You are right, Nosehopper...
I am no Langston.
Or a Maya do I choose to be.
Nor a Nikki, Amiri OR Muhammad Ali.
And I admire them with all my heart.
However...
My name is Lawrence.
And I intend to play a major part.
I have my own way of saying things.
With a taste of tomorrow!
And what that offering brings.
Following behind someone's footsteps...?
I ain't never did.
Like they never used AIN'T ever in their language!
And I ain't all over the place...
