Antiquaire's Paris
at a sort of deconstruction site of the Golden Age
full-frontal for the passing-trade
a marble copy of a Greek
exposing all his majestique
on being sold to a dealer from Japan
crashed the glass and away he ran
finally booked for loitering
they overlooked his none last fling
he'd spoiled a nymph with rampant foreplay
in bas relief at the Musee D'Orsay

Oh see, first off you gotta realize - everything for me is a reconstruction or deconstruction. I would actually say deconstruction. Mission: Impossible would be the exception. That would be a reconstruction- deconstruction.

Big In Japan
Winters cityside
Crystal bits of snowflakes all around my head and in the wind
I had no illusions
That Id ever find a glimps of summers heatwaves in your eyes
You did what you did to me, now its history I see
Heres my comeback on the road again
Things will happen while they can
I will wait here for my man tonight, its easy when your big in japan
When your big in japan, tonight
Big in japan, be tight, big in japan where the eastern seas so blue
Big in japan, alright, pay, then Ill sleep by your side
Things are easy when youre big in japan, when youre big in japan
Neon on my naked skin
Passing silhouettes of strange illuminated mannequins
Shall I stay here at the zoo
Or shall I go and change my point of view for other ugly scenes
You did what you did to me, now its history I see...
Things will happen while they can
I will wait here for my man tonight, its easy when youre big in japan

This He Is Going to Fix
The breaking down and restructuring,
Can not be missed.
Not even if you still fantasizing.
A collapsing underneath us,
Has clearly begun.
If you don't believe that yet...
Forget about your agendas.
You best to get comfortable...
With the coming of a basicness.
And sadness and regret all around,
Will be seen and easily found.
And rampant will be those crazed into a rage.
And rampant will these minds snap quick.
And rampant...
Comes a higher consciousness,
Clearly splitting...
Those faithful from those of wickedness.
And rampant with those whose eyes dry quick!
When sudden wave of serenity...
Blesses them into bliss.
You'll see.
Rampant will God come to show...
This He is going to fix.
And rampant will those wicked folks,
Be shocked by the quickness of it!

Marbles I
(HogarthKellyMosleyRotheryTrewavas)
[Marbles I-IV]
Did anyone see my last marble
As it rolled out and over the floor?
It fell through a hole in the corner
Of a room in a town on a tour
It's lonely without your last marble
I miss it not rattling around
As I lie in my bed there's a space in my head
Where there used to be colours and sound..
When I was a child I had marbles
They brought admiration and fame
They were pretty to look at and marbles
Was always my favourite game
We played all the summer days
In the stony alleyways
In the playground after class
We would trade the coloured glass
More valuable than diamonds
More magical than diamonds
Did anyone see..
Did anyone see..
Does anyone see?
There were almost four hundred until the black day
I discovered how high they would fly to the sky
If you used them for tennis instead of a ball..
Zinging glass satellites crueller than fate
Whacked with a racket up into the blue
I'd smashed all the greenhouses on the estate
And a crowd formed a queue at the gate..
That was almost the end of my marbles
Confiscated, I choked back the tears
I hung onto a handful of favourites
That disappeared over the years
Did anyone see my last marble
I swear that I had it before
Sometimes I think I should go see a shrink
In case he can find me some more
Did anyone see my last marble?
I'd saved it to give it away
Since I was a youth
Now I don't have no proof
Only words
Only words
Only words.

Deconstruction
We talked up all night
And still came to no conclusion
We started a fight
That ended in silent confusion
And as we sat stuck
You could hear the trash truck
Making its way through the neighborhood
Picking up the thrown out
Different from house to house
We get to decide what we think is no good
We're sculpted from youth
The chipping away makes me weary
And as for the truth
It seems like we just pick a theory
Ah it's the one that justifies
Our daily lives
And backs us with quiver and arrows
To protect openings
Cause when the warring begins
How quickly the wide open narrows
Into the smallness of
Our deconstruction of love
We thought it was changing
But it never was
It's just the same as it ever was
A family of foxes
Came to my yard and dug in
So i looked in a book
To see what this could possibly mean
Yeah cause there's fate in the breeze
Signs in the trees
And possible tragic events
When forces collide
With the damage strewn wide
And holes blasted straight through the fence
Oh the sky starts to crash
(into the smallness of)
The rain on the roof starts to drumming
(our)
And laid up like cash
(deconstruction of love)
Your take on my list of shortcommings
And now the show starts to close
(the show)
I know how this goes
(starts to close)
The plots a predicatable showing
And though it seems grand
We're just one speck of sand
And back to the hourglass we're going
Back to the smallness of
(into the smallness of)
Our deconstruction of love
(our deconstruction of love)
We thought it was changing
But it never was
We're still in the smallness of
(into the smallness of)
Our deconstruction of love
(our deconstruction)
We thought it was changing but it never was
Our deconstruction of love
Our deconstruction of love

Saves And Replenishes With A Mending Done
A country based upon policies,
That insists a tolerance of diversity exists...
Is seen exposing the opposite of this.
Rampant division in politics,
Depicts several splits within them...
That will not soon see an ending of it.
And the economy steadily slides to oblivion.
With those deluded,
Protesting for a return of a gluttony missed.
A country based upon policies...
With a rampant division in politics,
And an economy steadily sliding into oblivion...
Has long passed the stage of a healthy self reflection,
That saves and replenishes with a mending done.

I'm not against asking the audience to work, but I think what you have now is a sort of gratuitous deconstruction as a result of a fashion of literary deconstructionism indicating that there are no meanings.

