The Recipe
To the basic mix add
a brain and a mind.
The ability to think
and the gift of being kind.
Add all the human senses,
and don't forget a voice.
A smile and sense of humour
depending on your choice.
A conscience for guidance,
in deciding right or wrong.
Feelings to stir emotions,
which could be put to song.
A soul to comfort the body.
a spirit to create and inspire.
A character to rely on
when times appear dire.
Sympathy and consideration,
and strength to stand tall.
Finally a huge capacity for love,
the most important of all.

What We Have
A body, a brain, a mind,
and the gift of choice.
All the human senses,
a language, a voice.
A conscience to guide us
in deciding right or wrong.
Feelings to stir emotions,
be them short or long.
A soul to comfort your body,
a spirit to inspire and create,
which also gives you hope
when your life is in a state.
Doors to open
when opportunity knocks.
Someone who can listen
when marooned upon life's rocks.
Balmy summer days,
autumn's palette of colour.
Nature's new growth in spring,
fresh winters to discover.
Blue skies and clouds,
rainbows and showers.
Wind, snow, and sunshine,
trees, plants, shrubs, and flowers.

You learn to rely on a few basic movements and use your voice to the greatest extent possible to convey your emotions. So there was a technical challenge there and a responsibility to create a character from behind the mask.

An Even Dozen (human needs)
I wondered what the basic needs
Of the average human could be
I know these don’t apply to everyone
But they do apply to me
First on my list: would be nutrition,
the usual food and drink
Second would be: Rest, sleep and relaxation
Third would be the need …
For recognition I should think
Fourth would be… most certainly
The human need for touch
For without the laying on of hands
Life would lack so much
Fifth would be the need for place
A place to call one’s own
A place within the human race
A place that one calls home
Sixth would be acceptance
Of one’s place within the clan
And the mutual understanding
Of exactly where we stand
Seventh is the sense of need
To feel the need to belong
And to also feel that one is needed
And that the need is strong
Eighth on my list is comfort
Comfort within one’s skin
Comfort in where one is in life
Comfort without and within
Ninth would be the need for pleasure
For the body and for the mind
Pleasure of the physical self
Pleasures of the human kind
Goals would be my tenth essential
An additional and necessary need
For a life without ambition Would …
be bland and empty indeed
Satisfaction is number eleven
For unrest on the soul is an onerous weight
While the feeling of satisfaction
Is a most humanly pleasant state
Last, but not least among all of the needs
Of the human animal I’ve listed above
is the combined total of all of those deeds
Last…is peace of mind…and love

Sing A Song For You My Love
SING A SONG FOR YOU MY LOVE
A lovely song a love song
Sing a song for you my love
Sung in a wonderful soothing voice
Sending a melody message by the dove
Invites you to take your choice
Catch this ultimate chance to share
Truly wherever you will be I’ll dare
Musical notes show how much I care
To loose you I wouldn’t bare
Never ever let me down again
Open up the shutters of your heart
Don’t ask for another bargain
Pull out with strength the poisoned dart
Can this time be meaning for ever
Love has got such strangely ways
No understanding even though being clever
Deep different emotions filling our days
Want to sing a song for you my love
Higher notes song in my voice
Your love places spirit high above
Counting heartbeats final choice
Sing a song for you my love
A lovely song a love song

Stand Up and Bless the Lord
Stand up and bless the Lord
Ye people of His choice;
Stand up and bless the Lord your God
With heart and soul and voice.
Though high above all praise,
Above all blessing high,
Who would not fear His holy Name,
And laud and magnify?
O for the living flame
From His own altar brought,
To touch our lips, our minds inspire,
And wing to heaven our thought!
There, with benign regard,
Our hymns He deigns to hear;
Though unrevealed to mortal sense,
Our spirits feel Him near.
God is our Strength and Song,
And His salvation ours;
Then be His love in Christ proclaimed
With all our ransomed powers.
Stand up and bless the Lord;
The Lord your God adore;
Stand up and bless His glorious Name;
Henceforth forevermore.

