Little Mistake
Little mistake did cost us heavily
Enemy had planted it deadly
Within a second it shattered human bodies
Flash was flown all over and bodies rushed in ambulance Lorries
It took no time to play havoc
No one could believe it as joke
There were loud sounds in different places
There were worries and anxieties on the face
The terror had deeply struck
People had run out of luck
There was no time left for finding shelter
The death was as if running after
Within seconds it turned into death zone
All were lifted one by one
Rushed to the near by hospital for immediate relief
It was indeed shattering our belief
How can human being kill a living person?
That to without knowing any reason
You have not met a person in whole life
Suddenly he is done to death with bomb and knife
I think we have dared almighty
He may have no room for pity
The indulgence in wrong way may certainly bring misery
Where you will find person ready to suck blood and act as thirsty
Time is not far away when we may not venture out of home
You will find R.I.P places and only domes
Who will want to stay in this slaughter house?
When there is nothing except passions to rouse?
Let us not forget one thing
Whole world can’t be annihilated for anything
One day may come when you will be hated
With butcher you will be praised and equated

Wrong Person
Once you have come to that wrong person
And have not tell him what you want,
In your heart the light you have turned on
Have not enlightened the heart of that wrong person.
Is that the reason that you have gone
Very far away without saying any word of forlorn?
But why he makes mistakes, why he fails,
You have never understood him, you have never known.
That person loves a wrong woman
And does not turn from her though he gets pain.
Is the pain you have gotten for loving him the reason
That in the feeling of pique you have left him alone?
From the heart of that person
He also loved you once in any unknown reason;
Suddenly a mistake drove him to a storm
And took him away very far from (you) .
Now that person burns in regret,
What his fault is that you have left (him) .
You are not with him now a days,
There is no solace to forget pains.
He knows that he has done wrong in everything,
May be death will be the pay for his wrongdoing.

Disingenuousness
Here lies another box for nature,
Carbon ready;
Black to eyes down here,
Where death is at its job.
Up there you’ll hear a rhythmic sob
Or two from living yet-to-dies –
A humming lacrimoso –
It all but cleans the eyes:
Forget it –
The dismal show of grief –
Life is only chemistry –
Our stay is only brief.
It’s we who hype it up!
Diaphragms jerk again;
The jet monotone of hearses
Feeds the disingenuousness
Of undertakers –
They seem to stare at something up ahead –
For them, it’s in the blood,
To taxi off the dead.

It's Death Again
It's Death again - He's always there -
Watching, waiting - e'er the stare!
Every time I look behind
Or reach to pull the window blind,
I catch a glimpse of grubby hood -
A little clue to where he stood;
The glint of light that caught the scythe.
Perhaps if I could pay a tithe…
But O! no use, he'll never go.
The adamant phantom; don't you know
He will but wait until it's time
For me to hear His fateful chime? -
The toll that claims my destiny,
To Hail: 'You're next, it has to be…'

A human brain
The only mistake committed by almighty
then realizing the mistake made already
the brain to be used at different level
from childhood till the admission in school
The young age was enjoyed with much fun fare
not to know much about but still to go somewhere
where is the time to think about any existence?
so it is the stage to deny any such presence
I have heard people saying about non belief
no existence of God at the time of receiving relief
Stand with folding hand to express no gratitude
this is how they express ignorance with different attitude
They think it was not a divine act
the birth is merely a naked fact
there is purely scientific reality
it has nothing to do with any morality
The person can shape his own destiny
though he may have to cross the hurdles many
only personal skill may come to the rescue
by dint of ability he may have his share due
unwise are those who see nothing beyond eye
how the wings can be tested if one does not fly?
how fruits can be enjoyed without earnest try?
let us understand the fact and do not feel shy
human nature is such to think beyond line
everything does not seem quiet and fine
all secrets and anxieties just remain hidden
we may be called wise but internally laden
There is no end to quest
it can be utilized to its best
let us not forget about the rest
this is the time and crucial test
Only one stroke and finally coming to the sense
it may compel him to believe in presence
who brings sun shine and cool nights?
has he ever tried to know as matter of right?
The animals do not think much about fate
they have no brain to speak or state
still they are not ungrateful as we are
think negatively and stay very far
We are blinded by materialistic scene
such progress by human being was never seen
it is merely attributed to human skill
no divine power had anything to fill
It is not received well with any logic
certainly there is reason to believe the magic
it is almighty that has brought us on earth
why no one is capable of stopping the death?
I shall go by and stand for the standard argument
I have to enjoy every available opportunity and moment
Let us not be equated with or disrespectful to only one
who is there to see everything and take care of every one

