A Dust Mite Speaks
With feeble tries to move from this bed
Legs spread, arms reaching out
To a space that was moist, yet ambiguous
The golden brown sun mocks her
As it shines through her dirty windowpane
A tear falls upon the pale blue sheets
Fingers stroking it, last night was a blur
But the feelings were strong, concrete
Still she had so much love to offer
So much words to blanket him with
What she wouldn't do, to hear the sound
Of humble guitars, gentle violin strains
As she lost her heart to his gentle neck
As she lost her soul to his hypnotic pulse

I Won't Be Lost
Fallen three times in a row
Waking up with vertigo
But you were there to break my fall
Before I had to face it all
Don't let me go
Don't let me go
Cause I wouldn't wanna move on
Without you
I won't be lost
Next time you see me
My pain will be gone
Baby believe me I been trying
But my heart keeps on breaking
I won't be lost
Smiling like a billionaire
Hoping you were unaware
The walls in side were caving in
My world had come apart again
Don't let me it show
Don't let them know
That I wouldn't be very strong
Without you
I won't be lost
Next time you see me
My pain will be gone
Baby believe me I been trying
But my heart keeps on breaking
I won't be lost
Don't you give up on me
Cause I wouldn't be very strong
And I wouldn't wanna move on
Without you
I won't be lost
Next time you see me
My pain will be gone
Baby believe me
I been trying but my heart keeps on breaking
I won't be lost
I won't be lost

Bitter Blue Blanket
chocolate chip cookie bitter blue blanket
tie dyed shirt and buttermilk biscuit
i cant help you when u need a kiss
songs are born of pain such as this
chanting her name while she charms
lost again in her crimson berry arms
Lost in a bitter blue blanket
Lost in a haze of angry black tornadoes
And then, a wavy haired skateboarder smiles up at me
'lighten up dude' is all he says
I grin and instantly the world is righted again
Ice cream flows down a chocolate mountain
Cast off the bitter blue blanket
Bathe in the sun eat yellow air
She will learn to be fair
She will learn to be fair

I'm feeling all alone
I've always said this is a big big world
And now I'm lost in this world
Lost feeling...
Lost love...
Lost and confused,
Even broken and used.
Lost everything for love
I'm so lost
Im dying inside
When trus is lost, how can things,
move forward?
I'm feeling all alone
I'm lost in my feelings
I'm lost in everything.
I los him...
I los his heart.
Wanted to write a poem
But lost the words
I've lost everything and I don't,
Know why.
I'm lost in this world
My mind is lost
I cant seem to trust anyone
Thoughts of nothing
No dreams or goals
I'm lost in this world.

See what you like
There should never be "what" and "if"
We are only green leaf or leaves
Hear what we feel an act as not deaf
Feel to the pulse and say very brief
Love is to care
Love is to dare
Love is to be fare
Spread the fragrance in the air
Eyes may speak
But legs may feel weak
You may know it well
I have nothing more to tell
I loved it all
Waited for your sweet call
You were there in my dream
I always longed for you to swim
I lack the words
But look always forward
I feel warmth and her gentle touch
I never knew love will be as such
I missed her not for the beauty
But I considered it as my duty
Love demands sacrifice
Not words but with full promises
She may be far and away
But I see in her clear way
She guides me from the distance
What a luck and beautiful golden chance!
I may hold her whenever time comes
Offer all praises and heartily welcome
She may be for me and forever
I shall not doubt it any more
Not all people may be lucky
Whatever they want and get it easy
I must be thankful to her and almighty
Who have blessed me with such a fine beauty?

