It is foolish to venture into strange enchanted places
If they aren't the places you want to be

It is foolish under the guise of love and liberty
That we should capitalize and rob and fell
The poor for the socialistic tree

A Poem On Obsequies To A Tear
I with utmost care
Place this tear
On the funeral pyre
Don't look down
Upon a tear shed
Don't you see
Its heart still throbbing?
Its eyes beyond your grasp?
The tear still pulsating
And its breath filling the lungs?
It has many tales to recount
Connecting you to me
And us to him, her and them
Come, pay you respects
Before the pyre is lit
Before another tear is shed
And placed on the pyre.

Freedom of the Flame
Standing before all of those that have done her wrong
she screams to the writhing throng
'to you that have not thought me strong'
She tears into her chest
pulling out her still beating heart
she shows it to the assembled guest
'This was to much trouble from the start'
Tossed upon the funeral pyre
her once beating heart slows and begins to smolder
and as the flames climb higher and higher
and she grows bolder
' Is this what you want, is this our desire'
tossed upon the funeral pyre
first goes one then the another
their bodies threaten to smother
with each body tossed her laughter comes
and as each succumbs
she feels her burden lift and she becomes
FREE

Women are allowed more freedoms and we're fighting for more freedoms, we're experiencing more freedoms won.

Most Beautiful Woman In The World
She is the most beautiful woman in the world.
Yet! She doesn’t have fancy clothes, or makeup.
She doesn’t even have a first name, nor does she speak.
But people come from all over the world just to see
Our beautiful MISS LIBERTY.
She sits in our harbor and greets all human race
From the air, land, or from the sea
She has become a part of me.
She fills every heart with a warm glow
And day to day she puts on a show.
She stands on a mound with her arm held high
Holding freedoms torch to the sky.
Her robe is the robe of justice
And she wears it quite well
Look at her closely and you can tell.
Freedom is not really free - for you may
Have to fight for liberty
Just open your eyes and look around
Communist nations have fallen to the ground
Arab countries are fighting for their rights
And it is a long and perilous flight
But freedoms bell will forever ring

The day my doctor died of smoking
I bought myself a fat cigar -
I realised he must be joking,
His funeral was so bizarre:
A dwarf in multi-coloured clothing
Sang louder than the parish choir
And though my heart was full of loathing
I leapt upon the funeral pyre.
I'd often longed for such a roasting
And knew it was my friend's desire,
I shouted out 'We'll all be toasting
In Hell's incandescent fire! '
Don't be discouraged by this story,
Smoking cigarettes is fine,
Inhale them on your days of glory
And drink your fill of rich, red wine! !
