Obsessive Desire
Your sensitive eyes
Could definitely summon me
From across a crowded room,

To respond to any request.

To Reciprocate...Without the Need of Words
Sometimes I fail to respond,
To a request that has been made.

Or wish within myself,
I could communicate...
Without words to select from.
Or create a debate,
I did not intend.
And then I don't want to offend.
Anyone who is sensitive,
And may not comprehend...
What it is I am feeling then.
Sometimes I fail to respond,

With a craving that feeds my appetite.

Quietly I have sat here across the room
Nursing my drink and admiring your beauty

Crowded Room
i thought i saw your face in a crowded room
i turned to look, but you disappeared too soon
the vision of you stayed in my mind
as i felt my heart start to sink
my mind began to race faster
as it tried to think.
i thought of all the things we
had done in the past
and wondered why it did not last.
was it something that i said or done?
was i the foolish one?
did i get you to turn your back on me
or was it that you wanted to be free?
so now i search each and every crowded room
in hopes that i'll find you soon.

Lucky Me

I can leave my dirty laundry lyin anywhere
If I dont make my bed its alright, no one ever goes in there
I can fall asleep on the couch and leave the tv on
cause Ive got the whole place to myself
Now that all her things are gone
Lucky me, Ive got room to breathe
With her out of my way, Im not crowded anymore
And finally, Ive got all the space I need to walk the floor

The lady in the black lace
The lady in the black lace
~
draped in black lace she slept
her skin soft, pale to the eye
the room dimly lit bathed in silence
a beautiful serenity eclipsed
the portrait laid before the eye
her hair blonde, lay across her shoulder
stark contrast to the red of the chair
upon which she soundly slept
a story unfolded into thought
did she mourn or sleep in peace
would that pale skin be cold to the touch
through the thin black of the fabric
or warm blooded with desire
a passion of the artistry itself
what little light covered the room
cast shadows about her
framing this work of art

As Fighter And Fought - Lord Krishna
[A scene from the hindu epic Mahabharatham
where both duryodhan and arjun come to lord
krishna for favors to sopport them in the war
KURUKSHETRA WAR]
Arjun sat near foot
duryodhan sat near his head
god in deep slumber
a war approaching
with a request both waited
god in deep slumber
Krishna wakes to see
arjun first and with a smile
'what is your request'?
he came before me
ask his request first then me
arjuna told god
turning his head to see.......
'duryodhan here too
may i know your request too'
krishna waits to hear
we need your support
you should help us in the war
duryodhan's request
krishna to duryodhan......
you may have come first
i asked arjun's request first
i shall help you both
thinking for a moment......
'duryodhan' he said
'you can have all my soldiers
whole of my army'
to arjun he said
you and your brother's have me
not as warrior
further krishna went on
i will not handle weapon
