Wishies Down The River
the river run pass the the land
taking your wishes in it stride
pass flowers of different colours
and rocks of different shapes
under old brigdes
and brigdes of new
where it takes my wishes
pass the mountins of snow
through the night
when sky is clean
and the river reflexs the the beauty
of the star light glow
the river run through the day
and skys of blue
where it takes my wishes
straight to you

Pass The Gun Around
Sonny wakes up in the morning feeling kinda sick
Needs a little Stoli Vadka, needs it really quick
Sees a little blood run from his eyes
Feels a little hotel paralyzed
Pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, you gotta
Pass the gun around
And throw me in the local river, let me float away
I wake up watching cartoons... the television's on
There's a couple of party balloons and all my money's gone
She was just a reason to unwind
And actually the last thing I could find
Why don't you, pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, you better
Pass the gun around
And dump me in the local river, let me float away
Float away, ah float away
Pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, why don't you
Pass the gun around
Throw me in the local river, let me float away
Sonny wakes up in the morning, there's a stranger in his bed
Someone's pounding on the hotel door, he wishes he was dead
I've had so many blackout nights before
I don't think I can take this anymore
Why don't you, pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, why don't you
Pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, we're gonna
Pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, we're gonna
Pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, you gotta
Pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, you gotta
Pass the gun around
Give everyone a shot... give everyone a shot, you gotta
Pass the gun around

The Life that we are part of
one life
one soul
shared by
entities
all added
up to one
larger life
the river
freezes
because it
it is telling
the sun
not to go
too far
the moon
hangs out
in the night
because
it wishes
to share
the secrets
of the sun
the cloud
comes down
as rain
because
it wishes to
share with
all the glory
of the sky
the trees
bear fruits
because
it wishes
to thank all
for giving air
as well as
hellp spread
their kinds
the sky is
thunder and
lightning
because
it wishes
to throw
a balance
between earth
and sky
the world is
getting hotter
because
it wishes
to tell us
we have gone
against its order

Down On The River
Down on the river it's an easy kind of life
Everybody here's feeling fine
No need to worry or get in a hurry
Nothing to spend but time
Light up a smoke and tell a few jokes
And pass the old jug around
We're gonna get right on a Saturday night
When the sun goes down
(CHORUS)
Down on the river
Down on the river
Just some old boys making a lot of noise
Down on the river
Down on the river
Down on the river
If anyone calls, tell them we're all
Down on the river
We'll go fishing by the light of the moon
And bait them hooks by hand
And early in the morning we'll take them off the line
Fry 'em all up in a pan
We gotta get home while we still got a job
or we'll have to answer to the man
And everybody knows though we gotta go
We'll be back again
(REPEAT CHORUS)

The Raging River
The river rages through the land
Cutting the earth with its mighty hand
Digging the canyons across the face of time
Revealing a land that is intertwined
The river brings life as it moves along
The animals drink from it and makes them strong
The river is a roadway, where great boats do ride
The river is mighty and has great pride
The river takes and gives what it sees fit
Many a great tribe stands in awe of it
Even the great river takes time to rest
Knowing it has done it’s very best
There is a raging river flowing through you and me
It cuts through our soul, setting the spirit free
Let the river flow, do not dam it up
Feel the never ending energy, drink from it’s cup
Let your river flow outward and keep in mind
As it cuts through each one, we are all intertwined

Freeze Love
You went away without glance
You went away uttering no word
Shall we meet again or it was last?
Without seeing you how could I pass days?
Eyes are becoming river thinking you
Sky is on the ladder of sorrow, because of your love
Unfathomable water in river departs room on bank
If sky is clouded over it must be rain some where
When high tidal pain in sea what to happen of puzzled sailor?
Because of love when you lose all you become lost Simon
Our love is like river
Love at white snow of Himalaya
Love over flowing the Padma- the Meghna river
As the sea is whereabouts of river’s love-
Love of river mixes at out let of sea
Packing in envelop love of snow is send
Our love is like river
You went away without glance
Do not leave in this manner o loveliness
Defiled air at heart causes the love freeze.

