To die as great
Own a house, men and business.
Have kin and friends in good humour.
Spend on women and poor neigbours.
Rob and plunder as much to do all these.
Yes, you must die as great, no doubt.

Oh To Be Wealthy And Famous
Oh to be wealthy and famous living in a big house by the sea
With a Rolls Royce in my garage of money worries quite free
Seen as a successful person with heaps of money to spend
Everyone would want to know me everyone would be my friend.
I could help the poor and needy for others I could do good
I could help you out then poor fellow instead of saying I would help you if I could
Money it speaks every language pity the poor and downtrod
Surely there is nothing greater than money the great paper god.
I could do wonders with money help those in dire poverty
Be an example to others to worthy causes donate generously
Instead I struggle for survival one of the poor of our Street
Life for me an uphill battle struggling for to make ends meet.
Oh to be wealthy and famous the wealthiest man in the Town
I could be generous with money help those financially down
Instead I am just a poor battler who would wish to be my friend
I who must be careful with money and count every dollar I spend?

None Of Ur Friends Business
[course]
It aint none of your friends business
It aint none of your friends business
What we will be doin tonight
We can just hang out all night or grab a bite
It aint none of your friends business
It aint none of your friends business
Whether you get sexed tonight
Long as we protect ourselves and do it right
It aint none of your friends business
It aint none of your friends business
We can just go to the park
And lay there till after dark
At the park
It aint none of your friends business
It aint none of your friends business
We can just go to the movies girl
Cause tonight it's all your world

College Campus
Colleges are very large.
There isn’t much heat.
If you walk into a dorm,
You’ll notice it isn’t neat.
The kids spend much free time in the field house,
Playing sports no doubt.
They spend not much time on homework,
As their grades go down the spout.
It depends on the student’s age,
The freshmen don’t really try.
But when the midterms come in,
They surely will cry.
The Upper-class students, though, are intelligent,
They keep good watch on their schedule,
Because they know if they work hard
For any great job, they could be eligible.
Graduation week comes around quick
And the seniors are a very important group.
The parents will be very proud
But their jobs will tie them in a loop.

Country Gentleman
Country gentleman walked a crooked mile,
Got our money in his pocket.
Did it all with a very handsome smile.
Now, he's livin' it up in a great big office.
He ain't a-gonna help no poor man.
He ain't a-goona help no poor man.
He ain't a-gonna help no poor man.
He's just gonna help his rich friends.
He ain't a-gonna help no women.
He ain't a-gonna help no children.
He's just gonna help his rich friends.
Country gentleman, we see him on T.V.,
Glad handin' folks and chattin' to the nation.
We never knew what really to believe.
Just word upon slogan with emotional connection.
Chorus:
He ain't a-gonna help no poor man.
He ain't a-gonna help no children.
He ain't a-gonna help no women.
He's just gonna help his rich friends.
And in the papers all we'd ever read is
So and so big-shot signed his resignation.
Now, country gentleman he wants us to believe
That he's kind and honest with the best intentions.
Chorus
Country gentleman, now there's a bird that flew
High above his nation, prayed on its weakness.
Picked our bones and threw it in his stew.
Thank God he went back to California.

Women’s attitude towards men
Women do talk as much about men as
Men do about them and as much in
description as men do, though much is
satire, unlike that of men.
Women value men as much, for their
Sincerity, as men value women for their honesty.
Women are drawn to men as much
For cleanliness as women to men for confidence.
Women want men to revolve around them
More than men want, and desire to be
Seen by men as womanly rather than motherly.
Thus a survey indicates for men to take some clues from.

Some Women
some women...
their son is all they have
their limbs to climb the world
mengmu moved house
three times to make sure
son mencius would
keep good company
he grew up to be china's
great philosopher
some women...
sacrificed their own dreams
in the name of filial piety
so that brothers could go
to college
some women...
they braved the battlefields
to fight as men
so that their aged father
could be safe at home
some women...
spend every cent
on a facade so that they
could walk like angels
and keep their worth
above the world
some women...
sell themselves for anything
blood, body, spirit and soul
so that they could buy
three meals for their family
some women...
seal their heart to marry
the men they do not love
or barely know
so that their father's dream
would come true
some women...
they look no further than
the lining of the wallets
when it comes to
taking proposals
some women....
threw their brothers' shoes
back at them
to wash themselves
to make it clear they
do not wish to be trumpled on
all their lives
some women
they fight for their kind
single mindedly
so that they could be
free as a bird
fly where they would like
live where they wish
and achieve the dreams
they harbour which all this
while have been buried
in the name of men
willingly, unwillingly

Women are martyrs
Loss of virtue in a female
Is irretrievable.
One’s reputation is no less brittle
Than it is beautiful.
With this inculcated,
Women could ward off men
And forgo her erotic pleasure.
Women are great martyrs.