Living Bomb
I am ready for death
But I'll take many of you with me
In the name of right cause
I'll stain with blood
As a living bomb I roam streets
Heading for a destination place
Where sacrifice will be made
Deeply breathe air last time
Quartered bodies of women and children
Innocent people massacred through explosion
Unaware of threat, they left their own houses
When I roamed streets as a living bomb

Body was flown
His body was flown by special plane
People flocked the streets and occupied the lane
Both the sides were full of children and ladies
What a great and honorable death if someone dies!
We observe countless road accident deaths
The vehicle owner or driver faces the people’s wrath
It will be suicidal to remain present on the scene
The irate mob will lynch or create ugly scene not to be seen
The death is such probability that can not be discounted by anyone
It may come at destined time even though may not be liked by someone
It may be highlighted more if life is laid down for noble cause
It has remained always on high note as of now and it was
It was put to us that he had preferred frontal attack
He was fired form all the sides and back
There was no time to signal the warning
He had no option but to open the firing
As the fate would have it and he felled to bullet
But he did not allow enemy to advance or let
He single handedly bore the brunt
Enemy could not get what they wanted from hunt
We had considered him useless when was among us
He was naughty and we did not believe or trust
For going out of village was essential and must
He did not want to live in dishonor or feel to disgust
The person chooses his own carrier
He may prefer to be lover or warrior
He is reminded of responsibility when see in mirror
Even though he might have felt it as grave error
So when the news was spread for her sacrifice
All persons left their place of work or office
They rushed to see the martyr’s body
Even though he was not liked previously by anybody
It is not the person but his work is appreciated
His life time achievement is praised and equated
He might have lived with in his ordinary style
But it was not the occasion to forget it for a while
Anywhere in the world the words are always dedicated
The willingness to go for help is readily indicated
No one may show disrespect to whatever he had done
The past may not be remembered and considered as by gone
I remembered him being frank and honest
He was always blunt in doing at his best
Today once he is no more among
I fear something might have definitely gone wrong

Death, Inevitable Death
Death, inevitable Death.
So now You come to show Your world,
Hence the blackened cloak – unfurled.
And peering down upon my form
– Bereft of pity – Your eyes of storm.
Death, inexorable Death.
‘When? ’ The only question out of Thee.
My dream retorts 'But ne’er for me! ’
But now awake, I bid you so –
My giving tears cry ‘Where to go? ’
Death, adamant Death.
You cast Your spell and guide me 'way,
For life and I have had our day.
And what of me? I prey You, tell!
Be glorious in Heaven or gnarled in Hell?
Death, ineluctable Death.
Oh wiry ghoul, I'm here to follow –
I leave my body grey and shallow.
‘Come! ’ You bid in thund’ring tones,
‘Beg farewell to shattered bones.’

Paschandale
(SmithHarris)
In a foreign field he lay
Lonely soldier, unknown grave
On his dying words he prays
Tell the world of Paschendale
Relive all that he's been through
Last communion of his soul
Rust your bullets with his tears
Let me tell you 'bout his years
Laying low in a blood filled trench
Kill tim 'til my very own death
On my face I can feel the falling rain
Never see my friends again
In the smoke, in the mud and lead
Smell the fear and the feeling of dread
Soon be time to go over the wall
Rapid fire and the end of us all
Whistles, shouts and more gun fire
Lifeless bodies hang on barbed wire
Battlefield nothing but a bloody tomb
Be reunited with my dead friends soon
Many soldiers eighteen years
Drown in mud, no more tears
Surely a war no-one can win
Killing time about to begin
Home, far away
From the war, a chance to live again
Home, far away
But the war, no chance to live again
The bodies of ours and our foes
The sea of death it overflows
In no man's land, God only knows
Into jaws of death we go
Crucified as if on a cross
Allied troops they mourn their loss
German war propaganda machine
Such before has never been seen
Swear I heard the angels cry
Pray to god no more may die
So that people know the truth
Tell the tale of Paschendale
Cruelty has a human heart
Every man does play his part
Terror of the men we kill
The human heart is hungry still
I stand my ground for the very last time
Gun is ready as I stand in line
Nervous wait for the whistle to blow
Rush of blood and over we go
Blood is falling like the rain
Its crimso