The Strength of a Man
The strength of a man is his arms
that protect you and keep you warm.
It is his caring ways
of the affection that he displays.
The strength of a man is his intellectual
mind and the words that he uses with positive
views.
It's his motivational words
that shines from his eyes.
The strength of a man is taking care of his
responsibilities without any hostility.
It's the love that he shares with respect to his
home and supporting his children until they can
do it on their own.
The strength of a man is his gentle touch that
pulls you near when you are shedding precious
tears.
It's his passionate warm heart
he romantically imparts.
The strength of a man is especially appealing
when he displays genuine feelings.
It's his humble soul he has to continually to love
when he is emotionally hurt as his feelings fight to stay
above.
The strength of a man
is his loyal and sheer love to only one woman.
It's his true sense of ability of integrity to his mate
and the stability of love he can continuously create.
The strength of a man isn't the world's load he can
lift or how he can shift.
Instead it's the heavy burdens he can carry on and on...

The Beast Within The Man
The beastliness of human beings lies
Concealed within the mind and heart and soul,
And gets revealed in favourable climes,
Attaining sinful, selfish perverse goals!
Man inhibits his demeanour by toil,
And exercise of will over body,
By staying always alert, day and night
And listening to his conscience that's right.
If not curtailed, the dormant beast wakes up,
Inciting mind and heart and soul to do
All kinds of heinous crimes and acts,
That can be called unlawful, vice or sin.
The beast within is perilous, a foe,
That serves to satisfy lust and ego,
But lands the man in guilt and shameful rod,
From which escape, reprieve are seldom found!
Beware of beast that mars the character,
And goads a man into demeaning ways,
Ruining life and hard-earned name and fame,
Taking him down the lane to hell and shame!
God gave a conscience to every man,
That can decipher wrong from right and warns
The individual keep the righteous track,
And not believe in body's strength or knack!
So, keep the beast in shackles of your will,
And never give it freedom in the least,
For, it can destroy mind, heart, soul, spirit,
And send sinners to hell eternally!

A Friend's Ship
A friend is a smile in a tearsful face,
and a blessing to human race.
A unique gift to have,
and a wonderful treasure to crave.
A friend is a home not so far away,
and a guilding star that lights up your way.
A friend will stand by you in all that you do,
and will never call you a fool.
A friend is a true gift valued than gold,
and an amazing being to hold.
A friend is like a shining star,
and a medicine that can heal even the deepest scar.
A true friend makes u smile,
when you remember them from a thousand mile.
A friend brings that long lasting victory,
when there is an unending misery.
A friend wipes away all atom of sorrow,
and gives you hope for tomorrow.
A friend is that option when you have no choice,
and that word when you have no voice.
A friend is sweeter than honey,
and more valued than money.
A friend makes a heart that never breaks,
and holds you tight when ever there is life queaks.
A friend makes a smile that never fails,
and makes you comfortable like your nails.
A friend makes a touch that never pains,
and sweetens your heart like sugar canes.
A friend is inevitable and unforgetable,
and it love is indispensible and irrplaceable.
A friend gives you joy that last forever,
and makes it unbreakable no matter the weather.
A friend is that voice you hear in your heart,
when your whole life is torn apart.
A friend gives you a sense of humour,
and makes you forget any scene oe a tumour.
I was asked ' A FRIEND IS WHO '? ,
and i told them that a friend is ' YOU '.

Choice of life
Human have a gift named a choice
Human have an illusion named a choice
There is no other creature that should decide more to live
Human have a hope called a choice
Human have despair called a choice
There is no other creature that trapped often in such continuous and repeat conflict
Some could turn good because one choice
Some could turn bad because one choice
All have the consequence but right or wrong will never be known before
Human have a wish for a choice
Human have regret for a choice
There is no other creature that always goes between happiness and sorrow
When a choice made not all may be satisfied
When a choice made not all may be rescued
But the change will never happened if we stay silent
Human have fate to choose
Human also choose their fate
The interaction of those things will create what people called the choice of life

