Suicide Bomber

A dark figure emerged from the hide,
Like a meteor, so suddenly appeared.
Jostling the crowd, he rushed forward,
None could check his reckless move.

Nobody knew from where he came,
What his intent, none could guess,
Flames of fury burnt his brain,
Fire of passion charged his heart,

His face looked taut with hate,
Every muscle throbbed to avenge,
His eyes appeared blind with gall,
A fiery rage drove him mad.

He didn’t care what would befall,
A trifle did he price his life,
The Time Bomb ticked within his pouch,
He speeded up to the Centre stage.

Before anyone could block his deed,
Before it could be cautioned alert,
He got blasted into pieces of flesh,
Blown apart his limbs and bones.

A deadening sound shook the Hall,
Sooty smoke filled the air,
A frightful tremor boomed along,
The walls crashed down in bits and blocks.

Charred bodies lay huddled over,
Dark gore spilled all around,
Shocked men took to heels,
Panic filled, terror struck.

News was flashed within seconds,
The nation grieves the death of its Premier.
A suicide bomber took off his life,
Along with him, a hundred perished.

They died for their country’s cause,
Brave Warriors, their absence sorely missed,
The nation observes a week’s mourning,
In sad remembrance of the departed ones.
Who shall mend the loss incurred?
How long will it take to heal the wound?
Are we to shatter the Nation’s dreams?
Should we allow the folks to fall apart?

Brutal it is to take up arms,
Ungodly it is to turn to spite,
Terror can never set things aright,
Love alone can warrant peace and bliss.

In The City Of Slaughter (excerpt)

Proceed thence to the ruins, the split walls reach,
Where wider grows the hollow, and greater grows the breach;
Pass over the shattered hearth, attain the broken wall
Whose burnt and barren brick, whose charred stones reveal
The open mouths of such wounds, that no mending
Shall ever mend, nor healing ever heal…

Terror floating near the rafters, terror
Against the walls in darkness hiding,
Terror through the silence sliding.
Didst thou not hear beneath the heap of wheels
A stirring of crushed limbs?

Much suffering and tribulation–tried
Which in this house of bondage binds itself.
It will not ever from its pain be pried.
Brief-weary and forespent, a dark Shekhinah
Runs to each nook and cannot find its rest;
Wishes to weep, but weeping does not come;
Would roar; is dumb….

The Face Of The Nation

As I run through this life
Sometimes it breaks my heart
Seein old people goin downtown
Stumblin their way through the dark
And the little babies cry
For their mothers warmth
Sometimes I feel so helpless
I dont know where to start
Chorus:
And the face of the nation
Keeps changin and changin
The face of th enation
I dont recognize it no more
The face of the neation
The face of the nation
So many lonely people
Damn those broken dreams
Oh yes it could be better
You can say that about anything
Some got it worse than me
Some got it worse than you
You see the people starvin underneath the tree
And you wonder what happened to the golden rule
Chorus:
And the face of the nation
Keeps changin and changin
The face of th enation
I dont recognize it no more
The face of the neation
The face of the nation
You know babe Im gonna keep on tryin
To put things right
If only for me and you
Cause the devil sleeps tonight
Chorus:
And the face of the nation
Keeps changin and changin
The face of th enation
I dont recognize it no more
The face of the neation
The face of the nation
And the face of the nation
Keeps changin and changin
The face of th enation
I dont recognize it no more
The face of the neation
The face of the nation

State Of The Nation

You can walk, or you can run
You dont have to be someone
I went on a summer cruise
Upon an ocean born to lose
My brother said that he was dead
I saw his face and shook my head
Can you see where we cant be
Were losing our blood in the sea
cause its the state of the nation
Thats holding our salvation
Yes, its the state of the nation
Thats holding our salvation
Oh, the state of the nation
Is causing deprivation
Oh, the state of the nation
Is causing deprivation
From my home I traveled far
I drove in my stolen car
When it broke down, I kissed the ground
cause I dont kiss when youre around
I dont find that I have been
The portrait of an only son
If thats the case, then who could tell
Where my story had begun?
Cause its the state of the nation
Thats holding our salvation
Yes, its the state of the nation
Thats holding our salvation
Yes, the state of the nation
Thats causing deprivation
Oh, the state of the nation
Thats causing deprivation
Even now, Im all alone
Behind a wall thats made of stone
I think about where we have been
And all the sights that could be seen
I know it all could be worthwhile
If only I could force a smile
Now we turn our backs to the sea
The shame of a nation well never be
Cause its the state of the nation
Thats holding our salvation
Yes, its the state of the nation
Thats holding our salvation
Oh, the state of the nation
Is causing deprivation
Yes, the state of the nation
Is causing deprivation

The Heart Of A Nation

The land of beauty,
The land of joy,
The land of plenty,
With the pearl of tourism to blow my mind!
But, the pride of a nation is all about you.

