In Full Volume
It started out with a violin,
bow drawn steadily across the strings.
With a haunting tune it did begin,
to delight me, which such music brings.
Now joining in with this gentle strain,
a lone flute took up the melody.
Its bright notes enriching the refrain,
creating a honeyed symphony.
Entire orchestra in full volume,
brought other instruments into play.
What powerful vibes suffused the room.
An overwhelming concertante.
This harmony of glorious sounds,
all bursting forth from the piano’s keys.
made me listen. How it all astounds,
this perfect piece, one of Vivaldi’s.

Enrich My Heart
Play me a great symphony to enrich my heart,
Perform a concerto, to entrance me, please,
This music, so uplifting, always make it a big part
Of your life. Embrace the melody with ease.
Listen with depth to the harmony, which it brings,
Such rhythm will always weave around your day.
The volume of sound, in your mind, forever sings,
And the orchestration bears your cares away.
Dream slowly along, with those gentle tunes, which float,
Soothing your intense and trying world,
Drifting so softly, relaxing down with every note,
Thus letting your very essence, become unfurled.
Play me a great symphony to enrich my heart,
Perform a concerto, to entrance me, please,
Then I'll feel forever, the refrain within me start,
When I hear the euphony exuding from piano keys.

As long as its music
Please play me a symphony
Make a simple cheerful harmony
Please play me a chord from a guitar
For me, it does not matter
If I’m the only audience of your theatre
Give me some instrumental vibes
All rhythms and tunes are musically ripe
There is no need to take precaution
While playing the Banjo or flamenco percussion
As long as its music
We can all heal
As long as its music
We can all feel
We can sing out our hearts and soul
We can let this music take control
Please play me the drums
We can sing or we can hum
Please play me a CD or a hit record
We could sing to the tunes of an ipod
With the sounds of music we can compose a song
Maybe sing to the town’s bells chiming ding-dong
Please play me the sweet keys of a piano
Hit a sweet note that is a major or minor
As long as its music
We can all heal or cry
As long as its music
We can all feel or fly high
And I will be lost in your voice and eyes
Holding on to each minute that flies
Whatever sounds or instruments
I shall feel good in the moment
Please play me a note from a flute
Those peaceful sounds tend to soothe
I want to hear sweet, sweet music
Choose your lyrics, take your pick
My heart will dance, till she is weak
Get out that guitar, acoustic or electric
Please play me the violins of an orchestra night
String me some melodies in broad daylight
And we can rap to melodious sense or crap
While our feet’s playfully tap, tap and tap
As long as its music
We can dance along the shore
As long as its music
We can all take to the dance floor
And I say once more, once more!
As long as its music, I will only ask for more

Music (The Song)
It plays to my heartstrings...
It is the music to my ears-
...It is the tender love song of my life-
And the refelections of my years...
All in a simple sweet melody-
...The rhythm and harmony flow-
Yes, dancing at my heartstrings-
...The memories, they come and they go...
It is the music of my lifetime-
...It is the gentle refrain, in my head-
'A play it to my soul song'
...Down the road of love-
...I am led...
It is a once, in a lifetime song-
...Forever growing, it is, in me-
It is, a broken heart tune-
...And a haunting melody...
It is the songs of our Nation-
...The Anthems and Hymns...
It is the: 'Glory to the World My Friend, ' song-
...That has become, way too dim...
It is the 'Light of My Life' ballad-
...In perfect melodic harmony-
It is the say it all: 'With Words and Music'
...It is the Best that Music Can Be...