I am but an Angel...
I am but a twinkling star in your life of dreams,
In your eyes I stare into a beauty so extreme.
My heart it has taken flight upon this whipping wind,
I hear the calling of your soul something must begin...
Lost amidst a monsoon, raindrops falling from above,
I am incomplete and empty I need somone to love.
I am but a whisper hear me calling out your name,
Perhaps you will answer and begin this lovers game...
I've been lost within the darkness concealing what I know,
But with your light now shining, it's time for me to grow.
For I am but a raindropp that falls gentle on your face,
Lingers there and sparkles until it is erased...
I know not where we're going or where this path may lead,
I am merely the planter all my words are just as seeds.
Will you be the water that shall surely make them grow?
For I am but a rainstorm let me teach you all I know...
I am but a moment waiting here for only you,
I am but an echo until you decide what's true.
I am but an angel sent from high above
I have brought with me the gift of peace and love...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Hands
Untouched bed sheets
Oblivion morn
Untouched bed sheets
Spell betrayed
Silence broken mute
Who slept this heart
Who lost this soul
Sleeping in
Untouched bed sheets
A certain shadow
Talks
To tables shelves and dresses
Hanging from the ceiling
Dancing with sounds
Voices heard in the white noise
Screen saved dream
Moving through
Oblivion morn
Corner alone
All you see are
Hands
Touching
Untouched bed sheets
Spell betrayed
Who touched these palms
Who lost these fingers
Sharp veined skin veiled
Amazingly yours
Outstretched for
A dropp of water
A bit of a sound
A fallen leaf…
Anything
Dying in a web of palm lines
Nailed
Knocking at the door
Opening closing to keep the knock within
Spell betrayed
Pulling the strings of the sky
That makes the body move
Soul lost behind sleeping
Untouched bed sheets
Oblivion morn

Life's Dream...
Yesterday I wanted to write you a sweet sonnet,
But my mind grew blank and my hands grew idle,
Whilst I slept I dreamt for you an epic love story,
Yet my fingers were too dreamy to type these words,
And in my dream I dreamt a portrait of dandelions and angels,
Yet our angel of love became lost in the wide blue yonder,
Last night I dreamt for you a poem for all the ages,
But alas I died in my dream and my poem never grew wings,
Last night I dreamed we were as one in heart and dance,
Yet my arms were empty and my heart bereft of all emotion,
So I curled up in my blanket of loneliness and dreamed on,
Shall you perhaps meet me there, so we may dance? ...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Angry Hills
heaven it shines in the dawn's early light
in a movement out in the brush
far out!
watering graves of the people who read in the book
of forbidden content
tragedy!
in a gentle way hear the angry hills
in a gentle way hear them laughing
imagination under attack for the
pictures I can't even think
i don't even know them
in a gentle way hear the angry hills
in a gentle way hear them laughing
in a gentle way
in a gentle way hear the angry hills
in a gentle way i am laughing
yes i am laughing
i am laughing
yes i am laughing

A Night Ritual
I can feel the river flow
in my night-time Tsunami's
washing over me
and I am bathing myself
cleansing in my secret thoughts
elevating my gentling soul
amid the ritual of it.
It is the grounding sense I gain.
I feel the centering
that thoughts, mind and soul bring
the yogaing,
the quietude
where the vortex
swings into orbit
and quiets itself
all around me.
It may be in the combing of the hair
the bathtub scents
the gentle rustlings
of the bed room sheets
the candle light bent
toward your glowing face
all these
are the gentle anticipations
the barefeet paddings
the night time scents
which mean the most-
no almost the most-
to me.
Your arms reaching
are really foremost
and I take their meaning
and lie down beside you
in the all Consummating Night.

A Gentle Voice (A Poem for Jadia)
by Zbird
A gentle voice of peace that whispers
across the sands of time and space
fills our hearts with love,
calms our souls and dissipates fear.
His words hug the world.
Even in his own personal pain
he wants only to uplift us,
asks nothing in return.
There is a softness in his face
a longing in his eyes.
Years of oppression leave
their visible marks in lines
of worry for what will be.
He reaches out with his words
that make us cry out for justice
for all the lost souls in the world.
I embrace the words and the love of
this gentle voice that whispers
across the sands of time and space.
I cry with joy (MY RESPONSE)
I knew no other world
Remained only in confined fold
But too care for soul not to be sold
As my mother often told
I was never in race
But always kept smiling face
For those millions who suffered cruel hands
Extended hand to welcome them as friend
I knew a bit about human bonding
But always thought invaded and seconding
"You must help all those who needed words"
If not material help but little guidance for looking forward
I found a caring friend in Zbird(poetess)
She was lovely and kind hearted bird
Once whispered in my ears
I shall cherish her words for many more years
No one did praise me with so touching words
I was searching few glorying word from inward
I found nothing to match her feelings
I just bow my head to all those who accept me as willing
I always raised head and suffered
But lost no temper and offered
What ever I could in form of retaliatory spirit
The worlds came in rolling to my feet
I may not have enough of sources
Yet there are invisible forces
Who keep their vigilant eyes on me?
To keep me imprisoned in their hear yet make me feel free
I may have to prove
Those words are powerful enough to move
A stone hearted man into melting candle
If sentiments are played well and properly handled