The home of peace is like,
The people's paradise;
the land of hope is like,
The home of hospitality;
The land of equity is like,
The state of harmony;
And, the food basket of the nation is with joy!
But, the pride of a nation is all about you.

Home for all is like,
The salt of a nation;
Home for solid mineral is like,
The centre of commerce;
But, the sunshine state is where to share your love with,
For, the pride of a nation is all about you.

The state of caliphate and,
The liberal state of love;
For, thenew world is always around you! !
But, the jewel in the savannah is all that i share with you.

Coal in the city of love,
And like the fountain of knowledge and power! !
But the heart beat of a nation is like,
The centre of excellence!

The state of a living spring is like the gateway to all!
But the peace setter state is what i share with you;
Because, nature's gift to a nation is like the rainbow!

Of the big heart of love and,
Of the centre of unity to all mankind!
For, the young shall grow;
And, the treasure base of life is the status of peace.

The pride to farm the land,
And of the confluence state of my mind! !
But, the power to show love is like,
The Creator's own state of mind to a nation!

The New Crusade

LIFE is a trifle;
Honor is all;
Shoulder the rifle;
Answer the call.
'A nation of traders'!
We'll show what we are,
Freedom's crusaders
Who war against war.
Battle is tragic;
Battle shall cease;
Ours is the magic
Mission of Peace.
'A nation of traders'!
We'll show what we are,
Freedom's crusaders
Who war against war.
Gladly we barter
Gold of our youth
For Liberty's charter
Blood-sealed in truth.
'A nation of traders'!
We'll show what we are,
Freedom's crusaders
Who war against war.
Sons of the granite,
Strong be our stroke,
Making this planet
Safe for the folk.
'A nation of traders'!
We'll show what we are,
Freedom's crusaders
Who war against war.
Life is but passion,
Sunshine on dew.
Forward to fashion
The old world anew!
'A nation of traders'!
We'll show what we are,
Freedom's crusaders
Who war against war.

All Clear

They swarmed the skies like angry hornets,
the war birds in the air above.
There were so many,
at times they blocked out the sun.
Then their parcels of death,
started raining all around,
killing the innocent on the ground.
The earth shook, buildings crumbled,
hysteria filled each breath of air.
Footsteps ran in every direction,
away from the falling terror.
Speech was drowned,
in crashes and crackling flames.
Within in minutes nothing looked the same,
the horizon looked crooked and jagged,
dust and smoke burnt the eyes
of anyone standing near.
Then a blanket of silence fell,
as a solitary siren pierced the air,
with the sound of all clear.

Self immolation

At the age of fifteen she entered a married Life
Soon to prove capable and become responsible wife
Husband passed away at an early age
She became widow and it became difficult to manage

”She must be burnt along with husband” shouted the crowd
They may consider it as honor and feel so proud
We may not go into whether it was bad or good
It was to matter for her life and livelihood

“She was to be burnt “was the decision
No one could change it for any reason
people started to flock to her old house
Sky was filled with slogans as passion rose

It was practice of self immolation called “SATI”
Her face was to shine with more beauty
Head was to be decorated with nice flowers
Red big dot on forehead with blessings to shower

“Long live mother, long live mother” filled the air with slogans
Heavy music of drum beats along with large crowd of women
It was free flow of human beings to witness the show
Great medieval saga to be offered as the anxieties grow

It is banned long ago but still continues to be performed
Authorities remain in dark and are never informed
May be they turn show soft corner for moment
Religious fervor coupled with custom was the event

Day was fixed for immolation and she was prepared
Religious importance of it was repeated and compared
She was to be remembered for her great sacrifice
“You may be known as living Goddess” was the promise

Process ion was out and she was almost near the dais
Her face was covered with flowers and hardly was heard her voice
Sky too remained very calm as Sun departed quietly
Everybody remained calm and observed it minutely

It was seen from distance that she did not favor or go for
It was not her ideas or witnessed by anybody this before
Woman Falk was to be burnt with departed soul
There was no question of smelling any rat or foul

As funeral pyre was to be lit with fire, more chanting begun
She was to be placed on pyre with dead body of husband
As soon as she neared the placed she was virtually pushed
As fire began spreading, crowd began soaring and rushed

