I Pinch But Flesh Does Not Answer

I pinch but flesh does not answer
I know I do not have long here
A wave of hesitation washes wonderfully over

On your face a serene smile
But you are silent
I steel a breath and drift to your side, through the daisies and buttercups

Innermost mind more endless than the universe
But trustily it searches for our favourite haunt
You smell so very real and for a tenuous moment I am content

My weightless body feels small, wrapped in the memory of your arms
You cup my face in your familiar hand  and I taste  my tears
You never left me, did you? You did?  oh. I wake to a damp pillow.

It is best I am not the keeper of my dreams
The gate is unlocked and you are free to come and go as you please
For if not, in sleep, death shared, as I would choose to sleep forever.

Monster Presiding Dreams, Not My Wake. There I Drove Him With A Stake

I lay there wrapped
in very bushy arms
Whispers ‘sleep now
I am here’
With the warmth
washing of this love,
I drift to a place
that is unknown
I see at play our children
Flowers fit for
a wedding day
perhaps I am skinny
having wine with a friend
flying a magic carpet
or riding an elephant
Sleep should be
a place of contentment
The mind at rest
body free and light
spirit drifts to where
all is good and right

In a flash that face
could appear
The one that harms
causes terror
That it that deserves
no mention
The one that my
tension originated
with the vileness
of his being
In those moments
did so maltreat
I may wake from
dead sleep on my feet
Took what to only
belonged to me
my blissful slumber
now without sweet dreams
song of my heart in twain
never to be joined
My heart hostage
and injuriously awake
Peaceful eyes waiting
to soon be as afore
Broken, wondering if
I will achieve sleep
the way others win awards

If in my sleep
that piece of dung
appears
slumber is deferred
to my fears
In that flash
I feel a racing heart,
viscous breath,
shuddering body
stiffens me wide-awake.

I touch the headboard,
the wall,
my pillow
to feel where I am.
I say “I am in my house,
he is not in my bed,
he has never been here.
I am safe and
without dread”
It is then I realize
the wrapping arms
of the most lovely man
are ever there
I settle consciously
to be calm
without dread
left to reconcile
how long- a season,
how many moons
will slumber
escape my being

For as I wake
the monster
does not preside
In His Dark heart
I drove a stake
With daylight
I push it aside
Though sleep
will come
that very
next night! ?

I would like
to slumber
simple sleep
without dreams
or of beauty, lifes frills
To be as I was before
Happy to sleep
with each moon
Peaceful heart
without disparity
I wish sleep
to meet me
with pleasured dreams

Sleep, Sleep

Sleep, sleep lazy fool
You’ve fought to long
And now you’re free to tool
Don’t wake blind maiden

Sleep, sleep small child
There are terrors to come
You won’t sleep forever
Cause you’ll never be done

Sleep, sleep little blossom
Because that’s all you can do
Sleep, the sleep of dreamers
And wake again a new

Then I Wake Up

i smell the fragrance
of your hair
feel your fingers and your breath
on my skin
when we're here alone like this
a crazy world makes perfect sense
i hear you whisperin' my name
your kisses leave the sweetest taste
on my lips
when you say 'i love you too'
soft and tender like you do
i know all m dreams have come true
(chorus)
then i wake up
on the floor beside our bed
where i sleep
ever since the night
you left me alone
in this old house
days go by
but im still in love
with who we used to be
now you're just a precious memory
i can count on every night to hold me tight
then i wake up
i lay here while the truth sinks in
im still alone you're still not here
and we're still through
i remember our last night
every word right up to goodbye
slowly i drift off again
im saing words i wish id said
that night, to you
and you dont drive off in your car
and i dont have a broken heart
and you cant wait to be in my arms
(repeat chorus)
im still in love
with who we used to be
now you're just

Lullaby

SLEEP, sleep, my treasure,
The long day's pleasure
Has tired the birds, to their nests they creep;
The garden still is
Alight with lilies,
But all the daisies are fast asleep.

