Two Friends
We are two friends of oppugnant thoughts
I’m of thorough religious mind and faith
And he; an authoritative dialectician
Yet of one inseparable yoke we are
Of tolerance like two sides of one coin;
With uberrima fides in each other’s
Virtues, wisdom and benevolence
When collide with each other, our staunch notions
Emit out new fragrances of nascent philosophies
A bit clear and a lot: unintelligible glimmer
Leading us yet, slowly towards unknown horizons
Of unfamiliar truths and astounding revelations
But we know one day sure we can dispel
All the ridiculous litter remnant in us and
Clutch firmly the silken threads of Absolute; fistfuls
And expound to the whole world
Our all new ‘ultimate gospel’

Serving Other Gods
Many gods of a darker realm, throughout the world overwhelm,
The minds of men and their faith, as God’s Truths they replace,
With doctrine, of their decisions, men create their own religions,
Following not God’s, but man’s will, religious desires they fulfill.
One Creator but man’s many gods, from pious deceptive nods,
Man’s attempt to reach God above, by the ways men dream of,
New religious ways perceived, through vain thoughts conceived,
Man’s polluted way to reach Heaven, tainted by religious leaven.
Religious and very arrogant men, who’ve never been born again,
From above, of the Spirit of God; they follow spirits of this sod,
Those spirits of a darker kind, that deceives their heart and mind,
Satan appears as an angel of light, leading all into spiritual night.
Turning away from God’s decrees, they create darkened heresies,
Changing Truth to their shame, as God Himself remains the same,
Turning many from Truth they need, as they become Satan’s lead,
Leading souls from God’s Truth, for this, they will see His reproof.
Not only for distorting God’s Word, but, because souls they herd,
Leading them down a broad path, heading directly to God’s Wrath,
Denying the finished work of Christ, leading them from eternal life,
Being used for Satan’s seduction; distorting Truth unto destruction.

White Knuckles
Smack dab flat on my back
The solid ground began to crack
I pulled her down and down and down
I lost my breath
I thought I'd drown
Fistfuls of you
Fistfuls of you
You pulled me through with white knuckles
Fistfuls of you
Fistfuls of you
You pulled me through with white knuckles
Her leg, my hand, a smoldering brand
Sticking to her wet body like sand
Her place, distaste, we fell from grace
Red smears across her face
Fistfuls of you
Fistfuls of you
You pulled me through with white knuckles
Fistfuls of you
Fistfuls of you
You pulled me through with white knuckles
White knuckles!
White knuckles!
White knuckles!

Threads Of Truth
Threads what are gossamer threads of truth?
Where do they lead among all those entangled byways?
Who can separate all the knots all the strings
to find that one straight path to an elusive absolute truth?
Is there ever only one ultimate truth that outshines
all others amist the crowds of unending misconceptions?
Does God ever leave a thread of truth that might
speak for him as a guiding symbol of absolute fact?
A thread that represents his divine absolute authority?

Return To Sanctity
When allergy symptoms become unbearable I
always end up sitting cross-legged on my bed
reading the Bible - Proverbs and Ecclesiastes
the Sermon on the Mount and Ephesians, if
feeling adventurous a quick detour to one
Corinthians thirteen
Why love is more important than faith and hope
though I believe wisdom is required to apply love
correctly – without it, love becomes impractical
even faith and hope only acquire value if led by
wisdom as blind faith and false hope are sign-
posts leading nowhere
After reading everything prescribed and required
and all that appeals to me; I return to the sanctity
in the words of the scribes to rest my mind, taking
my thoughts on a religious journey to calm
my soul and release my feelings...

Affiliation Or Salvation
Many Organizations have raved, through them, men must be saved,
Through their ways and their belief, only can one find spiritual relief,
To be saved from sin’s awful curse, but, their beliefs lead to worse,
Pulling men away from God’s Truth, leading them to eternal reproof.
There’re many religious organizations, with a multitude of salvations,
All of them proclaiming to have the way, to reach Heaven in our day,
Through the salvations they arrange, many Truths these men change,
Ignoring much of God’s Revelation, as they produce a new salvation.
These organizations lead souls astray, upon a religious, broader way,
Drawing upon their own deduction, they just lead men to destruction,
In many ways these men have erred, leading men far from The Word,
Far from The Eternal Word of Life, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,
Many have traded in God’s Salvation, for a fuzzy, religious affiliation,
Falling far from the only true Gospel, that Jesus Christ came to fulfill;
In their gospel they have diminished, those three words “it is finished.”
Spoken by Jesus Christ at Calvary, when God had saved you and me.
Religion isn’t how The Lord saves us, but, we’re saved in Christ Jesus,
As He is The Only Way, Truth and Life, in a world where religion is rife,
So one must be upon that narrow path, to avoid destruction and wrath,
Searching you’ll find there’s only One, Jesus Christ, God’s Eternal Son.