She was cosigned to flames as sky turned red with flames
Who was take responsibility and share the blames?
It was holy event at that given time and stood the test
Time now has made full circle and it is not considered as best

* SATI is performing of self immolation after husband’s death

Youth Of The Nation

The last day of the rest of my life
I wish i would've known,
Cause i would've kissed my mama goodbye
I didn't tell her that i loved her and how much i care
Or thank my pops for all the talks,
And all the wisdom he shared
Unaware, I just did what i always do
Everyday, the same routine
Before I skate off to school
Who knew that this day wasn't like the rest
Instead of taking the test,
I took two to the chest
Call me blind, but I didn't see it coming
Everybody was running
But I couldn't hear nothing
Except gun blasts, it happened so fast
I didn't really know this kid
Though I sit by him in class
Maybe this kid was reaching out for love
Or maybe for a moment,
He forgot who he was.
Or maybe this kid just wanted to be hugged
Whatever it was,
I know it's because
Chorus:
We are, we are.... the youth of the nation
We are, we are.... youth of the nation
We are, we are.... the youth of the nation
We are, we are.... youth of the nation
Little suzy, she was only twelve
She was given the whirl
With every chance to excel
Hang with the boys and hear the stories they tell
She might act kind of proud
But no respect for herself
She finds love in all the wrong places
The same situations
Just with different faces
Changed up her pace since her daddy left her
Too bad he never told her
She deserved much better.
Johnny boy always played the fool
He broke all the rules
So you would think he was cool
He was never really one of the guys
No matter how hard he tried
Often thought of suicide
It's kind of hard when you ain't got no friends
He put his life to an end
They might remember him then
You cross the line and there's no turning back
Told the world how he felt
With the sound of a gat
Chorus
Who's to blame for the lives that tragedies claim
No matter what you say
It don't take away the pain
That i feel inside, i'm tired of all the lies
Don't nobody know why
It's the blind leading the blind
I guess that's the way the story goes
Will it ever make sense
Somebody's got to know
There's got to be more to life than this
There's got to be more to everything
I thought exists
Chorus

The Crowd Roared

The crowd roared, the lion roared, another christian faced death,
And one was as hungry as the other for another's final breath.
No tears were shed as he lay dead, no thought, no regret, no sob.
And the slaves and the lion keeper went back to do their job.

The stake was set, the fire burned, the witch screamed for her god
And the crowd of flickering faces cursed the path she trod.
But when night covered their sight they huddled round their hob
And were glad it hadn't been them who'd had to do the job.

The blade fell, the head rolled and madame murder committed,
And the crowd roared while another madame sat and knitted.
But the noise went dead when its terror bred a terror for the mob,
And none cheered too loud after that when madame did her job.

No lion roared, no fire burned, no blade flashed in the sun
But when the crowd breathed in the gas their death was as one.
Their flesh was mean when buried unseen 'neath a dark and rocky knob.
And at last a tear was shed when executioners did their job.

In court they sat their faces stone, their eyes had never known a sob
And one by one they stood and said: 'I was only doing my job.'
But the crowd saw through their law and hissed and spat and sputtered
When one person used those words another person suffered.

It's dawn again, that time again, the sun has made the day
And see again that fatal sight of wood and rope and clay.
The crowd sighed but never cried as the trapdoor life did rob
And the executioner went away well pleased with his job.

Martyrs

They preferred death to honor
Never said yes for life to dishonor
To die for the nation and holy cause
Constant move with no let or pause

It may be need of an hour
Better lay down life than to lie on floor
Death may not wait and come fast
You will not have time to breathe your last

Chances for bright life may be unlikely and recede
You may fight the war but not concede
Who knows when death may make fast visit?
You will only find the hell is let loose and find no exit

Country may not feel or know it so soon
Bodies may be flown from the border in bright noon
Countrymen may weep and lay a wreath
May mourn the departed and offer roses on death

You may be down literally but in history will be known as hero
Over night change of status from simple zero
You were nobody but now never be forgotten
You may shine on lamp post from small lantern

Veterans were never a war mongers
They were true sons of soil and peace messengers
They made life smooth and created an easy passage
So the Countrymen could lead life with peaceful message

Why one should need to risk the life?
When he has happy life and wife
Soldiers face this dilemma in their entire span
He may not bother where does he belong to or any clan

He doesn’t need any action plan
He may swim across the water as white swan
We may not remember his small contribution
Keep trophies ready for bravery and distribution

Remember he is true and brave son
We should portray him well with reason
Country may offer so much and express concern
How can we forget our comrades and veterans?

