I have heard people grumble

Dawns another year another day…..another bday, happy bday Jas!
My dearest beloved sis...hope you have an amazing memorable day!
Birthdays do unwrap fond memories of long gone blissful days
Bounties plentiful, together we played in so many elegan...t ways.
Under the green crowned trees the river flows more often freely.
Where the rich civilization blossom’s, and birds sings sweetly.
AreTucked up precious memories, can never ever escape I do find,
Childhood memories bloom in the flower garden of my waning mind.
Freedom fenced to share the innermost thoughts of confusion and more.
Yet through the years favors many you studded lovingly by the score.
The sisterly language perfected with snarls and frowns that we exchanged..
The liberty of being the worst and the best with smiles fondly uncaged.
A safety nest in this chaotic journey by being there for just each other

Psalm for my Sister
I will lift my eyes and smile as I give thanks to my sister.
My radiant complicated sister, who is more than my sister,
she's my friend.
I will thank the good lord above that we were children together
I rejoice to remember playing house or barbie dolls.
Our secrets, our surprises, even our fights.
I feel deep longing for those days when we were little girls together,
Life hungry, each fighting her own battle,
Yet supporting each other against the world
My sister, my beautiful sister.
Thank you for this women who shares my parents
My past, my blood, who see's me whole, the beginning long ago, and the person I am now.
My sister, who's faults are so clear to me but dear to me, just as my faults are to her.
Yet for all the differneces and the miles that come between us, we still battle the world together.
I laugh for the joy of my sister,

My Unborn First Sister
The anticipation grows each day
To see my little sister appear and say
Carolyn I love you so
Thankyou for being the sister I know
I talk some days to my mums tiny bump
And see this huge explosive thump
Is this my sister already talking to me?
i really hope so I guess ill soon see

builds each day it can not hide
it is all made for this one little girl

You were always my little sister, whether you knew it or not,
Even though you thought differently, when you were just a tot-
Even way back then, you wanted to take care of me,
You put on the Big Sister act, it didn't bother me, you see-
But when I reflect on those early times, I find I am mistaken-

Time moved on and in the land of the sand dues
I sing the famous unforgettable that annual tune
Suddenly I see the fifteen year old no longer small
But a very precious handsome young man ever so tall
Far away across the Atlantic he spends this day
And I recapture those moments we then shared every day
His face wears that oh so dynamic boyish smile
His sister gels his hair, grooms to his desired style
The tear streaked face now I do so rarely see

Worst fear come true...
Cold tears plunging from the eyes that are forever lost
Making no since and trying to make it through
Its just not the same..not with out you
I’m not perfect and you never cared
Every pain, dream, and secret is all we shared
Laughing all day just to forget what we went through
I know this laughter is fake but what else can I do
The small things remind me such as a picture in a frame
But we both know that it will never be the same
I need my sister and i’m telling you all
don’t ever your sister fall
The pain of losing you sister is so much more
Something that no teenager should indoor
Wipe the tears off my face and try to make it look like I can keep on going