Sleep, sleep, my darling,
Dawn wakes the starling,
The sparrow stirs when he sees day break;
But all the meadow
Is wrapped in shadow,
And you must sleep till the daisies wake!

The One For You And I

some people often wonder if they have found that
one true person that is the other part of them
the one true person that makes them complete they wonder thru their days and nights longing for the answer
the answer is right there they just don't know how to look for there answer to
have I found the other part of me

can you say with out a doubt the person you are with makes you feel whole
can you say that the other person you are with
when you are apart you feel like something of you is missing
if you can answer yes to these two simple questions
then you have found the other part of you
your soul mate

honey you are the one that makes me whole
you are the one that has defined me
you are the light within my soul

behold the stars that burn like beacons in the night
surrounds the breath of wind and fire
upon the evening of my twilight
for as I look upon the stars shall I hold you
in my heart upon the sea an endless ocean
beacons with the essence of your name
longing to be the candle I am like the wave of the endless ocean
that travels out upon the wind for I am the light of heaven
that beats within the window of my soul

you are the one that makes me whole
you are the one that has defined me
you are the light within my soul
honey you are my world, my love, my heart and my soul.

you live in my dreams for now I see you when I sleep
I see your face in my dreams and I speak your name.
my heart beats faster and a smile sweeps across my face
like sand blowing across the desert in a windstorm.
I call your name and I sleep only to hear you answer me.
I feel your breath on my neck and in my ear,
it drives me insane I just want to be with you someday as close as skin
and its as real as the real thing...someday
I plan on making the dream a reality but for now I continue to sleep....

Sleep Forever

Down I lie
Sleeping all day
Still asleep for years
Surrounded by tears
Of friends, relations and further
But still sleep, sleep and sleep forever.

My eyes all closed extremely shut
My body is dry, straight and flat
As I lie in wooden house
Helpless like a dead mouse
Alone with no any other
As I sleep, sleep and sleep forever.

In my best black suit
My voice on mute
Waiting for the judgement
In a new environment
Coping with underground weather
As I sleep, sleep and sleep forever.

I've left all my worth
And ignored all my breath
Tell that I slept to each and every head
For that's a polite word to me as the dead
To come back I'll never
It's a sleep, sleep and sleep forever.

Falling Through Time

I can't answer the questions you ask me,
I don't know what to say.
The answers are somewhere lost in the stars
when the night has turned to day.
But I know if the silence of night could be here,
It would drift through my soul and calm all my fear
And I could reach out and draw you so near to me
Touch me and warm me and I will lie still.
And all that you ask me to give you I will
One living moment we'll have for our own.
A brief flash of time that we spent unalone.
But you ask me for nothing and give what you can
And we're wrapped in a pillow of sleep once again
And my memory drifts through the universe when we are one
Closely we're falling through time
And the earth will turn in the silence of space,
always in motion yet always in place
And all things will change yet remain what they are.
And far will be near and near will be far
And the ages will darken and blend into time
And all that is poetry will no longer rhyme
But our moment together is forever sublime
For the time has arrived when we must understand
That we're lost in a void on this sad speck of sand
And nobody knows where we are, no one cares
And the tears that we shed in the dark no one cares
And the madmen who plunder this world for their fame
Have forgotten that no one remembers their name
But time and the universe are always the same
Closely we're falling through time

Never Leave You Alone

I stand there, alone
with the roses in my hand
Like a child i smiled and cried
How difficult to say goodbye
I rather say Hi without any reply
Than accept your bye

I stand there by your side
On your quiet land
The roof of your hidden room
In marked ground by your name
I stand there, alone
tried to remember your face
Because i cant wake you from sleep
Talking how miss time we had
I m sorry for not being there
When they sent you to your new house
But now i come with fresh rose
Hope you feel presence of me
I am here with you

The clouds turn gloomy dark
But i have darker tears
My mouring rain
Pouring in pain
Dropped
Fallen
Stained
on your bed

I stand there, close to you
A little smile on my face
Thinking you're free, finished the race
from cruel world tricky maze
The past worries flew
Holding faith warm
Now no more harm
To blink your mind
In this wood chamber
Sleep well my dear
Sleep by the underground arm