Whole nation may weep at your departure?
He did it for the country to finally secure
How come country may forget his sacrifice?
Will there be no tears on their demise?

We have to move on but with slow pace
Let it not turn ugly and push us to mad race?
It may defeat the purpose for which they laid their lives
How many may be shedding tears as their wives?

The may be remembered in history as brave sons
There are circumstances and very strong reasons
Who can deny their contribution for the nation?
There is complete loyalty and stands without any question

Reckless Fury

Running, flaming, chasing
Watching the dust fly
Feeling only anger
Doesn't smile and doesn't cry
Freedom isn't everything
When you're only free to live
Sometimes life just takes it back
Whatever it has to give
Reckless fire, maniac fury
Eyes of flame and heart of steel
Not knowing what to be fighting for
These wounds will never heal
Never tire and never bleed
Invincible throughout
Each fight is like a paradise
Going without a doubt
Never born and never dying
A mere presence of the mind
What you can't even comprehend
Is what gives you the time
The time to breathe, the time to think
The time to hear this out
The time to run, the time to hide
The time to raise a shout
Reckless fire, maniac fury
Someone stop it before it's too late
The stars will fall and the moon will too
It's time to set this straight
No matter how long you keep fighting
This will one day end
The fire I can see so deep in your eyes
The fire only you can send
Stopping you, pushing you
Into the dirt
This time it's finally through
The reckless fire, the maniac fury
I've discovered it was just you

His Final Justice

Even though He's an unchanging God filled with compassion and love,
Soon His Righteous Justice will be poured down on earth from above.

Throughout time God has reached down to earth with unmerited Grace,
All who believe will be taken from the earth before this takes place.

Although through the years both Jews and Christians have been hated,
The Eternal Will of a Holy Unchanging God will never be frustrated.

Because of God's long-suffering some men have said that He is dead,
But these deceived and arrogant people have no idea of what's ahead.

God's patience will finally end in the time of a wicked generation,
Then The Church will be removed and God will start the Tribulation.

The Time of Jacob's Trouble is the name for this time of tribulation,
It's when God deals with His People and judges every other nation.

It will be just as in the time Noah, right before Jesus comes again,
For He's coming the second time to judge the world and all its sin.

Because Israel rejected Christ the first time, according to The Word,
Zechariah states the total of the nation left will only be one third.

Because the enemies of God are so filled with hate and so enraged,
God said if He didn't cut short the time that no flesh would be saved.

God will end His Holy Wrath with a Spirit of Grace and Supplication,
Again they will be His People and He will be The God of their nation.

Little Mistake

Little mistake did cost us heavily
Enemy had planted it deadly
Within a second it shattered human bodies
Flash was flown all over and bodies rushed in ambulance Lorries

It took no time to play havoc
No one could believe it as joke
There were loud sounds in different places
There were worries and anxieties on the face

The terror had deeply struck
People had run out of luck
There was no time left for finding shelter
The death was as if running after

Within seconds it turned into death zone
All were lifted one by one
Rushed to the near by hospital for immediate relief
It was indeed shattering our belief

How can human being kill a living person?
That to without knowing any reason
You have not met a person in whole life
Suddenly he is done to death with bomb and knife

I think we have dared almighty
He may have no room for pity
The indulgence in wrong way may certainly bring misery
Where you will find person ready to suck blood and act as thirsty

Time is not far away when we may not venture out of home
You will find R.I.P places and only domes
Who will want to stay in this slaughter house?
When there is nothing except passions to rouse?

Let us not forget one thing
Whole world can’t be annihilated for anything
One day may come when you will be hated
With butcher you will be praised and equated

Far Was Peace And Trouble Nigh

far was peace and trouble nigh
nation east of Niger sought to split
for a new nation hope was high
as one nation they chose not to use
three years gone came a truce no refuse

far was peace and trouble nigh
gentleman Abu TB was chilled on sit
and just before we took a relief sigh
there was another Dodan baracks kill
whose bad we all now suffer still

far was peace and trouble nigh
flames of discord all over were lit
even tribal tension rose to the sky
as MKO fought in vain for a mandate
what we saw was bloodshed on that date

far was peace and trouble nigh
A man took power and refuse to quit
hunger killed but he blinked not an eye
his rule of hate tore them all apart
till the gods came to stop his heart

far was peace and trouble nigh
from Jona came an austerity kit
raised petrol to a price they can't buy
they fought and it took over a week
for him to see the people aren't weak

Removing The Veil

All people are born with a spiritual veil that covers their face,
Left in its place this veil hides both God's Truth and His Grace.