and so we die in Paschendale
Dodging shrapnel and barbwire
running straight at cannon fire
running blind as I hold my breath
say a prayer symphony of death
as we charge the enemy lines
a burst of fire and we go down
I choke a cry but no one hears
feel the blood go down my throat
Home, far away. From the war, a chance to live again
Home, far away. But the war, no chance to live again
Home, far away. From the war, a chance to live again
Home, far away. But the war, no chance to live again
See my spirit on the wind
across the lines beyond the hill
friend and foe will meet again
those who died at Paschendale

Death and I
When death comes
I’ll need not love –
Consumed,
No wreath or dove
Could offer me salvation,
Not when I’m no more.
A weathered stone will bear my name –
Identity of once a being
Living out existence in
A world of risk, and never seeing
Sense of why we’re here.
My genes will die away thro’ child –
Hue of eyes and hair, the way of thought,
Will quickly dim with generation –
Bow to future dominance –
Memories of provenance
Resigned to curious few.
When death comes
I’ll need not grace
Below; no grieving face
Will call my resurrection,
Not when I’m at ground –
Death and I so bound.

Cried for Hours
I cried for hours
It was no fault of theirs
They lost the precious lives
My eyes could not believe
How all of sudden man can go wild
Sudden change of turning blind
What would happen to this holy land?
Where foes may act cruel but as friend
Why I should blame the luck?
On simple way I have been struck
I find no hope of survival
It is apparently seen as terror’s arrival
Many lie shattered in pool of blood
All have come here in search of food
They are met with tragic death
We may lament the attack and lay the wreath
I feel like crying further
No option is open and more to bother
Life is totally uncertain
What steps are to be taken to contain?
Many more may be bleeding in streets?
There may be no one to greet
What a pity on human lives?
They have become cheap to knives
Even animals strike only once
They test human blood out of threatened stance
Here human being is hungry of human blood
I try to shed tears for no good
I may pray almighty to give them little sense
Stop all innocent killings and nonsense
It may do no good to humanity as well
There won’t be any body left to tell
We may depart at inappropriate time
Assassin’s bullet may pierce through some times
What will be left behind except painful cry?
All responsible persons should gather strength and ask why

The scene of a bomb blast
The scene of a bomb blast
Bodies and body parts strewn all over the place
Hand bags, slippers and other belongings of people too
People are shouting and groaning with pain
The road is flooded by the blood of people injured and died
The survivors trying to help the badly injured
The rescuers helping the injured to go to hospital
What a tragedy
The siren of ambulances says that there was a mishap somewhere
In buses, in trains, on the road
Everywhere explosives find
No place seems safe for people to travel
Some people getting maimed for life
Husbands, wives, children losing their loved ones
Oh! I never dreamt to see this type of scene
In my beloved motherland
It’s bleeding unto death
Who and who are to blame
Only God knows
My prayer everyday is
God makes someone find
Whenever a bomb is planted
And also I pray people will be kind hearted
Not hurt others’ feeling
A person will know another’s life is very precious
Not to get undue advantage
People will stop all kinds of wastage
People will act true to their hearts
People should understand their wrong doings
Learn to say the word ‘sorry'
And to have all ways on mind
That one day you will die!