Laying roses for you
wont cry forever for you
My tears gone dried to cry
My prayers never let you alone
Company your days in woody home
Take all our times together with you
Will keep you alive in my breathe
Each breathe i breathing with you
Keeps us together
Till i hold my last breathe
Here, witnessed by whom read this

You've met your destiny
Walk through mystery gateway
The door of eternity to a new life
The real world is just began
Soon I will come for you
Stop cry, i do
Time run fast and still running
Be near to you
I am coming for You

Now I lay me down to sleep

Now I lay me down to sleep.
Hopefully I will not wake.
I give my body and soul the lord to keep.
For it is my life I wish to take.
I cannot live in a land of fake.

There is no other way left.
Just the face of death.
Through the open door I must go.
I just cannot stay.
In to death I must sway.

Now my life I'm about to take.
No matter how hard it should be.
Now I lay me down to sleep.
In the morning light I shall not wake.

Now Im free once again.
My life I have now slain

In Wait!

Your arms are warm wrapped around my body
Your breath, sweet, lazily it wafts over my face
I can feel your chest rise and fall next to mine
Your hair and eyes shine brightly in the dark
As I close my eyes to dream off
I wake in this dark room to find I left the dream behind
The cold air from the window swings its fanged head and bites at my exposures
To think, you were just here
Not a memory but a dream, a wish, my wish
To have that dream in reality
Given two or four years time
That dream will be real
For now I live in a real nightmare until the sun comes
Due to the darkness and lone dreamer
It is hard to find comfort and return to a calm sleep
As thoughts of you press hard on my mind and sway thus
It only deepens the wounded thought that I must wait hours to see you
Hours to hold and years to fulfill that dream
For now I shall dream and dwell upon them
Because dreams give me insight to the future
Let it be a De’javu.

Haunting

Sleep is an enemy these days
I sleep, I wake, I sleep, I wake
I look outside the window at the night

Sometimes I have such dreams
as vivid as the day, at other times
the dreams, they stay away.

It was a night of vivid dreams
I heard a noise downstairs, someone shuffling, rustling
I called, "Is someone there? "

Footsteps coming closer, passing by my door.
I heard the bathroom being used
and I called out some more.

The bedroom door creaked open,
she moved across the room, her face was so familiar
but I screamed and off she flew.

The face I saw was tired miserable and worn.
She seemed to be quite harmless
but still I was concerned

and later on that morning
as the sun rose in the sky, I realised who she was
and I breathed a heavy sigh.

The lady in my bedroom
was someone I knew well. It was me you see dear reader,
it seems I haunt myself

Dedicated to ppl who dont sleep

Sleep, sleep, sleep
It’s magnificent and nice,
With dreams beyond wonder,
Sleep! sleep! sleep!

Sleep, sleep, sleep
Eyes tightly closed,
A little smile on you r cheeks,
Feeling the ambiance
Of the pure and precious sleep,
Sleep! sleep! sleep!

Sleep, sleep, sleep
Forgetting insane things of the mixed world outside
Relax my dear, feel the gentle breeze,
Do not worry about tomorrow, do not weep,
Wake up fresh in the morning with a recuperate mind,
Fresh and blessed with a wonderful sleep,

Afraid To Sleep

We slept in this room together but now youre gone
And its so quiet I turn the tv on
We lived in this room together we painted the walls
Now time doesnt stand still
It crawls
And Im afraid to sleep
Cuz if I do I dream of you
And dreams are always deep
On the pillow where I weep
I never realized how much I was in love with you
Until you started sleeping with someone new
Last night I dreamed again and you were there
You kissed my face you touched my hair
And Im afraid to sleep
Cuz if I do I dream of you
And dreams are always deep
On the pillow where I weep
Lying alone in the darkness with a memory in my head
Theres a big hole where my heart is
And a lonely feeling rollin round my bed
And Im afraid to sleep
Cuz if I do I dream of you
Im afraid to sleep
Cuz if I do I dream of you
And dreams are always deep
On the pillow where I weep
On the pillow where I weep
Im afraid to sleep.

