Atavism
1
Sometimes in the open you look up
where birds go by, or just nothing,
and wait. A dim feeling comes
you were like this once, there was air,
and quiet; it was by a lake, or
maybe a river you were alert
as an otter and were suddenly born
like the evening star into wide
still worlds like this one you have found
again, for a moment, in the open.
2
Something is being told in the woods: aisles of
shadow lead away; a branch waves;
a pencil of sunlight slowly travels its
path. A withheld presence almost
speaks, but then retreats, rustles
a patch of brush. You can feel
the centuries ripple generations
of wandering, discovering, being lost
and found, eating, dying, being born.
A walk through the forest strokes your fur,
the fur you no longer have. And your gaze
down a forest aisle is a strange, long
plunge, dark eyes looking for home.
For delicious minutes you can feel your whiskers
wider than your mind, away out over everything.

Forest Of Souls
The path was dark and shadowed,
They walked as their children followed.
Through the forest to the feild,
For time they shall not yeild.
Lost souls on their paths to fate,
As the reach eternals gate.
The path was dark and shadowed
They walked on as their children followed
The darkness is overcoming
As if to bow before what they are becoming.
They walk with their eyes ahead,
with nowhere to go but where they are lead.
They walk with family, with lovers,
As the mist lightly huvers
The path was dark and shadowed,
As they walk on with more coming to follow.
Their souls are lost, their hearts are gone,
As they walk through the woods as they walk on.
They carry the memories with them,
They leave all their feelings behind them.
Now they walk as one,
Until all but an empy shell is gone.
The path becomes dark and shadowed,
As more people come to follow.
The souls of men, of people,
As they all come, all the people.
They walk through the forest, through the wood,
Down the path of fate, past where they once stood.
The path is dark and shadowed,
As more and more people follow.
They walk past trees,
And plants and bushes, past all of these.
They walk, an empty shell, their emotions and their being...gone.
The souls walk on.

Life is There Where The Moment is Mine And His
It's a sultry summer day and here is a lake,
All around lies a forest with tall oaks,
We could feel the freshness of the trees,
We enjoy the green of nature and the happy birds.
Sun is setting slowly, its last shine is kissing the waves,
You are keeping my hand into yours and we are walking around the lake,
I have a great feeling, something i cant describe in words,
If exists a meaning of life, you are the meaning of everything.
He is rowing a boat crossing the lake,
Looking at each other our eyes meet,
Words are not enough to express our happiness and love,
Our silence is a romance in moonlight.
Phosphorescence of the moon in lake water,
Was reflecting in his eyes such brightness,
I can see the joy of his face, his magnetic smile,
We'll seal this love with a tender hug and a kiss.
We'll float on the lake took by the wind,
His arms wrapping me meanwhile we gaze to each other,
He is mine and i belong to him to eternity,
Life is there where the moment is mine and his.

The Defeat Of Words....
i am lost in the forest of words
i always have more to say, more is there in the thinking
that chokes whatever word i like to say,
and i end up
foolish, before an audience that waits for my
mouth to shape an embroidered
idea,
a dressed woman ready for
the ball,
a young woman undressing
before she bathes in the
river
of time
a word, and then i look at all of them
those who wants to be awed
mouths open, agape
hands
and i ask myself
what is there to be said?
there is so much to be thought about
and there is no
moment wasted in trying to capture
what beauty is there
which must stay as beautiful as it
is never
said., ,
it is more proper
untouched by the fingers of words
just like life, at first i feel that it must be written
sort of
this was it, this was how it felt, what we saw
what be believe in
ah, on an afternoon,
finding those drift woods washed ashore
children pulling their arms
you realize how emphatic things are
rather than calculate, and emote
and do logic,
a circus of numbers,
tightrope equations,
there is more that the stars are saying
there is more to the wide open skies
in all their
silence for they have long spoken
before i
was born

