Death Cry Be Heard
let the death cry be heard,
of those dalit murdered,
and seek emancipation,
against the discrimination,
ask not for justice,
if that only leads to injustice,
for they don’t even try,
to address your cry,
life yours made deplorable,
resolve to make it admirable,
life is worth living,
a single day as king,
rather like decades corpse sting,
fight for the dalit plight,
till they reckon your might,
forgo your false notion,
those who supports discrimination,
are people who runs the nation,
were intellectuals brief daily,
about falling economy,
and neglect human ignominy,
suffered by million dalits daily,
no justice ever deserve,
cry of women raped reserve,
and her family killed to serve,
fanatic high caste nerve,
is there an end to this season,
of hate towards dalit for no reason,
if its caste that only matter,
the nation then will definitely shatter,
fools may sing unity in diversity,
wise will see signs of adversity,
nation heading toward calamity.

Voice Of A Dalit Women
now hear the unheard cries
of dalit women plight
upper caste takes pride
humanity here despise
seeing the cruelty dies
of high caste females crucify
mercilessly their own gender
in the name of caste blunder
mutely supporting the plunder
of dalit women, who wonder
the silence of own gender
on the sight of feminity
in the board day light
paraded naked in their own vicinity
raped, ravished and trampled
no doubt upper caste feminity
is skin deep only
else they would have fought
for their feminine right
to live life free of fright
alas! they are caste blind
to see their mutual bind
feminists too are not so kind
to raise voice against the crime
however will burn candles
and raise issue nation wide
on death of upper caste women
died enjoying night party
such feminists who glee
in distributing pink panty
for women’s right to party
awfully ignores humiliating death
suffered by dalit women daily
story of dalit women is grim
suffers discrimination all time
as a female and a lower caste being
though struggling through adversities
if succeed to come out of the rim
aristocrat high caste vultures deem
her hopes nothing but dream
ever preying on her virtuosity
that dominates their caste superiority
arising dalit women suffers subtly
high caste people discriminating policy
based on caste as well gender inferiority
where majority prays and swears by female deity
but treat dalit women mere commodity
nation egotist in its democracy
fails to notice caste discrepancy
dalit women should now be their own saviors
pursue the legacy of Savitribai Phule and Dr. Ambedkar
be educated, be united and agitate

An Educated Dalit
educated dalit, working in office elite,
his journey from rags to riches,
hardly matters for high caste there,
safeguarded through religious care,
see the dalit with crucifying glare,
wonder how could a dalit dare,
to overcome his sordid tale,
of breaking away his caste jail,
for them its not his education,
but simply unearned reservation,
well, they prefer to stay ignorant,
rather than be observant and agree,
to their sly ancestors religious vagary,
of keeping majority of population,
religiously away from education,
widely making negative propagation,
low caste deserve condemnation,
now in era of globalization,
they provide legal justification,
by granting on paper certain reservation,
but see the anarchy of socialization,
majority of dalit population,
struggling for handful reservation,
while minority ruling population
gets the rest as gratification,
the educated dalit wonder,
there are many like him who thunder,
for the dalit rights to be consider,
and its time to learn from past blunder,
individuals fight and meek surrender,
unless someone like dr. ambedkar,
been true dalit caretaker,
gather the courage again,
to teach the dalits how to gain,
social rights lost in vain,
perceiving false political fame.

Dr. Ambedkar- Sun That Never Sets
i see a sun that never sets,
that enlighten inner quest,
by transcending hearts gate
to overcome lives fade
i see a sun that never sets,
burns stoically for the rest
to help achieve forbidden glory
of those lives gloomy
I see a sun that never sets,
for millions pride sake
breaking law of nature
like a rebel dares death
i see a sun that never sets
and he is a man on mission
with sublime noble reason
to fight human discrimination
i see a man surmount a sun
brilliant high in the sky
nevertheless refusing to lie
unlike a sun that sets everyday
truly Dr. Ambedkar, a dalit icon
is the only sun, dalits reckon
and world shall not witness
any other sun that never sets

Justice is the One who gives Life on Me
For the people who seek for comfort or dead mercy,
Their fairness sob and yet still strife for their right,
I rage against the death of justice before it will be.
My eyes shed tears, my heart crumpled tenderly
Cries of beggar and poor who gleamed on my sight,
For only Justice is the one who gives life on me.
The soul who screams, murdered by hatred and fury,
By means of politics, they were killed and cause blight
I rage against the death of justice before it will be.
Such criminals must be punish and injured severely,
Either they’ll tell the truth or lie, a freedom to fight,
For only Justice is the one who gives life for me.
Unjust power, ways of government over sovereignty,
To rule the nation seeking in dark the hopes in light
Yet, rage against the death of justice before it will be.
Hearts and souls are estranged on life that’s so unlucky,
And unfair and believers grasp on their faith; hold on tight,
And rage against the death of justice before it will be,
For only Justice, Justice and Justice…
Which the one who gives life to me.