Many more
How many more will you kill?
You come in open and strike at will
You are committed to play havoc
We are watching you helplessly and in shock
We were tolerant to the name of freedom fighters
We were showing little sign of respect for rioters
We were ready to forget even the dastardly acts
But this wanton killings without knowing the facts!
We called you *mujaheedins or saviors of religion
You were ready to sacrifice in any part of the land or regions
You were hold in high esteems for your total commitment
Now we are in total shock and can only lament
You come in day light and kill the person in holy places
God has given sacred place to prey irrespective of races
You have made it unholy by your revengeful acts
We only unfold our hands in helplessness and do not react
We can understand the anger against sacrilege
We can understand ire against blasphemy under privilege
But how can we justify your action against men and women?
Who are just in open to seek blessings and or good omen?
You may get no reprieve from almighty
You don’t deserve even little blessings with pity
You won’t be forgiven for showing no mercy
You create anarchy, lot and plunder and remain so busy
I wish you are rejected from all over
You find no place for shelter or cover
Everywhere you have only hell to wait
You must face the worst possible fate
You are misguided lot
So far you have struggled for holy war and fought
Now you have directed guns against your own brethren
This is worrying us more and adding the concern
You may have become suicide bombers
You may have secret agenda to remember
But forget not that you too are a human being
Think of Lord or almighty and wait when bird’s sing

Lost and forgotten
Why are we so helpless and fear death?
It scares me even with idea of laying wreath?
What sort of sad scene to send tears down!
Person may be altogether lost and forgotten
God decided to introduce it as final resort
He did not think of any steps for person to deport
It was left to be decided by individual concern
Everybody was expected to come back or return
If it was left to person’s choice
Then he would never have preferred death or demise
He should have gone for all the remedies
Even would have created wall of children and ladies
God feared some thing of this nature may come up
The human being will not yield to any set up
Death could create permanent fear in the mind
So this was the easiest way of deterrence to find
Some day he may develop the sense of going closer
Pray for reprieve, donate generously and not act as miser
The wealth may create the sense of insecurity and force to seek
The blessings from the God before he may start falling sick
Not all the wealthy, influential or powerful men fear death
There is no discrimination mentioned in any of the faith
Names are given with different indication but meaning same
They will be shocked to find it when finally come
Those who surrender and wish to lead happy life
May matter less to them if caused by nature, sickness or edge of knife
This is only cycle that has been made for all
Even Prophets, Messiahs and even lord had to respond to the call
This is formidable weapon and most dangerous
It sways, stays and plays havoc continuous
No one can dare to take extreme steps in anticipation
Either it has full commitment or enough participation
Think for a moment the unruly scene in the absence of death
No one will be afraid of any consequences including wrath
The human will kill human and keep under domination
As he will have no fear of answering any question
The death of near one makes him to wonder little
For a moment he will be shocked and feel unsettled
This will make him feel the futility of life as such
He may get wind out of it and involve not much
The person can be purified with little admission
Guilty feeling may push him toward confusion
If can surrender or feel so towards the end
There may be enough of scope to feel sad and mend

Real honesty
If you think of real honesty
If at all, then must be real blessings from almighty
No on has on these days to claim?
For we need not worry and blame
For anybody to die as honest man
I will be the first person as fan
For I know he might have undergone many ordeals
To look as if pure and real
He may certainly die secluded death
As such thing has never been witness on earth
There won’t be any crowd
To raise the banner and shout the slogans so loud
He may have no known circle
Who may any time create hurdle
He may be leading simple life in isolation
Not keeping in contact and maintaining relation
So on natural death no one to shed tears
No one to lament loss and express fears
As he was none to anyone and left nothing
People to have few words to comment for something
But if at all, we could express our feeling
Let us share what he did entire life as willing
Let his life be left alone for people to judge
We should bear no favor or regret under any rage
It is good on part of human being to slide a mud
As honest had to try and prove that he is not thug
Any path undertaken by him may any time boomerang
Vested people may take many courses and try to hang
Thank God humanity is still alive
People are not fool to believe
Even if one searches within honestly
He will never find an answer earnestly
neither are we sure of calling anybody as saint or sage (Mahatma (saint)
Nor we have any proof or standard to write them on page
Who, as on date, can we claim as spotless person?
If so, then you may have personal interest with dubious reasons

Death, My Friend
Death, my friend - so good to see you!
Stand aloft and view my soul!
I have to say you’re looking frightful -
Bony chum, you affable ghoul.
Death, my friend, so charmed I’m sure!
State your case and tell me straight -
Am I worthy of reward, so
Venture I to Heaven’s Gate?
Death, my friend, a new acquaintance!
You're always welcome in my home -
Though the stare from empty sockets
Indicates to Hell we roam!
Death, my friend - my bosom buddy.
My! your finger points at me!
Be you tired of my frivolity?
Aha, I see - Oblivion, we!

