Blissful Delights..My lovely family

My Perfect Family, Blissful delights

My living lamps, my family/ and their dear bright lights,

Blossomed my happiness and garlanded my fading might.

Their silken satin display on my bday they did parade,

A regiment so sweet and strongly they fragrantly played,

For a colorful surprise with eloquent luxurious taste,

My gaze rested on the celebrity table laid, with no haste.

A triumphant table, a cake in command, balloons to decor,

Computed to meet my wondrous hours and years and more.

With Beauteous friends, jewels of the just, they did restore.

Bright shoots of memory, and an everlastingness to store.

As I walked into my years of fifty and nine with delights

Twas a glowing glitter in my cloudy breast, a clear crystal sight!

My Precious Brothers Firoze and Fairuf bid Goodbye

Fairuf (younger) 31st December..Firoze (older) 13th August 2009 lay to rest

As my brothers rest their head on mother earth,
Loving memories bloom of their luxurious birth.
Their days, their short years, were sadly their fate,
Yet they showered happiness a story to relate.
Bounteous love and overflowing homely joys,
Embedded with sincere feelings they did enjoy.
A smiling perfection, though to fame unknown.
Melancholy I treasure them, my knights my own.
Days of glimmering vacation out of sight
As I walk alone, with no more wondrous delights!

Sacred..A Love Deep Within Me

The Look Of Love
Every thorn that hurts, heals so triumphantly...
With the radiant sunrise that dawns with serenity
Every branch sings a melodious song dreamily..
And glistens a blissful joy embracing victory.
I see moments I lived with treaured moments spent.
With the spirit of faith trust and a love with no dent.
As the stars glitter through the darkened skies.
In my heart i cherish the wondrous surprise.
God scatters his blessing from the heaven above.
Lends a smile to His creation with the fragrance of love.
A happiness blooms filled with treasured moments.
A serenity with the spirit of love and contentment...
My angel girls, a reason and season they came to me
And grankids, a blessing to complete a journey joyously...

The day i heard my baby chuckle!

The happiest hour, one of the most happiest day,

My heart did see when you were born this day.

I laid a gentle kiss upon your sweet tiny brow,

Felt your baby soft fingers and made a vow.

I clasped you tight and felt your angelic baby’s breath,

Visioned, my dream will be seen in you till my death.

Soon you became my starry hope and my greatest pride,

To sail life’s journey and brave every stormy tide.

Years, decades have flown and as a mum you stand today.

Scattering sweet scented fragrance along the way,

You bloomed to be our towering strength, to rise,

The light of our lives it is really, really no surprise.

Your kids dainty steps are like the silvery gleams,

A language that conveys life is more than a dream.

A devotional mother, you blossomed to the kids delight,

And no words can express your strong commitments height.

Dearer to me as you extend your young motherhood to me,

Filling my aching heart with a mother I lost, so mother

May you be blessed with the best from Heavens above

Daughter dear I wish you good health and plenty of love

A happy bday and many more to come with happiness galore

May Every dawning day greet you with pleasant surprise and more

My precious Meli may Allah bless you and your teen kids

And ease your lives in the long long road with no danger.

Senses of Christmas

One day a year sights and sounds combine into one,
As people sing of love and joy,
As lights flash and music rings.
On this day people join,
Family joins family,
Friends join friends.

Lights shine like a light from heaven,
And the snow falls covering the world with a white sheet of wonder,
Peoples eyes glisten with joy and faith,
Children open presents smiles wide and eyes like candy.
The faces bright with hope,
Of years that past and years that come.

A feast is set that would be fit for a king,
Turkey and Ham cook and become ready to eat,
Everyone waiting for the time to eat,
And everyone joins hands areound the table,
Giving thanks to everything they have,
As they continue with their celebration of family and love.

Familys sit around the tree,
Picking gifts to shake and squeeze them,
To try to guess at what may lay inside.
And they all give as much as they recieve,
All of them showing their love for the other in every way possible,
As the come together on this christmas day.

