I'm sorry!
I'm sorry for the words I didn't say and not expresing my love.
I'm sorry if I hurted you and made you cry.
I'm sorry if I sreamed that I hated you alot.
I'm sorry that I wasn't the child you wish to have.
I'm sorry fro not trusting you and not telling you my stuff.
I'm sorry, I really am but I shouldn't be the only sorry one.

Should I Trust Again?
everything i thought was great chashes,
it takes alot to be honest,
but, at the same time,
it hurts, the thing that was said,
everything seem so perfect,
than changes so quick,
one thing i didn't want to happen,
but, you take that chance,
when you fall for somebody,
it wasn't meant to be easy,
but, i'm sick of having short reliefe,
from this pain that i try to cover up,
only seem to come back out,
no matter how much you avoid it,
it don't seem to hide,
ain't it a shame,
i have this view on life,
because of everything that had happened,
will i ever trust again,
or are all the people i'm trusting?
just shouldn't be trusted.

We lost it all!
Through the stupid words comes from your heart
I lost it all, what my idea over you was
Through the pretending what you were acting
I lost my attention, what I was take caring
Through the lie you told me before
I lost what I was trusting; I lost my faith at all
Through the things you do I hate most
I hate you at all, my love is oready lost
Through the false, nestles confession
I lost all your profession what I was exaggerating
Through every thing I have been hurted, you have been hurted little, too
I lost my mind, what I was expecting to enjoy the joy with you

Words can't explain where it all went wrong
we surpose to be together?
so many things went wrong,
how do we fix the gap?
it wasn't you it was me,
lost in a world,
where i didn't know how to trust,
who you were,
even though deep down i knew,
i never had to ask questions,
you were always true to who you was.
it sucks i didn't trust that,
we went our own ways,
you got married,
i remained single,
it what protected me,
from getting taken advantage of sexually,
but along the way,
it only hurted both of us,
i could never be honest about stuff,
because when we were young,
how do you deal with sexuall abuse,
when you don't understand,
what is happening,
i hear it in your voice,
like you wish things were how they was,
it will never be.

Tell Me
Tell me I wasn't true
Tell me I didn't believe in you
Tell me a moment I didn't share
Tell me when I acted like I didn't care
Tell me a moment with me that was hard to bear
Tell me when I was fake
Tell me the time we spent wasn't great
Tell me I wasn't a good friend
Tell me I wouldn't have your back until the end
Tell me I treated you like a child
Tell me a time I couldn't make you smile
Tell me a time I didn't miss you
Tell me I never kissed you
Tell me a time I used you
Tell me a time I abused you
Tell me you're not all I have
Tell me when I didn't speak on your behalf
Tell me when I didn't have your back
What I'm seeing I feel like you're telling me all of that

I Shouldn't … but, I do.
I like the way you look at me,
Every time you look at me...
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I like the way you talk to me,
When you say the things you shouldn't be...
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I liked the feeling of your company,
When you'd carve out some time for me...
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I like the sound of your voice,
Pulling at me, like I have no choice,
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
Thoughts of you are frequent for me,
Though, I try not to think of you.
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I can't help that I feel this way,
Believe me, it's much to my dismay,
There wasn't
But,
NOW
There is a
YOU...
If you only knew,
How much I try,
How often I fail..
When I try
To try
Not to think of
YOU.

Church of the Little Drummer Boy
He didn't do it for money,
He didn't to it for power,
It wasn't an inside job,
And he probably wasn't real.
But he wasn't controlled by the Mafia,
Maybe he was just a dream,
Or maybe just a hope,
Of what Christmas might mean.
Over the years many a child
Has heard of the Little Drummer Boy,
How he played his drum for Jesus
To bring the Baby some joy.
He didn't do it to be a big shot,
He wasn't Ginger Baker,
He played out of musical love,
And he wasn't a faker.
If you're looking for religion,
The Drummer Boy is good to go,
I mean, he's as churchy as it gets,
Considering the show.

I Take A Lot Of Pride In What I Am
Album: Tribute to Merle Haggard
Things I learned in a hobo jungle
Were things they never taught me in a classroom,
Like where to find a handout
While thumbin' through Chicago in the afternoon.
Hey, I'm not braggin' or complainin',
Just talkin' to myself man to man.
This ole' mental fat I'm chewin' didn't take alot of doin'.
But I take alot of pride in what I am.
I guess I grew up a loner,
I don't remember ever havin' any folks around.
But I keep thumbin' through the phone books,
And lookin' for my daddy's name in every town.
And I meet lots of friendly people,
That I always end up leavin' on the lam.
Where I've been or where I'm goin'
Didn't take alot of knowin',
But I take alot of pride in what I am.
--- Instrumental ---
I never travel in a hurry,
'Cause I got nobody waitin' for me anywhere.
Home is anywhere I'm livin',
If it's sleepin' on some vacant bench in City Square,
Or if I'm workin' on some road gang,
Or just livin' off the fat of our great land.
I never been nobody's idol, But at least I got a title,
And I take alot of pride in what I am.
I never been nobody's idol, But at least I got a title,
And I take alot of pride in what I am.
I take alot of pride in what I am.
I take alot of pride in what I am...