Little Girl Lost
See the little girl lost: walking through this world alone
She aint looking for a lover, shes just looking for a home
If you want more than sympathy then look for something else
Cause shes not true to anyone, not even to herself
Shell have sixteen smiling strangers who are handing her a line
While shes drawing dirty pictures on the black side of your mind
And that body shell let anybody hold, but the devils got her soul
But if you take her, take her easy
Treat her gentle, she used to love me
See the little girl lost, pleading silently for help
Knowing no one understands her, she dont understand herself
Shell feed your hungry ego til you think youre quite a man
But you better count your fingers when she turns loose of your hand
Cause youre just a game shes playing any way that she can win
And you aint about to touch her any deeper than her skin
In that body anybody can control, but the devils got her soul
But if you take her, take her easy
Treat her gentle, she used to love me

The Strength of a Man
The strength of a man is his arms
that protect you and keep you warm.
It is his caring ways
of the affection that he displays.
The strength of a man is his intellectual
mind and the words that he uses with positive
views.
It's his motivational words
that shines from his eyes.
The strength of a man is taking care of his
responsibilities without any hostility.
It's the love that he shares with respect to his
home and supporting his children until they can
do it on their own.
The strength of a man is his gentle touch that
pulls you near when you are shedding precious
tears.
It's his passionate warm heart
he romantically imparts.
The strength of a man is especially appealing
when he displays genuine feelings.
It's his humble soul he has to continually to love
when he is emotionally hurt as his feelings fight to stay
above.
The strength of a man
is his loyal and sheer love to only one woman.
It's his true sense of ability of integrity to his mate
and the stability of love he can continuously create.
The strength of a man isn't the world's load he can
lift or how he can shift.
Instead it's the heavy burdens he can carry on and on...

Under A Blanket Of Blue
Under a blanket of blue
Just you and I beneath the stars.
Wrapped in the arms of sweet romance
The night is ours.
Under a blanket of blue
Let me be thrilled by all your charms
Darling, I know my heart will dance
Within your arms.
A summer nights magic, enthralling me so.
The night would be tragic, if you werent here to shareit my dear,
Covered with heaven above.
Lets dream a dream of love for two,
Wrapped in the arms of sweet romance,
Under a blanket of blue.

Lost and Alone
Lost without love
Lost without family
Lost without friends
Lost without anyone
Lost without memories
Lost without thoughts
Lost without caring
Lost without a heart
Lost without a soul
Lost without feelings
Lost without dreams
Lost without life
Lost without the world
Lost without earth
Lost in my mind
Alone with the devil
Alone to burn in hell
Alone to be remembered
Alone on an island
Alone to be myself
Alone to love myself
Alone to love no one
Alone on earth
Alone in life
Alone with no thoughts
Alone with no love
Alone with no one
Alone with no memories
Alone to think
Alone to know oneself
Alone to find me