Born To Be Loved By You
Borne again.
Because have you at just being borne again.
At last I feel that Im alive and more.
This is the moment Ive waited for.
Born to be loved by you.born to be loved by you.
Born to walk with you.born to talk with you.
I was born for you.
Born to be with you, only you.
Born to be loved by you.
Born for you, born for you baby.
Born for you, born for you baby.
Born for you, born to be loved by you
(you and only you) born to be with only you.
I look at you and all at once I know that dreams come true.
For there you are the other part of me.
I have found my destiny.
Born to be loved by you.born to be loved by you.
Right or wrong for you.weak or strong for you.
Faithful or untrue
Born chained forever and far beyond.
Born to be loved by you and only you
No one else will do.
Heart and soul, born to be loved
Born to be loved.born to be loved by you.
(you and only you, born to be with only you)
Born for you.born for you baby.
Born for you.born for you baby.
Born for you, born for you baby..

The Fear Within Us
Fear is within us all
Fear exists in that dark patch of your mind
The one spoken of in whispers
Little understood
Where the boogeyman still lives
And monsters prowl the forest
The part of us where a face watches from every shadow
Where in every mirror the bloody queen lurks
A land where we get lost in the never-ending fog
You've been lost before, for haven't we all
What did you see
What dark shadows crossed your vision
Do you ever feel the biting wind, hear its howl
And remember the darkness
The mind is fragile
The court can only keep peace so long
Keep to the path, don't look back
Lest you be shattered

Give That Nonsense An 'F
It is going to stay fertile.
Adaptable and on alert.
Once barriers were broken,
And my eyes were forced to open 'wider'...
To see beyond myths and delusions of grandeur,
I knew my mind was no longer going to be confined.
When one hops from that safe feeling of sitting on a fence,
And learns to roll with the punches without whining in defense...
The living of life becomes more than what someone else,
Decides to bite into with a listening to them chew to refuse.
While attempting to convince me and 'you' should do what they do.
Give that nonsense an 'F' for unacceptable and step away from it.
It is going to stay fertile, adaptable and on alert.
Once barriers were broken,
And my eyes were forced to open 'wider'...
To see beyond myths and delusions of grandeur,
I knew my mind was no longer going to be confined.
Or allowed to be defined by those lost of identity.

Ich habe dich nie je so geliebt
I never loved you more, ma soeur
Than as I walked away from you that evening.
The forest swallowed me, the blue forest, ma soeur
The blue forest and above it pale stars in the west.
I did not laugh, not one little bit, ma soeur
As I playfully walked towards a dark fate -
While the faces behind me
Slowly paled in the evening of the blue forest.
Everything was grand that one night, ma soeur
Never thereafter and never before -
I admit it: I was left with nothing but the big birds
And their hungry cries in the dark evening sky.

From The Time I Was Born
All of my life,
From the time I was born...
I was told,
From the time I was born...
Don't have initiative too bold.
And all of my life,
From the time I was born...
I found that wrong.
From the time I was born...
I had to be,
From the time I was born...
More than stong,
Bold all day long.
All of my life,
From the time I was born...
I was told,
From the time I was born...
Don't have initiative too bold.
And all of my life,
From the time I was born...
I found that wrong.
From the time I was born...
I had to be,
From the time I was born...
More than stong,
All day long...
And bold,
All of my life.
I was taught so early,
To feel real blessed.
And...
To watch the eyes on my back.
With no rest from taking a nap.
I was taught so early,
To feel real blessed.
And...
Not to ask for slack.
Or be slapped for lacking facts.
If I lived my life like that.
All of my life,
From the time I was born...
I was told,
From the time I was born...
Don't have initiative too bold.
And all of my life,
From the time I was born...
I found that wrong.
From the time I was born...
I had to be,
From the time I was born...
More than stong,
All day long...
And bold,
All of my life.
I had to be,
More than stong...
All of my life,
From the time I was born...
I had to be,
More than stong,
All of my life.
From the time I was born,
I had to be,
More than stong.

