The Romantic Norse Language
When my Norse sweetheart

The animal in me
Is it legal for me
To call myself an animal?
Whilst human is what I try to be
For the animal in me
Is transparent to see
If I get scared I plea or flee
Sometimes I show bravery like a lion
With nerves of steel made of iron
Sometimes I give off a scent
In the heat of the moment
As a woman I have my season
When you can capture me on the heat
Till today, I do not understand the reason
Why I hunt then, like an animal hunting for its meat
The animal in me is confused
The human in me is amused
Is it legal for me

What would you be if you weren't an animal?
Who would you eat if you were a cannibal?
Where do we go when our evolution is done?
You're going home, you're tired of incident
Kicked in the head by a nasty accident
One with only half opposable thumbs
Give me mine is what we're told
When all we need's a little bit of soul
Give it up and give away
It's only yours to borrow anyway
What will you have when there's nothing left to take?
Who will you hit when there's no one left to hate?
Where will you go when you're going out on your own?
We're all born in total ignorance

I am a viking of some note

In the Norse mythology Loki originally was on the side of the rest of the gods, helping them once or twice using a particularly nast forms of trickery. He was a cunning negotiator with a talent for technicalities. He was sort of the Norse equivalent of a lawyer, no doubt the reason they tied him down in a pit dripping acidic venom on him.

Excuse me! Please turn the lights off

Flesh
Flesh after the bones is sweet,
Refreshing can be tasting it,
Goal of a righteous cannibal,
A freedom has entered him of late.
He is angered by race and degree of heat,
And this his health has provided
To live among the cannibals
Of recent times.