One day a year sights and sounds combine into one,
As people sing of love and joy,
As lights flash and music rings.
On this day people join,
friends and family all the same,
And in the end they say farewell until next year.

Playground of a Childs Mind

PlayGround Of A Mind

You might wake up to a morning of a silent thought

To a memory of distant friends you had tastefully sought

With remembrance of wasteful wars and things of past

And moan the expense of many splendor that did not last

You may hear the traces of footsteps in the canyon of your mind

It maybe some precious friend who thinks of you all the time

Like the foamy waves that keeps rushing to the sandy shore,

Gently restore your memory to your dear friends, once more.

When sunset face the west and in slumber you do retire,

Let the ruins of the long abandoned dreams speedily hire.

The joyous days that were nourished with love so strong.

With those so faraway and the friendships that did dawn!

At My Side..Always..happy bday dear sister!

Happy Bday Dear Sister with Love

TO MY SISTER.Jasminah..

As We Walk Alone
Happy bday to you dear sister we have just each other
Today we celebrate your bday with no more brothers
Mum and dad we have now no more
we walk togheter with our hearts sore
Memories we shared laughter through our tears
It comes back with joys and sorrows through the years
The growing up years as orphans togehter we stood
We braved stormy days through our bluey moods
Hard times bring us memories knowing each other
Seeking cushioned comforts we besowed on one another
Through harsh words we made an unusal pair
The love in our hearts spoke when we were in despair
my home always yours and your home is always mine
Its a fine quality that we share and that sure is fine
Its a gift God embedded deep in our hearts
When lightinng strikes we cling together and can't part
Our love for each other as we know was unconditionally
In times of need a helpng you extended so graciously
Now Our times together is sadly nearing its end
Sister dear remember you were also my reliable friend.

Poem Celebrating 50 Years

My dear, ‘twas fifty years ago when we first met
on a trip to Stratford that I'll never forget.
When as a sweet girl of fourteen you caught my eye
and love first began its great work in this old guy.

Today we dined together and were reminiscing
and we praised God for each years' wonderful blessing.
Then we sat by the canal in the bright moonlight
holding hands like two lovers sitting in God's sight.

Time has passed by and how quickly the years have flown
and God has blessed us greatly as our love has grown.
I am so glad that I have married you my dear
and shared the experience of each passing year.

The Delights of Mathematics

It seems a hundred years or more
Since I, with note-book, ink and pen,
In cap and gown, first trod the floor
Which I have often trod since then;
Yet well do I remember when
With fifty other fond fanatics,
I sought delights beyond my ken,
The deep delights of Mathematics.

I knew that two and two made four,
I felt that five times two were ten,
But, as for all profounder lore,
The robin redbreast or the wren,
The sparrow, whether cock or hen,
Knew quite as much about Quadratics,
Was less confused by x and n,
The deep delights of Mathematics.

The Asses' Bridge I passed not o'er,
I floundered in the noisome fen
Which lies behind it and before;
I wandered in the gloomy glen
Where Surds and Factors have their den.
But when I saw the pit of Statics,
I said Good-bye, Farewell, Amen!
The deep delights of Mathematics.

O Bejants! blessed, beardless men,
Who strive with Euclid in your attics,
For worlds I would not taste again
The deep delights of Mathematics.

Christmas Past

Oh happy days, the snow fell over-night,
we have a white Christmas in our sight.
Only a few more days and nights,
Christmas will shine bright of white.

Remember those beautiful Christmas Eves,
when we gathered round our colorful trees.
Remember when we caroled down the street,
sang Christmas songs oh so sweet.

Memories are precious let’s not forget,
don’t do anything you might regret.
Christmas is the time of year to share,
to treasure family far and near.

This Christmas with the lights shining bright,
reflecting God’s blanket of white.
Sing sweet songs in memory,
past Christmas’s history.

