Enormity Of Accomplishment
an enormity of time accomplishment
attained may be perspective perceived
by diving depths of thoughts pursued
few venture beneath surface appearances
delve deep to uncover hidden depths
few dare spotlight interior sea own minds
accountability dares not venture out of shallows
offshore rips may drag out swimmer drown at sea
divers strap on tanks breathe new weighted depths

Depths
Down in the depths of the great blue sea.
I drown in sorow and boundless selfpity.
Ghosts of the past haunt so eriely.
Ever time I near the surface,
demons down below grab with ill purpose.
To beat and plunder what hope is left,
I now drown here in these hopless depths
I wander through to ry and find my way.
To a new life a brighter better day.
On and on the journey goes,
continually stepping on others toes.
Every time I learn a lesson a trapis sprung,
I start regrettin.
Drowning in these horrid depths.
Please save my soul it's close to death.

What Is There Written In The Depths Deep Therein?
Who has the courage
to look into the depths?
Of their own immortal soul
to read what is written there?
How often across the scores of years
the same sentiments keep reoccurring!
How often have you heard?
‘I do not want you to see the truth
To see too far into the depths of my soul’
It seems only a few dare
look into their own souls!
To see what is there written
in the depths deep therein!

Out of the depths, O Lord, out of the depths,' begins the most beautiful of the services of our church, and it is out of the depths of my life that I must bring the incidents of this story.

For Him I Know Not: Viii
i never really explored
the depths of this soul
that people talk so much of
but when your eyes first met mine
and the lashes moved on their own
in disbelief if it's all for real
that nth part of a wink
i knew what eternity is all about
in that eternity i dived
deep into those unknown depths
ever since
i've been waiting at those
invisible depths...

People who comprehend a thing to its very depths rarely stay faithful to it forever. For they have brought its depths into the light of day: and in the depths there is always much that is unpleasant to see.

My Heart Is Like An Ocean
my heart is like an ocean
cold, dark, deep and black
with strange, dark, mysterious things
hidden in the depths
as men get lost at see
so does the rhythmic beatings of my heart
and like the waves of cold and salt wash over the sandy beaches
so of waves of sorrow and despair wash over my cold lifeless heart
my heart is like an ocean
cold, dark, deep and black
an as little creatures slowly eat away at the depths
so do my secrets, hopes and desires, eat away at he depths of my heart

The Real Depths Of Love We Do Not Know (Roundelay)
In the morning we are awakening
to the rising sun as a shining thing,
during the year seasons come and they go;
while the real depths of love we do not know.
From a baby’s first inquiring small cry,
until the very day that we do die
endlessly rivers to the sea do flow;
while the real depths of love we do not know.
From the very act of our own creation
to sin our parents had an invitation
and by his own death God did his love show,
while the real depths of love we do not know.
We teach each child, our own daughter and son,
the principles of love until we are gone,
while the wind eternally dies and blow;
while the real depths of love we do not know.

De Profundis
Out of the dark depths
of my soul,
my love for you appears.
When it’s dark
round me,
you are the one
that brings light to my life.
Somewhere in my depths
the seed was already sown
to love you,
before I even knew you.
At times pieces
just fits together
and enhances each other
and that how it is
with you and me.

A River Flows
Where does the river flow
if not to you?
How deep its depths
if these
are not yours?
How broad is the river bank?
Broad enough
for the tug-boats
to push my heart along.
If there are fish in the river,
they sing your name
open-mouthed,
fish-style,
making tiny bubbles float
up, up to the river surface
where they pop
spread
announcing to the Firmament
that Love lives just below
the deep river flows.
Yes, you and I
are the river;
we flow,
run deep
down to that
ocean-mix
in which
our souls
swirl.
Mix me then
in depths deep.
Mix you then
amid this ocean sweep
and all else,
for me
becomes meaningless
so great
is our Soul Mixed
Ocean Bliss.