His Stenographer
As he dictates to her
Does she love you?—well, I wonder—
Married twenty years, they say!
You, so bald and fat and funny,
Grubbing like a mole for money?
Guess she likes to spend the plunder—
Gee—she knows the way!
She's a grand one—Lord! what dresses!
Handsome too, proud as a queen—
With her doings in the papers,
Dinners, dances, all the capers,
Likes to lead the show, my guess is!
You're the gold machine!
If she knew you as I know you,
Would she spend it—say?
If she knew each trick and quibble—
Little fishes hooked that nibble,
Business murders—would she show you
Such a grand-stand play?
You're a savage money-maker—
Good to her, though, sure—and me.
Kind old pirate! What in thunder
Does she think of you, I wonder?
What neat stories do you take her,
So she will not see?

You Run Your Mouth
Who doubt say, who doubt when i say, who doubt...
You cats keep beetin' up your chops
I had turn you over to the cops
I dig this spiel i'm going way on your gate
Don't cop your broom pop or buddy or mate
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
You tell everybody i'm busted
You talk so much you got me disgusted
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
Yeh, you run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
You start up telling me you're my pal
End up telling how to handle my gal
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
You run your juicy mouth and i'll run my business brother
You run your juicy mouth and i'll run my business brother
You're always telling me what to do
Saying "i wouldn't do that if i was you"
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
You clamp your liver lips and i'll run my business brother
Just clamp your liver lips and i'll run my business brother
If i follows your advice on how to make dough
I'd been in the jailhouse long ago
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
Yeh, you run your juicy mouth and i'll run my business brother
Just you run your mouth and i'll run my business brother
You tell everybody i'm busted
You talk so much you got me disgusted
You run your mouth and i'll run my business brother

The Played-Out Humorist
Quixotic is his enterprise, and hopeless his adventure is,
Who seeks for jocularities that haven't yet been said.
The world has joked incessantly for over fifty centuries,
And every joke that's possible has long ago been made.
I started as a humorist with lots of mental fizziness,
But humour is a drug which it's the fashion to abuse;
For my stock-in-trade, my fixtures, and the goodwill of the
business
No reasonable offer I am likely to refuse.
And if anybody choose
He may circulate the news
That no reasonable offer I'm likely to refuse.
Oh happy was that humorist - the first that made a pun at all -
Who when a joke occurred to him, however poor and mean,
Was absolutely certain that it never had been done at all -
How popular at dinners must that humorist have been!
Oh the days when some stepfather for the query held a handle out,
The door-mat from the scraper, is it distant very far?
And when no one knew where Moses was when Aaron blew the candle
out,
And no one had discovered that a door could be a-jar!
But your modern hearers are
In their tastes particular,
And they sneer if you inform them that a door can be a-jar!
In search of quip and quiddity, I've sat all day, alone, apart -
And all that I could hit on as a problem was - to find
Analogy between a scrag of mutton and a Bony-part,
Which offers slight employment to the speculative mind:
For you cannot call it very good, however great your charity -
It's not the sort of humour that is greeted with a shout -
And I've come to the conclusion that my mine of jocularity
In present Anno Domini, is worked completely out!
Though the notion you may scout,
I can prove beyond a doubt
That my mine of jocularity is utterly worked out.

The Bonnie House O' Airly
It fell on a day, and a bonnie summer day,
When the corn grew green and yellow,
That there fell out a great dispute
Between Argyle and Airly.
The Duke o' Montrose has written to Argyle
To come in the morning early,
An' lead in his men, by the back O' Dunkeld,
To plunder the bonnie house o' Airly.
The lady look'd o'er her window sae hie,
And O but she looked weary!
And there she espied the great Argyle
Come to plunder the bonnie house o' Airly.
'Come down, come down, Lady Margaret,' he says,
'Come down and kiss me fairly,
Or before the morning clear daylight,
I'll no leave a standing stane in Airly.'
'I wadna kiss thee, great Argyle,
I wadna kiss thee fairly,
I wadna kiss thee, great Argyle,
Gin you shouldna leave a standing stane Airly.'
He has ta'en her by the middle sae sma',
Says, 'Lady, where is your drury?'
'It's up and down by the bonnie burn side,
Amang the planting of Airly.'
They sought it up, they sought it down,
They sought it late and early,
And found it in the bonnie balm-tree,
That shines on the bowling-green o' Airly,
He has ta'en her by the left shoulder,
And O but she grat sairly,
And led her down to yon green bank,
Till he plundered the bonnie house o' Airly.
'O it's I hae seven braw sons,' she says,
'And the youngest ne'er saw his daddie,
And altho' I had as mony mae,
I wad gie them a' to Charlie.
'But gin my good lord had been at hame,
As this night he is wi' Charlie,
There durst na a Campbell in a' the west
Hae plundered the bonnie house o' Airly.

Women are just as good
We can’t live without them
We Can’t stand to be near them
Are men better than Women?
Do they think they are cooler?
Why do they piss us off so easy?
We hate them, Yet love them so dear
Would the world be better without them
Or would it be good for all of us?
We say us women are better
But we need them to save the human race
Do men need us?
Do they say they love us
So they can have 'fun'
And throw us away like a dead cat
Then leave us heart broken
Why do men abuse women mentally and Physical?
Why don't they listen to when we talk?
Why do they think they are the boss?
And women has the same amount of rites a man does
Women can also be just as successful as men
Why can't men be the house maids?
And Women the one to come home late?
Why do they think they are always right?
Why must they think it's funny
To do the scariest things to us?
Why do they think they are smarter?
Women are just as good as men!

