The Judgement
The Judge looked down, his face was grim,
He scratched his ear;
The gangster's moll looked up at him
With eyes of fear.
She thought: 'This guy in velvet gown,
With balding pate,
Who now on me is looking down,
Can seal my fate.'
The Judge thought: 'Fifteen years or ten
I might decree.
Just let me say the word and then
Go home to tea.
But then this poor wretch might not be
So long alive . . .'
So with surprise he heard that he
Was saying 'Five'.
The Judge went home. His daughter's child
Was five that day;
And with sweet gifts around her piled
She laughed in play.
Then mused the Judge: 'Life oft bestows
Such evil odds.
May he who human mercy shows
Not count on God's?'

Judge
Judge is not here to decide
Who is winner and who is loser.
Judge is here to decide
Who is in right point.
No judge is empower to

No judge has got power
To give life to the lifeless.
Judge can not decide

Judge can not say
The right source for right word.
Judge is not judge
So long as the judge is mortal
Judge is judge
If judge is eternal.

Do not Judge me (First Poem Submitted)
As I stand before you
with the reality of the shame of my sins in my arms.
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
You do not know the pains I have suffered,
As you look at me like I am a demon from the pits of Hell.
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
Picture youself alone as I, needing the comfort and touch of another.
Would you not do the same?
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
And my child has already been marked like a person with the plague.
Not given a chance,
Do not judge him,
You do not know him.
We all have sinned and it is not our job to judge,
So do not judge me.
You do not know me.

Who is to judge?
Family Heads, are you right to judge?
Political Heads, are you wise to judge?
Religious Heads, are you just to judge?
Judicial Heads, are you true to judge?
Individuals, are you free to judge?
One is right to one’s act.
Each act ends with its fate
As each birth meets its death.
Which birth is not just?
Which act is not just?
Who are you and I to judge?
Time is supreme and beyond us.

Sonnet: God is the Best Judge
Which man can judge others accurately?
Is it a thing easy to judge others?
The human judge best though learned be, errs;
No one can judge his neighbor ev’r ably.
A man has both a good and bad backgrounds;
Only the proportion varies with time;
No man is perfect, not even his rhyme!
Can one predict the layers within mounds?
Man is so complex; so is his action;
No man can be perfect akin to God;
God’s judgments will be free of mal-function;
No man is perfect, his judgment is odd!
Let not a man judge his neighbor rashly!
God is the only Judge who does justly.

You Cant Judge A Book
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover
When I was young and went to school
My mama taught me the magic rule
And what she said I tried my best to follow
She said
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover
Then I left school and moved around
And what I saw and what I found
Made me remember what she said to follow
She said
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover
And now I think, by now Id know, that what appears is not always so
And I remember what she said to follow
She said
You cant judge a book by looking at the cover
No, you cant judge a man by looking at the cover
And you cant judge a book by looking at the cover

Violet De Vere
You've heard of Violet de Vere, strip-teaser of renown,
Whose sitting-base out-faired the face of any girl in town;
Well, she was haled before the Bench for breachin' of the Peace,
Which signifies araisin' Cain, an' beatin' up the police.
So there she stood before the Court of ruddy Judge McGraw
Whom folks called Old Necessity, because he knew no law.
Aye, crackin' in a silken gown, an' sheddin' of a tear,
Ashine wi' gold an' precious stones sat Violet de Vere.
Old Judge McGraw looked dourly down an' stroked his silver beard.
Says he: "Although the Sheriff's bruised, the lady should be heared.
What can you say in your defence? We'll give you a square deal."
"I jest forget," said Violet. "Maybe it was my heel.
I always want to kick the gong when I am feelin' gay;
It's most unfortunate, I guess, his face was in the way."
Then scratchin' of his snowy pow the Judge looked down severe,
Where bright wi' paint like plaster saint sat Violet de Vere.
Says he: "I'm going to impose a twenty dollar fine."
Says Violet: "Your Honour, to your judgement I resign.
I realize I should not my agility reveal:
Next time I'll kick the Sheriff with my toe and not my heel.
I'm grateful to the Court because I'm not put in the clink;
There's twenty plunks to pay my fine,--but now I come to think:
Judge, darlin', you've been owin' me five bucks for near a year:
Take fifteen,--there! We'll call it square," said Violet de Vere.

