Fragments - Lines 1353 - 1356
Bitter and sweet, alluring and tormenting:
Such, till it be fulfilled, Kyrnos, is love to the young;
For if one finds fulfillment, it proves sweet; but if, pursuing,
One fails of fulfillment, then of all things it is most painful.

Love Isn't Easy
Do you remember the first time, and all of your sweet sweet talk
Ain't heard it a lot since then love
Now look at that guy, he's making me cry
He leaves everybody and he only says goodbye
But if i would have to choose i wouldn't let you go
Just give it some more time and you will see our love will grow
Darling i know
We gotta have patience
Love isn't just a sensation
Some of the time it gets rough
Love isn't easy but it sure is hard enough
(sweet sweet, our love is bitter-sweet)
Giving love is a reason for living
But a few things can be tough
Love isn't easy but it sure is hard enough
(sweet sweet, our love is bitter-sweet)
From the first moment i saw you i've treated you like a queen
I've given you lots of presents
Now listen to that, just look at that cat
You'd think he was an angel but he's talking through his hat
But if i would have to choose i wouldn't let you go
Just give it some more time and you will see our love will grow
Darling i know
We gotta have patience
Love isn't just a sensation
Some of the time it gets rough
Love isn't easy but it sure is hard enough
(sweet sweet, our love is bitter-sweet)
Giving
(sweet sweet, our love is bitter-sweet)

Too Late
I just want to take you away from everyone
And keep you stashed under my pillow
And then Id take you out simply for my own pleasure
And wear you when the occasions special
Then Id put you on like a diamond
So I can sparkle and be the envy of my friends
Id probably hold the leash that Id have you on
So you cant stray and follow me around all day
Its too late now
I dont think it can fade
Its too real now
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze
Compulsion has stained me
Im nervously cradling our young love
Without known limits love
Like a butterfly cupped in my hands
I peek in to see beauty trapped
Confined it flutters
Then it leaves behind colorful dust
To remind me of the special times we spent
But of course it has to leave my clutch
But enoughs never enough to make a dent
Its too late now
I dont think it can fade
Its too real now
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze
And in time it will end
And there really isnt hope for the two of us
But right now I give in...
Its too late now
I dont think it can fade
Its too real now
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze.

(Love Poem) Bitter Sweet Rose
Bitter sweet rose will you be mine?
Or am I wasting my time?
Bitter sweet rose you smell divine.
Do you have a succulent kiss?
Is it something I've already missed?
Bitter sweet rose what gives?
Is it how we must live?
Bitter sweet rose will you answer my questions?
Are you devote?
Do you stray when your bored?
Will you doubt?
Is what you want something more?
Bitter sweet rose are you keeping score?
Will you try something new?
Will you lock your door?
Do your lips taste like dew?
Bitter sweet rose do you want to go?
Do you love the snow?
Is this right?
Is this what you want tonight?
Bitter sweet rose, oh my bitter rose.

Metal Beat
Nobody knew me so I bought some time.
An hour or two with a friend of mine.
Somebody lied so I burned their soul.
Somebody screamed and the fire burned cold.
I cure things, sweet young things.
I take the pain away.
I cure things, sweet young things.
I soothe the pain away.
I cure things, sweet young things.
I take the pain away.
I cure things, sweet young things.
Like someone walks on their grave.
I booked a small room in a cheap motel.
Somewhere to hide and a cure to sell.
I call it fashion, Ill make them bleed.
No one to love but a ghost to feed.
I was a puppet pulling my own strings.
I cant believe that I did such things.
I was a shadow but God forgives.
Now Im a priest and jesus lives.
- adlib -
I cure things, sweet young things.
I take the pain away.
I cure things, sweet young things.
I take the pain away.
I cure things, sweet young things.
I take the pain away.
I cure things, sweet young things.
Like someone walks on their grave.
How can I save you if you dont confess?
Kneel down bitch be truly blessed.

True Fulfillment Of My Birth
True fulfillment of my birth is in loving my beloved forever!
Never with dry rituals and harsh austerities
Would I torture my tender body!
All the time I'd play the games of love with my beloved!
True fulfillment of my birth is in loving my beloved forever!
When the final liberation waits on me like a menial servant,
Why should I worship someone else?
True fulfillment of my birth is in loving my beloved forever!
In all our births to come we will ever be your servants!
And the divinel eel a of Narsaiyya's lord we will sing forever!
True fulfillment of my birth is in loving my beloved forever!

