Woman’s pretension
Some men threw some lewd comments behind you.
Some men devoured you with their lustful eyes.
Indignant, you grew pungent about them;
Yet you preen yourself for the looks you have.

Inhibitions
To tell lies or make lewd comments
Or break promises I’m not at ease,
Which is due more to inhibitions

LOVE IS A FOUNTAIN'....inspired by Afzal Shauq's Poem 'BEGGING HEART' / Jessica R
Love is when
you keep coming back
to the overflowing fountain
of your lover because,
no matter how much
you come to him,
your thirst cannot
be quenched and
you constantly want
him more and more.
It is not to fulfill
your lustful needs;
that is not love.
This is why you
must keep the
water pure until
the well of commitment
has spilled over
into marriage.
When sex contaminates
the fresh spring,
the flow will forever
be tainted.
The stream will continue
but will never satisfy
like it would if you
took only small sips now
and waited to drink of his body
until the time is right.
However, you must
keep the sips limited
to moist kisses
because if you don’t,
they may lead
to hearty gulps
that can drown
your honorable intentions.

Arrogance
Lewd comments are hawkers’ cry.
Ladies can ignore or warn or leave
Or respond true to their heart.
Must they spit, betray and punish?

The curse of beauty
Her beauty
Became
A curse for her
She incited
Much envy from the
Other girls
Where ever
She went
Roving eyes
Followed her
Lewd gestures
Made her angry
Vulgar comments
Felt like
Molten lead in the ears
At times,
She felt like
A helpless prisoner
Quite often,
She cursed
Her beauty
Prayed to god
Why he made her
So beautiful
Little less
Would have been
Better

not blue like the sky
but deep blue
a rich blue
red wine blue

Glade dark today
dark dark dark
no light so no colour
sad sad sad
need to stare more intently
white smudge very faint
hard to know what is
my imagination
and what is real
well, all is real
in the dark poetic world
of metitation

My poetic meditation blog
A glade on a hillside
sweet flowers adorn it
lush bushes surround it
urged to go up it
slow progress through it
no effort on it
gorgeous flowers distract
28.07.07 12.00pm
Path darker today
I make slower progress
Towards the
yellow smudge in the sky
that lies ahead

Pungent and pleasant it is.
Pungent and pleasant it is.
Asking pardon from pressure is
Swallowing one’s pride; pungent.
Showing power from position is
Showing one’s pride; pleasant.
To swallow it is as much pungent
As to show it is pleasant.

Look is race specific
Bull! Be not proud of your looks.
You cannot compete with a Ram
To woo and win over a goat.
Lustful look is a race specific.

When we grew apart
You say we grew apart
but I can't not say...
'babe, you threw ya heart'
where did it go?
I know,
it was when you told your white lies
it was when you stood in the white snow.
It was when you grew into a woman.
It was when I saw you smile
babe we grew apart
but for me it was only for a while.

Do Gray Women Blush?
Do gray women blush,
when they’re feeling blue
getting a great rush
for a man who’s new?
Do they ever get,
to their extreme surprise,
suddenly most wet
when they see the size
of the man who made them
blush? The answer’s yes.
I know, because I’ve laid them.
Who are they? You must guess.
Inspired by a sexy dream I had last night, and by comments Roger Scruton makes about blushing in Sexual Desire: A Philosophical Investigation.
This was Linda’s response:
Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow
Grey is the color of cloudy skies
and they can turn black, angry,
white the color round my eyes
and red after a sangri,
but though some rinse like heaven to blue
and purple on occasions,
I'm earthbound, brown, rich soil, a hue
most lustful in persuasions.
Yet grey, red, black, brown, purple, blue
all crown a head with features
like cheeks that blanche when love's not true
or blush at lustful creatures
who like a snake with tasty fruit
ensnare the dormouse lingering
within it's cosy cave tree root
aroused by brilliant fingering!

3 Libras
threw you the obvious
and you flew with it on your back
a name in your recollection down among a million same
difficult not to feel a little bit
disappointed and passed over
when i've looked right through to see you naked but oblivious
and you don't see me
but i threw you the obvious just to see if there's more behind the
eyes of a fallen angel
eyes of a tragedy
here i am expecting just a little bit too much form the wounded
but i see through it all
and see you
so i threw you the obvious to see what occurs behind the
eyes of a fallen angel
eyes of a tragedy
oh well
apparently nothing
you don't see me
you don't see me at all

Erotica
i am telling
you i have the smell
of something
pungent
but you say
you do not mind
in fact
you like the smell
of pungent
substances
the wet one
you even
like to lick
and swallow
and then you
hold me
as you kneel
like i am
a god
and you plead
that i be
hard
and so unforgiving

