Need To Rebuild
disasters must come
this is an irrefutable
law of nature
disasters so big too big
to big to comprehend
to big to imagine
can't rebuild give up
we cannot must not give up
we must rebuild to live

Disasters
Disasters strike upon the land, some by God and some by man.
The disasters of a natural force, they come from God of course.
Some however are wicked plans, found in the evil heart of man.
Both will have the same result, moving men into deeper thought.
At times a quiet earth may quake, leaving destruction in its wake.
Such times are the finger of God, touching the earth that we trod.
Disasters will strike any nation, leaving behind much devastation.
Such disasters are truly unkind, leaving pain and suffering behind.
Many people escape the wrath, being far from the disasters path.
But it should not be ignored, as they need to reflect on The Lord.
Many disasters sure to come, were predicted by God’s own Son.
Some by God are meant to be, signs pointing all men to Eternity.
Others simply have their start, in man’s wicked deceptive heart,
Hearts, by Christ, we were told, in the end would only grow cold.
But all the tragedy soon will end, when to the earth Christ is sent.
Man has become so depraved, without Christ none will be saved.
Even the earth groans in pain, eager to be purged from sin’s stain.
As tragic as these disasters are, the end will be much worse by far.
For during the Great Tribulation, wrath will pour upon every nation.
As God’s final Judgment’s poured, on all men who reject The Lord.

The environmental movement, like all political processes, reacts best to disasters. But these are very slow, very gradual disasters in the making.

What Would It Take
(billy lawson/sam hogin/wally wilson)
I held the world in my arms
I threw away the moon for the stars
Couldnt see the forest for the trees
Couldnt see the love in front of me
What would it take to take me back?
Rebuild that bridge, retrace my tracks
I would give all I own, for one little stepping stone
What would it take to take me back?
I miss waking up with you there
Morning sun bouncing off your hair
And you all tangled up in silk and lace
A masterpiece no one can paint
What would it take to take me back?
Rebuild that bridge, retrace my tracks
I would give all I own, for one little stepping stone
What would it take to take me back?
Oh, what would it take to take me back?

Inauguration Platform Song
Rebuild the railways!
See those bullet trains
Superheroes in the night
Scattering the leaves and dust
Speeding like arrows to the coast
Rebuild the railways!
Bring high-fliers to the land
Speculators down to earth
Investors make a killing
Passengers can surf
Across the virtual plains
Rebuild the railways!
Magnetic rails to rising sun
National spirit of Whitman
In the post-industrial age
Obama's legacy to come
Speeding through our freighted days
Don't be slow, super-conductors
Get on board, fire up the train
It's time to dump the fossil fuel
Turn destiny to destination
Waiting in anticipation
With pre-paid ticket at the station
Time has come!
Rebuild the railways!

Mankind United
sitting in the church pew
listening to the priest
all my emotions began to unleash.
listening about all the worlds disasters
and help reaching HAITI so much faster.
people are starting to learn to care
and their feelings they're starting to share.
the LORD has a reason
for the taking of so many lives.
and all of these disasters
for the unity of man
is what he is after.
mankind is starting to act
to the plight of others.
saving children, sisters and brothers
and the fathers and mothers.
how would you feel if the
earthquake was where you lived.
would'nt you want a helping hand
from a neighbor to give.
and if the one that was
under all that rubble
was lacking air and you
had the means and you really cared.
wouldn't you give that breath of air
and all the life saving equipment
that you could share.
this is what mankind united
can and will do
it all depends upon me and you.

There also is the plight that comes from natural disasters; these natural disasters could be alleviated or dealt with; we only need some time to do it.

I would love to go back and help rebuild that country and help - you know, kind of like what's going on with Iraq right now. You know, they've got a new government in place. They're trying to rebuild the country. I would love for that to happen in Cuba also.

Hash
Siege and distress,
Hash and prolonged disasters!
But name me youe wages and i will pay it,
And my own household will belike your home.
Strips,
Exposed,
Peeled;
Surrounded in the common hands of love,
And with hash and proplonged disasters! !

From The Heart
there was a time when our dreams felt so real
just out of reach but not too far to feel
together we'd finally make them come true
'cause anything's possible when i was with you
but they kept on saying we'd never amount to anything...
all of the dreams we built up from the ground
they never believed them they just tore them down
we will rebuild them from the start, we will rebuild them from the heart
'cause once all we wanted seemed so far away
but with every step it was closer each day
the more that we tried it was within our grasp
the more that they told us that it wouldn't last
and everyone said we were crazy for giving up on everything..

You Are Not On That Road
There is no where to rebuild
Those shadows of weaknesses,
Behind doors closed.
No cracked and opened windows,
To overhear gossiped...
Or rehashed innuendos!
We live in these moments.
Now!
There is a clearing of hidden remorse,
And guilt.
Declare nothing meant to burden your load.
Give that back to the ones...
Who lived with masks,
And tasks that were shallow.
Those waters are no longer yours to tread!
Nor does a tear needs from you to be shed.
When you realize it is time to be distanced,
From someone...anyone!
Who in the past offered you resistance.
Ask these two questions...
And insist upon a response!
'How far is the lightening bolt from the ground,
Before it strikes? '
And...
'How far does a raindropp fall from a cloud? '
If they do not know...
You tell them,
You wish to have that space and more,
Between you and their nonsense.
There are Sun rays appearing on your path!
You are not on that road,
To be reminded of bad weather!
You tell them,
To remove themselves from your light!
And let them prove to you they can do it.
On your journey,
You are not seeking the company...
Of hitchhikers!
And let that be known.
There is no where to rebuild
Those shadows of weaknesses,
Behind doors closed.
And no where...
Are you to seek,
Substitutes to please!

God's Message To Thee
Live in awe of me,
Live in fear of me,
You're living without me,
Yet you live 'with' me.
--------
The above lines signify that though God is Invisible, yet HE is Omnipresent in our hearts 'n' minds b'cos we are awe-struck at HIS magnificent, celestial creations of Nature's Splendours and are also afraid of HIS Supernatural Powers of subjecting us to HIS Divine Punishment through disease, illness and disasters like Floods, Storms, Earthquakes and Tsunami.