Love And Life
LOVE only sings when Love is young,
When Love is young and still at play,
How shall we count the sweet songs sung
When Love and Joy kept holiday?
But now Love has to earn his bread
By lifelong stress and toil of tears,
He finds his nest of song-birds dead
That sang so sweet in other years.
For Love's a man now, strong and brave,
To fight for you, for you to live,
And Love, that once such bright songs gave,
Has better things than songs to give;
He gives you now a lifelong faith,
A hand to help in joy or pain,
And he will sing no more, till Death
Shall come to make him young again!

Bitter Sweet Love
Bitter sweet love
Why do you steal my heart and soul,
I hate you,
I love you because I hate you,
I hate you because I love you
Why do I hate you when I love you
Its a bitter sweet love.
You stole my heart
You stole my thoughts
How could you?
You made my legs wiggle,
Slightly I started to giggle.
I hate this
I hate you,
I love you because I hate you,
I hate you because I love you,
Why do I hate you when I love you
Its a bitter sweet love.
You make me smile
You make me laugh
Why do I love you?
You driving me insane.
Its a bitter sweet love
And its giving me a pain.
The key to the lock of my heart, is stabbing right through my chest.
I hate you,
I love you because I hate you,
I hate you because I love you,
Why do I hate you when I love you
Its a bitter sweet love.
A bitter sweet love!

Bitter Sweet

Bitter sweet
Bitter sweet
I never thought Id understand
Never thought I could
The way I feel about you
And how much I need your love
How much I need your love
Bitter sweet
If I analysed each feeling
And captured every thought
Id not be any nearer
To the beating of your heart
The beating of your heart
Bridge:
Its neither pain nor pleasure
Ice cold or tropic heat
Your love is hard to measure
But its taste, mmm, its taste
Is bitter sweet
Bitter sweet
Bitter sweet
Now as I think about you
And the way you make me feel
You hurt me and I doubt you
You smile and my heart heals
Smile and my heart heals

Acting provides the fulfillment of never being fulfilled. You're never as good as you'd like to be. So there's always something to hope for.

Surprise, Surprise
Sweet as the smell of success
Her body's warm and wet
She gets me through this god awful lonliness
A natural high butterfly oh i,
I need, need, need her
Just like a willow tree
A breath of spring you see
And oh boy you don't know what she do to me
She makes me sweat and forget who i am
I need, need, need, need her
Well i was wondering how long this could go on, on and on
Well i thought i could never be surprised
But could it be that i bit my own tongue
Oh yeah, it's so hard to swallow when you're wrong
A bird of paradise
The sunrise in her eyes
God only knows such a sweet surprise
I was blind she blew my mind think that i
I love, love, love, love, love her
I love her, i love her, i love her, i love her
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love

Dream
Nothing comes during a sleep above a dream,
You better wake up and face reality,
You never get ahead just laying around in bed,
What you can see you really can achieve.
Dream means a sleepless fulfillment though I wonder why,
You wake up out of the darkness and let life begin,
Oh dream means a sleepless fulfillment oh I wonder when,
Wake up out of the darkness and let life begin.
Some people are living only on hopes and dreams,
But youve got to wake up to the plans and scenes,
The journey of life is only one step ahead,
But you never get there tossing and turning in bed,
Youre facing the world with no plans for tomorrow,
And now youre wondering whats waiting around the bend.
Dream means a sleepless fulfillment unless you try,
Sleepers, they hold on t dreams while the world passes by,
Dream means a sleepless fulfillment (though) unless you try,
Sleepers, they hold on to dreams while the world passes by.
Dream means a sleepless fulfillment though I wonder why,
Sleepers hold on to dreams while the world passes by, one more time,
Dreams a sleepless fulfillment though unless you try,
Sleepers hold on to dreams.....

Finds You Naked!
as hard as you strain
to pull the pack behind you...
you
...cannot
.....do
.... ....it!
all the things you're clinging to:
pride,
...success,
......possessions,
.........self-fulfillment,
.............ego.
all lost in an instant,
when time opens the door,
and finds you naked!

