Which is preferable?
Law has no allowance for ignorance.
Discipline has no room for mercy.
Perfection has no hole for tolerance.
Loyalty has no place for honesty.
Which groups does the God prefer?

Honesty verses loyalty
Loyalty is being honest to a person;
Honesty is being loyal to a cause.
Loyalty is being faithful
And honesty, being virtuous.
Kumbakarna was loyal;
Vibhishna was honest.
The world is run by loyalty
Rather than by honesty.

Living up to basic ethical standards in the classroom-discipline, tolerance, honesty-is one of the most important ways children learn how to function in society at large.

Our institutions and values are in jeopardy as the mores of the market pervade all social life in this country. Loyalty, honesty, courage, discipline, patriotism, and commitment to family are being crowded out by the goals and rules of economic rationality -- do whatever makes the most money.

Lowdown
Pop
I dont want to throw away my time
Playing games I dont respect or like
I cant give away my sovereignty
To existence with no song of me
And the hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low
Theres a hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low
I built myself a beautiful brick wall
Gets a little higher every day
_? _ ignorance inhabits me
Cause Ive already chased my love away
And the hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low
Theres a hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low
Take that happy banner off the wall
I dont need to see no smiling face
All I really wants a cup of tea
To feel a warmth inside of me
And the hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low
Theres a hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low
Theres a hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low
Theres a hole in my heart
Im lowdown
Theres a hole in my heart
Im low

What Children Once Did
As far as perceptions go,
One should not believe they know another,
Based upon what they have been told.
Everything living like the seasons do change.
There are too many people walking around,
Who have yet to say hello to someone 'known'.
But can spend hours talking about that person,
As if they had witnessed all of their activities since birth.
And when it comes to some folks related to others,
Embellishing what they do as time passes on...
Is enough for them to create who that person is 'today',
Because it was known who they were in elementary schools...
Doing what children once did and still are expected to do.
With the leaving of hints and the dropping of clues,
As to why there is such a tolerance...
For immaturity and the acceptance of ignorance.
And the allowance given not to offend,
Those who have abandoned accountability altogether.

Loyalists Get Crowns Or Thorns
Being loyal is like a child
Clinging fast to its mother's hand.
It is a survival instinct,
Which honesty cannot command.
One is loyal for a target.
Loyalty is task specific,
Time bound and space bound in approach.
In its place enters no mercy.
Being loyal undermines shame,
Defers logic, ignores justice
And works against one's conscience.
A loyalist might succeed or succumb.

Some Prefer To Keep It Frozen
Honesty can be that one gift received,
To be quickly unwrapped to wear.
With a daring that is flaunted.
And exposing it to everyone,
To prove a truth living within...
Exists and is shown everywhere.
Unfortunately...
Not everyone welcomes this gift to receive.
With a keeping it under wraps.
To pack away in one's attic.
Or...
Stored in one's basement.
To leave it frozen in a freezer,
With a thawing no one will ever see at all.
A shocking honesty and truth can awe.
A shocking honesty and truth can awe.
A shocking honesty and truth can awe.
Some prefer to keep frozen,
Never to thaw.
Honesty can be that one gift received,
To be quickly unwrapped to wear.
With a daring that is flaunted.
And exposing it to everyone,
To prove a truth living within...
Exists and is shown everywhere.
But,
Left corrupted...
A shocking honesty can awe.
To be abducted.
Shocking honesty can awe.
With none conducted.
A shocking honesty can awe.
And...
Leaving it to freeze,
Never to thaw.
A shocking honesty and truth can awe.
A shocking honesty and truth can awe.
A shocking honesty and truth can awe.
Some prefer to keep frozen,
Never to thaw.

At his own cost
Perfection sits on a heap of wastage.
Discipline sits on a pack of stresses.
Promptness sits on a sack of neglects.
One thus satisfies others at one’s cost.

