Build For Pain
DEATH IS WIND AND I BREATH IT IF SOMEONE FORCES ME 2 OR IF IM TIRED OF LIFE MYSELF.
PAIN + PAIN IS DEATH
MISERY + UNHAPPINESS IS SORROW
SORROW + PAIN IS TEARS
AND I SHED SO MANY FOR PEERS
THAT GOES DOWN THE PATH TO
WHEN DEATH THEY DODGE
TO WHERE SOME STRIKES WITH
VENGENCE AND LEAVE US DEAD IN THE
STREETS OF OUR HEARTS
DEATH SHED NO TEARS OF ITS OWN
BUT IF I HAVE TO HOLD MY BREATH TO KEEP
DEATH AWAY FROM ME I WONT BECAUSE
IM ALREADY BUILT FOR PAIN

Blood Red Tears
Lighten up, give it up
I see a chance to make it up
Theres a price for every day
Youve just thrown away
I am all I ever was
Didnt change the way I was
Get a grip, button it
Cool down, hypocrite
Couldnt you find her? examine your head
Heres a reminder, blood red tears were shed
Didnt you need her? examine your head
Will you remember? blood red tears were shed
You dispose, I oppose
Couldnt you resist a go
You applaud your reward
I sit here alone
You agree to comfort me
Every day I try to leave
End of feud, your attitude
Worn there on your sleeve
Couldnt you find her? examine your head
Heres a reminder, blood red tears were shed
Didnt you need her? examine your head
Will you remember? blood red tears were shed
Couldnt you find her? examine your head
Heres a reminder, blood red tears were shed
Didnt you need her? examine your head
Will you remember? blood red tears were shed
They tell me to go, I lie that I know, he cries so unkindly
Couldnt you find her? examine your head
Heres a reminder, blood red tears were shed
Didnt you need her? examine your head
Will you remember? blood red tears were shed

My Only Song
Man of Sorrow
Man of Pain
You took it all
Without any gain.
You loved us all
With gentle eyes
Man of Sorrow
Man of Pain
39 plus one
Lashes great fall on your back
A crown of thorns
Pressed down around your head
The blood runs down
and yet you cry
'So many lost;
So many die.'
Man of Sorrow
Man of Pain
Leave it now-
And cry again
Man of sorrow
Man of pain
Your troubled heart
Feels my pain.
Lifted up to die
Bitter gall served fresh
As wine
Yet you'd do it again
For one lost sheep
That beats in the air.
Man of sorrow
Man of pain
When is it enough?
So much grief
You swallow up
Yet you bore it
And demand me live-
Man of sorrow
I humbled myself down.
All glory to you
Man of sorrow
All thrones belong to you
Man of pain
You gave me life and
Even more
I have nothing
But myself to give -
Yet I keep taking it back
Man of Sorrow
Man of Pain.

Tears, Blood, & Smiles
My tears are for you, yes for you.
For you because, you hurt inside.
For you because, you seldom smile.
My blood is for you, yes for you.
For you because, your pain cut me.
Your pain impacts me.
This smile is for you, yes for you.
For you because, I need to bleed no more.
For you because, I need to bleed no more.
I need you to smile for me, yes for me.
For me because, I cried for you.
For me because, I bled for you.
WE need to smile.
Smile because, we've cried enough.
Smile because, we've bled enough.
Smile because, our pain is gone.

Dreadful Tears
Rolling down from eyes tears,
Twisted with sorrow and bliss,
Hunt words to words to kiss,
Lines to lines to create verse,
Heart gently transposes tears to eyes,
And melting sorrow and bliss like an ice,
Crystal transparent tears in eyes screen,
Betwixt sorrow and bliss shed, fade tears
Tears shares and contribute an hour…
When ever sorrow and bliss occur …
Innocent heart showers, emotion tears,
Departing and meeting tale, tears bears
Tears true friend of loneliness, never withers,
When ever there is pain and bliss always shares,
Tears inside eyes with emotion thread weave…
Delicate and tender, fragile like spider web

