In a mere moments break--
My tears pour like rain...
Endlessly falling...
Into an enormous river of regret;
Time passes ever so rapidly as
Ceaseless agonies conspire
To unravel the delicate balance
Of my head and heart;
Torment knows no end---
Picking away tenaciously...
Disturbing my hopes
Of any miracles forthcoming---
Leaving me to my wits
And strong belief in God
Who i run to often
But most especially now;

Leave without warning

Leave without warning

The rain subsided this evening
but my tears endlessly flowing
my heart is aching and bleeding
for you leave without even warning

what have I done to deserve such treatment
I have never made a move without your involvement
but still you left without even confiding
and it makes my heart hurt and even failing

I remember the night when we talked in our bed
the words you have said keeps recalling on my head
never have I thought that today you will leave
here from the place where we both have been made

The rain subsided this evening

I wish you were here to stop me from crying
but you already leave without even warning

The Sky Is Falling

The ground shakes,
Stars pour down like tears, like rain.
Amongst the roaring earthquakes,
We hang our sorry heads in shame.

The voice that cries out is small,
But it's strong.
A flicker of hope-
Before it's already gone.

The sky is falling,
And so am I-
Can't you hear me calling?
Cover me with the sky.
I bask in your glow,
All though it's ten below.
I'll be with you, wherever you go.

Rain

Rain falling always falling pain hurting never ending
Tear come off tears of sorrow fear after day tomorrow
Cry when there's no use crying goodbye there's no use trying
It all runs together when your love once are gone
And your head spins in circles you're lyin' with your face down and you're afraid
Salvation army band playin' in their all night stand
Rain pourin' from the sky blind people passin' by
No one will help 'em now no one will even try
It all runs together...
This is his time at last (this is his time) his life is fading fast
His faith is fled away (his faith is gone) he tries but cannot break
This is the way we live (this is the way) we take and never give
It all runs together...

Someone could have helped him but no one would try
Cause their pride wouldn't let them and now he's gonna die there in the rain

With A Picking Up Of Pieces

Betting to get even,
When the odds are not for all.
Makes not a bit of sense,
As many tears fall.

People wish to leap,
When sometimes it's best to crawl.
And a learning to make peace,
With a picking up of pieces.

People wish to win,
To go shopping at a mall.
Without a learning to make peace.
Or a picking up of pieces.

People want to make their rules,
And break every law.
And not learn a single thing,
About the picking up of pieces.

Losers choose to keep their status as big fools.
With disturbing of the peace,
And a dropping of their pieces.

With a boo hooing done,

The After Math

When your heart first broke
You could almost feel every little crack start to form

You could feel pieces of your heart
falling out of place
And you knew right there
Was the beginning of your hearts
Long, turbulent storm

What appeared to be rain
Falling brutally upon your head
Was really just tears falling from your eyes

What started off as the best feeling in the world
Turned out to be a lightning storm in disguise

O and you felt it my dear
When lighting did again strike your heart

But instead of leaving you with the feeling of love
All it did this time was tear it apart

So for now you sit in the midst of the storm
Holding what remains of your heart

But I promise you my dear
You will have a new start

For the rain will pass
The lighting will stop
And the dark grey clouds will disappear

And I'll help you salvage whats left of your heart
Because for you I have
And will always care

You may not see it now
But this I guaruntee
The after math will be much better
Than the storm through which once

Hiding out from the rain under the carnival tent
Id laugh and hed smile

Dreams!
My delicate dreams!
Woven with the tender threads of love,
Bound with the glue of belief.

Electroconvulsive Therapy

In this moment I feel as if I am falling,
Into a prison from nowhere,
I see my shadow arabesque as
I watch my reflection appear
In a river of never abating madness-
Hiding from all that is real,
Moments have passed since I lay upon
A cold metal table,
Drifting off to sleep, and
Upon awakening-
I remember nothing, except for
The sensation of falling
From nowhere into nothingness-
As I watch the sun rising,
Outside of a picture window,
I find myself alive in some different place in time.
I feel my heart pounding
As is it were trying to escape
From a prison of iron bars inside of my chest, as
My brain spins about
As it were riding a horse on a merry-go –round,
It’s motor somehow
Rapidly accelerating
As that horse bobs up and down
Exacerbating my fear-
I hear myself screaming
In the midst of deadly silence-
The sun has now risen high over the mountains outside.
Within my utmost fantasies,
I am climbing my own mountain,
Hoping to reach the sky although
I cannot escape that merry-go-round of terror-
Except that I know now
I cannot hide from all that is real,
I shall never touch the sky and as
I find myself falling off of this make believe mountain-
I can see my shadow more clearly and
As I fall into a river of my fantasies,
I swim to the bank of this river from nowhere,
Leaving the madness behind-
