Pukllay Harmony Of Differences
Pukllay battles
were not fought
in hostility
though fighting
was ritual fierce
occasionally deadly
not fueled by hostility
fueled by community required
blood atonement for harvest
at pitched battles end
men from opposing sides
might give exaggerated hugs
as do contemporary famous world
class soccer players rugby players
after hard fought test is finally done
Pukllay neighbouring combatants
at ‘Yawar Mayu' river of blood
conclusion gathered sacrificed
a sheep together settled down
to celebrate a communal feast
in good will celebrating unity
to create a sense of larger community
to reinforce distinct identity
two cultures confirm boundaries
cultures must respect boundaries
borderlines must be respected
to enable societies to live in harmony
two musical notes
must be different
to harmonize

My Almighty Comes To Defend With A Rescue
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles from a saddle I no longer sit!
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles from a saddle I no longer sit!
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles.
I...
Do believe,
My Creator has a plan for me.
Without those battles,
Fought straddled to a saddle.
And I don't,
Fight any battle
Strapped high on any saddle.
No I don't,
Fight any battle
Strapped high on any saddle.
My Almighty comes,
To defend
With a rescue.
And to fight my battles.
Those battles fought from saddles.
My Almighty comes,
To defend
With a rescue.
And to fight my battles.
Those battles fought from saddles.
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles from a saddle I no longer sit!
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles from a saddle I no longer sit!
No more fighting battles.
No more fighting battles.
My Almighty comes,
To defend
With a rescue.
And to fight my battles.
Those battles fought from saddles.
My Almighty comes,
To defend
With a rescue.
And to fight my battles.
Those battles fought from saddles.
My Almighty comes,
To defend
With a rescue.

Harmony and hatred.
Territories are physical boundaries.
Cultures are psychological boundaries.
Threatening of invasion is always there.
Harmony and hatred cannot be sterilized.

The Power Of Thy Sword
Lord of battle I pray on bended knee conquest by the rising sun
I'll wait for thy command with flame and blood at hand
glory and a broken sword.
I'm the master of the world I have no fear of man or beast
Born inside the soul of the world
Riding hard breaking bone with steel and stone
Eternal might I was born to wield.
Let us drink to the battles we've lived and we've fought
Celebrate the pain and havoc we have wrought
Great heroes charge into the fight
From the north to the south in the black of night
The clash of honor calls to stand when others fall
Gods of war feel the power of my sword
Drink to the battles we've lived and we've fought
Celebrate the pain and havoc we have wrought
Great heroes charge into the fight
From the north to the south in the black of night
Fierce is my blade fierce is my hate born to die in battle
I laugh at my fate
Now pay in blood when your blood has been spilled
You're never forgiven death is fulfilled !
The clash of honor calls to stand when others fall
Gods of war feel the power of my sword
The clash of honor calls
I will stand when others fall
Open magic doors
The will know the power of my sword
There is blood in my hands there is blood in my eyes
With blood in my voice I scream as you die
Thirsting for vengeance and mounds of the slain
Shaking the forest onto the plain
Fierce is my blade fierce is my hate born to die in battle
I laugh at my fate
Now pay in blood when your blood has been spilled
You're never forgiven death is fulfilled !
The clash of honor calls to stand when others fall
Gods of war feel the power of my sword
Know the power of my sword
Know the power of my sword
Know the power of my sword
Know the power of my sword
They will know the power of my sword

War Is Over
Old soldiers talk about the battles fought
To build a better world for me and you.
They sacrificed their lives to make a dream come true.
Now theyre forgotten men remembered by so few.
But the war is over and the fighting ended many years ago.
The war is over. the battles won but what is there to show?
Side by side they marched together fighting so their children
Could be free,
To build a better world, a new society
All classes unified to live in harmony
Now the war is over so lets forget and leave the past alone.
The war is over, its time for all the soldiers to go home.
Rich men, poor men make history,
Fighting for the land of hope and glory
A nations voice will sing as one,
A battle cry until weve won
The was is over and the patriotic comrades are no more.
The war is over
Now theyre going home to live just like before.
Arm in arm we sang our patriotic songs of love and sentiment.
Tears of joy to hide the sorrow,
New tomorrows till we meet again,
With a new world to build well say auf weidersein.
What did they do for us?
What did it prove to us?
As we stand beside the silent grave
The unknown soldier cant be saved.
The war is over
The war is over, its time for all the soldiers to go home.
The war is over.

Do We Remember Them?
We remember our fathers
They remember their sons
Who fought long battles
And paid with their lives
We remember the glories
We have forgotten the pain, ,
of the widows and orphans,
of those who will never return again.
We remember the machinery
With which battles were fought
But the names of the fallen
Are all but forgot.
We remember, we say
With the crimson petalled poppy
And silence at eleven
On Remembrance Day
But of all the boys and men
Who fought wars large and small
Paying dearly with their lives
Do we really remember them, at all?