Torture remains
i cried myself to sleep,
3 hours later,
i still can't think of nothing else,
the torture you did to me,
you made me bow down to you,
you made me do what i didn't want to do,
i was scared of you,
a child who wanted to be loved,
becames a sexual toy instead,
what makes it worse,
you wasn't even family,
everybody had there doubts,
but you made them believe,
that you were some kind of saint,
made me feel like i don't belong,
i still feel that way until this day,
in my heart i know i'm better than just sex,
but in my mind i believe its all i'm good for,
do you know how hard it is,
to live in a world that you feel,
could of been better?
i will never get back what i lost to you,
a sense of pride was lost,
a sense of joy to use my body,
the way it was surpose to be use for love,
i feel it as being wrong,
the people i have feelings for,
just can't understand why,
i'm left with telling,
and them leaving me,
or keeping to myself,
having them think i'm just a tease,
and move on,
either way,
i guess i don't have much to lose,
it either,
let somebody i think i have a future with in,
and let them make the choice to stay by my side,
or let them move onto a girl with less problems,
but i hate not having that control,
and when i look at it,
i don't really have as much control as i think,
i just can't go through another rejection from a guy,
because of my past,
it's not even right,
to have to loose something important to you,
all because it was something you didn't ask for,
in the first place.

Santa Looked A Lot Like Daddy
(Buck Owens & Don Rich)
Well, Santa looked a lot like daddy
Or daddy looked alot like him
It's not the way I had him pictured
Santa was a much too thin
He didn't come down the chimney
So momma musta let him in
Yeah, Santa looked a lot like daddy
Or daddy looked alot like him.
Well they thought I was a sleepin'
They thought I was tucked in bed
They never thought that I'd come a peepin'
Or that I'd hear what was said
Santa put his arm around momma
And momma put her arm around him
So if Santa Claus ain't daddy
Then I'm a gonna tell on them.
Well, Santa looked a lot like daddy
Or daddy looked alot like him
It's not the way I had him pictured
Santa was a much too thin
He didn't come down the chimney
So momma musta let him in
Well, Santa looked a lot like daddy
Or daddy looked alot like him.
I never saw Dancer or Prancer
I never heard the sleigh bells ring
I never saw the red nosed reindeer
Like they show on the TV screen
But he sure bought alot of presents
So Santa Claus he must have been
Well, he sure looked a lot like daddy
And daddy looked alot like him.
Well, Santa looked a lot like daddy
Or daddy looked alot like him
It's not the way I had him pictured
Santa was a much too thin
He didn't come down the chimney
So momma musta let him in
Well, Santa looked a lot like daddy
Or daddy looked alot like him.
Santa looked a lot like daddy
Or daddy looked alot like
Daddy looked alot like him...

I Was a Child
I was a child - only 13
I was looking to be loved
What I found was the devil
I wasn’t to know love shouldn’t
Hurt with so much intense pain
I wasn’t to know the difference
Between passion and possession
He taught me every lesson I needed
He gave me validation of my worth
Unworthy he assured me with certainty
He told me I am now his to keep
He stole years of what was my life
His idea of play included pain
I felt his games over and over
Until I learned to no longer feel
He captured my soul and tormented it
Until he destroyed what remained
Left with no strength to walk away
Fear of death was his ultimate weapon
He took the power of my mind
He gave me a choice to escape
For this he would take something
Someone I loved - the life of my brother
My decision quite simply I made – I stayed.
What became of the years to follow?
I was a child – I was broken, beaten, kicked,
I was a child – I was tormented, raped, violated
I was a child – I was frightened, and wished to die
I was a child – I wanted to be that child again.

Why Do Folks Just Make Up Stuff?
Why do folks just make up stuff?
Even those who traditionally lie professionally,
And have kept it this way for centuries...
Can be noticed becoming increasingly appalled,
By this relatively new trend in communication.
Their lies are being amended,
By the telling of lies more outrageously told.
And to say they are offended,
Is an understatement.
They can be seen blowing off steam.
Why do folks just make up stuff?
Not even good made up stuff at that.
There is weak made up stuff being made.
Low grade although acceptable.
And this can be seen,
As a detriment to standards kept...
That has begun to threaten values,
Being questioned by the youth...
Graduating with degrees of higher learning,
With no where to apply their lessons learned.
As those who just make up stuff,
Are making themselves more credible.