The Knowledge Of The Prophesies
For some days now I’ve found it impossible
to stop strange voice in my head.
It’s been telling me about the future of this planet
and to listen carefully to what is said.
It asks me questions to which I know nothing
and of course I can’t reply,
not just because I don’t know the answers,
but people are always close by.
I don’t want to give the impression
that I’m losing my mind and senses.
I have to think about my position in life
and consider all the consequences.
I need time alone to think and evaluate
whether I am really hearing a voice,
and if I am, what does this really mean,
and is it giving me any kind of choice.
The voice is giving me no peace of mind,
it's talking all the time.
From the moment I wake up in the morning
until way past the midnight chime.
It asks awkward questions about my thinking,
and questions about my belief.
It also questions all my answers and replies,
which brings no rest or relief.
It said I must listen carefully to the Knowledge,
it's accurate, reliable, and true,
and I should not speak of its origin
it must remain a secret my whole life through.
I can tell those that ask that I've seen it in the stars,
which I study and chart everyday,
The planet's positions, and rotations at particular times
clearly show what's coming our way.
I’m definitely questioning my sanity
my head is spinning in confusion?
How can I believe such nonsensical notions,
am I facing a psychological illusion?
Many people have reported to have heard voices,
which eventually became the death of them.
I think a doctor's consultation is my best option,
they may have a solution to the problem.
Full of doubt and feeling foolish I asked the voice
to prove something it had said,
and it said that tomorrow a fire in South America
would leave many people dead.
On the news next day I was shocked to learn
that the event happened as prophesied,
so I asked the voice to explain how it knew
and it agreed to give it a try.
It said that in the human brain there was a receptor
that was very rarely used,
and one day everyone will benefit from the use of it;
but still I remained confused?
“But why do I need to know the future, ' I said,
'and what use is it to me? ”
“It proves that the future is already set out,
and what will be, will be.
With this ability you could plan your life
to be and do whatever you please.
Just as long as you use it for the good of all,
it is one of life's most important keys.'
“But if people saw me talking to myself
they would soon certify me insane.”
“So place your questions and responses
through thoughts to and from your brain.
Please don’t use the available information
for greed or causing devastation,
because those that abuse the Knowledge
will suffer self annihilation.
You will not be the first human to experience
this kind of brain evolution.
There have been others who have died
using it for wealth and persecution.
Because I don't have the power to censure,
your conscience will tell you what to say and do.
So please, once again don’t abuse your ability
that I've made available to you,
“If I do take heed to what you have been saying,
and do become able to foresee what will be,
I’ll write a book of all my prophesies
that will benefit future history.
And if the people take notice of my words
and plan their lives around what I say,
the name of Nostradamus
will live on forever and a day.

Headdress
The headdress of a person is shown,
Maniac is he, the helmet worn shall concern;
A hated element of his mind is confirmed,
Jolliness is not his spirit, nor his face.
He hates those in authority, in weakness is he,
The analysis shall prove him to be a wrong hat
And a wrong hat is called a wrong profession.
There is no humour in his voice,
Their job is more important, but why?
I love the achievement of some men,
Voices from the past engage.

Sonnet XII: That Learned Father
To the Soul
That learned Father, who so firmly proves
The Soul of man immortal and divine,
And doth the several offices define:
Anima - Gives her that name, as she the Body moves;
Amor - Then is she Love, embracing charity;
Animus - Moving a Will in us, it is the Mind
Mens - Retaining knowledge, still the same in kind;
Memoria - As intellectual, it is Memory;
Ratio - In judging, Reason only is her name;
Sensus - In speedy apprehension, it is Sense;
Conscientia - In right or wrong, they call her Conscience;
Spiritus - The Spirit, when it to Godward doth inflame.
These of the Soul the several functions be,
Which my Heart, lighten'd by thy love, doth see.

Sonnet- Mind Is Prime
Let Mind not wander in a dreamy way,
And lose control over its sense-organs;
Sound mind will always have the final say;
The lazy one can make a man a dunce.
Important is the Psyche of earthlings,
Most diseases are psychosomatic;
And Psychedelics are mood changing things,
A mind thats ill can make the body sick.
To train the mind is what we ought to do;
The Lunatic is unsound of his mind;
Emotions are a facet of mind too,
His mind's control, the Yogi tries to find.
Happy's the man with mind and body sound;
His soul and spirit, heavenwards gets bound.

Cry of a Soul
What passion it was
anger or lust
who knows what
that turned him into a beast.
Stifling her throat, lest she cry
he infringed her modesty.
With her senses numbed
she sank into oblivion.
Like a loath, she lies ever since
vegetative she has been since:
she- who chose
to nurse our wounds and soak our tears
with tender smile and hands of care.
Now like a loath there she lies.
She cannot stand or even stir
neither eat nor even drink,
speechlessly, in space she stares
it's all hollow, nothing is there.
' She is in coma' doctors announce.
' Alive, she is' judges pronounce.
But, let me ponder:
is she alive though not dead.
Benumbed, she is
her senses do not work.
But what of soul,
doesn't it suffer?
Wasn't it hurt when she was raped?
Doesn't it hurt even now,
as her colleagues
under the cloak of sympathy
daily transgress her privacy.
Hush hush talk all around
and looks of pity that abound,
mercilessly they hurt the soul.
'Human right' that we pride
is all sham
a matter of shame!
Soul in her body still resides
in agony it still does cry;
when will it all end?
If I Had The Gift To Inspire You With Heroic Words
If I had the gift to inspire you with heroic words
I would tell you that I do not fear death
And that against Time and its ruins
I will stand strong to the end-
If I had the gift to inspire you with heroic words
I would tell you that at the hardest times the darkest times
One’s inner light must light the way again-
I would tell you that beyond every inhumane cruel challenge
Can come your most saving action-
If I had the gift to inspire you with heroic words
I would say that we need not ever be afraid of anyone or anything again-
But I do not have the gift and I do not have such courage-
I have only the examples of others more heroic than me
That seem to come from another universe
And have powers I never knew humans could have-
If I had the gift to inspire you with heroic words
I would say ‘Go to Others More Courageous than me
They will lead you to great victories
And with them you can sing to the end of your days
Praise and praise again for what you are'-

