Like a Scent I Did Not Invent
Like a scent I did not invent...
I can not prevent or stop,
Images used with my words lifted.
By those who flatter,
And yet invade.
One day they may consider,
My thoughts about their approach.
One day they may even think of me,
While they encroach upon my activities.
To see me less as a novelty...
But someone with feelings,
They disregard but touch.
Like a scent I did not invent...
I can not prevent or stop,
Images used with my words lifted.
By those who flatter,
And yet invade.
For purposes 'they' have,
To persuade.
'But...
When one steps on stage,
Isn't it all about 'theater'?
And what we 'exchange' in presentation,
Isn't it there for interpretation?
In a mixed-use composition of vision? '
That's too deep for me.
I'd just like some 'thank yous' expressed.
At least be considerate about it!

Images of Time
The images in my mind is like my thoughts.
Expressing my thoughts is like expressing my feelings.
Words are spoken. All my images are broken.
Broken down into pieces, which can never be made into new dishes.
Those images of past.It takes time to last.
It will last forever for met to take over.
All those images wore my past life.
But it has nothing to do with my past life.
Those images can be forgotten. But not those people.
Those people who are in your images. Can be in a real image.
When you see those people in front of you.
You like to say 'How are you'?
If they say I am fine. Then you will think of those time.

Beyond Words Beyond Images
it is ironic, these words claiming
that one day, these words will be beyond words,
that these images will be beyond images
that i will be like those who went their way alone
not befriending anyone but keeps on writing
in the middle of the storm
and cyclones and typhoons
and quakes and volcanic eruptions
beyond destruction, beyond words, beyond images.
smart man.

Love Lifted Me
I was sinking deep in sin,
Far from the peaceful shore,
Very deeply stained within,
Sinking to rise no more.
But the Master of the sea
Heard my despairing cry,
>From the waters lifted me.
Now safe am I.
Love lifted me! Love lifted me!
When nothing else could help,
Love lifted me.
Love lifted me! Love lifted me!
When nothing else could help
Love lifted me.
Souls in danger look above
Jesus completely saves
He will lift you by his love
Out of the angry waves
But the master of the sea
Billows His will obey
He your savior wants to be
Be saved today
Love lifted me! Love lifted me!
When nothing else could help,
Love lifted me.
Love lifted me! Love lifted me!
When nothing else could help
Love lifted me.

Proggramed poems!
Man for his own
Creates words
To depict image
Of his emotions
Poems are one of the images
Image plays with the words.
Now programme plays with the words
Words are programmed in poems
Images after images without human touch and emotions!

Dreams are reality at its most profound, and what you invent is truth because invention, by its nature, can’t be a lie. Writers who try to prove something are unattractive to me, because there is nothing to prove and everything to imagine. So I let words and images emerge from within. If you do that, you might prove something in the process.

An Unfinished Poem
The only song that is attributed to you,
And the words that create your images,
Enchant me.
The only colour,
That you opt to be clad in, on a certain day,
Enthralls me.
Only those scenes,
Which your eyes have cast a gaze upon;
Captivate my eyes.
Only the flowers,
That beam because of you,
And steal scent of your lips,
Fascinate my eyes.
If you smile, smile the ages;
These stars, moon and skies,
Flowers, colours and seasons,
Fragrance, and the throbbing heart,
And all sights sway in rapture,
Because of you.
My words too,
Formed in verses begin to flow,
In numbers, because of you.
Oh! My beloved: my life, my soul,
How long I should praise you,
For I confess, I am too deficient to reckon,
Your sweet dimensions,
In words and in images,
In metaphors and similes.

Allow the President to invade a neighboring nation, whenever he shall deem it necessary to repel an invasion, and you allow him to do so, whenever he may choose to say he deems it necessary for such purpose, and you allow him to make war at pleasure. Study to see if you can fix any limit to his power in this respect, after having given him so much as you propose. If, to-day, he should choose to say he thinks it necessary to invade Canada, to prevent the British from invading us, how could you stop him? You may say to him, "I see no probability of the British invading us" but he will say to you, "Be silent; I see it, if
you don't." The provision of the Constitution giving the war making power to Congress was dictated, as I understand it, by the following reasons. Kings had always been involving and impoverishing their people in wars, pretending generally, if not always, that the good of the people was the object. This, our Convention understood to be the most oppressive of all Kingly oppressions; and they resolved to so frame the Constitution that no one man should hold the power of bringing this oppression upon us.

Images
I think images are worth repeating
Images repeated from a painting
Images taken from a painting
From a photo worth re-seeing
I love images worth repeating
Project them upon the ceiling
Multiply them with silk screening
See them with a different feeling
Images, oh, images
Images, oh, images
Some say images have no feeling
I think theres a deeper meaning
Mechanical precision or so its seeming
Instigates a cooler feeling
I love multiplicity of screenings
Things born anew display new meanings
I think images are worth repeating
And repeating and repeating
Images, oh, images
Images, images
Im no urban idiot savant
Spewing paint without any order
Im no sphinx, no mystery enigma
What I paint is very ordinary
I dont think Im old or modern
I dont think I think Im thinking
It doesnt matter what Im thinking
Its the images that are worth repeating
And repeating, oh, images
Images
If youre looking for a deeper meaning
Im as deep as this high ceiling
If you think technique is meaning
You might find me very simple
You might think that images boring
Cars and cans and chairs and flowers
You might find me personally boring
Hammer, sickle, mao tse tong
Mao tse tong
Ooohhh, images, images
Images
I think that it bears repeating
The images upon the ceiling
I love images worth repeating
And repeating and repeating
Images, images
Oh, images, oh, images

There is a lot that happens around the world we cannot control. We cannot stop earthquakes, we cannot prevent droughts, and we cannot prevent all conflict, but when we know where the hungry, the homeless and the sick exist, then we can help.

