If you don't eat you will die; overeating will shorten your life.

If we carry on filling up the calendar, we keep on pushing the athlete, we shorten the athletes longevity. The risk is to shorten a career that could have lasted 10 years because the athlete is burnt out.

Dipped and Greasy
Dipped and greasy...
Fingers licked from overeating.
They're dipped and greasy,
From a gluttony treated.
And...
Dipped and greasy,
Are those days licked...
Fading away!
Dipped and greasy...
Fingers licked from overeating.
They're dipped and greasy,
From a gluttony treated.
And...
Dipped and greasy,
Are those days licked...
Fading away!
Many praying that the buffet will stay.
Many praying that they'll find another way,
To supply more condiments...
And remove the after dinner mints.
Dipped and greasy...
Fingers licked from overeating.
They're dipped and greasy,
From a gluttony treated.
And...
Dipped and greasy,
Are those days licked...
Fading away!
Dipped and greasy...
Fingers licked from overeating.
They're dipped and greasy,
From a gluttony treated.
And...
Dipped and greasy,
Are those days licked...
Fading away!
Dipped and greasy fingers licked...
Are slowly from us fading.
And those lips smacked,
Are begging for the buffet.
But a gluttony once loved...
Is slowly from us fading away.
Dipped and greasy,
Are those days licked...
Fading away!
Dipped and greasy,
Are those days licked...
Fading away!
They once were licked with ease,
But those fingers have no buffet.

More people die from overeating than from undernourishment.
Often when a person can't get past stress, she will turn to overeating, drinking or smoking, which can become a greater problem than the stress itself.

Wasila
Of your life for his life,
Of your life for her life,
Of your life for my life,
Of my life for your life,
But this place is used for a latrine;
So come up with a different plan on this issue.
You are in the House of Baal and,
I am in the House of Yahweh;
You are in the House of Beth-El and,
I am still in the House of Yahweh;
So come up with a different plan on this issue.
Wasila, are you of the same mind with me?
Then try to be yourself at all times to learn from others;
Because, Yahweh has shorten the borders of Israyl.
Such is life and we have to learn always,
Such is the muse and we have to keep on moving;
For the tides of life do change at all times.

I don't believe medical discoveries are doing much to advance human life. As fast as we create ways to extend it we are inventing ways to shorten it.

Gluttony
Eating too much with eager,
Takes out some of other pleasure.
Overeating if you perpetuate,
Fight to reduce gained weight.
Instead of having lot of glory,
Amass in body fat and calories.
Laziness will delay your task,
And invite sickness more fast.
Excessiveness of consumption
Deprives things to else one.

Time and art
Sir, can you teach me archery?
It will take ten years.
I have no time; can you shorten it?
I will then take double the time.
Can you give a crash course?
It will then take your life.
Sir!
No one can master an art
Thinking only time at heart.

But I was also a big mouth, I started to develop a troubled relationship with Harry Shorten.
The Doctor
the doctor cannot hide her madness
at the patient
who has always been gaining weight
despite the
written prescription for the
strict diet
of vegetables and fruits
and less carbohydrates
with a definite no on smoking
and alcohol
and fats....
the reverse happens
the oily pork beside the chocolate cakes
the coca cola and rum and
Peking duck
goading, and hoarding
and overeating
he knows what he wants
she doesn't
he has always been praying for that quick
and happy death
the grief is too much
all his life he is the scarecrow in the field
the black birds tease him
the children stone him
the locusts have no fear of him
the golden fields have no need of him
the humiliating days are not over
he knows what he wish
the doctor is foolish

In River Of Time
Grains on the ground
With water blossom
Blossom into plants
Plants blossom into tree
The tree become grey
The grey will fall
In the river of time
Books were created
They should be open
Open to be read
Read to understand
Understood when finish
In the river of time
Candles give light
In the river of time
Their stem will shorten
When shorten, we see dark
The books will close
The trees will fall
Candles blow away
Sometimes eyes cry
Memories we hold
But soon we will fall
In the river of time

Acceptible Excuse
Inconvenienced is a life lived,
When it presents obstacles for some.
Others living to impress...
With things they possess.
Discover they have become stunned...
When reality pays a visit,
And a quality of life taken for granted...
Is for them undone.
Some have killed whole families.
To sob how they have lost their jobs.
Believing this is an acceptible excuse...
To shorten the lives of innocent children.
Wives and friends...
And others who are not involved.
Some live to flaunt their material gains.
And when these 'things' are stripped from them...
A selfishness takes over their minds.
Like a child going through a tantrum.
And if 'these' people don't get their needs met,
Right away...
Like beasts they slay their prey unconcerned!
Since they have been taught...
Their needs are the only ones,
That
Should
Be
Pleased!
And if not...
Destroy!