Soon Such Revelations Come!
Those 'good-ole-boys'
Have short circuited their network.
Not appearing to be shocked.
But they are.
And traumaticized...
To find they have been blocked out!
But by what?
Or who...
Would destroy their gluttony.
And rip them apart,
To expose their guts!
Trembling in their hearts.
With an unfamiliar humbling...
Felt inside.
And trying to deny.
Yet can not hide...
The fear shown in their eyes.
This surprises.
And stirs an emotional crisis,
Inside.
Soon such revelations come!
Soon,
Everyone 'unconscious' will be stunned!
Out witted by their own dimwit ways.
And relying upon the ignorance displayed...
By a people entertained,
To feed continued greed.
A greed now all finding...
From them being released and freed.
This surprises.
And stirs an emotional crisis,
Inside.
An unfamiliar humbling comes!
A 'deity' of unmeasurable consciousness,
Has arrived to stop them in the midst.
And they can not believe it!
They can not perceive,
This Supreme 'consciousness' they can not see...
Has selected to bring them to their knees in defeat!
Soon such revelations come!
Soon,
Everyone 'unconscious' will be stunned!
Monitored are all our Earthly activities.
And those who truthfully believe with a faith...
In God Almighty,
Will come to see!
Monitored are all our Earthly activities.
And those who truthfully believe with a faith...
In God Almighty,
Will come to see!
That we...
Have never done 'anything'
That has gone unknown!
This will be shown.
And frightened will they become.
Those making foolish attempts to run!
Monitored are all our Earthly activities.
And those who truthfully believe with a faith...
In God Almighty,
Will come to see!
We...
Have never done 'anything'
That has gone unknown!
This will be shown.
And frightened will they become.
Those making foolish attempts to run!
Soon such revelations come!
Soon,
Everyone 'unconscious' will be stunned!
Those 'good-ole-boys'
Have short circuited their network.
Not appearing to be shocked.
But they are.
And traumaticized...
To find they've been blocked out!
But by what?
Or who...
Would do this to those,
Who have chosen to keep...
Their thieving protected!
Monitored are all our Earthly activities.
And those who truthfully believe with a faith...
In God Almighty,
Will come to see!
We...
Have never been alone!
Soon such revelations come!
Soon,
Everyone 'unconscious' will be stunned!
This surprises.
And stirs an emotional crisis,
Inside.
With some burning with a stinging...
To singe their lost souls.
Exposed!
With no where for them to hide!

Tolerance
So
Of your own choice
You taint tolerance
As you're doing so
I'll watch tolerance speaking
On
A mother's painful accouchement
Infant's strifeful birth nascent
The child-raising problems
With conjunct ailment-problems
Tradition's manacles
Along with social obstacles
Matrimony's undone supression
Connubially dispirited depression
Familial temper of moods
Unfamiliar play of crooks
Stealthy years most unhealthy
Departed in homes all filthy
Empyreal war of human culture
Evanescing pattern of life's nature....
Now
Sh..tolerance is silent, isn't speaking
A silent fight within the self on going
All shades of somber mood
Sad and hatred incurred
Darker shades of rainbow colours
Drowning with the brighter colours
A built-in patient
In the heart of a live monument..
So
Of what colour your choice
To taint tolerance

Sonnet: Wisdom
I ask for Wisdom and no other wealth;
It is the ultimate that reaches God;
It gives my body, mind and soul- its health;
A divine gift given to chosen Clod.
And Wisdom helps me understand this world,
In sane a manner, despite the chaos;
She makes me prudent and my actions bold,
Yet, keep God’s tenets and she’s my boss.
And Wisdom gives me fore-knowledge of things,
Both good and bad, pre-destined, accident;
Along with problems, solutions she brings;
I can always fulfill God’s commandment.
Wisdom I seek, deny me not, O God!
To help me help the needy souls from Clod.