The Oyster's Treasure Trove
Beneath the waves, beneath the stars,
Beneath the sunshine, too,
We'll find the raging tidal bars
That fill the oceans through.
In yonder depths, the oyster's shell
Holds fast its prize within...
For there it rests, content to swell,
Its wonders to begin.
The pearl exists without a care
Inside its Mother's arms...
Engulfed in softness, time to spare
And safe from Nature's harms.
And so it grows, till divers swim
The depths that air departs...
For there, where light itself must dim,
Are secrets that bless hearts...
The oyster rises to the sun
Where Man is known to live.
The pearl is prized out by someone,
Its special home to give.
Sometimes in silver it's been set...
Sometimes it's blessed by gold.
If so, it's lost all past regret...
What beauty we behold!
Across the world the ring is flown
Within its precious case.
It's sold on TV where it's shown
Exquisitely with grace!
A husband buys it for his wife
To celebrate their love
And so she wears it through her life
With thanks to God above...

The sea and I
I ride on a little ship round which the storm foams
with the sea trying with green fingers
to drag me down to its depths.
Still I bob up and down
while many bolts of lightning fall around me
and I see myself mirrored
in the mighty water
folding around me
and in unfathomable depths
I see my spirit
struggling on without boundaries,
interminable of what destiny determines
and it is ready to survive
and bonded in friendship until death.

I Am On The Edge Of My Own Universe
I AM ON THE EDGE OF MY OWN UNIVERSE
I am on the edge of my own universe
Not going higher
About to fall-
Drawn back into the depths of the depths of the depths
Of my own deadly despair.
I am on the edge of life with others-
One small step across
And I am there -
The wide worlds open before me
The sky all light
Nothing in my way-
And I move freely
From where I am
To where I will be next
Happy in mind
Unable to fall-

Unknown
The place like twilight
Parting between sleep and thought
Not quite across the threshold of unconsciousness
In its door way
There I stand
Allowing adventure to grand
The place where I can go
No one will know
It is thought, and I control
Where I rule over despair and hidden depths
Finding it filled with Ghosts, Angels,
And alluring beauity
Couriously watching
A constant parade
Filled with the choice of people
And things of the imagination.
The power that I have
Above lust and infatuation.
Will I allow myself in wishful sin
Or the innocence of, , ,
Hello, , , , I love you
And to say that without remorse or restraint
Your acceptance, taken with a smile :)
The place where I can go
Without my influence of my control
Come would you..
Come would you, , to hold my hand
Mine lock into yours,
Yours in mine
Lashing our fingers
To Feel warm connection of companionship
Touching softly is more invoking
Presenting me with the feeling of your absence.
A drifting world,
Filled with color, music and wamrth
All is left behind that can distract...
Us
Would you come?
Come along with me...
To depths of unchanging peace..
Venture with me
To those places
where I have not yet.......

A Few Ideas
The reaches of outer space is in the journey inward
The alchemy of the world is the marriage of Soul with spirit
Reconciled Love is the secret of the heart
The adventure of the interior is the story tellers treasure
Divine depths plumbed in the shallows of thought
Intimate understanding is knowing we are guests of life
The journey inward is to reach out to space

From the biography of an unknown woman: XVII
From static waters to
Puddles and ponds to
Streams and canals to
rivers and seas she, this
Unknown woman steers
Her engrossing course
During the course,
She's a ripple
Is at the mercy of waves
Gets pushed to varied depths
Struggled for breath...
If ever you chance to
dive deep into the sea
There you would find her
One among the many species
That naturally survive
At unfathomable depths...

Dream Woman
I. At a time he dreamed about a woman
At a time he dreamed about a woman
and started longing after her
who at night stared at him
reaching out with her hands to him
but it’s only in his dreams that he see her
and when he closes his eyes she is there.
At a time he dreamed about a woman
and started longing after her
then he went into the wide world
trusting his friends with his secret
who scoffed at him, sometimes heckled at him
and he really wanted to experience her love,
at a time he dreamed about a woman
and started longing after her.
II. There is a day that he meets her
There is a day that he meets her
looking unexpectedly into the depths of her eyes,
when they gaze at each other for the first time,
both fall into love with the first greeting
and her lips are soft and sweet beneath his
and she embraces him with each gesture.
There is a day that he meets her
looking unexpectedly into the depths of her eyes,
and his friends warn him against danger
but her eyes are black like soot
and he feels silly like an impertinent child
cannot stop his feelings,
there is a day that he meets her
looking unexpectedly into the depths of her eyes.
