Pale Morning Sun

Pale morning sun that rises in the east,
Spread wide your light,
And let the warming blush be thus increased,
To shine more bright.

Welcome the dawn and so enhance the sky,
With colours that unite,
A vision there displayed, food for the eye,
Quick changing sight.

A new day now unfolds, and in its glow,
The scene is quite
Breathtaking. Subtle shades soft and mellow,
Just fine and right.

Pale morning sun, that rises, burn more strong,
And so invite,
Nature to call awake the melody of birdsong,
From out the night.

My Fire

Fire is my life, fire is my hope, fire is my everything.

Confusion, whipping, whirling never ending.
Always colder, always harder, cruel and devastating all in one.

Light, I need a light to keep at bay the ever darkening hour.

The Initiation

UNDER the flaming wings of cherubim
I moved toward that high altar. O, the hour!
And the light waxed intenser, and the dim
Low edges of the hills and the grey sea
Were caught and captur’d by the present Power,
My sureties and my witnesses to be.

Then the light drew me in. Ah, perfect pain!
Ah, infinite moment of accomplishment!
Thou terror of pure joy, with neither wane
Nor waxing, but long silence and sharp air
As womb-forsaking babes breathe. Hush! the event
Let him who wrought Love’s marvellous things declare.

Shall I who fear’d not joy, fear grief at all?
I on whose mouth Life laid his sudden lips
Tremble at Death’s weak kiss, and not recall
That sundering from the flesh, the flight from time,
The judgements stern, the clear apocalypse,
The lightnings, and the Presences sublime.

How came I back to earth? I know not how,
Nor what hands led me, nor what words were said.
Now all things are made mine,—joy, sorrow; now
I know my purpose deep, and can refrain;
I walk among the living, not the dead;
My sight is purged; I love and pity men.

Its been a long dark night
And Ive been a waitin for the morning

But I see a brand new day a dawning

Dark Fire

Fire, dark and burning bright
Bright as day, yet, gives no light
In the shadows of the night
Take away immortal sight
Blind soul eyes with black twilight
Banish day and burn the night
Remove sin from Heavens sight
Fire, twist and taint the once pure light
Heaven fought against your might
In the end, He lost the fight
Pure souls surrender to the evil light
As shadows move to reign the night
Angel's wings flutter in fearful flight
In the shadow of your light
Fire, sweet and sin filled bane
Make the devil go insane
As you burn his skin with acid rain
His screams are songs wrought in pain

We all get impatient but the wait is worth it.

A Star Deep In the Mind

I see a new star on the horizon;
It's not the Morning Star;
It's a star without light.
This star without the light is the brightest
Because its light stays within.
The biggest star doesn't take any space;
It lives within,
Feeds all other stars, all other matter.
Without space, there is no time,
Without time, there is no aging,
Without aging, there is no death.
A star without light never dies;
It cannot be seen in the outer space;
It can only be sensed in the mind.

Life Is Fog Bound

Life is a mystery, a fog shrouded puzzle
With images and characters
All fuzzy round the edges.
We are uncomfortable with mystery
It denies our certainties our black and whites.
Our logic fails to work, is inconsequential.
Our faith journey is only clear when looking back
The now and the future remain fog bound.
For those who seek a certain path
Crystal clear and straight and narrow
Will find their way encumbered, misted over

The round old clock on the wall.
Silence is the dark of night.
How these shadows will crawl.
I hold closely my pillow tight.
There I thought I seen you,
But was it only a vision I seen.
How the darkness plays so true.
A face so pale and sadly mean.
Take this away from my very sight!
Tormented by these dreams I cry.
I can't wait for the morning light.
These nightmare's I ask myself why.
I awake to the morning sun's bliss.
For the night will change all of this.

Some say its just the nature of the beast
When you love somebody so passionately
Time has a way of stealing

Starless Skies

Under the starless skies at night
I sit and wonder at that sight.
They were there before the sadness came
and what is there that I can blame?

My eyes are clear but for a tear
that forms when you're not here.
I dry my tear but still can't see
a single star to shine for me.

I dream of stars up so high
burning brightly in the sky.
But dreamy states just don't last.
So the stars are just a part of my past.

Just one star is all I need.
Just one star that can exceed
the limit ness I have felt
in this world I where I have dealt

with starless skies and vacancy
that out of nowhere come to me.
I'll keep on searching on each night
until one comes into my sight.

The Star of King David

light always goes with flames, every edge
shalom each spaces of time and the life that
resemble the star to light above and beyond
human wisdom of ages, hasten to fly

face me in the direction where no wind can
escape, the hark of angels whisper in the sky way
where everyone can stay; the stairway and life
has to pass it through, even in the middle of the
night the camel has to find its way

The sharp edges have something special, where
the footprints of the soul lives its maturity, never
anyone has to leave without harmony for thy place
is sacred and joy looks for a holiday

blameless time already has gone, for thy only
soul has to answer for all has made, close and touch
the day in the sand, as the wonderful memories will
linger in your happy morning sun

oh! star of David the hope of every son, the
light that holds me close to the Father hand; as every
name invoke thy holy Abraham, in your mercy and
lead us to the Promise land.....

Afterglow

Afterglow
Yesterday night, I looked up to the sky,
Carefully examining a pale speckling
Of stars. Dusky splotches soon covered my
Vision, leaving a verdigris ceiling.
I waited for the constellations to
Appear, cluttering what was beclouded—
Embellishing the unseen in bright hues—
Yet, still, the sky had remained enshrouded.
Each ancient star hid behind its shadow,
And the suffusive cloak of circumstance—
In shades not adorned by the afterglow;
Rather, by shades of suggestive desistance.
It was as if this veil had insisted
The sky as it was never existed.

That Blazing Light

I don't know where that blazing
Light is coming from
But all I know is that blazing light is
Keeping me up all night long
Every time whenI try to go back to sleep
That blazing light keeps waking me up

My sleep is very important for me

Is there a last star

Bitter Love

down from the branches fall the leaves,
a wanness comes on all the trees,
the summers done;
and into his last house in heaven,
now goes the sun.

sharp frost destroys the tender sprays,
