A lump of old metal

It was a lump of old metal,
a car with no heart
cocooning him, purring
through back lanes,
down dark, cold streets,
warming him through
and he felt safe inside,
so that when, in December,
the car 'died' his body
shook with tears,
bitter, unrestrained tears
and I ached, to see him like that
on our last ride, so sad.
My sweet little boy
with his shirt hanging out
and his eyes, red and swollen
for a lump of old metal
that was our chariot of gold.

Cold Metal

Pop
Uh
I played tag in the auto graveyard
I looked up at the radio tower
Rag tent by the railroad tracks
Concrete poured over steel bridge
Pondered my fate
While they built the interstate
Im a product of america
From the morgue to the prisons
Cold metal, when I start my band
Cold metal, in my garbage can
Cold metal, gets in my blood
And my attitude
Yeah, a huh
Threw my hide in an automobile
Heard a song called drive the wheel
Truckers, trailers, tractors caught me workin
This is the song of my heritage
From the bad to the buddha
Cold metal, thats what it be
Cold metal, from sea to sea
Cold metal, its how we win
And also how we sin
How we sin, how we sin, how we sin, how we sin
Cold metal, in the afternoon
Sounds lovely like a hendrix tune
Cold metal, its the father of beat
The mother of the street
Cold metal, it rolls on by
Cold metal, gonna raise it high
Cold metal, itll even fly
Rust buckets in the sky
Cold metal, got to be
Skeleton of the free
Cold metal, its gotta be
Better save a tree
Save a tree, save a tree, save a tree, save a tree
Yeah

Metal Magic

When they say dont look back
Do what they say
You gotta look ahead
To a better day
In a world of metal magic
You need a break
Go forth
Take a chance
Make no mistake
Metal magic
Metal magic
Metal magic
Metal magic
They say you cant go back
Oh so true
When youre a rocker baby
You gotta pay your dues
In a world of metal magic
Magic never ends
Sometimes you lose
And sometimes you win
Metal magic
Metal magic
Metal magic
Metal magic
Lost in the metal magic
It never ends
Sometimes you lose
Sometimes you win
Metal magic
Metal magic
Metal magic
Yeah

Our Metal Beast

Down the road we talk and laugh,
In the metal beast that gives us a ride,
Who knows if it is willing,
And who would really care.

Who ever thought we could ruin,
the life of that which gives it back,
the metal beast are everywhere,
Large ones that seem to carry,
Fifty or more on their tracks.

Or the small ones no more than five or six,
they can carry,
These metal beast,
we never question,
these metal beast that spew out death,
in a smokey and floating form.

Our metal beast,
that we learn to love,
Our metal beast are everywhere,
polished and primed,
or rusty and old,

Our metal beast that we hold onto,
that we love,
Or take for granted.

Our metal beast,
spew out death to our home.

A Friendship

Gold is a metal that glints in the sun,
a precious metal that everyone wants some,
but gold can also be more special
when friendship looms on you.

Friendship is something special
and worth more than the metal gold.
For once, it’s wrapped around you,
you will never feel the cold.

It maybe invisible to the touch,
but can still be felt.
For when you are in need,
a friend is always there.

Their words melt the coldness
that comes from despair
and turn your frown
from an upside down smile around.

There is an old saying
that goes just like this,
with one friend you’ll never need
to ever be lonely again.

So when you have a friendship
take care of it with all your might,
for if you let it go
it may disappear out of sight.

Silver Is Metal Used To Kill Demon Souls

gold gold is the fever metal
for the love of gold shining in their eyes
men resort to violent base morals

gold lust will turn men's
hearts to savage beasts
gold is not a beautiful metal

of salvation
curse of death men's
gold haunts

generations of men

silver silver is redemption metal
thirty pieces of silver payment
price for betrayal of prophet Christ

in blood of Christ
silver is granted power over evil
silver is metal

used to kill demon souls

silver not gold
is salvation metal
with power to slay evil

Heavy Metal Hamsters

There are some fellows soft and mellow
Sitting in the field and play like hell
No one knows the way it goes
But all the songs they play they sound so well
Tonight we go to see the heavy metal hamsters
It must feel nice to be a heavy metal hamster
Nothing sets you free like our heavy metal hamsters
A 20th century fox came by
A gold tipped cigarette high in his jaws
Contracts, pds, nose-bags, tv-shows
And everything with no remorse
Things are settled now for our heavy metal hamsters
Fame up to your brows, oh heavy metal hamster
A previously unknown lifestyle heavy metal hamster
The sweet taste of success is strong
And everything inside goes wrong you see
With coloured furs, sunglasses
Tons of nuts to eat, they dont feel free
What is wrong with our heavy metal hamster?
Look what they have done our heavy metal hamsters
Where is the field to run for our heavy metal hamsters
Some things are left undone for our heavy metal hamsters

Tears

Tears! tears! tears!
In the night, in solitude, tears;
On the white shore dripping, dripping, suck'd in by the sand;
Tears--not a star shining--all dark and desolate;
Moist tears from the eyes of a muffled head:
--O who is that ghost?--that form in the dark, with tears?
What shapeless lump is that, bent, crouch'd there on the sand?
Streaming tears--sobbing tears--throes, choked with wild cries;
O storm, embodied, rising, careering, with swift steps along the
beach;
O wild and dismal night storm, with wind! O belching and
desperate! 10
O shade, so sedate and decorous by day, with calm countenance and
regulated pace;
But away, at night, as you fly, none looking--O then the unloosen'd
ocean,
Of tears! tears! tears!