Overheard on a Salmarsh
Nymph, nymph, what are your beads?
Green glass, goblin. Why do you stare at them?
Give them me.
No.
Give them me. Give them me.
No.
Then I will howl all night in the reeds,
Lie in the mud and howl for them.
Goblin, why do you love them so?
They are better than stars or water,
Better than voices of winds that sing,
Better than any man's fair daughter,
Your green glass beads on a silver ring.
Hush, I stole them out of the moon.
Give me your beads, I want them.
No.
I will howl in the deep lagoon
For your green glass beads, I love them so.
Give thme me. Give them.
No.

The Teachers Are Afraid Of The Pupils
Theres too many people
Planning your downfall
When your spirits on trial
These nights can be frightening
Sleep transports sadness
To some other mid-brain
And somebody here
Will not be here next year
So you stand by the board
Full of fear and intention
And, if you think that theyre listening
Well, youve got to be joking
Oh, you understand change
And you think its essential
But when your profession
Is humiliation
Say the wrong word to our children ...
Well have you, oh yes, well have you
Lay a hand on our children
And its never too late to have you
Mucus on your collar
A nail up through the staff chair
A blade in your soap
And you cry into your pillow
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
Say the wrong word to our children ...
Well have you, oh yes, well have you
Lay a hand on our children
And its never too late to have you
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief
To be finished would be a relief

Daddys Gonna Pay For Your Crashed Car
Youre a precious stone, youre out on your own
You know everyone in the world, but you feel alone
Daddy wont let you weep
Daddy wont let you ache
Daddy gives you as much as you can take
A-ha, sha-la, a-ha, sha-la
Daddys gonna pay for your crashed car
A little uptight, youre a babys fist
Butterfly kisses up and down your wrist
When you see him coming, youre licking your lip
Nails bitten down to the quick
A-ha, sha-la, a-ha, sha-la
Daddys gonna pay for your crashed car
Daddys gonna pay for your crashed car
Youve got a head full of traffic
Youre a sirens song
You cry for mama, and daddys right along
He gives you the keys to a flamin car
Daddys with you wherever you are
Daddys a comfort
Daddys your best friend
Daddyll hold your hand right up to the end
A-ha, sha-la, a-ha, sha-la
Daddys gonna pay for your crashed car
Daddys gonna pay for your crashed car

Whose copy is the child?
When someone says
That my child is cute or smart,
I think it is my copy
And take full credit for it
While my wife would think
That it is her copy, and
Would take full credit for it.
We tend not to part the credit

Twenty Foreplay
Sleep my love
Dont you worry
You just sleep my love
And Ill stroke your hair
Oh the sunlight on your face
As the day begins to break
When you wake
And your smile meets mine ah
My day begins
Youre my inspiration
Seeing your face glow
In the nicest of hellos
Five till noon
You sneak up from behind
Kiss and caress me
Make love to my mind
A whisper and kiss from you
Warms my heart
Means so much
Making love our way
Begins early in the day
You walk in the room
In a sunset sort of room
My emotions light up
cause of you
Now that evenings come
Were dressed for us my love
Wine and candles puts us in a sexy moon
Thats when we get to it
Close our eyes
Feel our way though it
I cant wait to groove ya
cause you sure know how to move it
Youve made love to my mind
Now you gotta take me from behind
Just like in the movies
When the action begins
Lets put on a show (cant you feel it)
And well take it nice and slow (cant you feel it)
Oh here we go (cant you feel it)
Tell me do you want the blindfold (cant you feel it)
Tell me what you like (cant you feel it)
Baby should I do it once or twice (cant you feel it)
I know that weve getting naughty (cant you feel it)
But I know you like it like that
Now that we felt this warm explosion
I know youre satisfied (I know youre satisfied)
I see it in your eyes (I see it in your eyes)
Relax be still my love (still my love)
Let your heart slow down (heart slow down)
cause Im not through my dear
Dont stop
Remember twenty foreplay
Can you feel it twenty foreplay
I need it twenty foreplay
I need it twenty foreplay
You know I need it
Yes I need it
24 hours a day
Can you feel it
24 hours a day
Can you feel it
Twenty foreplay
Not yet
Its not what you say
Before we start to play
Its what you say after
That makes me want to stay

Freak Out
The sun opens its eyes
Upon the distant horizon
Nature plays its peace harp as
I look into the dawning-
Petals of the glass rose blooming inside of my heart,
Tremulous as they fall
To my feet, splinter and are carried away-
A fallen foundation,
Shattered tranquility,
I would become a pilot in my solitude
In control of my own destiny,
A hurricane or none less than a
Whole gale in its full force,
With ammunition to kill and
The fury of the rage of a winter’s storm-
My soul, swept away,
My heart, frozen as
My fondest reverie has been
Dissipated, hurled and carried away
By the force of as that of a tornado-
I am now in control of my senses and
Have the power to
Manipulate the thoughts of this world’s strangers-
I stand alone envisioning
Broken shards of a glass rose
Strewn about that unsteady pathway once
Paved before me, as the hands of my intruders
Toy with the essence of my thoughts?
With every step I take upon
That fallen foundation, I would cry no tears.
My world has just crashed and fallen before me,
But as my heart has been pilfered,
I do not feel sadness but only
Unrelenting rage, which has
Assassinated the hearts and minds of the strangers
Who disrespected my boundaries-?
When the sun rises I shall be dead and gone, but
A glass rose shall grow by my grave site, and
I shall find peace here
Knowing that I am in control…