Long Live Apartheid
I was feeling sad and red,
I didn’t know, which way, nation was going.
There were quotas all around,
Communal, caste, gender, language, regional and physical,
And what not, do not know.
Quota in the air, quota in the sky,
Quota in the ground,
Quotas everywhere.
We are here as in a caste republic,
Swept with the farce of equality and secularism,
Where racism is the grating roar,
Bring the eternal note of discrimination.
Alas! There was no peace,
No help for needy poor, dying farmers,
Braving soldiers and wailing widows,
Where racial leaders loot day, in and day out.
Looking high and low, reservation every where,
Merit was trampled underneath the boots,
It was wailing in the brutal world,
Humanity and merit was burning.
It was not a wild fire,
It was the fire of innocence,
Youth, merit and justice,
And knaves were counting their votes.
They were not the brokers of social justice,
They were not the paid ponies of secularism,
But it was the truth burning for justice,
It was the merit crying for honor.
The knaves were dancing on their pyre,
Waiting for another pray, to be burnt alive,
They were cruel masters and have no pain,
Butchers were shining the dagger to stab merit.
They died for justice, vultures live for injustice,
They died for merit, they live for destruction,
They died for truth, they live for farce,
They died for the nation, they live for decay.
Remember it was not a simple fire,
The hot blaze will burn the knaves,
One day the butchers will get the message,
Or else, as in the past, nation will be devoured by slavery,
Ah God we shall be true to our nation,
Long live constitution of India,
Long live our racial leaders,
Long live apartheid’

Strength of a nation
Strength of a nation
~
The strength of a nation
Driven by honour and pride
Will stand as one to the fight
Against the needless hate
Those that seek to destroy
Through envy and fear
Of what the nation stands for
They will not kill the spirit
Only strengthen its resolve
A nation open to all beliefs
Teaches equality to all
And through its own faults
Will learn and grow stronger
The free shall stand as one
The strength of the nation
Seeing through the adversity
Does not yield nor quit
But stands defiant
We stand as one

Justice & Independence 85
He was born on the fourth day of july
So his parents called him independence day
He married a girl named justice who gave birth
To a son called nation
Then she walked away
Independence he would daydream and hed pretend
That someday him and justice and nation would get together again
But justice held up in a shotgun shack
And she wouldnt let nobody in
So a nation cried
Chorus:
Oh oh
When a nation cries
His tears fall down like missiles from the skies
Justice look into independences eyes
Can you make everyrhing alright
Can you keep your nation warm tonight
Well nation grew up and got himself a reputation
Couldnt keep the boy at home no no
He just kept running round and round and round and round
Independence and justice well they felt so ashamed
When the nation fell down they argued who was to blame
Nation if youll just come home well have this family again
Oh nation dont cry
Chorus:
Oh oh
When a nation cries
His tears fall down like missiles from the skies
Justice look into independences eyes
Can you make everyrhing alright
Can you keep your nation warm tonight
Roll a rock across the country
Everbody come along
When youre feelin down yeah yeah
Just sing this song yeah yeah

Mahatma Gandhi
The man who showed us the road to emancipation,
Popularly known as the father of the nation,
An advocate of universal brotherhood and equality,
Yes, I’m talking about Mahatma Gandhi.
Gandhiji spread the message of love and mutual tolerance,
He was opposed to all forms of violence.
A crusader for women’s liberation,
He always raised his voice against caste discrimination.
A practitioner of vegetarianism and ‘Ahimsa’
He vehemently propagated the use of the ‘charkha’.
'Truth is God' was his philosophy,
He believed that “The science of non-violence alone can lead one to pure democracy...”
To London he went for higher education,
In South Africa, he fought for the rights of the Indian population.
An absolute altruist by nature,
His knowledge, and global experience changed our nation’s future.