An Ode For St. Cecilia's Day
I.
Prepare the hallow'd strain, My Muse,
Thy softest sounds and sweetest numbrs chuse;
the bright Cecilia's praise rehearse,
In warbling words,a nd glittering verse,
that smootly run into a song,
and gently die away, and melt upon the tongue.
II.
First let the sprightly violin
The joyful melody begin,
And none of all her strings be mute,
while the sharp sound and shriller lay
In sweet harmonious notes decay,
Soften and mellow'd by the flute.
'The Flute that sweetly can complain,
'Disolve the frozen nymph's disdain;
'Panting sympathy impart,
'Till she partake of her lover's smart.'
C H O R U S.
III.
Next, let the solemn organ join
Religious airs, and strains divine,
Such as may lift us to the skies,
And set all heaven before our eyes:
'Such as may lift us to the skies;
'So far at least till they
'Descend with kind surprise.
'And meet our pious harmony half-way.'
IV.
Let then the trumpet's piersing sound
Our ravish'd ears with pleasure wound:
The Soul o'er-powering with delight,
As, with a quick uncommon ray,
A streak of lightning clears the day,
And flashes on the sight.
Let echo too perform her part,
Prolonging every note with art,
And in a low expiring strain
Play all the concert o'er again.
V.
Such were the tuneful notes that hung
On bright Cecilia's charming tongue:
Notes that sacred heats inspir'd,
and with religious ardour fir'd:
The love-sick youth, that long suppress'd
His smother'd passion in hisbreast,
No sooner heard the warbling dame,
But, by the secret influence turn'd,
He felt a new diviner flame,
And with devotion burn'd.
With ravish'd soul,a nd looks amaz'd,
Upon her beauteous face he gaz'd;
Nor made his amorous complaint:
In vain her eyes his heart had charm'd.
Her heavenly voice her eyes disarm'd,
And chang'd the lover to a saint.
G R A N D C H O R U S.
VI.
And how the choir compleat rejoices,
With trembling strings and melting voices,
The tuneful ferment rises high,
And works with mingled melody:
Quick divisions run their rounds,
A thousand trills and quivering sounds
In airy circles o'er us fly.
Till wafted by a gentle breeze,
They faint and languish by degrees,
And at a distance die.

Eroica, Eroica, Eroica
Beethoven Third Symphony
A Beethoven master piece
The First Movement
The music starts softly and sweet
Picks soon with full force
In charm awakening
With the orchestra in full display
Loud with majestic power
We are overwhelmed
No place to go
We are exhausted
He relieves us now
With soft melody that follows
He has master command
The music comes quick in flurry
with persistent repetition
We are whipped with emotions
The music comes back again and again
In fresh successive succession
Like a boy coming hurriedly in the field
The tunes comes back
Haunting us in familiar rhythm
It is over and over again
Filling and nourishing our soul
Some sound comes again
From far away
Like someone we knew
Calling us softly,
Gently and beautifully
Racing and touching our heart
The old familiar tune
Comes back and back again
Teasing us
With power
Hurriedly closing on us
The music casts some sadness
The familiar tune comes back
Full of charm
Second Movement
A faint sad sound
So sad
Like funeral procession
The same tune comes back
dressed in sadness
So sad
Revival the music comes strong
Third Movement
The old tune revives back
In full force with energy
With tunes of warning and destiny
Some sadness tunes
Goes deep in our hearts
Crushing us
Dwelling in us again
Mercy
Is there hope?
Fourth Movement
The movement with so elegance
In a while
So Happy tune finally appears
A relieve
The tune comes back again
In happy setting
It is getting louder
And majestic
A new tune
Taking us by surprise
The tune dominating all
We are taken to the wilderness in
Now where we go
We need guidance
The familiar tune comes back
Nibbling music
The music has died out
The faint tune in the back ground
Oh revived
a hurried tune
it comes back
all in force, strong
oh the main theme
bringing joy
the music instruments
bring announcement
talking to us
in language
we do not understand
then it is all beginning
same thing
all again
all again
to a loved tune
strange change of music
curious steps
like a sleuth
and echoing drum beats
as the end nears
very joyful music comes along
to wipe the stress
of past harsh suspense tunes
the music crashing
the trumpets are loud
the old tune comes teasing us
like flute in prairie
Mysterious tune
Like the awakening of the morning
So melodious and deep
Going fast like streaming river
And there is
The calmness of early morning
What we expect
Leaving us in expectation
The orchestra in full force
The repercussion instruments
In control
The French horn
Angry music comes in warning
A new tune born tune
Sad melody
Music comes like small wavelets in the ocean
The old tempo
Comes back in hurry and energetic
Like celebration
Like walking in the woods
Beautiful soft tune
It is all over
The symphony in all power
And fury in closing