This War’s for you..
Microwave with packaging too
This War’s for you
No Secondhand – everything new
This War’s for you
A 4 by 4 won’t smaller do?
This War’s for you
Living in your plastic zoo
This War’s for you
The rubbish that just grew and grew
This War’s for you
The things you brought and threw
This War’s for you
Heating up to 32
This War’s for you
A Revolution perhaps a coup
This War’s for you
Children maimed by bombs that flew
This War’s for you
TV propaganda for you to View
This War’s for you

The Death Of A Dog.
my dog grew old and sick so i stood by his side,
but it's the tears in my eyes that im holding inside,
they say a dog is a man's best friend,
well it's true he was there till the very end,
from a puppy to a full grown,
right now i feel like my hart is being torn,
out for walks giving my dog a bone,
now im just sitting here home reminising all alone,
the death of a dog is never easy,
flashbacks when we usto play freezebee,
now im just sitting here reminising,
thinking about how much of you im missing..

Guess Who Will Find THAT Offensive?
My comments offend?
Your skin must be very thin.
If my depictions are available,
To be observed...
And your eyes have been fixed on sweets.
While you couldn't get enough,
Of those delusions fed...
To quickly eat of that 'funky stuff'.
My comments once made,
Freely and unafraid...
Will eventually be all up in your head,
To repeat back to me.
And guess who will find THAT offensive?
People like you who now wish,
They had listened and not passed judgement.
Have you ever heard the term,
'It Is Never Too Late? '
Look around you.
What time have you been waiting for to arrive?
That has long been sitting to visit.
And right before your eyes undisguised.
I didn't welcome that.
You did!

The aged one goes hungry
As a lad I had my eyes on every lass,
That never led me to believe then that
As an old, I would retain the same lustful eyes
To suffer humility at the hands of women.

Thrill Has Gone
Listening I hear your voice
Together you and I have nothing left to carry on
And Im seeing you slip away
Cause you never cared
You never even realised
Now the thrill has gone
Cause I can see it in your eyes
Now the thrill has gone
And it was you who threw it all away
Now the thrill has gone
Wondering as I look outside
Changes all around
Theres nothing left here to hide
And Im asking you have you lost your soul
Cause you never cared
You never even realised that I wasnt there
Now the thrill has gone
Cause I can see it in your eyes
Now the thrill has gone
And it was you who threw it all away
Now the thrill has gone
Say to me what I want to hear
Say to me what I want to hear
Cause you never cared
You never even realised that I wasnt there
Now the thrill has gone
Cause I can see it in your eyes
Now the thrill has gone
And it was you who threw it all away
Now the thrill has gone
Now the thrill has gone
Cause I can see it in your eyes
Now the thrill has gone
And it was you who threw it all away
Now the thrill has gone

The Little Peach
A little peach in the orchard grew,--
A little peach of emerald hue;
Warmed by the sun and wet by the dew,
It grew.
One day, passing that orchard through,
That little peach dawned on the view
Of Johnny Jones and his sister Sue--
Them two.
Up at that peach a club they threw--
Down from the stem on which it grew
Fell that peach of emerald hue.
Mon Dieu!
John took a bite and Sue a chew,
And then the trouble began to brew,--
Trouble the doctor couldn't subdue.
Too true!
Under the turf where the daisies grew
They planted John and his sister Sue,
And their little souls to the angels flew,--
Boo hoo!
What of that peach of the emerald hue,
Warmed by the sun, and wet by the dew?
Ah, well, its mission on earth is through.
Adieu!
1880.

Sugar Plummed By Fairyisms
Hmmm...
Do I care that my comments may be offensive,
To those who may be of slow apprehension?
I've been called crude and rude and heartless,
By some.
Brilliant by others.
And stupid and dumb...
By those who qualify themselves,
As loved ones.
But...
Do I 'care' that my comments may be offensive?
That depends if I am in a forgiving mood to forget.
Since the recalling of my 'anguish' goes totally misunderstood,
By those whose lives have been fantasized...
And 'sugar plummed' by fairyisms.
I grew up in a tenement project.
A place we called the 'brickyard'.
But officially named Bellevue Square.
An experiment of sorts,
For those poor and Black!
Living in Hartford, Connecticut.
But I do the best I can,
To provide an accurate assessment of my outlook.
From my experiences and point of view.
Even though it is difficult to sweeten,
Those lingering memories.
Hmmm...
Do I care that my comments may be offensive?
Oh yes.
Especially when I become victimized,
Listening to them repeated...
And,
Coming from the mouths of those who believe I stay angry.
And I'm only angry on Tuesdays between 2: 30pm and five.
And on most Thursdays anytime before noon.