Coked, Pineappled And Baked
I like ham cloved.
Then coked, pineappled and baked.
However...
I prefer my chicken fried.
And seasoned to taste.
'And...? '
And?
And what?
'That's it?
Nothing political to say?
Nothing racist to incite disdain?
What about relationships?
And the appalling disrespect?
Mediocrity and the rise of ignorance?
What about dumbdowning more dummies?
The lack of discipline? '
Who's
Poem...
Is this?
'It's yours.'
Thank you.

For Redemption
Mercy is an option-
unredeeming in
my attire of pain.
Lashed by bitter
storms of accusations
my honesty is
poor protection.
My armour
I thought-
never knowing
it would show
my Achilles Heel.
Opening myself
in all my
rawness-
in all my
lack of beauty-
in all that
I have ever been-
My honesty
is my undoing.
(Hasn't it always been?)
Mercy is an option.
Not one I'd choose
though.
I'll wait.
And Hope.
Because I know
it's my honesty
that will stand
guard-
When the demons
of doubt
are vanquished.
As they must be.
As they will be.
For,
Though pain be its gift,
Love never fails.

Betrayal
Can I offer a magnifying glass,
Or does a mirror suffice?
To scrutinize my insides
I will provide you with a knife...
I transport your artistic energies,
What compensation to me?
To be used as an instrument
Of consequent loyalty...
What allowance of proprietorship
Granted you possession
Of my equilibrium
For some other expression?
Captured as a source for your invention
I am helpless game of your play
Existing in frailty
Guards against such display...
It is bitter to swallow deception,
A method I can't accept
Being used as an exhibit
You installed with disrespect...

Prolonged and Lucrative
Only in a place...
Where negotiations should take place,
Are those upset...
By this process.
They prefer conflicting contests to disturb,
Any reasonable solution...
That might end a prolonged and lucrative,
Ignorance that has kept them fed!

The Crazy Woman
she is a neighbor
they think she is crazy
what we have
we keep
tolerance and
tolerance
she asks for coffee
and cookies
watches tv
and decides which channel to watch
i am about to burst
until she gets away with
sanity
she says
what she has is tolerance
and tolerance for me
fair.

Ethics and Civics
Fame, status
Sex, lust
Politics, religion
Drugs and infidelity.
'What about honesty, loyalty...
Faith and morality? '
Yeah!
But Missus Simmons...
You mentioned nothing about fiction.
You told us to keep our essays 'real'.
And to include those areas of our goals...
If we are to become assets to today's society.
You gave us this assignment last week!
Remember?
'Yes...
This is true.
But not one of you had anything to say,
About honesty, loyalty, faith or morality.'
But Missus Simmons...
None of us are 'that' creative.
This isn't English.
This is an Ethics and Civics class.
'I don't know how I can get this across to you all.'
But Missus Simmons,
I thought you told us you had a 'doctorate' degree?

Take and be prepared for my friend C.P
The desert plains of ice and snow are not a place I’d choose to go.
Nor sandy wastes under the sun dry deserts don’t suit everyone.
The high plateaus of the Andes; I can assure you will not please.
Perhaps I’m choosy but I find such desert places most unkind.
I much prefer the moors I roam which welcome me. I feel at home.
Although they’re barren, wild and bleak I find the solitude I seek.
Each to his own I must suppose. My own high moors are what I chose.
I listen when they speak to me, I understand them easily.
They can be dangerous it’s true. You can take risks if you choose to.
I don’t take risks I know the rules. The high moors have no time for fools.
I have been sometimes weather bound by sudden mists which cloak the ground.
I have sufficient sense to see my moors are merely testing me.
Mistakes the moors will not forgive, I am prepared so I survive.
A wise man gives the moors respect but fools don not but they expect.
Tolerance for their carelessness their stupid unpreparedness.
The moors are not the enemy they judge all men impartially.
Some learn by hard experience there’s limits to their tolerance.
But others pay the penalty. Killed by their own stupidity.

Our Own Ignorance Prejudices
in the humbling
realization of our own
ignorance prejudices
begins our long walk
to tolerance for all
and an awful pity
for those still
fevered with anger
hate bitterness