In Absence

WAKE, do you wake in the dark in the strange far place,
Window and door not set like the ones we knew,
Leaning your face through the dark for another face,
Stretching your arms to the arms that are far from you,
Even as I, through the depth of this darkness, do?

Sleep, do you sleep in the house in the lonely land?
In the lonely room do you hear no steps draw near?
Do you miss in the darkness the hand that implores your hand,
See through the darkness your last dream disappear,
And weep, as I weep, in the outer darkness here?

Dream, do you dream? Nay, never a dream will stay,
Never a phantom is fond, or a vision kind.
Your dreams elude you and fly through the dark my way,
My dreams fly forth to you whom they may not find;
And we in the darkness weep, we weep and are left behind.

Black Angel

One day in my life
I was walking along the road
then suddenly I saw this bright garmented angel
looking at me
with a smile on his face
so serene his posture was
I utterly lost my words
to speak anything
at the sight
so grandeur and in awe
I asked to myself
what in the world do I have to do
with this....
then the angel quietly held my hand
and led me to his world
a bit dark though clean however
I was abiding with him
for some time
until the time came
and I took off for
some far off lands
never to return to him again
but I do still remember
the joy he shared with me
the caring he gave to me
though it was quite a long ago
I still remember the smile on his face
and a little hello
a wink that it was.....
such a blissful moment
I recall still as the most
awesome moment that had ever happened
in my life
How can I forget that moment
and all the joy we shared together
with the angel right beside me
though some others might have been
a bit jealous of us
and tried to take us apart from each other
we stayed together in that heavenly bliss
But some really took us apart
by no means we wanted that to happen
but it did happen
so I no longer have that joy
nor bliss that I shared with this angel
that dark angel
in black clothes
with black smile on his face
with some mysterious look on his face
which I still can't comprehend
Ah! Where is he now?
Would he be thinking about me?
Would he have forgotten about me and
all the joy we shared together
in that some far away places
Only God can answer this questions..
for He is the one that made it happen
But today I recall the long-gone days again
and reminiscent it again
thinking about that beautiful creature
the black angel he was...

Her Last Breath

You had six months to live
Not three weeks
You lay here motionless
Thinking of what to say
I stand beside you
Day and night
Wishing it could go away
She placed her hand in mine
And said her life was good
She had lived long and well
Her hand shakes as death nears
I hold her hand tight
As tears run down my face
As she took what was her one last breath
I feel my heart break
She turned and said she loved me
As her eyes closed
And her body was left lifeless
With me by her side
And her tears in my hand
Today with me she took her last breath
When it was not yet her time to go

Life For The Living, Nothing More!

he lies awake,
the room cold and dark....
except for moonlight pouring

through the curtainless window....
she lies naked, wrapped into
every pore of him,

their breath hanging like small clouds.
the smell of love and woodsmoke,
the heartbeat of silence

resonates off bare walls....
no money, little food, tomorrow
to look for work......always tomorrow!

the sound of gunfire, and children's voices
haunt the back of memory forgotten.....
they called it history, the great change....

maybe just looking to fill the pot!
but for now just now,
the moment stolen and precious....

life for the living, nothing more.
he turned and wiped the hair from her face....
prayed the minutes would be slow,

watching her sleep!

The Feeling of Sleep

As I lay here in bed
The only thing I dread
Is when I wake up tomorrow
And wish for the feeling of sleep

As I finally rest form my long days of work
There is no more ache in my legs
As I lay in my cloud bed
I rest my head on nothing but air
As I drift in to sleep
It feels like happiness is in the air

I can’t feel my body
As I can only dream good dreams
For I love the feeling of sleep
As sleep hit its highest point
I’m no longer responsive
For this is the feeling of sleep

As I descend form my sleep
The ache comes back
as if I never fell asleep
seven hours has pass
but it felt like one hour

this the one thing
that I long for
and that is the feeling of sleep