It Ain't None of My Business?
It 'ain't' none of my business?
Wrong!
If I'm qualified for you to dump,
Issue upon issue on me.
Bring up what you call 'facts'...
That I am not there for you,
When you need me?
You say I am not sensitive enough,
To understand your 'pain'.
And I am not man enough...
Because I have one job and not two?
To take care of your wants and needs?
While you go behind my back,
And screw a dude or 'whatever' you do?
And I'm suppose to please you...
So your friends can understand,
How good of a man I am?
If I am good enough to tolerate your nonsense,
Day and night...
At times jeopardizing my peace?
Trying to do things right!
Guess what?
EVERYTHING you do 'is' my business!
And then you want to call the police on me...
Because YOU have driven me to the brink!
And your version of reality,
Is the only version they hear and choose to see?
Guess what?
EVERYTHING you do 'is' my business!
And as long as I feel it is?
It will be!
Now I want you to tell everybody I said that.
And when they begin to start paying a bill in this house...
Listening to you complain about this and that,
And witness me put up with your daily crap?
Trust me...
They will help me validate without hesitation,
You are not nearly half of the mate you should be!
Not for me!
EVERYTHING you do is my business.
If I say that it is!
Including who you sleep with...
In our bed that is neither hers or his.
Can you hear what I said?
EVERYTHING you do is my business!
Including who you sleep with...
In our bed!
It 'ain't' none of my business?
I can't believe that's what you said!
Wrong!
EVERYTHING you do is my business.
You certainly ought to be grateful...
One of us is not dead!
You have no idea how much of your business,
Is not even yours.
People know what is going on,
As if we live behind glass walls...
And have no curtains or doors!
The neighbors even believe...
I should leave you to feed my own needs.
That's the conversations they are having!
While you are here on your knees,
Pleasing 'whoever'...
When you should be praying,
That I haven't lost my sanity!
It 'ain't' none of my business?
You have proven yourself to be pointless,
Mindless 'and' common 'senseless'!

Don't spend the evening in a house where you can't spend the night. A good name is better than good perfume. After the hyena has gone, the dog barks.
Love Is Our Business
Dont' need a vacation to get work off our minds
Me and my baby we beg for overtime
We'd stay on the clock 'round the clock if we could
Love is our business and business is good
Love is our business and business is booming
It don't seem like work 'cause we love what we're doing
Satisfaction guaranteed and that's understanding
Love is our business and business is good
We keep climbing higher on the ladder of success
Who'd want to retire with benefits like this
Don't even close on Christmas even though we know we should
Love is our business and business is good
Love is our business and business is booming
It don't seem like work 'cause we love what we're doing
Satisfaction guaranteed and that's understanding
Love is our business and business is good
Yeah, love is our business and business is booming
It don't seem like work 'cause we love what we're doing
Satisfaction guaranteed and that's understanding
Love is our business and business is good
Satisfaction guaranteed and that's understanding
Love is our business and business is good

Poor House
You walk in, half past nine
Lookin like a queen
Serving me with papers
Calling me obscene
Woman Ive tried so hard
Just to do my best
Theyre gonna put me in the poor house
And youll take all the rest
Up all day, down all night
Working on the job
Everything I do is wrong
I always end up [..]
Woman I try so hard
Done all I can do.
Theyre gonna put me in the poor house
Keep all the best for you.
Ooh, in the poor house
Ooh, in the poor house
If a drove a pulpwood truck
Would you love me more?
Will you bring me diamonds
And hang around my door
Woman, Ive done my best
Theyre aint much left for me
Theyre gonna put me in the poor house
And throw away the key (in the poor house)
Ooh, in the poor house
You walked in, half past nine
Lookin like a queen
Serving me with papers
Calling me obscene
Woman Ive tried so hard
Just to do my best
Theyre gonna put me in the poor house

Words From A Husband To A Wife (Envelope Couplet Sestets)
Spend your time with me until the night end
as we attend a party at the house of a friend
smile and talk to me as if I am someone else
laugh merrily at the jokes our host tells,
while you dance with me where the stairs bend,
spend your time with me until the night end.
Spend your time with me until the night end
smile coyly while a drink I recommend,
treat me like a stranger you have just met
while our eyes are just on each other set,
let your glance shy before mind descend,
spend your time with me until the night end.
Spend your time with me until the night end
even if our friends do not really comprehend
why we are different from our old stances
why we are romancing in all our glances
while like some strangers we together blend,
spend your time with me until the night end.
Spend your time with me until the night end
as if life on a moment do depend
while you act just like a brand new lover,
as if our feelings we did rediscover,
as if we met only on a godsend,
spend your time with me until the night end.
Spend your time with me until the night end,
friendly greet the old smiling reverend
while we proudly walk past to our dinner
as if we are just two love-struck sinners,
while our unfamiliarity we do pretend,
spend your time with me until the night end.
