My Time Is Now
Its time to look forward
Its time to move on
Its time to let go of the past
And realize it is gone.

Who Knows Where Time Goes
Time is something we don't understand,
It's gone with a hello and a shake of the hand.
Never enough time for those you hold dear
But always, time for sadness and tears.
Time, you can't se it at all
For it passes so quickly --- while you lean on a wall.
Who knows where time goes/
No time for the dreams you have for yourself
Nor time for reading all the books the shelf.
Not enough time to go drifting along
For one has to work eight hours long.

One Last Time
On the day you leave this earth;
May I be there to hold you in my arms one last time?
To hear your heart beat one last time.
I need to gaze into your eyes and see that our souls are bound one last time.
I must feel the warmth of your breath one last time.
I need to kiss your lips one last time.
To tell you I love you one last time.
I hope this time is a long time away.
But I do want to be there with you one last time.
Me-Time Continuum
I watch the clock ticking out its time.
I hear the gears tocking 'till the chime…
I hold my stare acutely
And focus ears astutely.
The whole gestalt of this assault by me on clock
Collapses in to hence become
A new me-time continuum,
This clock and I a vacuum;
Dial and me, we've come to be
A synergistic, fatalistic victim,
Hmm…
When it ticks, I then tock:
I am me as well as clock.
When it tocks, I then tick.
We burn together down the wick
In candle wax, both cold and warm,
Together now in molten form.
We jump the side but soon to stall,
Only to solidify
Until the active plateau
Chases…
Down…
Sinking…
To melt again the bit that ran (us) –
All in a time storm
With timeless plan.

Time
is your presence.
Time
is your smile.
Time
is your kindness.
Time
is when you linger.
Yet
Time
is also my Enemy.
Time
is the prison guard stopping my dreams.
Time
laughs at me.
Time
is gone in a blink.

is but a mist.

vanishes so quickly.

is not my own.

is not on my side.

wants to run.