We Are All Sinners
Why should i judge you? !
We are all sinners and,
I judge no one;
But we can surely change for the better on this earth,
For the Father in Heaven is watching over us all!
And, He has the authority to judge.

Watcher Of The Skies
Watcher of the skies watcher of all
His is a world alone no world is his own,
He whom life can no longer surprise,
Raising his eyes beholds a planet unknown.
Creatures shaped this planets soil,
Now their reign has come to an end,
Has life again destroyed life,
Do they play elsewhere, do they know
More than their childhood games?
Maybe the lizards shed its tail,
This is the end of mans long union with earth.
Judge not this race by empty remains
Do you judge God by his creatures when they are dead?
For now, the lizards shed its tail
This is the end of mans long union with earth.
From life alone to life as one,
Think not now your journeys done
For though your ship be sturdy, no
Mercy has the sea,
Will you survive on the ocean of being?
Come ancient children hear what I say
This is my parting council for you on your way.
Sadly now your thoughts turn to the stars
Where we have gone you know you never can go.
Watcher of the skies watcher of all
This is your fate alone, this fate is your own.

The judge gave Michael permission to issue a statement. I think Jackson went way outside the bounds of the judge's intent. It will be interesting to see what the judge does tomorrow in court.

Life beneath the surface
Life on the surface is all well for people to see,
but the most inportant thing is inside,
people judge people from outside,
but what they should judge is what is true,
which is inside,
but who are they to judge? ,
no one has a right to judge,
but its still happening,
people have enough problems,
with out another problem,
thinking about what people would think...
This Afternoon's Experience
We face each other
I, the judge, and he, the priest
Accuser,
He claims he had been swindled
And he was furious
And he could have hit the swindler with his fist
Or kicked him
The twist comes
Our souls shifted
I have become the priest
And he becomes
The judge
I have seen the fury in his face
His eyebrows positioned like spears
Ready for a kill
It is shameful
Some tears fall from my eyes
And he does not notice
The shapes of
Compassion
I have long looked to the skies
For answers
And this afternoon
I guess i have
Found some
I tell him i do not really know
Compassion is always
A mouth gagged because there is nothing
Worth saying.

Abroad we judge the dress; at home we judge the man.
Child Face
Hers is the child's face
at the window
the face which won't leave my mind, .
The longing there,
the voice says
how long til help comes?
In every meeting
even if the room is windowless
I see her face
hear that voice
and I think
we working for you in here;
it won't be long.
Every meeting
has a judge
whether what I am doing there
helps her.
Every conversation, deed and thought
has a judge
whether it helps her,
every urgency
has a queue
and she stands at the front.
Every heart beat
carries hers first.
If there is nothing being done in the room
for her
I leave.

When we went to school we were told that we were governed by laws, not men. As a result of that, many people think there is no need to pay any attention to judicial candidates because judges merely apply the law by some mathematical formula and a good judge and a bad judge all apply the same kind of law. The fact is that the most important part of a judge's work is the exercise of judgment and that the law in a court is never better than the common sense judgment of the judge that is presiding.

