Abraham Lincoln Poem = 2012
There's no better time to ponder Abraham Lincoln
Than a presidential election year like now.
From his humble beginnings in a one-room log cabin
He became our 16th president and here's how.
Abraham was a true believer and worshiper of God
And was always aware of His presence night or day.
He knew that evil shadows every woman and man
And before every decision he would meditate and pray.
The same so should we with both heart and soul
Ask God for His Devine answers in time of need.
As we face life's problems and the weakness of man
For jealousy, anger, hate, lust, love and greed.

The Mystery of Israel
This is the mystery of Israel, and how they fit into God’s will.
God met with this man Abram, when this man had not a son.
He told him to leave his kin, and go to a place He’d show him.
His name changed to Abraham, for he’d be given many lands.
God told him he’d have a son, when he and Sarah had no one.
Then Abraham simply gasped, while his wife Sarah laughed.
So Sarah decided to use Hagar, although God played no part.
Hagar and Abraham had a son, but he wasn’t the chosen one.
Abraham’s first son was Ishmael, but he was of a human deal.
For Abraham’s other son Isaac, was the one God would pick.
And it was Isaac’s son Jacob, who was the one that God loved.
Jacob wrestled with God’s will, and his named became Israel.
And this is the name of the land, that God promised Abraham.
God said He’d bless each nation, through Abraham’s situation.
Then the Jews entered the land, under Joshua and God’s Hand.
But they would anger The Lord, when His decrees they ignored.
God for a time turned from them, with His Covenant for all men.
Israel’s been hardened for awhile, as God includes the Gentile.
The Jew and Gentile are now one, under the Blood of God’s Son.
And Israel will receive her land, under the rule of The Son of Man.
Some day I shall be President.

That settled Abraham Lincoln with me. I was thoroughly satisfied that no such man ought to be President; but I could not yet conceive it possible that such a monster would be the choice of a majority of the people for President.

These men of Faith
These men of Faith, these men of old,
Their lives they lived, they were so bold;
Trusting God, in the face of danger,
But their enemy, shunned them with anger.
We know of one great man, Daniel, was his name,
To Pray at the open window, he always did the same;
Then some jealous men, had him enter lions den,
For his faith in God, and On God he did depend.
Another man was Elijah, who helped so many,
And he had trouble with Jezebel, a life of jealousy;
Also king Ahab, and a wicked and evil king too,
But for their evil doing, they died, oh yes! It's true.
The next great man of Faith, was Enoch,
He lived and spoke only for the Lord God;
He was so very close, he did walk upright,
And God took Him home, he lived by Faith not sight.
One more man of Faith, I need to tell about,
Was Abraham, and to a new home he was sent out;
Also when his son Isaac, was to be offered to the Lord,
But a ram was supplied, his faith shone, it's in His Word.
These men are an example, and we should follow too,
Trust God in the face of Danger, Trust Him thru' and thru';
These men of God trusted and never gave into sin,
Because they loved God so much, He lived within.

The Birds Were Lazy To Fly
there was no anger here, my dear
but love and falling leaves ~
peace and love are 2 sides
of the same coin
it was like Abraham Lincoln
what is life without love?
what is the meaning of love
without making peace
tenderness of the mountain wind
abort sizzling yellow leaves
what does it mean of hate
for you, my dear?
in the row of trees
the birds were lazy to fly

Bosom Of Abraham
(words & music by johnson - mcfadden - brooks - presley)
Well you rock my soul
Down in the bosom of abraham
Rock, rock, rock down in the bosom of abraham
He rocks my soul down in the bosom of abraham
Well a rich man lives, he lives so well
Children, when he dies on a lonely hill
Why dont you rock my soul in the bosom of abraham

Still Would Stand All Time
Its just around the corner, its just around the block
Vthis love that Ive been waiting for, a love solid as rock
A love that reaffirms that we r not alone
A love so bright inside u it glows
And night and day would run together, and all things would b fine
Still would stand all hate around us
Still would stand all time
Still would stand all time
Its not a thousand years away, its not that far my brother
When men will fight injustice instead of one another
Its not that far if we all say yes and only try
Then heaven on earth we will find
(all time)
(still, still would stand all time)
No one man will be ruler, therefore love must rule us all
Dishonesty, anger, fear, jealousy and greed will fall
Love can save us all
Oh, love, love, oh love if u would just please give us a sign
Still would stand all time
Heaven, heaven on earth we all want 2 find (we all want 2 find it)
Still (still) would stand all time
We r not alone people (were not alone)
Tell me can u see the light (can ya see the light)
If u just open your eyes (still would stand all time)
So much u will know, so much u will show
Love, love, its not that far away if we all say yes and give it a try
(got ta give it...a try...yes!) still would stand all time (I say still)
(so many times) so may times, I thought I could not make it
(still would stand all time)
Life was closing in I just knew, I just knew I couldnt take it
Thats when love opened its arms, and if u dont go in child
Still would stand all time (still would stand all time)
U better run to the light, leave your past behind
All things will be fine
Still would stand all time

