Soul is a current
When a television pictures,
When a radio speaks,
When a bulb burns,
A current is at work.
By a current, you’re alive.
There is no extra corporal
Existence for your soul.

Audio is superior in music
A song from Television,
And a song from Radio,
When you listen to,
You are absorbed more
From the radio.
There you see the words,
And hear the tune,
With eyes shut.

Against Current
I like to move against current
I want to play more around
I don’t like to just follow order
I like to place myself against current
I want to challenge how far I could go on
I don’t like to be lead without having any power
I like to be against current
I want to see the faces who passing me by
Even I should turn so far, even I should wait a little more time
I want to be free to do what I want, to follow my heart’s tell
Maybe I’m not always against current
Maybe it’s good and the right one
But I will never know what’s outside the flow
If I only let myself swept by current

Living in fallacy
We fall under the spell of many women
With whom we had no contacts in person.
Film stars, singers and television stars.
Where are chemistries, magnetic pulls or
Corporal attraction? What is the cause?
Agreeable image is enough to spur.
Human brain learnt to live on fallacy and fantasy.

Radio Free Moscow
Tune into messages
From the eastern avenue.
Lock on to the ether ---
Squeeze the signal through and through.
War of the air-waves
Making scare-waves.
Im getting pictures
From my radio (free moscow).
Moscow radio.
Voice of america ---
Symbol of the free.
Mine of disinformation
Pleading sympathy.
Down in the cold-war games
Forever naming names.
Im getting pictures
From my radio (free moscow).
Keep getting pictures
From my radio (free moscow).
I put my headphones on ---
Reach out on the beam.
Shutter up the windows ---
Im getting up some steam.
Somebodys at the door
Catching me in the act ---
Theyve been keeping the score.
Im getting pictures
From my radio (free moscow).
Yes, Im getting pictures
From my radio (free moscow).

Layin back and sittin in the sunshine
Hot wind, I drink me little wine
Straw hat down across my eyes
Lettin the world go by
Music, it start my toes a tappin
Drum beat, it set my hands a clappin
Rum wine, it get my head a spinnin
Turnin around and round
Caribbean current, please take me
I hear you callin me home
Got to get back to jamaica
I want no more to roam
Caribbean current, please take me
I hear you callin me home
Got to get back to jamaica
Gypsy, she say I got the fever
I dont know whether to believe her
But when the wind blow from the sea
My soul start to fly away
She give me charm that will protect me
Necklace with stone from far across the sea
But island magic much too strong
It wont let me go this time
Caribbean current, please take me
I hear you callin me home
Got to get back to jamaica
I want no more to roam
Caribbean current, please take me
I hear you callin me home
Got to get back to jamaica
Caribbean current, please take me
I hear you callin me home
Got to get back to jamaica
I want no more to roam
Caribbean current, please take me
I hear you callin me home
Got to get back to jamaica

Corporal demand defies love.
No one loves as he does,
No one possess you as he does,
No one guards you as he does,
No one feeds you as he does.
Your husband is he.
Still you seek a stranger
To get stripped,
To get explored,
To get exploited,
With the same vehemence
With which you were done
At consummation.
Still, your love for your husband
Is not less,
Not to be marred by the corporal demand.

The Current
These fish have no eyes
these silver fish that come to me in dreams,
scattering their roe and milt
in the pockets of my brain.
But there's one that comes-
heavy, scarred, silent like the rest,
that simply holds against the current,
closing its dark mouth against
the current, closing and opening
as it holds to the current.

No fence to a mind
There are guards everywhere,
At home, in the yard, thoroughfare,
Working place, host’s premises,
To be against corporal adultery.
Not guardable is the adultery by mind.
To be virtuous in body
And to be libidinous in spirit
Is nothing but hypocritical.

I don't see America as a mainland, but as a sea, a big ocean. Sometimes a storm arises, a formidable current develops, and it seems it will engulf everything. Wait a moment, another current will appear and bring the first one to naught.

A Long Dress
That is the current that makes machinery,
that makes it crackle,
what is the current that presents a long line and a necessary waist.
What is this current.
What is the wind, what is it.
Where is the serene length,
it is there and a dark place is not a dark place,
only a white and red are black, only a yellow and green are blue,
a pink is scarlet, a bow is every color. A line distinguishes it.
A line just distinguishes it.

A Guiding Light is No More
After 72 years from radio to the dawn of television,
Before yours truly graced the face of this earth,
A soap will have its demise come this fall.
It CBS’s decision,
That since its inception at television birth,
That the current lack of interest in soaps and the economy was too tall,
For Guiding Light.
I haven’t seen much of Guiding Light; I can’t inform you of characters in it,
It came from radio and ventured into TV,
It was shot in a studio not on location,
It was full with schmaltzy music, that would be fit,
Not speaking Milton Berle and Jack Benny or a whole of celebrities that one would envy,
It merely got too expensive and landed on the chopping block for its destination.
For Guiding Light.
So a 72 year old run is pretty good, about an average human life span,
Most shows don’t make past twenty years or so,
Soaps are barely selling soap,
Some TV programs are barely make it; after a few weeks then they go into can,
So, so long Guiding Light we see you the internet or reruns, although,
The aspiring actors and actresses will have one less venue to operate in, they hope,
For Guiding Light

We didn't have television until I was about eight years old, so it was either the movies or radio. A lot of radio drama. That was our television, you know. We had to use our imagination. So it was really those two things, and the comics, that I immersed myself in as a child.