First Ray of Sun
First ray of sun
Travels to the earth
From high skies
Light of day begins to shine
Sun rises slowly, far in the sky
Goes higher and higher
As time trickles
Mountains are the first
To see the rising beauty
Sky is full with rainbow colors
Dark shades of night
Not to be seen
Every heart sighs in relief
Fills with joy when sees the light
Light and colors inspires every life,
Give a meaning to love and desire
Birds keep chirping
Wind keeps flowing
Mist is lost with the advent of heat
Evaporates to the sky above
Leaves on trees
Make a gentle sound
Their rumbling and mumbling
Make their presence felt all around
Thoughts of life
Keep coming to my mind
Touching the heart endless times
Beauty of nature
Brings words in my mind
I wish every soul to feel and hear
What I think?
Mountains and rivers never complain
Gentle breeze keeps on blowing
Mist is lost with the advent of heat
Evaporates to the sky above
Leaves on trees make a gentle sound
Their rumbling and mumbling
Make their presence felt all around
A full bright day has just begun
Cheering every face on the earth alike
Nature is the gift of god to mankind
I wish every life enjoys it fully

A whiskey Love
Through a glass of Whiskey I found her.
Her eyes, Flaming Blue, hiding a glance of Heaven
Her hair golden like the reflection of an English buttercup,
Open to the flirtations of the sun.
Her lips soft, pink,
Like the dawn over a distant tulip field,
With a promise to reveal, even more,
Moist, sweet, the taste of a woman
Her neck, slim, elegant, with a hint of summer,
Jeweled with faint dew drops from the evenings heat
Her shoulders, graceful, a ballerinas calling
Perfectly formed, a place for heroes,
To rest their head
Her arms slender, delicate, with a promise of an angels embrace
An embrace that could wash away, all your sins
Her dress clinging to her body, like the lilies in a pond,
Hiding the secrets below
Her wrist adorned with a single pearl,
But it is she who is more precious
No mortal offering could eclipse her.
Her hands soft, with a touch,
That I would gladly die for.
No ring, dare I wish?
Her legs, long, perfectly formed,
Made to move, like a gentle summer wind,
Caressing the flowers of some meadow,
In a faraway dream. Breathtaking.
When she walked the whole world stood still
She glanced, our eyes met
My soul was stolen,
Engulfed in flames of desire
My heart penetrated, laid bear with a love so rare,
My mind lost in sweet expectation.
A feeling beyond, any poets gaze
She smiled, my body quivered
For this moment, I would gladly lead the forlorn hope.
These seconds, I remember them so well.
I was overwhelmed by the closeness of her spirit,
Her presence commanding an invisible audience,
Of stolen glances, a vision of woman,
Of such form, such desire, such love.
Then like a gentle whisper, her body, brushed against mine
Leaving the air perfumed
Like orchids being carried by a holy dove.
Then my heart shattered, strewn across the floor,
Like yesterday’s confetti.
For the smile, was for someone else.

Afternoon View When The Office Is About To Close
from my window
you must have probably heard me about saying the same thing all over again
but i will say it again
the sea is very calm like a sky blue silk spread on the floor
the horizon is pale white like the color of shyness
at a distance there is a boat
the man just spread the fish net
a tiny bird hops from one dry twig to another
another leaf on the other branch falls because it is bound to fall
yellow leaves, those dead ones
caught by the fingers of the grasses below
and then the sound of sirens comes
it is now time to go
now my heart sings with joy
for another night perhaps with the stars high on the roof of my house
in my solitude.

Green Eyes Blue
Green Eyes Blue
Waking with warmth in my heart and your golden body next to me
A smile on my face morning upon morning
Minds eye scanning memory of every touch, sound, sight of you
The feel of your arms around me, the sweet smell of your breath
And from above…searching me, are your Green Eyes Blue
Eager new flavors, smells and touches brings new joy
Desire for love and hunger for flesh bring these gloves off to touch you
Lips wet and breathes quiver and our legs tangled tight
I want for nothing but your Green Eyes Blue
This woman is awakened by your touch and inspired by your goodness
The fire once thought dead now stoked by your careful hands
Beautiful man of mine holding my heart as we are afloat in this life
I am safe with you beside me as we become lost in each other
My heart is lost in your Green Eyes Blue

I Lost Her
I lost her...
I lost her smile,
I lost her soft glance,
I lost her loving voice,
I lost her gentle touch,
I lost her warmth,
I lost her pride,
I lost her,
I just lost her in every way.
Though I miss her so much, I have lost her a lot.
