My Daily Ritual
On waking and rising
First foot to touch the floor
Thank you thank you thank you
Second foot to touch the floor
Thank you thank you thank you
Such is my daily ritual
in respect, adoration and honor
of my creator
Without daily thanks
we cannot move forward
we will remain as we are
Without daily thanks
we cannot appreciate
what we are or who we can become
Without understanding this fact
we remain trapped in our own
limiting abilities
Gratitude can set us free

Daily I Do You More Adore
Daily I do you more adore
and daily things do change
from what they had been before
and even if at times it feels strange,
even if some other names I do call
forever you do remain my all in all.

Touch the Sky
I’m often like a little child
I look up at the clouds
and then I reach my hand up
in an effort to touch sky.
See I believe if I
touch the sky then
just maybe I will
shake the hand of
the creator.
And after I shake the creator’s
hand then maybe I get the
respect I deserve.
Maybe I will no longer be looked
at as dangerous because of
the complexion of my skin.
Also maybe I will no longer be belittled
just because I have a disability.
And finally maybe I will be able to go to sleep
at night looking forward to waking up instead of
hoping for death.
And that’s is why I’ll keep reaching
until I touch the sky.
Woven Little Mouths Many
You emerge
from the bath
reaching for the
towel, soft, obeying
daily habit, wipes you dry,
each cleft, the pit of my
longing rubbed without
caution.
I am caught up in this
vision without glasses
squinting for what is
real or not though you
are faced to mine as I
obediently move my
shaking hand to your
belly, the scar there,
edges still hot
to the touch.
Much there is I will
make of this moment,
drying your back as I
have daily done - once
began the rite
first night, gathering
now the last one
o when
the towel easily un-
folded, drank
woven
little mouths many
deeply
into what
has become
natural in me
with the wiping.
In this
I am become
free now of
thinking intent
to this my task
to last, this minute
or two, to linger,
each is
become a touch
this one.
and this,
without
decimals.

Up Above The Daily Hum
Wondering at the scope of my experience
Cautious so not to be cold
Caught up in the comfort of what I once was
Lost in all the brand new possibility
Oh to be
In the middle
Happy on the pull of the past
Just before the future comes
Hoping for the rush of some experience
That could elevate me
Up above the daily hum
Up above the daily hum
Up above the daily hum
Up above the daily hum
When is this all over
When does the next one begin
Happy on the pull of the past
Just before the future comes
Hoping for the rush of some experience
That could elevate me
Up above the daily hum
Up above the daily hum
Up above the daily hum
Up above the daily hum

Daily I Crucify Him
Daily I crucify Him while I dwell in sin,
while I stumble forth in life;
daily a new life for me He does begin
even when I fall down in strive
and from every sin, every iniquity
daily He sets me free.

How Will I Daily Look Upon God's Face? (Cavatina)
How will I daily look upon God's face,
while I do sin
and still daily continually do fall?
When I begin
each day with a prayer, inside my heart
His love is in,
while He daily makes my life again new,
much more pure than all of the morning dew

When I Say I Love You
I love you
I say it daily
You smile gently
Kiss me
And reply
I love you too
A morning light
Breaks through
We awaken together
My eyes open
You are beautiful
You move closer
I hold you
We are lovers
We are friends
We talk often
Or lay in silence
Always comfortable
I love you
Its become apparent
My catchphrase
And ours is a love
Growing daily
You love me too
Your words
Your promises
And your kiss
Tell me so much
They give me reason
To say what I say
I love you
Daily

Our Daily Bread
"Give me my daily bread.
It seems so odd,
When all is done and said,
This plea to God.
To pray for cake might be
The thing to do;
But bread, it seems to me,
Is just our due.
"Give me my daily toil,"
I ought to say -
(If from life's cursed coil
I'd time to pray.)
Give me my daily sweat,
My body sore,
So that bread I may get
To toil for more.
"Give me my daily breath,"
Through half a sob,
Until untimely death
Shall end my job.
A crust for my award,
I cry in dread:
"Grant unto me. Oh Lord,
My daily bread!"

Something Absurd Keeps Going
there is something absurd
that keeps on going inside us
this constant craving for what
we do not know yet we claim we want
we feel the need and yet we cannot
really touch it and when we touch it
it gets so painful and we step a foot
backward and then we ponder and
then we go forward we first dislike
it and then we touch it again
there is this feeling that we cannot
describe with the word that we know
it is elating and elevating us one
stair up and then the winds carry us
we do not know what nowhere is
but it is there, it is there, it is....

Lord let it be so inspired by the Holy Bible
Lord let it be so
O' Lord give us our daily bread
And let it be so
if Despair be our Our daily bread
No Lord let not be so
Examine me my Lord
And know my mind
Keep me on good ways to go
And Lord let it be so
Set me free from distress
Make me good and strong
For sinful gains i must long
No Lord let not be so
Lord listen to my call of help
And be always at my side
Be with me when i need you
And Lord let it be so
O'Lord give us our daily bread
And let it be so
If despair be our daily bread
Lord let not be so
O' Lord give us our daily bread
And let it be so
If despair be our daily
Lord let not be so
And let it be so
Set me free from distress
Make me good and strong
For sinful gains i must long
No Lord let not be so
Lord listen to my call of help
And be always at my side
Be with me when i need you
And let it be so
O' Lord give us our daily bread
And let it be so
If despair be our daily bread
Let not be so

Poem Entrusted To Be By Lina S. R.
Neither door nor gray day-
light nor your daughter singing with you the family anthem -
Nothing at all, nothing could have warded off the resolute assassin.
The faithful wore danger on their faces
at your funeral. On their tongues, gratitude was sour candy
for their son who exposed what's opalescent
in the daily dung-heap of the news.
Almost everything, almost altered to keep me living the lie:
the wife daring me to refuse the last
look on the corpse, and myself
braving not even a singular stolen
glance at the wounds on the broken cask of a
face, and I, washing and combing my hair daily,
daily during your long wake.
One and a dozen shrieking years across and over
the glistening offal of this ferocious island, and I,
I haven't begun grieving yet.