Falling Star
Shining, sparkling in the darkness night
You’re the light from above that so bright
A falling star that I’ve been waiting
Hear my wishes as now I whisper
And feel what my heart is been a desire
Falling star you like an angel
Send by heaven with a magic spell
Show to me the light that dance in a glow,
I hear you singing as you go away
It granted my wishes as like what I say
To let my dear friend here to stay.
Twinkle, dazzling, dancing in neon light
let you be an angel and keep us guide
can I touch you and hold you tight
all I can do is to stare at you
saying my wishes hope it will come true.

Star Light River
Star Light river how beautiful you are
With your unforgettable sunset on the river's edge
The colors of orange, gold, pink and red
Tiny little violets growing here and there
Then the stars come out lighting up the waterfront
Looking like tiny diamonds moving in their very own private dance
The lights of the city add to the glow
There is nothing more beautiful than the river's flow
The river that I have always called Star Light river
If only it could talk I'll bet it could tell us so many secrets
About love and life; I know that I love to sit and take in its beauty
It has such a peace that I enjoy
When I am feeling sad
I feel that it really understands
My very inner thoughts and I am not really alone
What a beautiful friend to have
It never deserts me
It is always there. I love you Star Light river
I promise I will be back to watch your very own private dance
Remembering my stories of love and romance

Learn From The Song Of The River
Learn from the river. It flows.
It does not ever stop or stand still.
It would only be a puddle, if it stopped.
It would evaporate, dry up, cease to be, if it fell in love with a scene, staying there, never to move again.
The river leaps over rocks, swirls around anything that blocks its way.
If something obstructs that is too big to move, too hard to dissolve, the river simply washes over and around; persistently, unrelentingly wearing away at the obstruction, until the river conquers and reconstructs its pathway and time is all it takes.
The river sings a varied melody, because it incorporates into its singing, what ever comes into its course.
Under low hanging trees, between high rising hillsides, over sand or piles and stacks of rocks, between narrow banks, through wide passes, covering deepest crevasses, flirting along shallow bottoms,
the river adjusts its song, as it changes its environment.
It creates new harmony with the alto of the earth's echoes,
the soprano of the leaves and grasses,
the basso grande of the rock face and walls of hills and mountains.
Over and above, the tenor of the sky sings recitative,
the melody of God's creation, blending the song of the river into unmatched beauty with all.
We, who try to live like a river, will flow.
No myth will conquer us, saying, 'Stay here, eternity will find this all unchanged.'
We know that the fleeting moment never will pass again, those same low hanging branches.
The river sees each scene but once.
We who live like a river, understand that each rock of crisis,
each bend in our course, which drives us to a new direction,
can never still our song.
For the river flows on eternally, in the course set only by God.
And the river blesses or curses, as it wills, everything that it passes

Where Is The River?
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or somewhere else
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or hidden under the ground
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or safe inside the cave
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or still far away
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or up above the cloud
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or out of our reach
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or trickling on the rock
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or gathering in the pool
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or down over the cliff
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or just sight of illusion
Where is the river?
Is it here
Running in your eyes
Where is the river?
Is it here
Or sudden flood in the road

Elegiac I.
From thy far sources, 'mid mountains airily climbing,
Pass to the rich lowland, thou busy sunny river;
Murmuring once, dimpling, pellucid, limpid, abundant,
Deepening now, widening, swelling, a lordly river.
Through woodlands steering, with branches waving above thee,
Through the meadows sinuous, wandering irriguous;
Towns, hamlets leaving, towns by thee, bridges across thee,
Pass to palace garden, pass to cities populous.
Murmuring once, dimpling, ’mid woodlands wandering idly,
Now with mighty vessels loaded, a mighty river.
Pass to the great waters, though tides may seem to resist thee,
Tides to resist seeming, quickly will lend thee passage,
Pass to the dark waters that roaring wait to receive thee;
Pass them thou wilt not, thou busy sunny river.