Judgment Day
It is 3: 30 in the morning, and I hear the shovel scraping the sidewalk. I look toward my window and all I could see was the cold white of the snow. I begin to think what is this is the judgment day that I heard the preacher speak of so many times when I was a child. I begin to rewind the video tape of my life that is stored in my memory. I figured if this is judgment day then let me first judge myself. I remember all the fights I got in with Trina (a girl knew when I was a child) because she called me cripple boy. Now yes she was wrong to say that but I still shouldn’t have fought a girl. I recall yelling back at my mom once and there I broke a commandment. (Honor thou mother and father) but wait is it dishonor when She treated me like I was nothing just because I was born with Cerebral Palsy. I guess no matter what I was supposed to honor her for she is my parent. I slept with many women out of wedlock but I had love for them all. Now just when I was sobbing because I was sure I was going to hell I heard God. And he said unto me, “did you ask for forgiveness? ” “Yes Lord” I replied. “Then so you shall be forgiven.” As calm came over me and I shut my eyes to sleep. God said this to me, “Judge yea not and yea shall not be judge. This also mean don’t judge yourself.”
Long Arm Of The Law
In cumberland kentucky
On a cool hot evening
Billy lay in love with marrianne
She was a rich judges daughter
He was a son of a miner
But that night their love was more than they could stand
The judge said to his daughter
That son of that coal miner
Is someone youll go hell to leave alone
She knew his dad so well
She knew she couldnt tell
But the truth was bound in show before too long
Their love had started growing on its own
You cant out run the long arm of the law
No, you cant out run the long arm of the law
Billy placed his hand on mary
And he felt the babys moving
Kissed her and said Ill see you when I can
The judge had made a promise
When he caught up with billy
Hed sent him far away from marianne
The whole town knew hed do it
Too many times hed proved it
To at least a hundred men behind the wall
Hed smiled behind that frown
And when he brought that gavel down
He called himself the long arm of the law
And hed set his mind on seeing billy fall
In a hot humid mine shack
A mid-white pulled the sheet back
And placed cool damp towel on marianne
Billys eyes were wide with wonder
From the spell he was under
When she placed the new born baby in his hands
He didnt hear the siren
Just a babys crying
That miracle of love was all he saw
When the door came crashing down
And billy turned around
He felt the heart and soul inside him fall
He stood face to face
With the long arm of the law
You cant out run the long arm of the law
No, you cant out run the long arm of the law
You can hide out for a while
He says with a smile
But you cant out run the long arm of the law
Seemed like everybody down in cumberland kentucky
Came out that day to see poor billys trial
The court was called to order
There sat the judges daughter
She looked so proud
Holding billys child
When they brought billy to him
The judge just look right thru him
As he held that holy Bible in his hand
And he smiled at his grandson
Then his eyes cut back to billy
And said I think this time
The law will understand
Son, I sentence you to live with marianne
You cant out run the long arm of the law
No, you cant out run the long arm of the law
He said to billy with a smile
I know you hide out for a while
Ah but you cant out run the long arm of the law
No you cant out run the long arm of the law

Perhaps it is not true to speak of God as a judge at all, or of his judgements. There does not seem to be really any evidence that His worlds are places of trial but rather schools, places of training, or that He is a judge but rather a Teacher, a Trainer, not in the imperfect sense in which men are teachers, but in the sense of His contriving and adapting His whole universe for one purpose of training every intelligent being to be perfect. … I think God would not be the Almighty, the All-Wise, the All-Good, if he were the judge, in the sense that the evangelical and Roman Catholic Christians impute judgement to him. … Our business is, I think, to understand, not to judge. What He does is, as far as we know, to rule by law down to the most infinitesimally small portion of His universe, not to judge.

Touch And Go
nothing to think about
come what may
i put my foot forward
whether it is better or worse
nothing matters
i just do what i want
welcome the errors
do not correct anything
let them judge
as you judge them
keep going
do not ask for directions
let life take you
let life take its due course
no safety pins
no compass
just close your eyes
and ride the clouds
for free
hitch upon a dream
like a hook to an eye
keep going
alive
flow
oh!

The Better Part
Long fed on boundless hopes, O race of man,
How angrily thou spurn’st all simpler fare!
“Christ,” some one says, “was human as we are;
No judge eyes us from Heaven, our sin to scan;
We live no more, when we have done our span.”
“Well, then, for Christ,” thou answerest, “who can care?
From sin, which Heaven records not, why forbear?
Live we like brutes our life without a plan!”
So answerest thou; but why not rather say:
“Hath man no second life?—Pitch this one high!
Sits there no judge in Heaven, our sin to see?—
More strictly, then, the inward judge obey!
Was Christ a man like us? Ah! let us try
If we then, too, can be such men as he!”
