Life Webs
life vagrant
wanderers philosophers
suddenly here
perceived pulse pause today
perhaps gone
ephemeral tomorrow
seldom seen shape
shifting silent shadows
shift complexity meaning
in industrial life webs
spiders cast corporate
webs embalm age loyalty
catch flying money
chasing honeypot insects
philosopher enticer
attracts sudden knowings
swift departings spins
nothing materially valued
in time capsule tar pits
pumping up modern man

Of Wolf And Man
Off through the new day's mist I run
off from the new day's mist I have come
I hunt
therefore I am
harvest the land
taking of the fallen lamb
off thruogh the new day's mist I run
off from the new day'smist I have come
we shift
pulsing with the earth
company we keep
roaming the land while you sleep
shape shift nose to the wind
shape shift feeling I've been
move swift all senses clean
earth's gift back to the meaning of life
bright is the moon high in starlight
chill is the air cold as steel tonight
we shift
call of the wild
fear in your eyes
it's later than you realized
shape shift nose to the wind
shape shift feeling I've been
move swift all senses clean
earth's gift back to the meaning of life
I feel I change
back to a better day
hair stands on the back of my neck
in wildness is the preservation of the world
so seek the wolf in thyself
shape shift nose to the wind
shape shift feeling I've been
move swift all senses clean
earth's gift
back to the meaning of wolf and man

To An Ex....
what we told them that we did
was all those games of catching spiders
rested in their spun webs on the trees
beside the mountain river
we we really did they knew so well
but how can we ever ever tell?
that what they knew was not all that happened
as it was something else more that what spiders are
on their transparent
webs of illusions upon those trees
that in the first place
never existed
what we had were more than words
and thoughts
and so how can we ever tell ourselves
truly
that we have already forgotten?

night spiders
crawling
crawling through

Nether Regions
Shadows on stage committed life
shadows pass lusting life.
Spinners spin spin
spinning webs of time.
Webs of every shape designed.
For every space confined.
Touching spheres expressed defined.
Embroiled moving shadow
flicker flicker tearing wear
all shaped are shallow here.
Shadows on stage committed life
shadows pass lurking lusting life.
Sitting in background shadow
waiting waiting succulent swallow.
Entire eternity bitten in one bite.
Spinners spin spin
spinning snares of time
out past reasoned reach
shadow mist misting
back edge governed mind.
Filling lip looming
groundless chasm. Sticky web
seductive shape designed
seducing all space confined.
Touching sphere expressed defined.
All caught. Something
is always ultimately hysterically caught.
Something emboding maze microscopic dust.
Shadow embroiled thrusting movement.
Shaped shallowed formless here.
Masks shredded eaten bare.
Forsaken self-devoured in lair.
Not of sound reason are bound.
Not of Christ this prey demon life.
Undress condemned luckless breast.
Swallowing sweet tasting fallen desires.
Countless souls shorn attired true colours.
Pray alas peace for fallen errant soul.
Humanity is maze microscopic dust.
Cast fallen bound dust caught being man.
Demons occasionally being glimpsed
on edge of conscious sight in shadows.

Fleeting Permanence! !
Time changes, is the learning through ages
Never stops never halts, in life's pages.
Sometimes in blooms of happiness like meadows
At others, a tree of winter in shadows.
The secret is to go on slowly as the World
Everyday very same, suddenly different and twirled.
It's the shift that creates life so very loved
Transition always needed to increase its worth.
Today in droughts of scarcity & insufficiency
Tomorrow its abundance in God's clemency.

Of Greed And Corruption
Of greed and corruption we are all too aware
It's happening in your suburb and the big World out there
Many in high places into corporate crime
And more honorable than them in jail serving time
On the scales of justice one must cast a doubt
Big time corporate crims seldom ever caught out
Money speaks every language some are known to say
In the twenty first century it does seem that way
Of greed and corruption the whispers abound
Amongst influential people criminals to be found
To buy their way out of trouble they seldom do fail
The power of their money can keep them from jail
And of greed and corruption we hear every day
Whoever did tell us that crime does not pay?

Tomorrow
Tomorrow it is
Tomorrow we will
See where the roads they lead
Tomorrow's my dream
Tomorrow's the better me
Tomorrow never may be
Looking inside tomorrow's head
Tomorrow pretends to be brain dead
Tomorrow wants me to long for him
I spend today seeing tomorrow's beam
Tomorrow is there
Yesterday's tomorrow is here
Yet tomorrow I seek
My lamp's got enough oil and wick
Tomorrow where are you?
I've seen today but I look out for tomorrow's dew
Not today, I'll take care of that tomorrow
Tomorrow I'm here, tomorrow you're today
From 5years old, I'm 50years old one more day
The hour-glass spins and sands they turn
The clock it ticks, the second-hand warns
Tomorrow is today gone
What have you done? .

