The moment that justice must be paid for by the victim of injustice it becomes itself injustice.

Picking right side
Why do we keep silence
And keeping silence means
Giving a chance to injustice
Ruled over justice.
Picking the right side
between justice and injustice
Is moral and legal responsibilities

A Youth of Janice Bronwyn Linden era and of 1976
The difference between a youth of Janice Bronwyn Linden era
And the youth of 1976
1976 Their daily bread was not yet sovereignty
And singing not yet uhuru
They heard a smell of injustice in old uniform
Rebellious against it everywhere and anywere!
They fought injustice with their lives
they fought every inhuman out of human
A youth of Janice Bronwyn Linden era
They sing not yet developed
And they have a freedom in their lifetime.
The streets are as they where in 1976
And the dust is still unsettled.
I sense a feeling of corruption, maqhabane!
Unruly against all those championing liberation
And defy them against all odds!
The class of 1976 died for justice
And youth Janice Bronwyn Linden dies for injustice.
A justice in injustice uniform.

War on Injustice
You think you slick,
you think you slippery,
yet we going to get you.
No matter where you from
no matter where you hide:
behind the collar,
behind the stripes,
behind the color,
we going to fight you.
Just so you know,
Injustice,
this is war.
Your skin can't trick me.
Your speech can't fool me.
And your bars can't hold me.
If you are white,
if you are black,
brown or yellow
just so you know,
Injustice,
this is war.
If you a baby killer,
a woman beater,
ethnic cleanser,
or a Jew hater:
we are going to fight you:
with pens,
with fasting,
with prayers,
We are going to fight you:
with love,
with the body and the blood.
Just so you know,
Injustice,
this is war.
We are not going to sit at the corner
while you take us to the coroner:
we keep the land,
we keep the peace,
we keep Jerusalem,
we keep the temples.
Just so you know,
Injustice,
this is war.

Justice is Just This
What is justice?
This unapparent fairness
Supposed to combine rather than divide
Just a word that likes to hide
This unapparent fairness
What is justice?
Justice, is between you and if you are righteous
And you might just be righteous,
But you don’t have the intelligence of the truths of real justice.
Justice, is merely impossible because we have created injustice.
And just this.
It may be a tongue twister to read
But justice is a twist of the tongue indeed
A twist of the lung, you can’t breathe
A twist of the fun, full of hypocrisy and greed
A fake term misused, abused of its creed
Our mouths say justice, but injustice is what we really speak
And just this.
What is justice?
This unapparent fairness
Supposed to combine rather than divide
Just a word that likes to hide
This unapparent fairness
What is justice?
Just a word, and just this.

Injustice is censured because the censures are afraid of suffering, and not from any fear which they have of doing injustice.
The Irony
people who look at me as dispenser of justice
do not know, that i am a victim of injustice myself.
as i wear the black robe, i too, hide within this cloth
my own suffering from the political system that swears that
everything is owned, one must have a master,
that in this small stage, they try to make marionettes
out of our broken bones, their hands are there manipulating the strings
and those who do not follow, who do not dance shall be severely
punished
i keep this irony, i close my mouth and then i bang the gavel
hard, i give you justice, no one gives me the same.

Judge of Justice (Why this Poverty)
With all my wisdom
The poor bow his head
Even in your kingdom
I do acknowledge
Before cruel hand of strength
There is no regards for knowledge
Many a time
I have seen
The poor being disregarded
And badly humiliated
Is this the justice awarded?
You the judge of justice
They have nothing
Only grief as wealth
Tears roll down their cheeks
They sleep hungry for weeks
O judge of justice
Why is this injustice
What was poor's foul
Of the tactless soul
Why you sent them to world
Full of men cruel and bold
Where without strength
Poor have to mew
You showered wealth
In the houses of few
By your great grace
Many are enjoying health
It's your presence
That flower give fragrance
Then why you deprived them
Of good health and ample wealth
Why embittered their life
Shrouded their soul with grief
O judge of justice
Why you did injustice

The Justice
Where is the justice in this world?
where is the justice? I feel bored
I need the justice only, please.
Answer me to breathe with ease.
If the justice appears tell me!
please, I want to breathe.
without the justice I cant live
Yeah! we all cant live.
If the injustice disappeared
You will find the justice appear.
Answer me, answer now.
So, we can live peacefully right now.
Where is the justice in this world?

Wonderful India
India is a wonderful nation,
Here Indians are insulted
But foreigners are respected,
Here Hindus are snubbed,
But minorities are nurtured.
Here patriots are offended,
But terrorists are flattered.
Here natives are hounded,
But intruders are welcomed.
Here honest are defeated,
But corrupt rule the nation.
Here merit is mocked,
But UN-meritorious gets quotas.
Here disciplined get intimidated,
But rogues roam fearlessly.
Here SRKs are above law,
But saints are booked.
Here justice is injustice,
And injustice is justice.
Here stone dargahas get cozy chaders,
But living souls roam naked in streets.
Here Sufi baba, pester, imams get trillions,
But aged parents die penniless.
Here secularism is communal-ism,
But communal-ism is secularism.

Lawyer's Paradise
Some times law is very confusing
System of courts is quite amusing,
The cases are not disposed off fast
So significance of the justice is lost.
One or for other reason day after day
Months and years, cases are delayed.
Justice seekers wait long in the process
Pay for being victim of the dilatoriness.
Lawyers get adjournment every time
And charge to their clients per diem.
Some times to harass the opposition
Take adjournment for flimsy reason.
Many clients are poor and uneducated
Pay for justice and wait time unlimited.
The client suffers by adjournment practice
And unfortunately fall victim to injustice.
Some lawyers are habitual of adjournment
Some Continue meaningless argument;
For each adjournment client has to pay
Lawyer extract money, clients face delay.
Courts which do not timely decide
Are the places of lawyers paradise.

Justice is rather the activity of truth, than a virtue in itself. Truth tells us what is due to others, and justice renders that due. Injustice is acting a lie.
