Keys Of Memory~6191
Memory
Plays the keys
Of my heart
Just like a Baby Grand
The melody-the tune
All off key
In an orchestra
Of fine tuned instruments
I follow the music
With my minds eye
To where-ever it leads me
And into the depths of Ballads
Of 'HeartBreak'
I, at last find myself
Locked-tethered-chained
To memories, bitter and sweet
Despairing and off key with no
Harmony, in the least
A re-write is in order, STAT
A re-play-a fine tuning, immediately
A re-awakening, a re-newing-NOW:
Of Hope
Of Hope That Sings
You know, that feeling, with wings

Music (The Song)
It plays to my heartstrings...
It is the music to my ears-
...It is the tender love song of my life-
And the refelections of my years...
All in a simple sweet melody-
...The rhythm and harmony flow-
Yes, dancing at my heartstrings-
...The memories, they come and they go...
It is the music of my lifetime-
...It is the gentle refrain, in my head-
'A play it to my soul song'
...Down the road of love-
...I am led...
It is a once, in a lifetime song-
...Forever growing, it is, in me-
It is, a broken heart tune-
...And a haunting melody...
It is the songs of our Nation-
...The Anthems and Hymns...
It is the: 'Glory to the World My Friend, ' song-
...That has become, way too dim...
It is the 'Light of My Life' ballad-
...In perfect melodic harmony-
It is the say it all: 'With Words and Music'
...It is the Best that Music Can Be...

Music In The Heart
Music of the heart sounds in the orchestra
For others to judge according to taste;
The pumping of blood made you nearly ask
For the music to stop and make farewell.
O how the heart senses your happy tune!
The melody survives the laughter;
O how the harmonious smell of wooden instruments
Involves us with sound and the astonishment!
Music is a happiness, music is sound,
More than a thought, more than a word;
May wise musicians design the good noise
And turn it into a message of hope.

In Full Volume
It started out with a violin,
bow drawn steadily across the strings.
With a haunting tune it did begin,
to delight me, which such music brings.
Now joining in with this gentle strain,
a lone flute took up the melody.
Its bright notes enriching the refrain,
creating a honeyed symphony.
Entire orchestra in full volume,
brought other instruments into play.
What powerful vibes suffused the room.
An overwhelming concertante.
This harmony of glorious sounds,
all bursting forth from the piano’s keys.
made me listen. How it all astounds,
this perfect piece, one of Vivaldi’s.

Beethoven Third Symphony
A Beethoven master piece
The First Movement
The music starts softly and sweet
Picks soon with full force
In charm awakening
With the orchestra in full display
Loud with majestic power
We are overwhelmed
No place to go
We are exhausted
He relieves us now
With soft melody that follows
He has master command
The music comes quick in flurry
with persistent repetition
We are whipped with emotions
The music comes back again and again
In fresh successive succession
Like a boy coming hurriedly in the field
The tunes comes back
Haunting us in familiar rhythm
It is over and over again
Filling and nourishing our soul
Some sound comes again
From far away
Like someone we knew
Calling us softly,
Gently and beautifully
Racing and touching our heart
The old familiar tune
Comes back and back again
Teasing us
With power
Hurriedly closing on us
The music casts some sadness
The familiar tune comes back
Full of charm
Second Movement
A faint sad sound
So sad
Like funeral procession
The same tune comes back
dressed in sadness
So sad
Revival the music comes strong
Third Movement
The old tune revives back
In full force with energy
With tunes of warning and destiny
Some sadness tunes
Goes deep in our hearts
Crushing us
Dwelling in us again
Mercy
Is there hope?
Fourth Movement
The movement with so elegance
In a while
So Happy tune finally appears
A relieve
The tune comes back again
In happy setting
It is getting louder
And majestic
A new tune
Taking us by surprise
The tune dominating all
We are taken to the wilderness in
Now where we go
We need guidance
The familiar tune comes back
Nibbling music
The music has died out
The faint tune in the back ground
Oh revived
a hurried tune
it comes back
all in force, strong
oh the main theme
bringing joy
the music instruments
bring announcement
talking to us
in language
we do not understand
then it is all beginning
same thing
all again
all again
to a loved tune
strange change of music
curious steps
like a sleuth
and echoing drum beats
as the end nears
very joyful music comes along
to wipe the stress
of past harsh suspense tunes
the music crashing
the trumpets are loud
the old tune comes teasing us
like flute in prairie
Mysterious tune
Like the awakening of the morning
So melodious and deep
Going fast like streaming river
And there is
The calmness of early morning
What we expect
Leaving us in expectation
The orchestra in full force
The repercussion instruments
In control
The French horn
Angry music comes in warning
A new tune born tune
Sad melody
Music comes like small wavelets in the ocean
The old tempo
Comes back in hurry and energetic
Like celebration
Like walking in the woods
Beautiful soft tune
It is all over
The symphony in all power
And fury in closing