A simple child of ignorance
Have I known war that dwell in the fields?
Have I known war with all it’s bloodshed?
Have I known war with the guns and cannons?
Have I known war of the Philippines?
Social Studies, what of your use?
Heroes dwell everywhere
Why praise a hero when we all are one
Why is their war different form mine?
Jose Rizal, our national hero
Wrote poems and stories that made us strong
Yet what war is yours different from mine,
When I write poems and stories just fine.
Apolinario Mabini boasts of war conquests in our land
The Katipunan, was he part of that?
They shed their bloods, but what makes them different?
For I too shed my blood in vain
I could accept Lapu-lapu in Mactan
At least he won his rebellion fine
Against the Spaniards, he drove them away
For five hundred years, so the book says
Why praise those heroes who never won
A fight in life where there was torn
Why praise those heroes who shed their blood
And yet held no glory in the mud?
I don’t know of the war in the fields
Never knew the war with those guns and things
Never knew of the blood you shed
The tears, the pain that you have bled
O heroes, forgive me for my ignorance
That I do not thank you for all you’ve done
With all the sacrifices for instance
That you have exchanged for fun
I don’t know of the life you dwell
I don’t know the food you sell
But I do know that I have my life to see
The fruit of your efforts, you’ve waited for eternity

The Sands Of Time
From the beginning of this own world,
man has shed a million tears.
Tears for the pain they've had
in their lives and for all the
wasted years.
But the saddest tears that
ever fell, fell not from
just any man's eyes. But
they were shed by my Savior
and they stained The Sands Of Time.
And as the Father looked upon His
Son, He had to turn His face away.
And as Jesus hung upon that cross,
He gave His all for us that day.
And as the tears ran down His face,
as He cried, mixed with the blood
that flowed from His side. Oh what
a sacrifice of love and it stained
The Sands Of Time.
Oh yes it stained The Sands Of Time.
It stained The Sands Of Time.
The blood that was shed for a lost
and dying world, oh yes it stained
The Sands Of Time, of time.

Crying but Not
Tears of sorrow, joy, or pain,
Drops of water fall from your eyes like rain.
If you have tears of sorrow,
Look ahead for tomorrow.
Are they tears of joy?
With your emotions people will toy.
If they are tears of pain,
Gaze ahead for what you can gain.
Tears are for things,
Feelings both good and bad.
People are always crying,
That makes me sad.
What joy do people take,
In making us cry,
It might do more than that,
It might make us want to die.
They take joy in our sorrow and pain!
And my question is, what do they gain?

How Many Times
How many times has my heart bled
How many tears have I shed
How much heartache must I go through
Before you realize how much I love you.
To you it seems like a game
Putting me through all this pain
Why is it that you torture me so
Is that the only thing you know?
Is it the pain that keeps you going
What are you going to do with
That gun you’re loading.
Are you going to take your life?
Or am I going to be your sacrifice.?
How do you think that our love can survive
If you don’t get up to try
What must I do to prove our love is true.
If you don’t allow me to get close to you.
So many women I have found
But none like you have let me down.
So with tears in my eyes
I’ll have to say good bye
I can not continue this way
when all you want
Is with my heart to play.
We will now depart
But you’ll always be in my heart.

Why The Tears I Shed?
Why the tears I shed?
Hunger is around,
I'm well fed.
Why the tears I shed?
The fire has gone out,
Warm is my bed.
Why the tears I shed?
Love is without sense,
On me lies her head.
Why the tears I shed?
The living is on alms,
Aplenty is my bread.
Why the tears I shed?
Life seeks mercy,
More blessed is the dead.

Sorrow Versus Revenge...Justify
Sorrow. Strange word. Six tiny letters....
Murmured by murderers. Priests.
A word bled from lips. Eyes. hands.
Dry sand raging hearts. Doubt. Decision.
False. Steadfast. Indecisive.
What sword drips sorrow, slicing freedom
For nations?
What nation oozes sorrow, being lifted
From despots?
What joyous revels bought in blood.
Sorrow. Sorry.
Boudicea, daughters raped, raged
Tribes to war. Romans' blood-bath.
Revenge by sorrow.
Lakota Sioux, Red Cloud's curse remembered,
Left one pony alive. Custer...sorry?
Revenge by sorrow.
Can sorrow separate from blood...mental. Physical
Storms of years. Judged. Betrayed.
In seconds, we create
Eons.
Sorrow.