The Last Waterfall
Here I am
paddling down this creek
which has turned into a river
now massively deep
Seeing the landscape, pass me by
through this river of white
I can't help, exhaling a sigh
in watching this beauty by night
My soul has left my bleeding knees
and now is dancing around the trees
For I am rapidly descending
down a mountain so tall
the river is now extending
leading to the last waterfall.

The Keepers of Sound
The keepers of sound
Pass through a waterfall
Pass through silence, only to break it
Keep motions and movements connected
In the circle of life
The keepers of sound
Pass through solid walls
Pass through stillness, only to break it
Soothe us to sleep
The keepers of sound
Pass through worlds only they can see
The transformation
From human to keeper
Is one that takes patience,
Kindness, and honesty
That transformation
Takes strength,
Friendliness and love
To pass through the wall
That separates humans and keepers
You have to have a light heart
And be whole
Sunday Break
All made me busy
That came in my way
shopping, laughing friends
I did not noticed
Time was running
Like a bullet out of gun
I kept myself
In my wishes so big
My hands were empty
When I looked at them
As empty as schools in holidays
Or office at sundays
My mind was full of many wishes
Sunday was too short
To have my all wishes
Time ran out
And I did nothing but to pass the time
I killed the time
Now night so precious to relax
Tomorrow will be another day
People will hurry
To make the world populous
Traffic will be jammed
Minds will be tortured

No One Steps Twice On The River Of Life...
it is not the rage of this river.
when i was a child, as mother says,
i keep my finger inside my mouth
sucked by my throat, to keep hunger away
beside the bank of this river
i am the spectator
and the river believes in the magic
of my innocence
it flows always in a distant
affection,
it is not the rage of the river,
it is i, the grown up man who goes swimming
in the river and feel
the joys of its cool waters
always moving on towards
a destination
it is the swimming with a friend
and then
with a lover and then with a wife
and then my silence,
what we do not have we force to forget
it is the bathing in the river
the rinsing and the cleansing of the waters
it is not the rage of this river
and then we become too weak to be in this river
the river moves on and on
towards the deepest sea looking for the
opening
i wait by the bank of this river
many things have been missed
the more important ones
the one that gives the posterity of
my humanity
it is denied of me because of this river
that gives me nothing
all the while i was the leaf that fell off from
the tree
on the side of this river
and i floated because i have nothing to do
because i can do nothing about
the flow of the river
i become the dead leaf that the air
rides upon
tossed and bumped on boulders
till i sink
deep down the river
that i shall pass only once.
time.

Still Standing On You Feet?
When first I came to Jesus
The river was ankle deep
It cooled me in the day time
Yet still I was upon my feet
I went further down the river
And to my knees I went in deep
I could see a little clearer
Yet still I was upon my feet
I traveled down still further
And in the river went waist deep
Now I felt the river pulling
Yet still I was upon my feet
I decided to go deeper
Fully abandoned, no retreat
I was swept into the river
No longer standing on my feet
Now the river takes me
In the way that I must go
No longer do I choose the path
It's in the river that I flow
Now everywhere the waters go
It brings healing to the land
And now the Lord can use me
For I no longer stand.

Comeback
A path has gone towards a river
Wayfarers move along with this
People come from the other side of the river
Most of them are unknown strange
The known people go across
Do they return their own vicinity
The river comeback in high tide
Only those who pass in quest of river
Never comeback

Bar Ditches And Far Flung Wishes
All I can do is try to keep myself
somewhere between the bar ditches
and my far flung wishes.
Somewhere between all alone and you.
Somewhere between the bottle and sober.
Right now is definitely bar ditch time.
So play some Hank and pass the Jack
and hope for the days of far flung wishes.

However long the dry season takes a seasonal river will never forget where it used to pass.
A bridge of joy
The things we did were quite insane.
But that's how joy came to pass…
As we cut the turf and made a bridge
Out of lush green; meadow grass.
Knowing only all too full well nothing
On this earth or river shall ever last.
Then gazed in awe, when all was laid
And done the river dammed 6ft or more
Our heart beats beating their full score
With aloud furor as we ran across…
"5 times or more and, yes…
The things we did were quite insane".
But that's how joy came to pass…
As the river washed
The last sods of earth away to the last.