If hope could be a colour.
If hope could be a color
It would be baby blue
As blue as the sky
If hope could be a taste
It would be sweet lemonade
If hope could be a smell
It would be fresh baked cookies right out of the oven
If hope could be a sound
It would be the melody of everyday things
If hope could be a feeling
It would be an indescribable love
If hope could be an animal
It would be a baby bird.

Grand Illusion
Oh grand illusion, like the fade away
Take me and go out and play, oh yeah
Its no intrusion, its like a rainy day
That can wash the clouds away of this pain inside
Harmony, we need harmony
Find the melody that puts our hearts in tune
Harmony, we need harmony
Simple symphony that makes us feel brand new
Oh grand illusion, like to fade away
Take me and go out and play, oh yeah
Its no intrusion, its like a rainy day
That can wash the clouds away of this pain inside
Harmony, we need harmony
Find the melody that puts our hearts in tune
Harmony, we need harmony
Simple symphony that makes us feel brand new
Harmony, harmony
Oh grand illusion, like to fade away
Take me and go out and play, oh yeah
Its no intrusion, its like a rainy day
That can wash the clouds away of this pain inside
Come on now, boy, put it on the line
Take some space just to ease your mind
And to think it through

Write On
(clarke / sylvester / hicks)
Write on, even though theres no one listening to your songs
Write on
Shine on, get it together, let your light break through
Shine on, baby, shine on
Write on, sitting on your own, waiting for the phone
Come on, come on, come on
Write on, for your fame and fortune will follow you, coming on strong
Coming on strong
Dont feel bad cos the radio aint playing em
It wont be long til youre going out and slayin em
Shine on
Youre not the first, you wont be the last
To feel the frustration of a musical fast
Write on, baby, write on
Sing your rock and roll with a touch of soul
Ballads with feeling, send your audience reeling
Rock on, rock on
Find a man with a van, a back up band
Wholl give you a hand on your one night stand
Rock on, baby, rock on
Give em your licks, getting off on their kicks
Swayin in motion to a rhythmic potion
Rock on, baby, rock on
Music freaks and all those hustlers
Hangers on, trying to make a con
Rock on
Dont sign on the line til you know its all fine
Its your life baby, you got to give it time
Rock on, baby, rock on