Will in time scream
It was not me
Never shed a sec
The way you shed your tears
The way you shed your smiles
Will in time mime
There’s nothing to see
But a wave of my hand
Reaching too nigh
Upon illusions fed
Illuminae sucked
Upon the twilight bled
Moments frozen stuck
For once I end
It’ll be too late

Half a Poem
I laughed. The other option was to cry,
But she was looking so I had to laugh
Or show myself as weak - I cried inside,
Where only I could see my many tears
That poured like fountains of my sorrow,
My joy, my pain, my peace, my hate, my love.
I thought she was the pinnacle of love:
A flower that comforts the ones who cry,
A beam of light that ends the worst sorrow,
A joy that causes chuckle then a laugh
That then explodes and ends with lovely tears.
This girl, she made me feel these things inside.
I never told her what I felt inside
My silly dreams of life with her in love
With me, I thought one kiss would seal the tears
Which spread throughout a heart that bled to cry,
Recalling not the day of sharing laugh-
ter: friends became a mist in the sorrow.
And there was my downfall- in my sorrow

A Never Ending River
The tears run down my face like a river,
a never ending river,
the pain and the blood shed,
a never ending river,
the blood flows down my wrist and i feel nothing,
a never ending river,
there is no more blood shed and no more pain,
a never ending river,
as I die I lie in a never ending river

Emotional
loneliness seeps through my bones,
wondering,
there is no hope,
screaming sorrow in my brain,
hopelessness,
all in vain,
come with sorrow,
equals pain,
emptiness all in my head,
wondering,
when ill be dead,
broke my bones,
and,
bled me dry,
I just hope,
nobody saw me cry,
carelessness in my blood,
i am now,
face down in mud,
cornered in my mind,
restlessness,
i have now,
run out of time.

Cry For You
Your eyes are glistening with unshed tears
I've watched you grow through all these years
I can't comfort you, I don't know how
Though I wish to stop your pain right now
You're tears are refused their right to shed
Your thoughts are locked inside your head
You are imprisoning all of your emotions
I watch you just going through the motions
Water from my eyes begins to dropp
Because I can't make your pain stop
You won't show weakness, you'd prefer to be dead
So during your pain, your tears for you I'll shed

Life isn't fair = eternal sorrow
my heart is dying
more and more each day
I really need
this sorrow to go away
This pain I feel
because what life has caused
I will always feel pain
just...because
tears flow from me
like blood from a wound
and there they sit before me
reminding me of gloom
My sorrow is eternal
it won't go away
I really need a friend
because my heart has been betrayed
my sorrow is eternal
and it will always be there
and now I know as a fact
life isn't fair

Suicidal Tears
Invisible tears roll down my face, and hit the pillows on my bed,
No one sees the tears I cry, or the invisible blood I've bled,
Just because I don't ask, doesn't mean I don't need help, I do,
Help, to stop my sorrow, attempt suicide, and the cutting too,
Every droplet of water, that I cry, to you they are unseen,
You see everyone around me, but I remain your invisible teen,
I cry not tears of happiness, but instead tears of the dead,
I bleed to escape the suicide, thoughts inside my head,
I won't put up my hand, to wipe away all the tears,
Instead, I'll stare you in the face, like I've done all of these years,
You pay me no attention, but your attention is what I need,
Or I'll turn back to suicide, off your absence is what I feed,
Your absence has taken control of me, as theses suicidal tears I cry,
So please stop me from suicide, or I might just have to die,

Tears & Sorrow = Denver 2012
TEARS
Tears are the raindrops of the soul
And there's one for all who die.
They are the silent words of grief
As they fall free from the eye.
The shortest verse in the Bible
Is the one where Jesus wept
So, if you hold back tears, shed them
When your pain is too harsh to accept.
Tears are lovelier than a smile
When they come from those you love
As they seek relief from sadness
When you're summoned from above.
Tears are a love-mates humble gift
When it's time to say goodbye
Though the eyes are wet and swollen
With time and patience they dry.
SORROW
Sorrow is better than laughter
For by grieving, we're improved.
Blessed be all who morn
Till from sadness they're removed.
After death our souls shall fly
Perhaps from star to star
Reaching our destination
To find Heaven's gate ajar.
God made us able to cry
Sorrow teaches us to fear
Those days we're selfish and cruel
When life is so short and dear.
Time wipes tears from all faces
Whose hearts are tuned to sorrow.
Those that cry a thousand tears
Shall be blessed by tomorrow.
Every night before sleep I say thank you to Heaven
For the past day I was allowed to love you and serve.
And if I awake I say thank you once more
For God has blessed me far beyond what I deserve.
His Pain My Gain
pain and sorrow
human borrow
guilt and shame
a beginner's game
love and lust
a sinner's must
turmoil and hate
a flaccid state
his pain my gain
my savior’s name
weak and distraught
yet i'm bought
with a shameful price
blood shed from Christ
happy and elated
pain and sorrow dissipated
joy and meekness
my soul's stableness
pride and glory
a reformed story
love and lust
no longer my must
turmoil and hate
is left at hell's gate
blessings and favor
a moment to savor
his pain my gain
my savior’s name
