Fists clenched tight, real tight
Jaws locked, this primeval
urge to fight, beating the wall
it wont give in, but neither will I
strike after strike, with each drop
blood then sweat, nothing else

The Woodcutter
We came behind him by the wall,
My brethren drew their brands,
And they had strength to strike him down -
And I to bind his hands.

And it was as the accusing angel's face

You Complain About The System
i agree there are so many things wrong about the system
i agree when you complain about it
how it smells like a carcass of a stolen goat slaughtered in the field
how it executes without any question at all
the dragging of due process in the streets of nowhere
you have no name for it. it does not deserve any christian name
at all. The priests are too compromisings anyhow. Blessing it.
and pouring it some of its holy drops.
the lords are too many for its slaves.
there will be nothing left for your children who will be born tomorrow.
you complain with your clenched fists. Locked jaws.
you have unlearned tears. You are drawing anger
in the walls with your blood and sweat.
look at you? with all your doubts, and anger and fears
and curses

Cried for Hours
I cried for hours
It was no fault of theirs
They lost the precious lives
My eyes could not believe
How all of sudden man can go wild
Sudden change of turning blind
What would happen to this holy land?
Where foes may act cruel but as friend
Why I should blame the luck?
On simple way I have been struck
I find no hope of survival
It is apparently seen as terror’s arrival
Many lie shattered in pool of blood
All have come here in search of food
They are met with tragic death
We may lament the attack and lay the wreath
I feel like crying further
No option is open and more to bother
Life is totally uncertain
What steps are to be taken to contain?
Many more may be bleeding in streets?
There may be no one to greet
What a pity on human lives?
They have become cheap to knives
Even animals strike only once
They test human blood out of threatened stance
Here human being is hungry of human blood
I try to shed tears for no good
I may pray almighty to give them little sense
Stop all innocent killings and nonsense
It may do no good to humanity as well
There won’t be any body left to tell
We may depart at inappropriate time
Assassin’s bullet may pierce through some times
What will be left behind except painful cry?
All responsible persons should gather strength and ask why

School Fight
How you got into a fight
with Woolgar in the school
playground God only knows
but it seems to stem from
him pushing into you and
knocking you against the wire
fence and then you rush at him
like a bull in a marketplace with
a flurry of punches catching him
high on the cheek with a tight fist
then a crowd gathers and an almost
perfect ring and on the periphery
out of the corner of your eye you
see them gathered excitedly chanting
loudly bundle bundle fight fight then
Woolgar put up his fists in front of
his face and you know instinctively
he’s no fighter that he’s not put
those fists up in a real fight and the
fire seeps from you and you move
your fists in the way you’d been taught
and duck and weave but you’re just
going through motions now and his eyes
widen in fear and you know you ought
to go off and leave him there as the
anger has almost gone then there’s
a shout of PREFECTS! and the audience
of eager schoolboys disperses and you
walk off into the crowd and Woolgar
drops his hands by his side and stares
up and out at the hills as if some voice
had called him like some ancient prophet
and the school prefects seeing nothing or
no one go off disgruntled and forget.
