Vanity and grief entwined;
What we feel, or what we fear,
All our joys embitter here.

Yet, through the Redeemer's love,
These afflictions blessings prove;
He the wounding stings and thorns,
Into healing med'cines turns.

From the earth our hearts they wean,
Teach us on his arm to lean;
Urge us to a throne of grace,
Make us seek a resting place.

In the mansions of our King
Sweets abound without a sting;
Thornless there the roses blow,
And the joys unmingled flow.

Guilty Pleasures

the pleasures we seek
all honey
taken in by the hundred
tongue buds
inside our thirsty mouths
come back as bees
that sting
all the skins and flesh
we keep

we are inflamed

My Words Sting

The more I say
the more I laugh
My words sting your heart
Like a piercing blade
Or sticking your hand out the window
going eighty miles an hour
in the freezing rain
Like rocks being pitched
at your faraway mind
As I snap at you
My heart breaks, same as yours
My words sting…
break while spoken
Me and you
But there will soon be no
Me and you
My words sting
My words sting you and I laugh
While your words freeze before they reach your open mouth
I laugh again
and my heart stops breaking
As I move
from good to evil
Light to dark, it’s
now or never
and my words sting

Make Merry in the Room

Observe the busy bee, my son,
which from dawn rich till day is done,
from bloom to blossom journeying,
extracts from each a different thing, -
a special nectar from each one,
by each embraced, detained by none.
There’s room for more before Death’s sting
envelops all within dark wing.
When first-fruits fall so readily,
then flitter-flatter fancy free.

Our hearts rejoice ‘bove anything
to hear the cricket’s cheerful ring,
so dance through life, no pleasures shun,
until the thread of Fortune’s spun.
Copy the cricket, chirp and sing
throughout life’s Summer, for Time’s wing
is almost flown before begun: -
from branch to branch enjoy your fun
before you choose the perfect tree
from which to hang eternity.

Eternal traverse of the sun
mocks Man’s vain efforts, every one,
“the garment of repentance fling”
to dust “and in the fire of Spring”
refill your cup, let sweetness run.
All know their leaves fall one by one.
Today tomorrow stings, may bring
sans eyes, sans ears, sans everything.
“Some little talk of me and thee”
there’ll be, then nothing more will be.

Sting Me

Written by: r. robinson & c. robinson
If you feel like a riot, then don't you deny it
Put your good foot forward
No need for heroics i just want you to show it
Now's the time to shine
Your independence is a half ass deliverance
The train left the station
The recognition of the same old condition
Your symptoms showing through
Well regardless of the truth
You still act so aloof
In the face of your judge & jury
You have the nerve to say not guilty
But can you sting me
Can you sting me
Right to my rotten bones
Well the bells ring out for the crimes of the century
By courtesy of your mother
The signs reads welcome to the valley of discovery
Look at what money can buy
Sons & daughters better open your eyes
Tell me what you're seeing
This submission is a tired tradition
It's everyone's sacrifice
Well believe you me
I've got nothing up my sleeve
Except a heart and a chip on my shoulder
Yes i'm young and don't like getting older
Yeah but can you sting me
Can you sting me
Right to my rotten bones
Come on my sweet little thing
What new things can you show me today
I got one question
I believe it's subjective
What is a wasp without her sting?
I don't want to sound bitter
Yeah you touch me just like murder
Living ain't so easy
When all i want from you is to sting me
Can you sting me

Oh What Pleasures

Oh what pleasures I have had
with just my thoughts of you.
I could not say them all aloud
for none would think them true.

Only I can treasure these.
Only I can know
what these pleasures have done to me
and where they had me go.

Into the garden under a bough
with no one there to see,
under the starlit evening skies
with your arms enclosing me.

Onto the fields in broad daylight
trying to avoid the sun,
succumbing to nature's mating call
We two become as one.

Oh what pleasures my thoughts do give
but never would I say.
I keep them silently in my mind
and pray they're true someday.

Romanticly charmed

I slither upon one of another outer shell
cool lips pressed against
one whose kisses are hard to resist
warm bold hands upon thy back
romantic whispers set me back
hypnotized by your sexy eyes
I flatter my lashes
you flatter your abbs
your charms are the only one
that can really turn this whole thing around'

the love bell jingles
and we go down

sigh
kiss
rub
cupid really must be bound

lights go out
sleep all night
wake up morning
same ol' story
but one thats just never ending.

Like a Scent I Did Not Invent

Like a scent I did not invent...
I can not prevent or stop,
Images used with my words lifted.
By those who flatter,
And yet invade.

One day they may consider,
My thoughts about their approach.
One day they may even think of me,
While they encroach upon my activities.
To see me less as a novelty...
But someone with feelings,
They disregard but touch.

Like a scent I did not invent...
I can not prevent or stop,
Images used with my words lifted.
By those who flatter,
And yet invade.
For purposes 'they' have,
To persuade.

'But...
When one steps on stage,
Isn't it all about 'theater'?
And what we 'exchange' in presentation,
Isn't it there for interpretation?
In a mixed-use composition of vision? '

That's too deep for me.
I'd just like some 'thank yous' expressed.
At least be considerate about it!