Daily prayer to myself

my body is strong as metal
my kidneys are strong as metal
my heart is strong as metal
my intestine is strong as metal
every part of my body is strong as iron
my daily prayer to myself

One of life's best coping mechanisms is to know the difference between an inconvenience and a problem. Life is inconvenient. Life is lumpy. A lump in the oatmeal, a lump in the throat and a lump in the breast are not the same kind of lump. One needs to learn the difference.

Cold Metal Rhythm

This isnt music
This is survival
Used up and burnt out
Like an old ford car
No more opinions
Im back in harness
Cold metal rhythm
Takes me back to god
Metal rhythm
Cold and sane
Know my reason
Know my name
Radio station
Thank you for nothing
I like this anger
And I wont forget
This isnt love
Its more like a need
Im a cold metal junkie
And I need the cure

Metal Militia

Thunder and lightning the gods take revenge
Senseless destruction
Victems of fury are cowardly now
Running for safety
Stabbing the harlot to pay for her sins
Leaving the virgin
Suicide running as if it were free
Ripping and tearing

On through the mist and the madness
We are trying to get the message to you
Metal Militia
Metal Militia
Metal Militia

Chained and shadowed to be left behind
nine and one thousand
Metal militia for your sacrifice
iron clad soldiers
Join or be conquered the law of the land
What will befall you
The metalization of your inner soul
twisting and turning

On through the mist and the madness
We are trying to get the message to you
Metal Militia
Metal Militia
Metal Militia

We are as one as we all are the same
fighting for one cause
Leather and metal are our uniforms
protecting what we are
Joining together to take on the world
with our heavy metal
Spreading the message to everyone here
Come let yourself go

On through the mist and the madness
We are trying to get the message to you
Metal Militia
Metal Militia
Metal Militia

Tires squealing, rubber burning

metal against metal
crimson puddles overflowing
coffins waiting to be buried
Speeding Demon devil chaser flying by
without a care, strike memories
of funeral dirges and burnt smoke in the air
The last scream dying in the flames
My eyes grow wide and horror mask my face
the shock jolts my body
the tears roll down my face

Metal Maniac Mastermind

You sense his picture without a clue
You feel his presence- you think its true
Somehow we know we have to pay
For all the things we didnt do or say
He is here- calling for you
Dont turn away- get down on your knees and pray
Seven days- seven secrets he had
We cant find out- and thats too bad
We always tried to believe in you
No sign or proof of the truth
We pray to you- metal maniac mastermind- looking for ya
No one like you- hes coming back for you
We pray to you- metal maniac mastermind- looking for ya
No one like you- metal maniac mastermind
Were burning out like a fireball
Leaving just a shell
If you ever gonna let us down
We break apart- so lets hold on
We always tried to believe in you
No sign or proof of the truth
We pray to you- metal maniac mastermind- looking for ya
No one like you- hes coming back for you
We pray to you- metal maniac mastermind- looking for ya
No one like you- seven days- seven secrets he had
And when you hear the voice- you know you got no choice
With no more tears and no more fears- you will never be alone again
Hes coming back just for you- who ever thought that he would
You better start to believe it- its time to let a dream come true
We always tried to believe in you
No sign or proof of the truth
We pray to you- metal maniac mastermind- looking for ya
No one like you- hes coming back for you
We pray to you- metal maniac mastermind- dont turn away

Power Metal

You say you want it loud
Ill never turn it down
You wanta feel my power
Pound you in the ground
I wanta give you fury
Blow your head apart
Ill leave you comatose
From the very start
You say you want some metal
Ill give you all Ive got
My deadly grasp is lethal
This force will never stop
Power metal
Rock forever
Power metal
On forever
I am the metal beast
The battle dog I deal
My soul was spawned in hell
My body coiled steel
Put on this earth to
Melt it down to the core
Ill make you feel such pain
Youre comin back for more
You say you want some metal
Ill give you all Ive got
My deadly grasp is lethal
This force will never stop
Power metal
Rock forever
Power metal
On forever

Metal Eater

It slits you up- deep inside
It hits you here right between your eyes
Its somehow evil- red-hot and weird
A dangerous feeling- you never want it
It turns you inside out
Dont know why I cant beat it
It feels like burning steel
It sounds like grinding metal sheets
Metal eater- it always gets you
Metal eater- money eating murder slot machine- metal eater
If you would know- how to stop
But youre hooked to the bandits for your life
And as you see it- its better than to run
But youre dead wrong- its gonna kill ya
Its gonna smash you after all
Dont know why I cant beat it
It feels like burning steel
It sounds like grinding metal sheets
Metal eater- it always gets you
Metal eater- money eating murder slot machine- metal eater
Dont know why I cant beat it
It feels like burning steel
It sounds like grinding metal sheets
Metal eater- it always gets you
Metal eater- money eating murder slot machine- metal eater
Metal eater- with a smile its gonna kill ya
Metal eater- money eating murder slot machine
Metal eater- burning steel- its somehow evil
Metal eater- no one stops the money eating murder slot machine