Tearless Eyes Of Mine
I've no tears to cry
my eyes have gone pale and dry.
What they saw in past
was discrimination on things like cast.
How does it matter being a Dalit or Brahman
when we are all normal humans.
It's a thought we have to change
a thought to change
a world will change.
Where people can freely say they are black
no rights to anyone will lack.
Then my eyes will have nothing to do with water
and they can be pale and dry forever.

We Have To Retrieve That
During my college days, I watched a movie named
‘Women against rape’. But, now I know someone,
Bhanwari Devi from Rajasthan,
A rape victim, still fighting…
She was gang raped by Gurjar* men
(In presence of her husband, tied up)
When she tried to prevent them
From marrying off a baby girl
Who was just nine months old… Fifteen years passed …
How can an upper caste man Rape a lower caste woman? ,
A District Judge asked in 1995!
'LUST HAS NO CASTE, Mr.JUSTICE'!
Her medical examination happened after 52 long hours
And the Police seized her ‘’LEHANGA’ - long skirt,
As the only evidence late in that night! … Head down,
She walked away, wearing her husbands long Turban…
Her fight for Women empowerment continues and
The Supreme Court issued guidelines that broadly
Defined sexual harassment at the workplace and made it
Mandatory for Corporations and business establishments…
To have committees against sexual harassment.
Child marriage rates reduced drastically in Rajasthan
Police more vigilant in attending cases against rape now..
Imagine, just a single woman could make all these,
She deserves nationwide respect…
But…
Her family is ostracized everywhere…Her son is
Continuously bullied by upper caste crooks…
She has no income from her barren lands…
Her only income source is a buffalo!
O! God, please protect that animal
From being poisoned by some ‘caste fanatic’…
She is Bharat...
She is mother Earth…
Her ‘LEHANGA’ is our tainted nature…
We have to………………..

Those Who Are Less Fortunate Then You
Consolidation.
The gathering of a nation.
Make us one.
Make us whole.
Destroy this void.
With armies sent to destroy.
Under political control.
Creating a martial law.
Protesters are silenced with the sounds gun fire.
Lethal force has been authorized.
And blood pours and pools right under our feet.
Their is no going back.
Their is no retreat.
That flag marks the day of defeat.
Consolidation.
The gathering of a nation.
Make us one.
Make us whole.
Destroy this void.
With armies sent to destroy.
Under political control.
Consolidation.
The gathering of a nation.
Make us one.
Make us whole.
Destroy this void.
With armies sent to destroy.
Under political control.
Monsters with innocent faces.
The poison in this water has become so tasteless.
Does this mean it won't kill?
The fight for the freedom of the defenseless.
Let our crys be heard.
Let them hear us all over the world.
Consolidation.
The gathering of a nation.
Make us one.
Make us whole.
Destroy this void.
With armies sent to destroy.
Under political control.
Divide us into groups of races, religions, classes and other discrimination's.
It doesn't change that we are all made of this flesh.
With hearts that all beat the same.
We all bleed the same.
No matter the cage we're imprisoned in.
This won't change.
Consolidation.
The gathering of a nation.
Make us one.
Make us whole.
Destroy this void.
With armies sent to destroy.
Under political control.
Consolidation.
The gathering of a nation.
Make us one.
Make us whole.
Destroy this void.
With armies sent to destroy.
Under political control.
All we ask for, all we want, all we seek is the right to be as we are.
Is our very existence so wrong?
That no haven or shelter shall be given to those who less fortunate then you, then you, then you?

Our Nation
Does it really matter what your religion is;
Or the color of your skin?
What church you attend on sunday,
or the neighborhood you live in?
Is the car you drive really important?
Does it make the man or woman inside?
Does any thing in this world truely matter?
Can you take it to the other side?
Something is wrong with our nation today,
we seem to have lost all common sense.
We no longer stand united,
we use discrimination as our defense.
We try to exhault our selves higher,
then everyone else we see;
We try to prove we are better inside,
but our selves we can not decieve.
Let us put an end to the hatred,
lets' put discrimination in the past;
Let us restore our nation to greatness,
with a greatness that will surely last.

