The Gathering
There was a gathering of time
in odd spaces.
There was a gathering of spaces
seeking my time, your time, our time.
There was a gathering of the Saving Graces
which bid us to lie down with peace
to bloom in time and space.
This was a gathering of hopes and dreams
in a space, in a time
with an individualized saving grace.
In gathering it seems-
if we come with only our individual sense
of time, space and grace-
we will have not gathered at all
and will have only succumbed to Sweet Ironic Irony.
'Place then' he said
'your eyes upon the Sun
and know that life is such that
sometimes you must be the moon.

knowing your space
sometimes

must be our space or no space at all.'

A vision of a life

The Days I Let Slip Away
My days seem to be slipping away from me
And no matter how much money
I have I will never get those days back
That I just let drift away
My time is being wasted
It's like buying dollar toys
That you only play with once
And forget about them
And it seems like steal
Because there only a dollar
And you want something
To occupy your time
I hear the birds chirping outside my window
And I look at the clock and it goes click
Like the remote in my hand
I sit on the couch and watch
Other people live there lives
While I am just letting my days slip away

My television paints a picture of life
That I want, but isn't real
Life is so much better on the television

When relationships keep failing, it really makes you wonder, am I meant to spend life alone

You think of families
Gathering in their homes

One night stands is not what you do

Can I call you sometime
When it dawns on him

Some day the phone may ring
Would you like to go out to dinner
Would you like to go out dancing
Sometimes it so tiring to be alone

Decide each happening

Let us look back

That had an impact on us or otherwise

Meeting point of time and space
Each one of us
Came on to this earth
Because of the time and space synchronizing
At a time when millions of sperms
Were on a race to meet one single egg

Fertilization and development
Thus at the time of your conception
There was a probability of a meagre
One part per millions
With much greater possibilities
Of someone else being conceived