Words are a powerful tool
Words can be cruel
and they can be kind
words can touch the heart
and invade the mind.
Words can be a weapon
as sharp as any knife
they can bring despair
and ruin someone's life.
But words can bring joy
and hope and cheer
words used wisely
can wipe away fear.
Words, words, words,
created in the mind
used to be nasty
or to be kind.
So watch your words
there a mighty tool
they can make you look smart
or an insensitive fool!

Three Hours After Midnight
I was lying awake trying to stop my mind from thought,
but I was losing the fight, my attention was caught.
Sleep was the last thing my mind had in store for me;
it intended to saturate my thoughts with creativity.
It mixed words and flowing colours in an extraordinary blend,
slowly, at speed, smooth, then textured, the mix had no end.
The flowing beauty made no sense; however, for a second it did,
but the speed of the images made everything appear short lived.
I couldn’t capture or freeze any image and retain it in my mind,
my memory couldn’t cope with the instantaneous designs.
The images became chaotic, as I tried to slow everything down.
I thought I’d succeeded, but it only slowed to turn things around.
I became hot and sweaty, and threw back the covers from my bed,
this mental turmoil was having an effect outside my head.
I had to get up to splash cold water over my eyes and face,
and then I just sat trying to stop my thoughts from taking place.
Eventually, feeling more relaxed I lay down and closed my eyes.
I was in a light blue sky, with soft white clouds passing slowly by.
Peace and calm had come to a turbulent and unpredictable mind,
my thoughts were pleasant and slower, at last, I’d found dream time.

Up All Night
Up all night,
Seeking to find that right approach...
That is not felt to encroach upon to undo,
The familiar scent of roses.
Or drastically impose a new point of view.
I know I am not amongst the few but many,
Wishing for a vision from a different plateau.
I can't be the only one,
Up all night inspired...
By insights with desires to reach as I bloom.

Only In My Mind
thoughts fire
mind blaze
run on wind
words sing mind melodies
words sing song new images
dance in heart veins flow
words shape shift
into new thoughts
concepts poems
several are written
in time heart beats
wonder stirs anew
but only in my mind
where the beauty sings
sung sight meditation
no words given unto paper
no words processed on light screen
no words kept mind record
dart of honeybird flight
bats fly sonar night vision
wing beats of wonder
words released born free

In The Air
Like fresh blossoming flowers on a spring day.
Her scent is in the air.
Like the smell of rain right before it pours down.
Her scent is in the air.
Like the aroma of a hot apple pie cooling on the window seal.
Her scent is in air.
I try to cover my nose with my shirt
but her scent seeps right through it.
It is in the air.
I try fanning it away
but the more I fan the stronger her scent lofts in the air.
I decide not to fight it anymore and I inhale her scent.
It first suffocates me but then it sustains me.
To me her scent is love and it is
In the air.
Poetess
now that you have awakened from the deep slumber
you shall rise and meet this bright morning
do you see the sun rising from the thighs of the mountain?
do you hear the songs of birds from the mouths of the caves?
do you see how the trees dance to the caresses of the winds?
do you feel the coolness of the dew hanging on the blades of grass
as they all touch the soles of your feet?
they have been waiting for you
they are the images of your poetry
they are the symbols of your greatness
my dear poetess, how can you ever stop writing the words?
how can you ever stop to sing the songs of beauty?
how can you ever deny the true nature of your being?
my dear poetess, you must begin to write again
in all these, you shall not die.

A Challenge....
notice that
after seeing something
now, you
expect something beyond
this, but
for the meantime you
scrutinize every
corner
all details, then you
try grasping the
whole of this
creation,
of words, that sometimes
does not give you
a picture of anything
like a zebra for instance
transforming into a
man in his pajamas
you invent a scent
like jasmine or something
forceful like
pepper or
chloroform as a hint
for those
who died ahead of you
weird, , , ,
sigh, you stop
and express a disappointment
saying
this thing is not leading
me to something
greater than myself
something redeeming like
the good works
of Christ
precisely, this is what is
intended to be said
everything is incomplete
unfinished
truth is a growing tree
a climbing vine
a flower blooming
a fan opening in a warms season
to give you the
message of
fresh air
what do you get from this
useless piece?
ah, that feeling of incompleteness
of being unfinished
like the way i feel now
i ask: will you complete me?

Sonnets -Wake Up, Indian Scientists
'Aim for the Moon, ' - my Indian scientists all;
'And get your space-shuttle ready to land, '
'Discover, Invent, '- is Man's clarion-call,
So, grab the Moon-rocks, if need be, by hand!
“Aim for the Stars and you will land in Mars, '
Our poverty will invent many things;
Ambitions must be tall, don't stop with cars;
Your Indianness could make you real Kings.
Your brain has functioned very well till now;
So, make your extra Betz-cells work with zest,
Achievements are decided from above;
Unite; Be patriotic; Do your best.
Nothing around should make you lose your calm;
Nothing should stop a Man of Science perform.