Acid Tests Of Adversity
wisdom insight
so often comes
after random
or premeditated
acts of betrayal
acid tests
of adversity
like snakes
and ladders
is a choice
our responses
resolves
resolutions
attitudes
are cause effect
swift changes
sudden course
changes take
us up or down
several sudden
levels impact
life leaves
possibilities
disorientated
quick ening
reshuffling
interchanged
positions
organize anew
priorities
existing elements
silk webs strands
symmetric spun
crossbeams shine
moonlight visions

SPIDER AND THE FLY...by Talile Ali
SPINNING THAT WEB
TO TRAP ANY DUMB ASS GUY
CAREFULLY WOVE
DID THE SPIDER FOR THIS UNDONE FLY
DUMB ASS COME RUNNING
CHASING A LIE
GETS WHAT HE DESERVES FROM
THE SPIDER WHEN SHE CRIES
TRUTH IN AN ACTION
IT IS DO OR DIE
GIVE WOMEN WHAT THEY WANT
OR YOU BETTER KNOW YOU WILL FRY
WOMEN ARE SENSELESS
WOMEN ARE INSANE
THATS WHY MEN ARE BEAST
BECAUSE THE WOMEN AREN'T TAMED
SPINNING THEIR WEBS
WITH THE POWER OF THEIR EYES
NOT EVEN GENTLE
AS THEY HANG YOU OUT TO DRY
BUGGY EYED AND BUZZING
ALWAYS GOING TO TRY
THATS WHY MEN ARE CAPTURED
IN THE WEBS OF THESE ARACHNI

Tattoo
The light is like a spider.
It crawls over the water.
It crawls over the edges of the snow.
It crawls under your eyelids
And spreads its webs there--
Its two webs.
The webs of your eyes
Are fastened
To the flesh and bones of you
As to rafters or grass.
There are filaments of your eyes
On the surface of the water
And in the edges of the snow.

No, No I'm No Ovid!
A useless space between the sentences,
ghastly story does not end in black and white.
Again the heart cries.
I keep on knocking on the doors
and then return to blackness.
Sometimes people become insects.
Cockroaches, ants and spiders,
weaving their webs and hills,
crawling, creeping, clawing.
Flesh eaters. Pouncing upon hapless victims.
Depression. I am devastated.
Something churns in breast, dousing the spirit, lines and words.
Cannot sit quiet. Agoraphobia. Don’t want to talk.
Somewhere a name crops up. Saint or beast.
Under the trees there is no shade. I walk barefoot.
Hungry dogs chasing the flies.
Humidity fills the eyes.
Silence of the night.
City has stopped running.
All the dead will speak now.
Not asking any revenge,
but peace for the living people.

The Philosopher
I have not heard a tiger who has killed another tiger
I have not heard a serpent killing another serpent
But a man kills another man
There man is different from another animal
If evolution Darwin style has at all taken place
Then it unconsciously explored diabolical values
Animated in man
It discovered modern states modern technology
Modern warfare and market Marxism and Nationalism
And the devils of men seldom fight for fightings sake
They fight either for democracy or for socialism
The philosopher of the devils
Whose head was full of a project of an international city
Where the richest men under the sun
Would excelsior to the sun belt of godliness
Being pent up in air conditioned houses
Declared that through these discoveries of nationalism
And internationalism the life divine will descend upon the scene
These philosophers can quicken the advent
Of the Doomsday

Shadows On The Wall
When the fantasy we live in
Lies in pieces on the ground
And there is no false illusion
That can turn your heart around
Nothing can change the way I feel
Nothing can take your love from me
If only I didnt worry
If only I could see
If only I could see
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they dance on the floor
Chasing dreams that were forever young
Now Im on my own
Chasing shadows on the wall
Shadows on the wall
On the sea of mediocrity
Drifting from a distant shore
No goodbyes no celebration
No-one there to close the door
Only the silence that I feel
Only the lonely road is real
If only I didnt loose you
If only we could be
If only we could be
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they dance on the floor
Chasing dreams that were forever young
Now Im on my own
Chasing shadows on the wall
Shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they start to fall
Chasing dreams that were forever young
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows on the wall
Chasing shadows as they dance on the floor
Chasing shadows on the wall

The Mouse
The moonbeams spear
Sporadic forest webs
Playing with light peeling the
Shadows from the forest floor.
Raindropp tears cling
To sleeping bluebells,
Swirling winds accentuate
The wolf pack howls.
The little mouse leaves his house
As the radar beams
Set the focus of the
Predator’s eye, the talons ease.
Its formidable body
Leaves the bough,
Silent, swift, down so fast,
Not so lucky with it’s empty grasp.
What creator’s gift led the mouse
Back to his house?
Innate impulsion saved his life, now
Warm and cosy with his wife!