Because..The Sweet Fragrance of Love

Because of The Fragrance Of Love.
Here and there, life had a sad lonely blend with a gleaming splendor
Diminishing a temporary volcano threat, that did strongly bother
Strong, compassionate, feelings modestly clothed with harmony..
A joyous glow, an avenue, kissed by a gentle breeze with serenity..
Magical thoughts, touching like a dainty feather, the dove of peace,
Calms the rising tension and happiness triumphantly released.
A journey filled with long unanswered questions, do surely awake,
But the fruit of discipline with dignity flowers, help to lesser mistake,
A devotion steady, act reaped results rich, in a soft style.
Liberated, from the confusion, with a blossoming radiant smile.
A fragrant feeling, emotional glory, a power bravely did lend.
Priceless a faith a trust a love, blissful happiness cant comprehend
Feelings gently unfold with delight, sharing sweet sweet, memories
One love, two children, two grand children, a flavor that never did cease!

Family Of Friends

How do you live,
in a family,
that never shows love,
that only brings drama and chao,
upon the table of life.
...
How?
because you surround yourself,
with another kind of family.
...
A family,
that never judges you,
won't pull you to the ground,
but pick you up when your down in the dirt.
...
People who,
you can tell anything too,
and won't think differently of you,
after they know,
your deepest,
and darkest most kept secrets.
...
This family,
isn't blood related,
but so much more,
their a family of my friends.

Why Can't Family Be Family Again

why can't family be family again
we used to always be friends
we used to huddle together
whenever we got scared
we felt the warmth in one anothers arms
because we knew the love was there

we used to build forts out of whatever we had in our rooms
and wage sars
throwing pillows, books, and brooms

we used to have mini mosh pits
with just the four of us
we headbanged and pushed
we screamed and pretended to cuss

we used to protect eachother
we used to defend one another
we used to stand together like brothers and sister
when mom punished us we would all resist her

we used to be a family
a family that would always care
we used to be a family with more happiness than despair
we used to be a family that never hogged food or air
we used to be a family that told eachother we were there

we used to be a family
a family that sat down toghether and ate
we used to be a family full of our own ideas that we create
we used to be a family that got along without debate
we used to be a family with more love than hate

so why can't family be family again
and remember why those times were so good
why can't family be family again
and treat eachother the way we should

why can't family be family again
and throw the hate away
why can't family be family again
and invite the love to stay

The Old Jimmy Woodser

The old Jimmy Woodser comes into the bar
Unwelcomed, unnoticed, unknown,
Too old and too odd to be drunk with, by far;
So he glides to the end where the lunch baskets are
And they say that he tipples alone.

His frockcoat is green and the nap is no more,
And his hat is not quite at its best;
He wears the peaked collar our grandfathers wore,
The black-ribbon tie that was legal of yore,
And the coat buttoned over his breast.

When first he came in, for a moment I thought
That my vision or wits were astray;
For a picture and page out of Dickens he brought---
‘Twas an old file dropped in from the Chancery Court
To the wine-vault just over the way.

But I dreamed, as he tasted his “bitter” to-night
And the lights in the bar-room grew dim,
That the shades of the friends of that other day’s light,
And of girls that were bright in our grandfathers” sight,
Lifted shadowy glasses to him.

Then I opened the door, and the old man passed out,
With his short, shuffling step and bowed head;
And I sighed; for I felt, as I turned me about,
An odd sense of respect---born of whisky no doubt---
For the life that was fifty years dead.

And I thought---there are times when our memory trends
Through the future, as ‘twere on its own---
That I, out-of-date ere my pilgrimage ends,
In a new-fashioned bar to dead loves and dead friends
Might drink, like the old man, alone.

At Toni’s

Just before I want to drive
through the portcullis at work,
you phone me
and I have to stop
to hear
what’s on you mind.