Our Sweet Love
I thought about a summer day
And how the time just floats away
Pretty things like incense and flowers
I wanna make them part of
Our sweet love
Could last forever
(our sweet love)
Our sweet love
Could last forever
I thought about a winter night
And how Id like to hold you tight
Candlelight the warmth of a fire
We could make them part of
Our sweet love
Honey its heaven
(our sweet love)
Our sweet love
Could last forever
Sweet love sweet love
Like a child with his new toy
My heart is filled with joy for
Our sweet love
Honey its heaven
(our sweet love)
Our sweet love
Lord knows I love her so
I feel it down inside my soul
A precious love like this can flower
Theres nothing in this world like
Our sweet love
Should last forever
(our sweet love)
Our sweet love
Could last forever
Our sweet love
Could last forever
Our sweet love
Could last forever
(our sweet love)

Sonnet XXVI
SWeet is the Rose, but growes vpon a brere;
Sweet is the Iunipere, but sharpe his bough;
sweet is the Eglantine, but pricketh nere;
sweet is the firbloome, but his braunches rough.
Sweet is the Cypresse, but his rynd is tough,
sweet is the nut, but bitter is his pill;
sweet is the broome-flowre, but yet sowre enough;
and sweet is Moly, but his root is ill.
So euery sweet with soure is tempred still,
that maketh it be coueted the more:
for easie things that may be got at will,
most sorts of men doe set but little store.
Why then should I accoumpt of little paine,
that endlesse pleasure shall vnto me gaine.

Sweet Love
Show me it river that's so deep
Show me a mountain so high
I'll show you love that'll last forever
Flying high so high
Show me a place where dream are for dreamers
And all the things you wish come true
I'd wish the world had all happy people
The there'd be no more wishing to do
Oh sweet love
Oh well well sweet sweet love
Oh woo hoo sweet love
Sweet love that comes through the age
Reach out and touch my soul
Give my life so much meaning
And everyone a heart of gold
Oh sweet love
Hh love sweet love
Oh woo hoo sweet love
I know you're searching
I know you're searching for love and peace and understanding
And I know it's been hard trying to find your way.
But you've got to keep on searching harder day by day
Cos this love, love the only way
Oh sweet love
Oh love sweet sweet love
Oh woo hoo sweet love
When you're down and out and you can't see your way
Just call on love

Fragments - Lines 0173 - 0178
Of all things it is poverty that most subdues a noble man,
More even than hoary old age, Kyrnos, or fever;
Indeed, to avoid it one should even throw oneself into the sea's
Deep gulfs, Kyrnos, or off sheer cliffs.
For the man subdued by poverty can neither say
Nor do anything, because his tongue is tied.
Take The Bitter With The Sweet
(p. glass/s. ray/s. birch)
You, heard somebody sayin
That I loved another (ooh ooh ooh)
They dont know, its not easy fakin
Lies about your lover (ooh ooh ooh)
Nothing they could tell you
Would change the way it feels
But when they, try to come between us
We still have each other (ooh ooh ooh)
Ive heard it all, and I have my faults
But I could never hurt you, I love you through it all
Take the bitter with the sweet
Two hearts are stronger together
Love can be forever
Take the bitter with the sweet
We cant let rumors affect us
We just, have to trust
I, want you more than ever
No matter what they told you (ooh ooh ooh)
If they pry, doesnt really matter
Long as I can hold you (ooh ooh ooh)
People can say what they want to say
But you know that I love you, its better every day
Take the bitter with the sweet
Two hearts are stronger together
Love can be forever
Take the bitter with the sweet
We cant let rumors affect us
We just, have to trust

Sweet Freedom
As you look around you
Do you like what you see?
Though it sometimes
Makes you lonely
Do you like being free?
And are you sure youll be okay
Without my company?
I just want you to be happy
Even if its not with me
Sweet sweet freedom
Sweet sweet sweet
Will the line between all this
And my love ever meet
Sweet sweet freedom
Sweet sweet sweet
What Im really tryin to say
Is that I will be around
Should you find that after all
You cant get by
With what you found
Oh, it wasnt just my heart you took
And gently tossed into the sea
Though its hard to find
The words I need -
I guess it was me
Will the line between all this
And my love ever gonna meet
Sweet sweet freedom
Sweet sweet sweet
Oh sweet, oh sweet sweet freedom
So sweet, so sweet

I Like To See Love Dance Before Me
i am boredom
i sit on a chair watching a show
it is love
bellydancing its way
into the secret room
of my heart
i am lust
i lie on bed and here comes love naked
on top of my heart
my ears hear the beating
i am love finally
lust overpowered
after this darkness that is so sweet
love and lust sleep
in the silence of their fulfillment
i am flesh closing its eyes
i am a spirit soaring in the skies