If I Can Change the World
If someday I sit on the top of this world,
Bring on changes with a single word,
Throw away hatred; spread only love,
Turn a vulture into a peaceful dove,
Make a beauty out of the beast,
That won’t be the last or the least,
I’ll delet discrimination,
Human humiliation,
Make rivalry people shaking hands,
Apologize for their shameful demands,
Open the gates of this big prison,
Let there be light; based on reason,
Money just a way to buy our needs,
Not a motive for bloody deeds,
Nations hailing through borders,
No barbed-wires for keeping orders,
And water for all to drink,
No poverty; lots of milk,
Food for Africa,
Justice to America,
Terror out of Arabia,
Stability to Somalia,
Solidarity to Lebanon,
My beloved country; suffered nation…

‘Bees will Return to Hives! ’
The Saffronization of India?
–Phulbani, Kandhammal, Orissa, India.
'Calm follows every storm;
But Christians must be calm! '
‘Where martyrs’ blood be spilt,
More churches will be built!
Without much shame or guilt,
Fanatics hit the hilt’
Their saffron hues, they spray
On Dalit Christians, aye!
They won’t allow them pray;
They hunt them night and day!
What tragedy now looms!
‘Turn Hindu, ’ call now booms;
‘Or die; be bruised and maimed! ’
Why Christians all are blamed?
Frenzied mobs on rampage:
A war on Christians wage;
Conversion is their lie,
As Christians many die!
Can’t one profess their faith
Of choice and freedom, say?
Are Christians not Indians?
God will show them their way!
Such states are keeping quiet;
They want Christians to fight;
‘Violence begets violence’
Most Christians stay calm, hence.
Are there no basic rights?
Most Christian homes lost lights;
Hundreds have been destroyed;
Pleas have gone null and void.
Most Christians are too hurt;
No one seems to regret;
Churches are simply torched,
And human beings scorched!
As angry mobs destroy,
And loot the Christian homes;
And burn them down overnight;
O, see the Dalit’s plight!
‘Kandhammal is burning;
Christians are hiding
in the forests near-by,
Out of fear for their lives!
The Bureaucracy’s sleeping!
A community’s weeping;
And the nation goes on
As usual, from dusk to dawn!
Who gives the rioters rights
To kill and loot and maim?
The government takes no blame;
Keeps its political aim.
All Indians are brothers;
They spare not nuns, sisters!
They burn Christians alive,
For converting the tribes?
Will not some leader ask?
Is peace then no one’s task?
Christians cannot worship
Nor live in peace, friendship.
Conversion is excuse
For mobs to cause abuse
Of Dalit Christians poor
Who grew in numbers more!
God watches all these crimes;
He will usher new climes;
As martyrs’ blood cries, pleads
To stop arson, misdeeds.
Has Nature lost its cool?
More floods are going to kill
the robust and the ill,
The ‘wise fanatic fool! ’
Shouldn’t Christians not unite,
As churches, homes ignite?
Our patience isn’t weakness;
God is God of fairness!
If churches bear insult
Temples aren’t stronger built;
Time teaches all lessons,
As blatant lie weakens.
They blame the poor Christians
Who belong to same soil;
Their living God’s mighty –
One, only Almighty!
But how long will they kill
And take innocent lives?
The fanatics have skill?
‘Bees will return to hives! ’
Such states can’t then progress
If violence won’t regress;
God will not spare culprits
Ready are His hell-pits!

Thirsty For Justice
[I am a cheater.liar, sinner..the ideas of the poem mystery are entirely of my cousin arushi chaplot]
Some time in my past I suffered injustice...
But decided to carry on with my life.
Forgetting that unhealthy past..
But the present came out to be no better..
For I continue to suffer injustices..
My life's deteriorating day by day..
For the thirst of justice..
I was accused of wrongs I never did..
And given no chance to explain..
Some malicious people are constantly lying to ruin my reputation..
But who would explain...who would explain?
Who would get me justice?
And make my life worth living again..
Get me justice..
For the image created of me was not of me..
But created only to make me suffer..
I am dying every moment for justice...
Give me Justice....

All Across The Nation,
Is Hunger And Starvation.
All Across The Nation,
Is Racism And Discrimination.
All Across The Nation,
Is Poverty And Overpopulation.
Why Don’t We Stop This Pain?
There’s A Lot More We Can Gain.
Why Not Help Each Other?

Our Nation
Look at our Nation,
Defiled by discrimination,
Making a separation,
Between the present generation;
The younger generation,
Must take into consideration,
And give some useful information,
Using their modulus calculation;
To remove the obstruction,
Caused by the politician,
without any co-operation,
among the people of our Nation
Now, oncoming revolution,
Will provide a path of salvation,
For our Indian Nation,
To which I pay my ovation.