With A Kicking To The Curb
Although my journey...
Has seemed sometimes long,
With a prolonging of obstacles to face...
I have managed to slowly erase them with faith.
As well as a chasing away of 'expected' obstacles...
Presented to prevent what I must do each day.
I had to grow stronger and determined,
To prove for no one else but myself...
The steps that I take on the path I am on...
I am on it because I belong,
In the doing with a purpose.
And serving this purpose as it deserves.
And on a daily basis I will and can say,
I recognize my blessings.
And on a daily basis I will and can say,
I have recognized those foes...
Hoping to block my way,
From the crevices of shadows fading.
And...
On a daily basis I will and can say,
The Creator is responsible...
For removing opposition in my way that sit.
Trying to upset me with conflicts to afflict.
The Creator is responsible...
For not allowing this to persist.
And with a knowing of that,
It is with a kicking to the curb I do...
All that which attempts to delay my mission.
It is with a kicking to the curb I do...
To eliminate from me aches of all kinds,
From my mind to exist...
With an assistance only God can give.
It is with my Father's wishes,
The Creator of ALL there is 'that' is...
That has done this to mend AND fix!
And He, My Father...
Will not continue to permit,
The foolishness of nonsense...
To attack me with that kind of grip.
God has shown me I need not put up with it.
And...
With a clearing of the way for only HIS will to be done!
As it shall be...nonsense gets out of the mix.
Since The Creator alone,
Rules the Kingdom!

Cecilia
Celia, you're breaking my heart
You're shaking my confidence daily
Oh Cecilia, I'm down on my knees
I'm begging you please, to come home
Celia, you're breaking my heart
You're shaking my confidence daily
Oh Cecilia, I'm down on my knees
I'm begging you please, to come home
Come on home
Making love in the afternoon
With Cecilia up in my bedroom
I got up to wash my face
When I come back to bed
Someone's taken my place
Celia, you're breaking my heart
You're shaking my confidence daily
Oh Cecilia, I'm down on my knees
I'm begging you please, to come home
Come on home
Jubilation, she loves me again
I fall on the floor and I'm laughing
Jubilation, she loves me again
I fall on the floor and I'm laughing

Walking
Take your left foot,
Bend the knee.
Move the foot forward.
Place it down.
Then do the same thing,
Wth the right foot.
'Suppose I started with my right foot?
Would that make a difference? '
Try it and see which makes you feel comfortable.
'I like this.'
Now...
Don't be frightened.
But next week,
'We' are going to attempt to do this...
From a standing position.
One moment.
Do you have a question.
~Yes.
Is it possible you can slow down a little.
I am taking notes and you are going too fast.~
No problem.
'What are you calling this? '
~Right.
What is this called? ~
Walking.
~Do you mind spelling that? ~
W-a-l-k-i-n-g.
Walking.

Glorious day
I see her daily and find
All smiling faces in air and wind
Giving enormous joy and divine touch
To feel whole world in her as such
Why all women may not feel same?
No one is to be blamed?
It is natural arrangement
Not necessary to offer bad comments
It is glorious day
Let everybody feel it in different way
Women may remain powerful and at center
With not at mercy of her mentor
It is time to assert and prevail
With all rights to enforce and avail
No more cruelty and torture
We may shape the future
Why go as weak force and submit?
Let it start with small glow with dim lit
We may put more thrust and fuel
At least no to role that is dual
Let no one remain under wrong illusion
There is not even slight confusion
We are there and even rise from the grave
Continue to strive for position and crave

The time when suddenly spring does unfold (English sonnet)
The time when suddenly spring does unfold
when skies are crystal clear, sunny and blue
in blossoming trees and flowers I do behold
and still my deep feelings for you are true
when all of nature is gay, full of life,
when the season is more hot than temperate
and it's a great blessing that you are my wife
that together daily we do face fate
and although at times you bring me pain
there is loveliness that on your face I see
and our feelings of affection and love does remain
as if by God's own hand they are set to be
as if from the creation together we do belong,
still my love for you daily grows more strong.

Eternal Questioning
Oh sweet world you've left me in doubt.
I've tried my best to figure things out.
The trials we face are much too much.
It seems as if we are all out of touch.
The touch of reality is too obscured.
Why is there nothing of which we're assured
except death?
Death is an agreed upon point in time
that comes to all when they finish their climb.
Some when they're young which seems unfair,
some when they're old, beyond repair.
Some who seem to have a death wish,
some whose dreams are never finished.
Questioning the reasons and the whys
can never justify why one dies.
Oh sweet world will I encounter the place
where I'll understand and quietly embrace
the unfolding visions inside my brain
why some must leave while others remain?
Most of us die while we're still alive
'cause our loved ones leave and we survive
and the part of us that goes with them
leaves us with our daily requiem.

This big part flies off on the floor. The other part goes like this and lands in my foot! Standing up! It's standing in my foot! Right in the side of my foot. The flute glass. I think I'm like in one of my own pictures.

Some changes
It will remain so long mankind
Cruelty may take over if you remain unkind
Yet life is unique to live in
Amidst loss and no win
Worry not about what is happening
Sun may rise daily and set in evening
We can do nothing except to change self
Sea also remains calm even with so much in shelf
If we can not make some changes
Try to adjust and manage
Still if it is impossible and unbearable
Make it least botherable and tolerable