As long as its music
Please play me a symphony
Make a simple cheerful harmony
Please play me a chord from a guitar
For me, it does not matter
If I’m the only audience of your theatre
Give me some instrumental vibes
All rhythms and tunes are musically ripe
There is no need to take precaution
While playing the Banjo or flamenco percussion
As long as its music
We can all heal
As long as its music
We can all feel
We can sing out our hearts and soul
We can let this music take control
Please play me the drums
We can sing or we can hum
Please play me a CD or a hit record
We could sing to the tunes of an ipod
With the sounds of music we can compose a song
Maybe sing to the town’s bells chiming ding-dong
Please play me the sweet keys of a piano
Hit a sweet note that is a major or minor
As long as its music
We can all heal or cry
As long as its music
We can all feel or fly high
And I will be lost in your voice and eyes
Holding on to each minute that flies
Whatever sounds or instruments
I shall feel good in the moment
Please play me a note from a flute
Those peaceful sounds tend to soothe
I want to hear sweet, sweet music
Choose your lyrics, take your pick
My heart will dance, till she is weak
Get out that guitar, acoustic or electric
Please play me the violins of an orchestra night
String me some melodies in broad daylight
And we can rap to melodious sense or crap
While our feet’s playfully tap, tap and tap
As long as its music
We can dance along the shore
As long as its music
We can all take to the dance floor
And I say once more, once more!
As long as its music, I will only ask for more

I've Got The Melody
You've got the music in your heart,
I know just how to make it start.
You know the song that makes me sing,
You know the tune, so play my strings.
'cause i've got the melody deep in my heart,
I could sing it alone, but i'd rather not.
You've got the harmony deep in your soul,
If we sing it together, our love will hold.
It sounds just like a symphony,
Something composed by you and me.
I hear the music that we make,
The sound of love is what it takes.
To coax out a melody straight from our hearts,
Let us sing it together, don't ever stop.
Let's add the harmony straight from our souls,
'cause if we sing together now,
We sing together now,
We sing, we sing.

Mighty Fine Blues
Feeling mighty fine
Feeling mighty fine at this time, yes I am
Feeling mighty fine
Feeling mighty fine at this time, yes indeed
Walk down any street
Pass the people you meet
What is it about this place that keeps you on your feet
Feeling mighty fine
Feeling mighty fine at this time, yes I am
Feeling mighty fine
Feeling mighty fine at this time, yes indeed
Night is coming down
Closer to the ground
Gonna have a little fun while I'm still around
Feeling mighty fine
Feeling mighty fine at this time, yes I am
Feeling mighty fine
Feeling mighty fine at this time, yes indeed
Don't believe the words they say to you when their soul's hurting
Don't believe a word they say about me because I'm feeling mighty fine
Think I gotta go
Think I'm gonna die
Oh my God somethings wrong
The end is coming near
because I'm
Feeling mighty fine
feeling mighty fine at this time, yes I am
Feeling mighty fine
Feeling mighty fine at this time, yes I am, yes I am

Humming Bird
There's memories and dreams
and some pretty simple things
There's priorities and beams
from the sun as a humming bird sings
But Autumn brings such a sad song
The tune, the melody, the memory
I've dreamt of this for so long
I can't believe it's not a dream
I would like to show you something
but you'd just pass a blind eye
The humming bird sings
Its the melody, the memory, of you and I

Fictional Remembrance
Sing to me sweet melody,
Teach me what there is to learn,
I yearn for purpose to write my thoughtful word.
Lead me into a place unknown,
Show me a lit path that once lay in shadow,
Illuminate the weary sky.
Remember my words I speak to you,
Sing this line as one once sang for life,
The piano keys holding sweet memory.
Dreams becoming reality as reality fades to fiction,
Awakening the living to a world of wonder,
My mind creating the world I speak of.
Rock me to sleep away from the day to day,
Keep me alive in the lonely song of the wolf,
Tell me stories of the life I never lived.
Sing to me in sweet harmony,
The voices of my past longing to walk again,
Welcoming me to their world of bitter sweet unknown.