The Dirge of Musicians
Our two musical worlds collided by sorrowful destiny
Or perhaps it was a modest stunning rhapsody,
But I could no longer hear, her cheerful symphony
Full of enchanted rhymes that brings me misery.
The latent repose of hers, halt my guitar from the right tune
Where the wavy sound of my violin will be over soon
And this gloomy piece of notes contain a million,
Severely, I was now alone and started an eon.
The saddest strings of a singing harp pierce to me;
Lines on her face, full of melancholic symmetry,
Miserable emanation of orchestra were quite unhappy,
Why God did revoke her from me?
The accord of late romance from dawn to twilight,
Her harmonious smile gradually fading out of sight;
I use to sing with her like ethereal birds in flight,
So with her dazzling faint tears resounds so bright.
I’ll sing to you the tormented song with a weeping accent
Along with a deep sympathy inside my heart’s lament,
Wish it resonate to your ears, my cries heavenly sent;
Will it ever be, heal the pain that I want to vent?
Spoil the every pitch of distress so I can finally die,
This will be my last elegy with a profound sigh;
Hum with me the hymn, together, you and I,
We will seal the heaven with melodious cry.

I've Got The Melody (Deep In My Heart)
You've got the music in your heart,
I know just how to make it start.
You know the song that makes me sing,
You know the tune, so play my strings.
'Cause I've got the melody deep in my heart,
I could sing it alone, but I'd rather not.
You've got the harmony deep in your soul,
If we sing it together, our love will hold.
It sounds just like a symphony,
Something composed by you and me.
I hear the music that we make,
The sound of love is what it takes.
To coax out a melody straight from our hearts,
Let us sing it together, don't ever stop.
Let's add the harmony straight from our souls,
'Cause if we sing together now,
We sing together now,
We sing, we sing.
(Instrumental)

Keys Of Memory~6191
Memory
Plays the keys
Of my heart
Just like a Baby Grand
The melody-the tune
All off key
In an orchestra
Of fine tuned instruments
I follow the music
With my minds eye
To where-ever it leads me
And into the depths of Ballads
Of 'HeartBreak'
I, at last find myself
Locked-tethered-chained
To memories, bitter and sweet
Despairing and off key with no
Harmony, in the least
A re-write is in order, STAT
A re-play-a fine tuning, immediately
A re-awakening, a re-newing-NOW:
Of Hope
Of Hope That Sings
You know, that feeling, with wings

A Music Eternal Is Divine!
Trumpet and drum music denote military band;
Guitar and piano music denote melodious score;
Clarinet and flute music denote pastoral melody;
Violin and all organ music denote symphony fine;
Jazz, maestro and symphony musics make all high!
Music acts as background for joy, sorrow and war;
Music makes all moods for man to move on in life;
Music creates a world of love, dream and fantasy;
Music as love has no beginning and end in influence;
Music whether East or West is divine as Nature is!
Confluence of Nature, music and dance is divine beauty
That elevates human spirit to divine spirit eternally!

Dont Take Away The Music
Dont take away the music
Its the only thing Ive got
Its my piece of the rock
I new you were always there
You were my song
How am I supposed to bear it
Now that youve gone
Would you separate the words
From a sweet sweet melody
Baby would you take away
The music from a symphony
Chorus
Dont take away the music
Its the only thing Ive got
Its my piece of the rock
Dont take away the music
Everything else is gone
Dont strip my world of its song
Everytime you whisper love
My heart would sing
Now its silent like the phone
That never rings
Memories of loves refrain
Memories keep on haunting me
What are we doing to the song we sang
What happened to out sweet harmony
Chorus
Dont take away the music ooh ooh ooh (3x)
Chorus till fade

Perfections Highway
Do you feel the tapping of your feet.
Do you sense a quickening of the beat.
Rhythm in colour, rhythm in design,
Rhythm in your ear, rhythm in mine.
Hear the music liven up your soul.
Hear the notes as vibrating sounds control.
Let the pulsation give a serene touch,
Let the tempo mean to you, so much.
Sweet melody, weaving pleasant dreams.
Sweet melody, is always what it seems.
In accord, let intricate songs entwine,
In accord, they mingle, all so fine.
Come now, let the volume swell and strain.
Come now, let it be your best loved refrain.
For you, great symphonies will start to play.
For you, cloud nine’s perfections highway.

Music In The Heart
Music of the heart sounds in the orchestra
For others to judge according to taste;
The pumping of blood made you nearly ask
For the music to stop and make farewell.
O how the heart senses your happy tune!
The melody survives the laughter;
O how the harmonious smell of wooden instruments
Involves us with sound and the astonishment!
Music is a happiness, music is sound,
More than a thought, more than a word;
May wise musicians design the good noise
And turn it into a message of hope.

