living with the scares,
beaten down with sorrow,
misery hidden with in,

troubles only under the skin,

Little mermaid splashing in the sea,

Letting the ocean’s wave’s float you to shore,
hoping to win the heart,

Since childhood the night scares you

Since childhood the night scares you
as if here in Africa dark things do sneak about
and when the stars appear you start to long

for tomorrows when the sun hangs bright in the blue sky
and it feels as if something almost touchable sneaks up on you.

as if even the wind hisses at times like a deadly snake,
as if something dangerous is drinking water from the dog's bowl

I do not take pride about my loneliness

I do not take pride in my loneliness
But I get embarrassed at times
And I hide it
As

SOLITUDE

IT gets covered in such term
Of lovely loneliness
Of a certain wise man of a certain poet
Sitting on a hill
Stars lighting his long lonely nights
And the laces of darkness serving as his blanket

No mater how I hide loneliness, however

Loneliness
To such term as
Solitude

Loneliness comes in claiming the truth of its name

“I am lonely” say it “I am always lonely” shout it.

I guess I have to tell the truth

I am asking for the true definition of solitude

How does it look like?
Now that I am lonely, how can I ever say

“what I have is solitude and my poems tell that so”
I take
pride on such a camouflage

a facade
a skin
glowing to the color of sunshine

covering a skull that looks like the true face of death.

I do not take pride on this shame on this embarrassment

Anguish, pain, misery, sorrow and retribution

Some say life is full of anguish,
old man once sang that life is full of pain
some even preach that life comes fully laced with misery and sorrow,
and some believe that life offers no retribution
ideas clearly instilled in the hearts and souls of many a man,
but the truth of the matter is,
life is anguish,
life is pain,
life is misery and sorrow,
in the same way as rain is water
and water is rain
for where can one get one`s own share of anguish,
who`d we ever have known pain if we never had life
without life, would we live through misery and sorrow
life in itself is retribution,
for he who has life can stand ground against
anguish, pain, misery and sorrow
and live to see brighter days seemingly unscathed
but woo to he who loses his life
in anguish, or pain, or misery , or sorrow
for he will receive no further retribution
and he will depart this earth with nothing but
anguish, pain, misery, sorrow
and retribution lost

Summer Nights

It came upon a summers night
The wind was cool, the stars were bright.
Never in her life did she have such a thrill
As she felt her heart start to fill.

The beauties and splendors of the night
Created such a beautiful sight.
There was a feeling of love in the air
Wiping away all troubles and cares.

Music being played in the streets
Children dancing to the beat
Elderly couples walking hand in hand
This was a night that no one planned.

The summer nights tend to set all hearts free
And this is where you want to be.
Looking up at the stars at night
And seeing all of gods beauties
In my mind take flight.

Recalling times of summer s past
And hoping that it would forever last
But each season has a beginning and an end
And new memories in your mind to
Your heart will send.

But I will take my summer nights
And look upon my summer days
And to god for this I give him praise.

I GO WHERE MY LONELINESS GOES

I go where my Loneliness goes
I carry it with me everywhere

Enigma Of Love

Voices shouting once again, walls shaking, doors breaking
These are fairytales gone bad like the brothers grimm
Screaming for help ‘HE'S GONNA KILL ME'
next day 'WE GO THRU SHIT, BUT I GOT LOVE4HIM'
When did the hand of your lover
Hatch into paws of a beast
When did sweet kisses along your sides
Turn into broken ribs and blackened eyes
When did the redness from roses
Turn into bloody lips and broken noses
When did you turn from a hopeful bride
To a woman who cowers behind beaten down pride
When did whispering sweet nothings and pillow talk
Turn into dark nights of misery and mock
For all his cold words my dear, to keep you here
Are nothing but lies, to keep you hurting inside
When did the man who once posed as protector
choke and strike you with wrath of Hannibal hectar
All of the violence he craves to taste
Is much to bitter to let your life go to waste
His child in your belly, his hands upon your neck
He should grasp you with love, not leave you gasping for breath
The symphony of weeping rain
Is not the same as you crying in pain
When you look up and see stars, your head spinning
You shouldn't think your dying, you should feel like your living
When you look in the mirror, after his playful stints

It should be in happiness, not out of sorrow