Very Fine Love
(bob dipiero / jim photoglo)
I never knew how good love could be
All Id ever known was make believe
So many times Ive played the fool
Baby, til I met you
Now everything has fallen in place
You can tell by the smile on my face
For every lonely tear that Ive cried
Im that much satisfied
Weve got a fine, fine, very fine love
Weve got a fine, fine, very fine love
You know it when you find one
Shining like a diamond
Its so fine, fine, very fine love
How did I ever live without your love?
Its the only thing Im certain of
No matter what Im going through
I know I can count on you
You are more precious to me every day
Life is better now in every way
You dont have to lay the world at my feet
You have made my world complete
Weve got a fine, fine, very fine love, oh, oh
Weve got a fine, fine, very fine love
You know it when you find one
Shining like a diamond
Its so fine, so fine, very fine love
Ive got no apprehensions
Youve got the best intentions
Weve got a, weve got a, weve got a fine, fine, very fine love
Weve got a fine, fine, very fine love
A very fine
A very fine love
Very fine love, ah, ha, ooh, hoo
So fine, hey, so fine
So good, so good love

Love Song...
This sweet melody on air
It still reminds me of your hair
So soft and gentle to the touch
Just like this song we love so much
This sad old tune the radio plays
It holds all our memories stay
It brings me back to happier days
When we had our love have its way
For as every note that it sings
Hits a special chord in my strings
I remember the joy that it brings
This love song that we used to sing
This sweet old song that plays on air
This sad love song the radio plays
Reminds me of how we used to be
Fills me with memories of you and me…

The music never stops playing
And at times of despairing hope
I close my eyes and let the lyric play their song
For it seems they are all left,
That of can carry me on
So the beat drowns out the words
And the melody resumes
But the interlude has drowned
The sound remains in the air
Yet the dream of escape is gone
Shortly after a pause
A teardropp falls
I ask myself why
She doesn’t respond
I am puzzled
The beat builds all of a sudden
And suddenly a swarm of emotions’
like angry bees
They all attack me at once
And for once I take no precaution
This must be my time
Growing upon me at first,
The tempo switches up
Unbearable is the base
And a taste of death
It feels approaching
In a flash of light
I let go of life
And music notes appear
On the back of my eyelids
Anticipating the worst,
But ready
ShoCkwave
My heart jumps
And my eyes reopen
The simplicity is
If you allow your eyes to reopen
The music goes on
And when my eyes reopened
The song was at its bridge
The chorus drove up upon me
The lyrics began to speak
And here I find the lyrics go on forever
So I let the song play
And in times of despairing hope
here with me,
The music stays

House On Henderson
I can remeber all the times
When we would go blind
We would be dead on our feet
But it was fine we had good times
In the House on Henderson Street
We would play our music
And sing our songs
And drink in the heat
When the air wasnt on
In the cold, rain or shine, through hail and sleet
We always had goodtimes
In the house on henderson street
We would have kegs in the kitchen
And I was itching
For that sweet feeling in my mind
Throw a tire on the roof, scream in the streets
Filled up with alcohol, lets get something to eat.
Though my memories are hazy
And the nights were crazy
I wont forget the people we'd meet
But it was fine we had goodtimes
At the house on henderson street.
It was fine when we lost our minds
At the house on henderson street.

Dont Take Away The Music
Dont take away the music
Its the only thing Ive got
Its my piece of the rock
I new you were always there
You were my song
How am I supposed to bear it
Now that youve gone
Would you separate the words
From a sweet sweet melody
Baby would you take away
The music from a symphony
Chorus
Dont take away the music
Its the only thing Ive got
Its my piece of the rock
Dont take away the music
Everything else is gone
Dont strip my world of its song
Everytime you whisper love
My heart would sing
Now its silent like the phone
That never rings
Memories of loves refrain
Memories keep on haunting me
What are we doing to the song we sang
What happened to out sweet harmony
Chorus
Dont take away the music ooh ooh ooh (3x)
Chorus till fade

My Philharmonic Orchestra and the Soliloquy
I play the miraculous Cello and the Tambourine too.
And my beloved plays rest of the instruments on & off!
And also she does Soprano.
In our hard times when hunger invades the band
She sings in her high pitch
And my fiddle gives the saddest tune of the Life
In its base rhythm of the Violin family!
Though it's bitter and melancholy
We play ourselves and listen together
As the Audience left the Theater earlier.