Long Goodbye
You are always there for me.
When things are tough
When things are rough.
You always have that hidden smile
You can always see it a mile.
You can make me laugh
When all i want to do is cry
You make me change my mind
When all i want to do is die.
You carry my weight, on your shoulders.
You hold me, in your arms
You remember the good times,
You remember the bad times.
You smile at the good ones
Cry at the bad ones.
You are always there for me.
When i'm down,
You help me up
When i'm a fool,
you make up for it
When i'm sorry
You except my apology,
When everything in my world is crashing down, when there is nothing left around, when i can't hear a sound, your there for me.
When all i want to do is cry, when all i want to do is die, when all i want to do is fly, you hold me down to earth.
Thankyou, for smiling those gray clouds away
Thankyou for laughing my pain away
Thankyou for holding me close
Thankyou for choosing me of all people
Thankyou for excepting me
Thankyou for allowing me to be me
Thankyou for letting me cry on your shoulder.
Thankyou for being my bolder to life. Where u can roll away my problams or perhaps smoosh them.
Thankyou for making me laugh, even just for a little while.
Thankyou for being you.
I love who you are.
I love your face, i love your smile
I love your eyes i see awhile
I love your smell, i love your color
I love your toes, i love your fingers.
I love your heart, i love your chest
I love your legs, i love your arms.
I love your soul, so pure and white
I love your feathers and crown that shine bright.
I love your innocence, i love your happiness
I love your laugh, i love your cry
I love how, you don't want me to die
I love how you care, i love how you hold me
I love your infedelity. I love your inner-self most being
I love who you are. I love how you are.
I love how you act. I love you.
I love you. Yourself, your whole.
I hated the way you treated me.
I hated being ignored
I hated being pushed away
I hated being treated that way
I hated feeling liek i don't belong
I hated that stupid love song
I hated it when u acted,
As though i wasn't your love.
I hated when we didn't flirt.
I hated when we didn't smile
I hated when we faught
I hated it when we were going out at times.
I hated it when i felt sad.
I hated it when you were mad
I hated it when i was mad
I hated it.. i hated it. i hated it.
I love it now.
I love how you treat me
As though we're going out
When we're not
I hated when once you had me
You thought u didn't have to act as though you wanted me, .
I love it now, how you act as though i'm all you want at times.
I hate showing the way i feel.
I hate being sad or crying.
I hate the way i treated you
I hate the way i was mean to you
I hate the way i've been treated int he past by many people
I hate the way i was so cruel to you.
I hated it.
I hate the way where i subdo-ed and cut myself
I hate the way i did it three times.
I hate the way it bled so much
I hate the way its going to leave scars
I hate the way it made me feel
I love the way it released the pain
I hate the way i had to use that method
I hate the way i broke a promise
I hate the way i broke alot.
I hate the way i miss it all
I hate the way it all went by so fast
I love the way some things happened the way they did
I love the way how i got to be so close to you
I love the way i learned how to love
I love the way i could love you
I love the way we spent all that time together.
I hate the way i miss you.
I hate the way i get jealous
I hate the way we don't talk
I hate the way i feel hatred and disgust
I hate the way that i left those memories in the dust.
I love the way you are.
I love who you are.
I love how we planned to go to the Hyatt
and i love how... you might take me
I wish i could go there now
into the future and be with you then
i wish i could make my wishes come true
but i stopped wishing upon the stars.
I'm sorry for everything i thought was right.
I'm sorry fighting with you every single night.
I'm sorry for crying
I'm sorry for dying
I'm sorry for making you sad
I'm sorry for making you mad
I'm sorry for creating this pain
I'm sorry for being insane
I'm sorry for making a mess
I'm sorry i'm making this confess
I'm sorry i was mean to you
I'm sorry i yelled at you
I'm sorry i ever got mad at you
I'm sorry i cryed on you
I'm sorry i scared you.
I'm sorry i loved you
I'm sorry for regreting the love i gave you
I'm sorry for treating you those ways
I'm sorry for calling you gay
I'm sorry for calling your dumb
I'm sorry my mistake was becomming numb
I'm sorry for making all those mistakes
I'm sorry for putting your feelings at steak
I'm sorry for calling you stupid
I'm sorry for being rude
I'm sorry foir being crued
I'm sorry for being me.
I'm sorry for all these sorry's
I'm sorry for being annoying
I'm sorry for my life
I'm sorry for my feelings towards you
i'm sorry for the pain i put you through
I'm sorry for being the worst girlfriend
I'm sorry for barely being a friend.
I'm sorry for smiling
I'm sorry for crying
I'm sorry for laughing
I'm sorry for my anger
I'm sorry i ever met you, for putting you through all that pain.
I'm sorry i ever kissed you, for making you go through all that trouble.
I'm sorry for being me.
I'm sorry for missing you
I'm sorry for all the things i said, every little bit, i wish i was dead.
I'm sorry for cutting myself, slitting my wrist.
I'm sorry for lying to you. Saying it was my cat on my arm.
I'm sorry i can't help you right now.
I'm sorry i can't help myself right now
I'm sorry for thinking when i was crying, that i should just jump off the roof or fall off a cliff.
I'm sorry for my dirty thoughts.
I'm sorry for my hatred meanings
I'm sorry for ignoring you.
I'm sorry for the pain i put you through.
I'm sorry for making you cry
I'm sorry for breaking up with you.
I'm sorry for being who i am again.
I'm sorry i wish i could die
I'm sorry for wishing i could get hurt
I'm sorry for wishing she'd say no to you.
I'm sorry for being selfish
I'm sorry for carrying this weight
I'm sorry for bearing you this burden
I'm sorry for not wanting to talk to you
I'm sorry for always been mad at you.
I'm sorry i was ever mean to you, for pointing out your mistakes.
I'm sorry.. I'm sorry. I'm sorry..
Please forgive me.