The Gift
The gift I deem most important is
the gift of trust; the most precious
crown adorned with priceless gems,
only bestowed when I know someone
well, see consistent behaviour and integrity
Their invariable kindness, courtesy and
consideration create faith in their ability
to be true to their word, worthy of absolute
confidence; thus I swear my allegiance and
loyalty, faithful affection and friendship
In exchange; although I offer love
unconditionally to the wonderful world;
my trust only goes to the special people
who take my hand and never let go…

With a Choice to Keep the Value
Why is it important to you now,
To hear my voice?
When it was you,
Who made not listening to me...
Your choice.
Why is my comprehension mentioned,
To be a priority of your concern?
I'm well aware of those lessons I've learned.
And few of them taught I seek to be repeated.
You brought to me then an acknowledgement.
And I did not hesitate,
To connect that to my common sense.
I received it and I heeded.
Why is it important to you now,
To hear my voice.
To review conversations,
I attempted to make...
That came to rest on deaf ears?
Perhaps there is a clarity,
Not understood before...
But overnight your eyes opened.
And a clarity that could have been yours...
Has now between your ears appeared?
Go ahead and say,
What you believe today is okay.
However,
If I should abruptly walk away...
Think of it as not being disrespectful.
But a sign of the times,
When one finds peace of mind.
With a choice to keep the value of it protected.
Think of my getting away from you,
In that perspective!
A treasured gift one gets...
To never be neglected.

i remember your voice
should i forget?

i remember your care
should i forget?
i remember your feelings
should i forget?
i remember your personality :)
should i forget?
i remember my thoughts of you
i cant forget, should i forget?

I Forget
All my doctors and friends
Have concocted these theories
Weary of seeing me day after day
On the edge of my bed
Leery of living
My laughter on hold
My sadness on stay
And it's been this way for quite a while
Yes, I forget how to smile
I'd like to rely on my old game and yet
Even that I forget
It's not there, I regret
Couldn't get up today
I pretended a fever
Any excuse but the truth will do
I don't lie very well
No I'm not a deceiver
But I can't bring myself to admit that I'm blue
And it's been this way
For quite a while
Yes, I forget how to smile
I'd like to rely on my old game and yet
Even that I forget
It's not there, I regret
The clock and the calendar
Both an assault
Time goes so slow
It must be my fault
I act like I'm okay
When I'm not okay at all
I forget what to do
I forget what it all means
Don't remember if love ever really felt good
I forget to be here
And not in-between
I'd put on a good show
If only I could
And it's been this way for quite a while
Yes, I forget how to smile
I'd like to rely on my old game and yet
Even that I forget
It's not there, I regret
I forget

Eight senses
(poetry in progress)
the world starts out
with a consciousness
half a consciousness
then one consciousness
then they morph with one sense,
ask the mountain
they stand and stand until the
volcanoes start to throw them out
then two senses, ask the trees
and the shrubs criss crossing
with your paths in the field
they stand and stand, take
the sunshine and make green
a colour for continuous evolution
their only shortcoming is their
two sense world, they stand and stand
a state of being, a state of living
and that's all
the three senses, the four senses
and the five senses, the human beings
they cry to God to let them
have eternal life
but what ever that's for
without the sixth, seventh, or eight sense
unveiled to them
sixth, the sense to connect the past
with the future
the seventh, the sense to connect
the future with the million of consciousness
clarmouring for the eight senses
to be with the ultimate, the Om,
the Divine where all senses
come together with one Supreme
consciousnes, amalgamation of
senses where knowledge springs forth