Can we cheat death
Can we cheat death?
Think of immortality granted to human being
And immense powers to act like king
The lovely world may soon witness many tyrants
Where may live only powerful and giants
This is the only weapon god has kept in armory
That makes person all the time concerned and weary
If each part is allowed to be replaced in open market
They would never allow any one to die or let
There would have been no churches or temples
Nobody could have been seen with any kind of struggle
Surely human being is not to be trusted animal anytime
As it has been proved beyond doubt with certain crimes
Things are different and not taken that lightly
Human mind is such that may not allow leading happily
It is irony of fact and must be taken on front value
We are not contended with what ever is with us by virtue
Everybody is scared of death
Only while laying the wreath
It occurs to their mind of nothingness
Some kind of gloom descends and creates aloofness
Can the death be cheated any time?
This had puzzled me occasionally on several times
When person thinks of delivering good all the times
Yes death becomes useless tool in present time
"Death is just a stop for life and it starts again"
Not at the same place but somewhere else again
No one knows what will the form of another entity?
Surely it may be the prerogative of powerful almighty
Death may frighten but not defeat us at all
If that has been taken as divinity call
Fold the hands in open and just pray
That may vapor sometimes to give way

I Do Not Want To Go
'No, No, No, I don't want to go'
Time has not yet come for me to show
To the world that I have left this world for simple reason
I want to live here for some more years as a wealthy person
What I have seen in this world up to this time?
Childhood has consumed most part of the time
Where was I given choice to act of my own?
Now only I have come across and known
I spent time recklessly in young age
I did lots of bad things which can not be written on page
'Poor adventurous age' so I too followed same
It too passed off and this old age suddenly came
I did lot many things to corner enough of wealth
I knew I had no time so did not care even about health
I employed all tricks and fooled the people
Got as much as I wanted and finished the struggle
As soon as I realized that now is time to rest
This death bell rang to wind up my life's best
How can God be that cruel to impose such will?
I am afraid that not much time is left still
What will happen to my palatial building?
And to those precious emeralds which are in hiding?
Oh no God, give me some more time to adjust
I have no one so close here to whom I can trust
Now I realize why people wake up in late age
Wind up everything in time and skillfully manage
Now I am caught in cross fire and can't resign
I shall soon be put on fire and body may be consigned to flame
Give me some more time for worship as I followed nothing
Life was enjoyed as if it may not have any end for something
I repent now for not having utilized it in best way
The death lords may come anytime and take me away
Still I wish that I could be spared
To think about death I shouldn't be dared
Wealth, property and ornaments I have adored
It may all now be of no use and stored

Finding Truth
They say that everyone lies
It is said that everyone will hurt you
They say honesty is the best policy
But what happens when we find the truth?
What if we find something we don't want to?
What if we find our life has been a lie?
What if we find all we ever worked for was for nothing?
What happens when we find the truth?
Is it possible to find truth within a person?
Can one person bring light into your world?
Can that one person make everything right?
Can finding that one person be like finding truth?
If it is possible then i believe i found truth
Truth to my life
Truth to everything i've searched for
Truth for the rest of my life.
The lies are over
My life complete
Truth to who i am
Which is all i ever wanted to know...to know just who i am.
This is dedicated to my g/f Gini, i love her so much.

When Death
(Yet another early work - one month shy of 17)
When death is coming up your walk,
And you're unaware of his escence,
You invite him in, and have a talk
Which reeks of omniprescence
When death is sitting in your home
And you're enchanted by his smile
He's been to places like Paris and Rome,
You ask him to stay awhile
When death is leaning very near,
And your house is all aglow,
He whispers something in your ear,
You know it's time to go
When death is touching you all around
And he plays within your head,
You cannot see, nor hear a sound,
You know you'll soon be dead
When death becomes a part of you,
In the still of night
There is nothing you can do,
Until you see the light
When death takes you to the place
Where you'll see the light,
You will not find a familiar face,
But you'll be too tired to fight
When death begins to say good bye
And says you're on your own
You watch the light, and then you sigh -
You see how bright it's grown
When death gets up, and walks through the light
(Which feels like half-melted ice)
You follow him through to discover your plight
And find you're in paradise