Jeevanmuktha
Once he feared every omen; tick’ng Big Ben
Thundered cannons; mind’s filled with demons
Lived he phobias unfounded and unknown
Inane adversities even; sent cold sweat down
Wetting head to feet; shattering thoughts sane
But a day came soon like Sun shine
When dawned in him nascent omniscience
That he’s laden himself with false burden
Nescient of the ONE wearing whole creation
Was it due to his strong devotion?
Or result of his rinsed out sins
Knew not but; he became a new man
Like a full Moon out of cloud curtain
Like rosy petals out of coarse sepals
He now submits every poser and pain
At His Lotus Feet with staunch faith
No fear; no favor; he does his chores
Smiling at every trial and comfort alike
He is an ascetic in bon vivant mould
A jeevanmukta; a jettisoned life boat
An indulgent body with unattached soul
An elemental flesh housing Holy Ghost

If we could combine
the perfectly good and the perfectly evil,
we would obtain the imperfection.
If we could take
a piece of paradise
and a piece of hell
and we could gather them in us,
our souls would become less beautiful.
Because the truth of inside would swallow
the lie of inside and, indeed,
the absolute truth would be relative.
And if our love could swallow
our hatred,
than we would love less.
If me and you together,
we could form an amphora,
by trying to find the absolute truths
in a new and perfect love for Him,
we would need all our faith
to remove
all the lies and all our hatred from us.
If our lie and our hatred
could become two trenchant
weapons
and if we could choose Lucifer for hitting
our relative truths,
in terms of mathematics,
than they would fall, by becoming
downright uncertainties.
The wounded love would disappear in us
and we would turn into salt stones,
as Lot's wife, by seeing Sodom burning..
And if the truth of us
could rather be equal to the lie, inside,
as love and hate
could be equal,
we would become
absolutely nil,
by dying slowly and and by melting ourselves
in nothingness..
So, the reason for saving every second of us,
by looking for purity,
while the absolute truth and the absolute lie
are in no touching,
is that their arguments are always perfect....

The highest spirituality indeed moves in a free and wide air far above that lower stage of seeking which is governed by religious form and dogma; it does not easily bear their limitations and, even when it admits, it transcends them; it lives in an experience which to the formal religious mind is unintelligible.

The Sea
The sea blown by the winds
A million lights glinting under the sun
Charting out a course for my mind
Each luminous line entering my mind
Helping clear my muddled thoughts
Lessening the pressure of thinking
Slowly, slowly, the hynoptic lines
Dance and glint in increasing
Intensity towards dusk
Affording a health exercise
More ideal than meditation and jogging
I then feel the sea taking up my
Thoughts and feelings sending them
To yonder lands where there are friends

Their Blackness...
‘..and their blackness is incontrovertible…’
as the mind surfaced out of sleep today,
these words – matter-of-fact, authoritative –
spoke in my inner ear.
had it been a fleeting image or
the painful ending of some dream – like
struggling to catch the last train
which all the time receded –
it would have been dismissed;
but the writer’s mind seizes on such things:
this line, an Alexandrine or hexameter:
what scene had come before
this ultimate pronouncement?
was this the verdict of some shining, white-robed one
summing my mortal sins, written indelible?
what came before? had there just been
some paltry list of virtues dimly glimpsed,
good deeds half-done? or could I hope
this shining one spoke not of me at all?
was this a glimpse of what had gone from mind,
the glorious radiance of a perfect world?
or glimpse of compensatory twin mirror-world
which physicists speak of as balancing necessity
of charges positive and negative,
where all is in reverse; and so, perhaps the mind;
and black is good and God; and white is…trash…
or had the mind been in the world of art,
where, as in the etched fine lines like thinnest wire
of a Picasso or a Hockney – incontrovertibly
shaping in the finest, mindful black
a world of friends, of fears, of foes,
of loves and lives and lovely, lively things?
we know so little of the world of dream,
so close to poets' fantasies of truth;
and shall I wish, tonight – so far away this sunny dawn -
to find again that other world, where all is brightest white?
or meet that other world, where black is beautiful..