Romney & America = 2012
If any single question can be said to rule the day
And dominate the 2012 presidential campaign,
It is whether the conservative policies by Mitt Romney
Would benefit or hurt all who suffer and complain.
Our country is at war with financial collapse and moral ruin
With multitudes out of work and consumed by justifiable fear.
Every day the news gets more doubtful and hopeless
As the righteous pray for all they love and hold dear.
We need a president that can inspire and motivate
The hearts and souls of Americans and their concern.
All through history we suffer from misjudgment and mistakes
As we pray and meditate we transform, advance and learn.
ELECTION = 2012 POEM
With looming worries about jobs, homes and healthcare
College debt, Afghanistan, terrorism and disease.
Americans seek clear options this November
As we pray for those we vote for on our knees.
America needs a president who relies on faith and prayer
One who can lead by example, servitude and more.
Someone who loves our freedom and our heroes of the past
Who inspires us like none we've known before.
Whoever wins the final vote
We pray they succeed and restore America's glory.
The time has come for all of us to rise up and alter
As freedom, love and commitment becomes our story.
If President George Washington was alive and well
And spoke to America of troubles we face today.
I wonder what he might faithfully suggest
And would we heed to anything he would say?
Abraham
abraham hears the voice of God
to bring Isaac on top of Mt. Moriah
there he must kill his own son
his offering to the Lord, His God
the argument begins, why his God
must order him to kill his own son?
is this killing this murder not a sin?
does God make man to commit sin?
If One orders him to kill his own son
God? Is God in this not a murderer too?
the steps to Moriah are difficult thougths
yet Abraham, Abraham, do you Love
your God as God and none other?
kill your own son, Love of God?
you know how it ended. You know
how Abraham became the Father of Faith.

I am that woman
I am the woman you cannot stand
I am the woman you cannot part
I am the woman who will f*** your brains up
I am the woman who will make you love
I am the woman who will make you so mad you’ll forget your name
I am the woman who your mother will love
I am the woman who will make your mates laugh
I am the woman who will make you speak all night
I am the woman who will make you go ballistic
I am the woman who will annoy you all the time
I am the woman who you’ll find irresistibly cute
I am the woman who will make you forget what you do
I am the woman who you’ll spend all day in bed with
I am the woman who will make passionate love like a beast
I am the woman who will get you out of control
I am the woman who will make you lose your soul
I am the woman who you will accept defeat to
I am the woman who will make you sad when I leave the room
I am the woman who will drive you crazy when we meet
I am the woman who you’ll want to sit all night and stare me sleep
I am the woman who you’ll hate and love
And I am the woman who you’ll never f***ing forget!
…and you know it’s all true….

Obama Is Still In Office
Magic night,
Magic moment;
303 against 206!
2012 US Presidential Election,
Between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney;
Two, tow! !
And Obama won the election.
Won own!
Obama is still in the Oval office,
For s second term.
Muse, use!
The Democrat and the Republican;
2012 US Presidential Election,
And Obama won the election.
The President needs another four years! !
To fulfil his dreams;
And like the muse of Obama to the world,
303 against 206.
Magic night,
Magic moment,
Obama is still in the Oval office;
For a second term,
Because, he won the election.

Shield Of Abraham
(kinky friedman)
Jacob climbed the ladder, climbed it to the sky,
Said, people, whats the matter ?
Heaven aint so high,
People, heaven aint so high,
When you got the shield,
You got the shield,
You got the shield,
You got the shield of abraham.
Little children.
You got the shield,
You got the shield,
You got the shield of abraham.
The years were lights they wandered in the desert 40 years
And ol moses told the children
brush away them tears,
Hey, kids, this aint no time for tears.
Children
You got the shield,
You got the shield,
You got the shield of abraham.
Little children.
You got the shield,
You got the shield,
You got the shield of abraham.
David, he fought goliath with nothing but a tiny stone.
David, little david, God knows youre not alone,
God knows youre not alone.
David, you got the shield,
Youve got the shield,
You got the shield of abraham.
Little david.
You got the shield,
You got the shield,
You got the shield of abraham.
Rock and roll redeemer, oh people, hear my song,
And let the music keep us loving, let the spirit keep us strong,
Let your sweet love keep us strong.
cause weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield of abraham.
Little children.
Weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield of abraham.
Weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield of abraham.
Little children.
Weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield,
Weve got the shield ...

Darwin and Lincoln - an ovation
Charles Darwin and Abraham Lincoln
Are, this year, two hundred years old.
Darwin’s theory shocked the religions.
Lincoln’s democracy shook the nations.
Darwin and Lincoln have made their enemies,
Who survive them to keep them alive.
Darwin and Lincoln made their theories,
Which survive them to keep them alive.
Darwin liberated us from ignorance
Let the vested interests die with age
Lincoln abolished slavery by law.
Let the spirit of tolerance rise to match.

The Devil Within
Why do you run away from me?
Do you think you can kill me?
I am the one in lust and greed,
I am the one in every evil deed
I am the one in greed and temptaions,
I am the one who gives into all temptations
I am the one in anger and rage,
I am the one you will find in life's every stage
I am the killer, I am the stealer,
I am the evil dealer
I am the bad to your every good,
I am the one who does no good
I am the one who kills with or without a reason,
I am the one who does all treason
I am the yang to your every yin,
I am the one in all the sins
I am the one in none and many,
I am the one in one and any
I am the dark side, I am the evil,
I am the one in all the evils
You give in to me when you are weak,
I am the one who makes every soul reek
Who am I, you want to know? , I am the one within,
Because I am the devil within