The Forest of the Lost
She wanders curiously through
The Forest of the Lost
Past the other creatures of pity
The Lost creatures
She looks and listens
Sees and hears
Nothing and everything
Space and form
Fog rolls in
Growing thicker
It trys to devour her
Like it so easily devours
The other Lost creatures
But her strange aroura
Pitch black and brighter than the sun
Protects her with ease
She does not belong
To the Forest of the Lost
The Forest of the Lost
Belongs to her
She is not Lost
Lost is her
She is magical
Mysterious
Dark and light
Blended together
The Forest of the Lost
Has met its maker
The Lost creatures
Take shape
In the fog
And thank her
And the Girl of the Lost
Guides the creatures back
To the Land of the Found

The magic forest
At the Bois de Boulogne lies magic
Magic that cannot be evitable
Magic that lures people into the evergreen forest
In the forest, soft earth is like a comfy bed
Meadows of grass are green sheets for the bed
If you happen to lie down on the bed
The sunlight hugs your body gently like a mother
Your eyes are heavy weights, unable to keep your eyes open
You fall into the sweetest dream as time goes by…
Night walked into the forest as day walked out of the forest
The pale moon is like a glass eye of a witch staring at you
The dark magic falls into the forest
Lusty monsters fill the magic forest
And the magic forest falls asleep…
The Unknown Star
I was born of an unknown star, of a mother who did not know herself-
From the very beginning I was a canary that could not sing and who
Would fall to the ground every time I lifted my wings to fly-
Trapped inside a cage of my own delusions,
I was alone looking upward towards that clouded sky, searching for that unknown star,
Where by chance I could find a place where I would belong-
My mother wept a wide stream of tears
Not to be consoled from the deep pain that tore at her heart-
The day I lost myself to another world, she abandoned me as agony wrenched her soul-
A phantasmal canary lying still at the bottom of my cage-
Hiding behind a rainbow looking for rays of hope,
Trying to deafen the voices only I could hear,
Searching for that unknown star,
I would dance in the rain beneath the faint light of the moon at night
Seeking for myself, that person I could not find, however
All I could find was a shadow upon the wall-
A shadow upon the wall I hardly recognized as myself,
A reflection within a pond which was that stream of my mother’s tears-
Dancing in the rain trying to become somebody,
Somebody famous or a perhaps an angel or a saint,
Trapped inside a cage of my own apparition where dense cloud cover barred me from
That unknown star where I might feel at home-
Looking about me at hillsides I might have tried to climb-all I could see was my shadow.
A shadow upon a hillside or inside, a shadow upon the wall,
A vague reflection within a pool of tears- Seemingly eyes of a ghost staring into mine,
Reading the demonic thoughts that raced inside of my mind-
Born of an unknown star, I had never found a home and
Born of an unknown star, I had never found myself-
Searching inside and outside all I could ever see was
A dark shadow of a lost person with no destiny or direction-
That canary that could not sing or fly, or perhaps a being who
Tried to come to life dancing in the rain beneath the faint moonlight- I became
A shadow dancing beneath the light of that unknown star I could not reach-
Hoping someday I would save the souls of those who despair and expectantly
Someday I would become that canary, but lifting my wings to fly and bursting into song,
Joyfully watching the sunrise as the moon would vanish
Behind disappearing dark clouds of despair.

I’m Lost
I AM LOST
Deep inside the forest, its too dark,
Its no light here, there is no way to enlightenment..
I found myself lost.
Neither I can go forward,
nor I will come back from here.
What i am doing is just waiting for sunrise,
to know whether it is east or west,
coz... i m lost.
I m lost in the way,
Once I thought would lead to my life,
but now its nowhere that I can go.
Its the darkness of the forest,
that is forcing me to thrive,
I am thrashed to be lost,
being lost to loser,
I AM LOST...