God sent His Son to earth, with the intent to take this veil away,
But with hearts filled with pride, some have chose to let it remain.

Allowing it to remain and being veiled from God's Truth from above,
They are hindered from being filled with God's peace and His love.

This hindering veil falls off when one simply believes in The Lord,
This is an eternal truth from above that no man can afford to ignore.

Abraham, who was called God's friend, believed long before you and I,
By God's Grace alone he was not hindered, as God spoke from the sky.

He had no Bible to help him, but Abraham believed Him never the less,
So God smiled down upon him, and credited it to him as righteousness.

God chose to walk with Abraham, and started a nation through him,
But instead of following his example, many chose to continue in sin.

Because of their choice, God sent a veil over the face of the nation,
However, through this tiny nation, God sent His ultimate Salvation.

Now all people on earth will be blessed through this one tiny nation,
As salvation to all mankind, was His plan from the dawn of creation.

So accept God's Gift of Salvation through Christ, by believing today,
And that veil that has spiritually blinded you will simply fall away.

Night, really dark night

Why didn’t she respond to call?
Was she really facing the wall?
Wanted to move out and roll the ball?
Was I judging it as flicker or miscall?

It was definitely welcome and invite,
Sure suggestion for passion to ignite,
Was I indication for call in dark night?
I was amused but it was alright,

I jumped two steps at a time,
Forgot what was the interest prime,
Surely can’t afford to loose the opportunity,
Everything can wait but not the girl with beauty,

She looked as if fairy came on land,
I wondered whether I can move hand in hand,
She was not ready yet to become friend,
Then why did she waved at as signal send,

I was moving in and out,
I did not feel victory but a rout,
Ready to move with laws flout,
Knew nothing what was it all about?

Where to go and whom to ask?
Seemed to me a difficult task,
Rushed to a friend for simple advice,
He too was same as I was novice,

I remembered saying” nothing is unfair”
Most valuable and treasured gift is love affair,
I thought it as simple and fair,
Fragrance spread and filled the air,

She represented dark as night,
Her thoughts were not good and right,
She embraced me with invitation to ride,
I was shocked and emotions couldn’t hide,

She was whore and I took her as right,
Difficult to come out without fight,
I rushed from the scene and left the sight,
Night seemed to me really dark night

Tears and Strungle

Our leaders fight for our freedom
Sweeting up to the last sweety
Fighting for the freedom of the nation
Oh! freedom of the nation,

They were locked inside the hell
Trying to destroy their dignity
Shocked by a powerful electricity cable
Because of the love of the nation they go through
They go through pain, and suffering for us.

They cry while they fight, for our success
They strangle turn into joy and happiness
They tears turn into a river of joy of all nation.
They tears and strungle bring freedom to all nation.

Archaic Humour

Something was always missing around
one had to die daily.
To find out, what?
Just a slip of time,
life was death and death was life.

Death of a man or death of a city
death had no other name.

Hearing the footfalls of death
dogs were howling around a temple
where god was dying.
The nation now mourns
for the banished priest.

At the burning pyre
there is still no peace.
Anger lives inside the books,
flame hides in the candles.
And a rage surges forward
in the bones of archaic humour.

Come Unto Me

“Come unto me” said The Lord and abundant blessing will be poured.
Messiah appeared; they didn’t come, so judgment on them has begun.
By His own Christ was rejected, by the nation that God had selected,
Chosen to bless every nation, ultimately through Christ’s Salvation.

Judgment though was delayed, as provision for the nations was made.
Daniel said Messiah would be cutoff, and that friend, was at the cross.
The very cross that men had scorned was the set purpose of The Lord.
It was at this time and place that Christ initiated the Age of Grace.

The Age of Grace is God’s dispensation, for working in every nation.
God’s plan for the Jewish Nation is on hold during this dispensation,
As Christ’s own went into denial, God turned to reach the Gentile.
And today God’s Glorious Salvation, is open to every single nation.

Friend today, any man from any race can receive God’s Saving Grace.
Come to Him with a heavy heart and He will give you a brand new start.
Christ will meet you at any place, just turn to Him and seek His face.
Then once again from His throne, Christ will turn unto His very own.

That tiny nation loved by The Lord, ahead has a day of wrath in store.
Those who continue to reject The Lord, upon them His wrath will pour.
But many Jews will accept The Lord, and they friend will be restored.
Then Jew and Gentile, both in Christ, will together enter Eternal Life.