The family that used to be
The family the used to be
There was once a happy family
Everything seem to be going right
Everybody was happy
There was no arguments or no fights
My mom and dad loved each other
Well at least I thought so
But after 2 years or so
All the love seemed to go
And disappear into the night
They began to argue
They began to fight
This hurted me inside
At night I cried
I hated for the family to fall apart
This truly broke my heart
When my father left the house
I didn’t care anymore
I wanted the family to be happy and full of love
But like my father that all went out the door
My heart felt so soar
I couldn’t love anymore
So I began to not care
Doing things I wouldn’t dare do
ONLY IF MY FATHER WAS HERE
My mom worries about me and wonder why I act this way
I never told her why
I just simply reply I’ll be ok
No one understands me
No one feels the pain I feel
When I think about how my family used to be
And how it is today
So a family the once used to be a family 3
Is now a family of 2
The house is quiet boring and blue
It’s not the same with out my dad here
But I can’t do nothing but cry (tear)
Signed a hurt child

To beget with you…my emotions…
Run away…
To see you swell is a blessing…
Each and everyday…
The love not the work…
The pleasure not the hours…
The moans and groans not the sweat…
The inner stuff which kept us wet…
Just to think of another life…
Maybe we should do this twice…
(When will we throw the rice) ?
The day before or the night after…
Now you hide in the bay…
Are you sure this is ok…
This a love child…
Not a (I did you) child…
We are responsible…not in denial…
We did what we did…to have a kid…
It wasn't a bid…
And I still love you…
Do you still love me…
Then think of how happy we will be…

And all of Laura's stuff, what they wrote originally wasn't as good and Constance wound up doing that herself. That was all her stuff, reading to the child, because she had children herself and that's what she would have done.

Forgive Me Love
I went to your house
Walked up the stairs
I opened your door without ringing a bell
I walked down the hall
Into your room
Where I could smell you
And I
Shouldn't be here
Without Permission
Shouldn't be here
Would you forgive me love
If I danced in your shower
Would you forgive me love
If I laid in your bed
Would you forgive me love
If I stayed out left and new oh...
I took off my clothes
Put on your rob
Went through your drawers and I found your cologne
Went down to the den
Found your CD's
And I played your Johnny
And I
Shouldn't stay long
You might be home soon
Shouldn't stay long
Would you forgive me love
If I danced in your shower
Would you forgive me love
If I laid in your bed
Would you forgive me love
If I stayed out left and new oh...
I burned your incense
I ran a bath
I noticed a letter that sat on your desk
It said hello love
I love you so love
Meet me at midnight
And no
It wasn't my writing
I better go soon
It wasn't my writing
So forgive me love
If I cry in your shower
So forgive me love
For the salt in your bed
So forgive me love
If I cry out left and new oh...

You Were The Adult, I Was Just A Kid
you had control,
you made me feel special,
but something wasn't right,
questions were floating around,
of why i did the things i did,
the more there was,
the more secretive you became,
told me we couldn't continue,
if my parents found out,
but it didn't feel right,
you told me my parent would think i was lying,
guess what?
they did,
i created a war,
things gotten hard,
it was easy for me to admit i was lying,
than for ppl to question my judgement,
i was a kid,
you had a edge,
kids lie, easy out,
you made me depend on you,
and for what?
what did you ever do to me?
besides take advanage and kick me to the side,
you hurted me, in ways i couldn't understand,
until now, you coward,
couldn't admit to your actions,
because you,
know they were wrong,
and now becuz of you,
i understand why i don't trust,
it was one thing you took from me when i was young.