Two Sides Of The Coin
Ive met some ladies and then some girls
But they dont tell you, they just want a whirl
Its kind of funny, a little sad
cause theyre not happy, theyre just kind of glad
To be with me for just a night
And maybe even turn out the lights, well turn out the lights
I need time to ease my mind, make up my mind, which one to find
Chorus:
Two sides of the coin to choose from, two sides of the coin, they are mine
Two sides of the coin, Im gettin weary
Which one should I choose, I need time
Id like to say a word or two, about the women we all seem to know
Theyre all around us, theyre everywhere
You meet them this place and then meet them there
Then you deside to pick a mate
Because youre tired of all those dates, of all those dates
I need time to ease my mind, make up my mind, which one to find
Chorus - choose one!
Chorus repeats out

Abandoning God’s Gospel
Today many gospels may go around, but, many are just not sound,
Many men preach a gospelly goop, with little Truth in religious soup,
As there’s no meat in their broth, for men who feed from that trough,
Those pulpits of the broader way, as they lead men spiritually astray.
They say in God, that they believe, but, His Truth, they don’t receive,
While they recognize philosophy, and man’s watered down theology,
As they don’t teach from God’s Word, although, His Truth is inferred,
But, only for the appearance of good, as His Truth is misunderstood.
Their gospel is for a social cause, as they put God’s Word on pause,
As they reach to man’s social need, Eternal Truths, they do not heed,
And the real Gospel is ultimately lost, as they avoid the bloody cross,
While avoiding the very reason why, upon that cross Christ had to die.
In their gospel there is no trace, of every man’s need for God’s Grace,
As their gospel ignores sin and Hell, omitting God’s Truth they will tell,
All their listeners, they go to Heaven, which is purely, religious leaven,
And their pews may be very full, but, what’s missing is God’s Gospel.
Many of these men may even muse, about Truth, we call Good News,
But, they need the bad news first, if they’re to have any spiritual thirst,
That being all men deserve to perish, apart from The Lord, we cherish,
And that all only find Eternal Life, in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I Don't Know Why
This is one of those moments
When all that really matters
Is crystal clear
We are woven together
By whatever threads of life that have
Brought us here
We are stripped of all our layers
We are getting to the core
Tell me something real
And nothing more
Cuz I don't know why
I don't know how
I don't know where
Baby all I know is love
So I'm here between the bookends
Of everything that was and What will be
There's a wealth of information
Not so many answers
It seems to me
So I face the unfamiliar
And nothing's clear
Only blinding faith can carry me can carry me from here
And I don't know why
I don't know how
I don't know where
Baby all I know is love
Hold my hand and hold this moment
Time sure feels precious don't it
Life is always changing
This I know
I don't know why
I don't know how
I don't know where
Baby all I know is now
Baby all I know is now

The Cupboard Of Loveliness
The fragrances of yesteryear
So fascinated me
That everything was crystal clear,
As if my destiny!
Collecting perfumes one-by-one,
Became my great desire,
My joie de vivre, my scents of fun,
As seller and as buyer...
Exquisite and ecstatic friends,
As if my second skins.
Companionship that never ends -
They cause my constant grins...
They magnify, they edify,
They sanctify my soul,
They rectify, electrify,
They somehow make me whole...
No wonder, then, I must enthuse,
Promoting such perfumes,
Such that I help my friends to choose
The blessed and best of blooms.
Designer perfumes blow my mind!
Pure bliss and happiness!
They're Heaven-scent and so refined,
God-given loveliness!

Dedicated to Peter Sherlock's ever-so-famous
'The Cupboard of Loveliness' which could just as
easily be called 'The Cupboard of Love Finesse'.
Fragrances stimulate, envigorate and celebrate
all that we sense as being beautiful and sensual.
Our transformation can be such a revelation that
others will want to share. Maybe there should be
a perfume called, ' What's That? ' because that's
what people ask us when they want what we've got!
How many buyers say they're buying perfume for
somebody else, only to sample the perfume and must
keep it all to themselves? Millions, that's how many!

Wishing The New Year
Old Earth in its turns
Sprained seriously
Yuga to yuga.
Time does not atall freeze
And years unfreeze
One by one from B.C to A.D
Visioning through the old set-
The same Sun and the Moon
And the newborns sans new eyes;
Dimmed vision to be rectified;
Undoubtedly to be treated by one Lord-
Allah, Buddha, Jesus, Krishna, Shiva all mighty
Put together in a mighty nascent name
Nascent Sun and Moon
Nascent Land
Each grain of soil glittering
Imbued with mercy and benevolence
Joy and happiness
A continuum of happy almanac
A peaceful triumph of good over bad
And there's a way of wishing the New Year
'Open up may thy eyes Newborn Year! '

Every religious group, while perhaps a majority somewhere, is also inevitably a minority somewhere else. Thus, religious organizations should and do show tolerance toward members of other religious denominations.