Africa Flute.
Our soul feels the tune of the
Africa flute as it dance it way
through the gentle wind, this
sweet melody supassed our
sorrowfull moments, so hands
gloryfy the full moon, in it we
trust. Tonight we merry with our
gods, so the death are at peace,
through our moves we intorxicate
and communicate with them, their
laughter out sound our voices so the
future is bright. We are the children
of the full moon, and the tune of this
flute made us Africans, and Africa is
our religion..

Strings Of My Heart
On the keys of a piano,
your fingers play upon the strings of my heart.
Such music fills my soul,
with your sweet notes.
You are the central 'essence' of me,
although we are, so far apart.
Your love vibrates with clarity,
as if a great concerto, is playing, in some vast auditorium.
A symphony floats within my head,
and I hear this 'love' of yours,
it plays my tunes,
and resounds around my 'staccato' afternoons.

A tribute to the BBC 'Young Musician of 2008
This is what love
sounds like. This
is how you know
the heart is only ever one.
This boy, he’s twelve years old,
he’s standing on the platform
in the huge hall. He’s simply
waiting to play himself to you.
The trombone is now a few inches
shorter than he is. When he started,
it was bigger than he was.
He begins to play, Can this sweetness
have come from this contraption?
If Pythagoras was lecturing tonight
on music, measure, the harmony of spheres,
he’d have brought his tape measure
in case we needed proof.
If giraffes could sing,
they would sing to this trombone,
knowing themselves beautiful like it,
knowing that they both know
where music comes from.
How far it goes.
The sound says,
purity sounds like this. Listen.
The sound says,
did you know that innocence
can contain the whole of wisdom?
Listen.
The sound says,
did you know that experience
can know itself in music?
Listen.
The sound says,
I am music. This
Is what music is. I am
all music in this moment.
If tears were joys, they
would sound like this.
If joys were tears, they
would both sound like this.
The sound says,
I was made for this.
Listen.

Musical Performance
Some laugh at music and its devices,
They argue that it is a melody too sweet.
Fading from vision is the entire performance
As you sleep on your chair due to fatigue.
Watching is a delight when you awake and listen
To the notes so beautiful and wonderful.
Some have cared over the exceptional quality,
Some let the music conquer them with crying,
But others play music before they die.

Goofus
I was born on a farm out in iowa
A flaming youth I was bound I would fly away
I packed my grip and I grabbed my saxophone
Cant read notes, but I play anything by ear
I made up tunes on the sounds that I used to hear
When Id start to play folks to say
Sounds a little goofus to me
(*) cornfed chords appeal to me
I like rustic harmony
Hold a note and change the key
Hey but thats goofus
Not according to the rules
That you learn in music schools
But the folks just dance like fools
They sure go for goofus
Got a job but I just couldnt keep it long
The leader said that I played all the music wrong
So I stepped out with an outfit of my own
(**) got together a new kind of orchestra
And we all played just the same goofus harmony
And I must admit we made a hit
Goofus has been lucky for me

Repeat (**)

The Day the Piano Came
His fingers caressed the new, shiny keys, pulling out the strings
of Chopin melodies and chords that tugged at the heart.
We had never heard anything so beautiful as the gentle notes
that rolled into my ears, soft and warm. I shivered
in this warmth. It was too beautiful. This man
was a genius, bringing us this new and beautiful happiness.
That night, while everyone slept, I crept downstairs
and sat at the new piano. The smooth white glistened
under my curious fingertips. They itched to play.
This was a real piano.
I had never seen such an elegantly monstrous instrument,
and it was right here, in my house, under my fingers.
I was wrapped in bliss that night, and in the years
that followed, that silent piano brought me peace.

A Unique Melody
The flowers work beautifully, small yellow
ones forming the background for a soft purple
touch, the golden leaves and orange-yellow
explosions on the right, calming my eye
Green bottles a perfect accompaniment to
the little colour symphony being played by
my lovely flowers, the tune soothing, the
sweet piccolo notes in yellow on the left
The noble purple violin, Violetta singing in
La Traviata, the contrabass and wooden
instruments on the right, no deep notes,
no disharmony, helping me concentrate
Looking up terms without anxiety, even got
coffee illegally, happily working on the list
of terms for a construction project, flowers
keeping me company - a unique melody