Mayan Appreciation
The Maya appreciate people
even when departed are dead.
Maya invite dead spirit
to continue in the world;
to remain in the world
to help with their toil.
To do this the Maya pass
coca leaves three times;
around honoured laid out
corpse of the dead person.
While in esteemed western society
we do not even appreciate;
the living when they are alive
when unknown strangers unknown to us.
Why is it people living at altitude
in primal harmonious agricultural lifestyles;
have a reverent respect for nature essential
have a more enlightened attitude to life?
I thought pursuit altitude sickness
was supposed to harass affect;
people living at such high altitude
yet Maya living in clouds of Gods;
become tired ill with decent into valley
of pristine fertile green pastures;
where interactive infection breeds
swifter than can grow green spring grass.
Even among Maya some villagers
get drunk so become violent;
and cannot behave as civilized
people by necessity must behave.
Even when Mayan villagers
must sacrifice a lama for meat;
music is appreciation played
all care all life reverence;
must be appropriately given
to all community animals sacrificed.
Even the tinku the fighting ritual
an encounter of differing energies;
tinku is ritual encounter not brawl
to restore unity among participants.
Tinku meaning equals fighting not to win
but to define territory between villages;
the recognition is that community unity
is needed for essential survival of villages.
Feathered hats of warriors are shaped
like hats of conquistadors who took territory;
this fighting ritual is for luck to keep away evil
evil legacy is greed rage conquistador values.

The Women Of The World
The women of the World as people they are great
They give birth to the children and in so doing life create
In every woman ever born a nurturing soul you'll find
The mothers and the aunties a credit to Humankind.
All mothers and non mothers we ought to celebrate
The women of the World we tend to under-rate
Get rid of Patriarchy as such we do not need
History tells us that only to war the male kind us do lead.
The women of the World their praises we should sing
They have the gift of dialogue and that's a marvellous thing
'Tis not to give his life in war a mother raises her son
You seldom hear a woman sing of battles fought and won.
To the women of the World the toasting glass we'll raise
As the glue that binds humanity they are worthy of our praise
They are the unsung heroines of our World of today
The respect to them that is overdue to them we ought to pay.

Forbearance
Disregard his forbearance for this is a young female,
The majority belonged to the teaching community;
My colonels accepted the suppositions so differing,
My bigotry half-bred, I pursued eagerly the flight.
The war eventually craved for more hostility,
Lead and iron spread their boundaries forever;
An ordinary glance generally disagreed
For the military was the military when in doubt.
The education spent its kinghood when alive,
A cold shoulder was this rejected thought
From the living and eternal, the one who proudly
Condemned the answers to the questions of war.

Teach Them Young
The shooting of Trayvon Martin is a symptom of
how conscious our culture is today.
We still have guns to keep our imagined
enemies at bay.
Who are our enemies if we are all one?
One God soul being scattered below the sun.
We should teach children when they are young
teach them acceptance, cooperation tolerance of
other cultures, show ways different culture have fun.
Have poor children be in a class where rich kids
help them out, teach them to walk in other shoes
in a world filled with hostility and doubt.
Have empathy for others and their plight
how to resolve misunderstandings without leading to a fight.
How will this world ever get passed the second grade
we are a planet that needs to evolve consciously if
we are to be a healed to even celebrate the Golden Age.

The black community now in many ways divided itself the way the larger white community divides itself, over class issues. And that race is no longer the bond that it once was. That's one of the prices you pay for progress.
Fear Is The Key
We live our lives in fever
In a choking sweat of fear
In the heat of the night you can feel so much
In the heat of the night I scream dont touch!
I remember a time when we used and abused
And we fought all our battles in vain
I remember a time we thought that passion was free
In the heart of the night... bodies aflame
We live in fever...
I hear your secret heartbeat
I can hear your silent cries
The kids have lost their freedom
And nobody cares til somebody famous dies
I remember a time when we used and abused
And we fought all our battles in vain
I remember a time we thought that passion was free
In the heart of the night... bodies aflame
Now we live in a world of uncetainty
Fear is the key - to what you want to be
You dont get a say the majority gets its way
Youre outnumbered by the bastards till the day you die...

The Matriarchs
The greatest battles since days of old,
We hear the stories now and then,
As down the centuries their echoes are told.
They're fought by the mothers of men.
The strongest armour their truth will pierce,
A mother's love raised to such height,
That there's nothing exists on earth so fierce.
For him to the death she will fight.
With no hesitation, she will strike his foe,
With him standing next to her tall.
She will teach him to exact justice, as through life they go.
For to balance situations, one and all.
Then she stands back in pride with a smile,
As he forward in battle steps out.
She's taught him to always go just one more mile,
For his foe to seek and rout out.
She'll always be there, on each level exist
For no warrior is e'er so strong.
She will guide his way forward through life's every twist,
Whatever it takes, or how long.
So please never doubt the stories you've heard.
The truth is the same now as then.
The greatest battles there are in this world,
Are fought by the mothers of men!