Someone Like You
i peered through window, watched life go by
dream of tomorrow and wonder why
the past is holding me, keeping life at bay
i wandered lost in yesterday
wanting to fly, but scared to try
but if...someone like you
found someone like me
then suddenly nothing would ever be the same
my heart would take reign, and i feel so alive
if someone like you found me.
so many secrets ive longed to share
all i have needed is someone there
to help me see a world i never see before
allow to open every door
to set me free, so i can soar
if someone like you, found someone like me
then suddenly nothing would ever be the same
with you waiting here, a new way to love
if someone like you found me
but if someone like you, found someone like me
then suddenly nothing would ever be the same
my heart would take reign, and i feel so alive...
if someone like you...loves me.

I found a friend or he found me storypoem
I see strange phantoms in the mist. Most quickly fade but some persist
Some few I recognise as trees but others still are mysteries.
Fogbound I cannot trust my eyes and my subconscious mind supplies some memories which frighten me. I cannot discount easily.
Of travellers lost in the fog who end up choking in some bog
I am no fool I shall remain until the fog lifts and I see again
The cold damp fog chills me to the bone. I start to feel that I’m not alone
Something, someone is watching me I dare not think what it might be.
I cannot run, I cannot hide I have no choice I must abide.
I feel a presence near to me but there is nothing I can see.
I’m not afraid I’m terrified.what is this thing so close beside
me that I can feel its panting breath. Is this the day I meet with death.
I feel a warm touch on my hand and finally I understand.
A stray dog’s found his way to me desiring human company.
Now that he’s found me he won’t leave and I am ready to believe.
That each of us has found a friend someone on which they can depend.
His very presence comforts me. We wait together patiently.
The fog will clear and we’ll go home He will no longer need to roam
and scavenge for his daily food. He is mine now that’s understood.
A bargain struck without a word but by our inner senses heard.

Lost In The Forest
Lost in the forest, I broke off a dark twig
and lifted its whisper to my thirsty lips:
maybe it was the voice of the rain crying,
a cracked bell, or a torn heart.
Something from far off it seemed
deep and secret to me, hidden by the earth,
a shout muffled by huge autumns,
by the moist half-open darkness of the leaves.
Wakening from the dreaming forest there, the hazel-sprig
sang under my tongue, its drifting fragrance
climbed up through my conscious mind
as if suddenly the roots I had left behind
cried out to me, the land I had lost with my childhood--
and I stopped, wounded by the wandering scent.

Autopsy Song
Open wide look inside
Open wide look inside
At my autopsy
I feel like a woman
I feel like I care
I feel like I shouldn't
I feel like a child of despair
I feel like it's over
I feel like it's coming after me
I feel like it's closer
I feel like this is all I'll ever be
I feel like a failure
I feel like a hungry parasite
I feel like a razor
I feel like a prayer lost in flight
I feel like I'm hopeless
I'm afraid I'm a slave I'm weak and average
I'm afraid I'm a slave I'm weak and average
I feel like a hammer
I feel like a nail
I feel like I'm guilty
I feel like the wrist that is impaled
I feel like a butcher
I feel like I'm bein' deceived
I feel like a beautiful loser
I feel like all you sheep are laughing at ME!!
OPEN WIDE LOOK INSIDE
AT MY AUTOPSY
(look inside look inside)
AT MY AUTOPSY
I feel like a complete waste of time
I feel like I'm transparent
I feel like I can't escape my mind.

Perfect Harmony
In a world so far away
At the end of a closing day
A little child was born and raised
Deep in the forest on a hidden place
Mother never saw his face
Ancient spirits of the forest
Made him king of elves and trees
He was the only human being
Who lived in harmony
In perfect harmony
The woods protected, fulfillled his needs
Fruit by birds, honey by bees
He found shelter under trees
He grew up in their company
They became his family
A thousand seasons
They passed him by
So many times, have said goodbye
And when the spirits called out his name
To join forever, forever to stay
A forest spirit he became