The roar of the motorbike
makes that I must listen well
to hear what you say
and you want to go to Toni’s
and I wonder if you know
where the new precise are?

I have just cut through the traffic
and parked my bike beyond the house
when you stop at the front gate
and the barking of the dog’s tell me
to catch some speed.

The afternoon sky is clear and bright blue
and its still hot afternoon
and I give you a nice kiss
through the car door
that you open for me.

You are very early
and had left early at work
and the watering
of the vegetable garden,
have to wait till later
and there’s magic
in your smile

At Toni’s which now
is just beyond chamberlain’s
small lamps are already burning
and although we arrive without a booking,
a table is quickly
given to us.

The evening is romantic and peaceful
that’s much better than just nice
while the sun slowly sets
and your eyes
glitter and shine with the lamps.

I wish I could drag hours out
like this with you
and throw a bit of
balsamic vinegar in my plate
while the calamata olives
and pizza
taste heavenly
and you
and the sweet desert
with a cup of strong coffee
make the evening special for me.

Family?

Do, I have a Family?
If you ask me
I have no family merely associates
For families are genarally suppose to be filled with love

Mine is filled with hatred and with pain.
I am the perfect example of a 21st century family
Due to the mishaps of this world, my mother is a single parent
Much like now most of the world.

And as the years go by it only gets worse.
Families used to be loving, or at least that's what I 've heard.
Why can't we bring back family to what it was?
A mother, a father and children, living under one roof with love

For me, for years I lived afraid for my life, a confused little girl
Without a helpful hand in sight.
Everytime I trusted a man I got burned in the proccess
Only six yet I was afraid because of this.

Because of my 'so-called' family.
Why do they do this to me? !
I can never even look upon my 'brother' the same
For to me he is no longer a brother.

And I do not know how to express my pain, with sorrow or laughter?
Someone please save me from this disaster!
Who do you run to for help
When your family is causing the pain

And the matters are to far- fetched for the police?
Who do you trust and who do you call?
Definetly not your family.
So, now again I ask you

DO I HAVE A FAMILY?

0038 Underthings

See this table top. Smooth, waxed
to a point, a soup stain which perhaps
a finger nail will lift. Beneath the surface,
atoms, molecules, tension and release,
law and freedom play out a drama
which the teacup does not know or tell.

And so, much else. All. And so the mind.
As if, webcamming the family at play,
the screen jumpcuts, plays on the screen
your inner life for all to see; the family freeze, cold,
open-mouthed…

Two years ago, I eased myself into a chair,
anticipating pleasant conversation – but instead
the camera of the mind presented, in full colour,
a glowing red-hot sphere, like
a sunset on a dusty day. Or Mars, more like,
in all its fierce, fearsome anger – anger
stayed on that screen for six whole weeks
while body, mind and soul perhaps
played turmoil with its outcome quite unknown.

Just now, I lift my gaze from the crumbs on plate;
the camera points at what it should now screen,
the window; but the mind sees something else,
as clear as mind but rarely seen in mind.
It's saying something new about myself.
Watch the screen; but watch the camera too.

Two Young Kids

Verse1:
Sitting at the table tonight
You look so beautiful
In the candlelight
And looking at her, looking at him
After fifty years
Chorus:
I pictured you and I and candlelight
And we would look so beautiful
And two young kids
Would be wishing they were us
Verse2:
Time it is a vision unclear
Blessed with adventure and full of fear
And looking at her, looking at him
Made it seem so easy
Chorus:
Youre looking natural in my eyes
We found lifes wonderful surprise
And someday two young kids
Will be wishing they were us
Bridge:
Perfect love exists
Ive seen it for myself
Its not kisses and moonlight serenades
Its two people holding on to happiness
Before it fades
Verse3:
I just cannot be here without you
Darling whats this heart supposed to do
Its suddenly here crystal clear
You are the one
Chorus:
I picture flowers and me dressed in white
And you and I and candlelight
And two young kids
Just wishing they were us
