Preserve Family
Man will put his trust in woman
For an exchange of fidelity.
Breach of fidelity amounts
To the forfeiting the trust of his
Restraints of sexual impulses
Are the outcome of fidelity.
Restraints of evil tendencies
Are the result of trustworthiness.
Trust is wider than fidelity.
A part of the trust is fidelity.
In spite of infidelity,
Trustworthiness can be still there.
Marriage is built on mutual trust.
Fail marks in one of the subjects
Should not warrant total dismissal.
Be that field improved or overlooked.
A man tends to flirt with other women
And still stands by his own woman.
A woman who responds to men’s lure
Can still be loyal to her husband.
Man’s disloyalty doesn’t hurt
Woman as much as woman’s does.
It is more from his possessiveness.
It is more from his assertiveness.
Love and trust travel beyond sex.
Wife’s status is husband’s status.
Child’s status id parents status.
Identity will take care of trust.

Going to School in Bed
If it is impossible to promise
absolute fidelity,
this is because
we learn so much geography
from the shifting of one body
on another.
If it is impossible to promise
absolute fidelity,
this is because
we learn so much history
from the lying of one body
on another.
If it is impossible to promise
absolute fidelity,
this is because
we learn so much psychology
from the dreaming of one body
of another.
Life writes so many letters
on the naked bodies of lovers.
What a tattoo artist!
What an ingenious teacher!
Is it any wonder we appear
like schoolchildren dreaming:
naked
& anxious to learn?

Fidelity Is Lost!
The truth value of the self,
Isolates the evils,
With Fidelity, -the fence.
The apparent world,
Rests on some fidelities rooms,
As the sea, hill, and the sky.
Man erects Fidelity to rebuild the self,
Of the nothingness that abounds,
In ambitions’ race to corruption’s home.
His nowhere is the easy –compromise,
With the effacing of the fence,
Then the evil within with evil without,
Mingle and dance!

My Fidelity
Is it something ritual
Im caught in, cant break the spell?
Is it moving in my body
Is it biological?
I gotta hand it to you
Youve got one heart ten times divided.
Did you cut yourself in pieces
To get them all inside?
You dream about her, cant you see?
Shes only shining bright
cause shes so out of reach.
You dream about the seven seas
While Im staying home each night,
Making love to my fidelity.
Im rocking in my bed
I cant talk cant think cant sleep.
And nothings jumping fences,
I only count what I cannot keep.
I lick my wounds,
I chase my instinct, like a cat.
I dont know how I got so good
Or why my hearts a trap.
You dream about her, cant you see?
Shes only shining bright
cause shes so out of reach.
You dream about the seven seas
While Im staying home each night,
Making love to my fidelity.
Why I love you, why I love you
Why I love you I dont know,
Why I love you, why I love you, why.
Taking sides with my enemy
Making love to my fidelity.
You dream about her, cant you see?
Shes only shining bright
cause shes so out of reach.
You dream about the seven seas
While Im staying home each night,
Making love to my fidelity.
Im landlocked, stuck in here,
I dont want to take my freedom.
I cant change what makes me high
And I cant change what I believe in.
Im not pleasing no guru,
Im not out to look for jesus.
Im not afraid to break the rules
Its just, one love keeps me breathing.
You dream about her, cant you see?
Shes only shining bright
cause shes so out of reach.
You dream about the seven seas
While Im staying home each night,
Making love to my fidelity.
Why I love you, why I love you
Why I love you I dont know,
Why I love you, why I love you, why.
Taking sides with my enemy
Making love to my fidelity

In Your Fidelity With The Word
in your fidelity with the word
despite what mood you keep on siding with the word
giving it a face
and a soul
and a certain motion like the planets in their orbits
what then? what shall all these words reward you?
a story to tell? a poem that you can read for all of those
who are weary on the journey?
a novel to spend time with
or kill it since it bores you to death?
yes, i must ask, what shall this fidelity give you
as a reward for your affections
and loyalty to its nuances, moods, and context?
is it the liberation of your soul from the prison of doubt?
oh, you keep on saying you are free.
is it the liberation of your mind from the unpopularity of reality?
oh, you keep saying you do not need it.
is it the liberation of your body from the shackles of your organs?
mind boggling, why should my organs be my prison?
is it this prolix that keeps you bored?
or is it simply the questions that keep on growing
that keeps you alive?
are you more interested in the answers?
i am just asking. Are there answers?
my dear, at the end, there are only questions.
These are the realities of our world. The open mind
is the gift. It is the reward to your fidelity
of the bosom of the word.
kiss it then, and make love to the beauty of the
question mark.

Fences And Fidelities
marriages were made
to be broken, that seems to be the rule now
women have long demanded
fidelity
not 1% of unfaithfulness is considered
as an excuse
now, i travel alone, watching the long roads
approach me like a movie
houses in the cities forestalled by
tall buildings
inferior to the heights of modernization
seemingly the old houses are gone
now like marriages
except those in the suburbs
where old house still persists
with their fences
like fidelity, i guess it must be fenced
to keep it away from
infection, love a green grass
marriage still like an old lifestyle
where the wife picks the flowers
while the husband still plays
with his favorite dog
and his kids.

Stereo
Written by gerry beckley and jimmy webb, 1984
Found on perspective.
Stereo
We hear both sides
We sympathize
We live our lives in stereo
The left and the right
The dark and the light
We wrestle with the balance
We change our tone
We leave our phone
And tape record our absence
In lovin memory
Stereo
Were livin it in stereo
We fix it so our love is high fidelity
Mix it so we never lose the melody
We try to equalize our lives in stereo
So on we go
From side to side
As we divide
A single life in stereo
The far and the wide
We override
The feedback from the others
The unkind phrase
We lock in phase
Were only really listening to the stereo
Stereo
Were livin it in stereo
We tune it till we have a perfect parody
Commune with such a fine-cut, crystal clarity
It seems to symbolize
Our lives in stereo
Oo (la, la, la, la, la, la), yeah, yeah, yeah
Oo (la, la, la, la, la, la), yeah, yeah, yeah
Oo (la, la, la, la-a)
Stereo
Stereo
We fix it so our love is high fidelity
Mix it so we never lose the melody
We try to equalize our lives in stereo
Stereo
Stereo
We fix it so our love is high fidelity
Mix it so we never lose the melody
We try to equalize our lives in stereo

As ye sow so must ye reap
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
An old adage which still applies today
You paid no heed although you had been warned
But you will learn there is a price to pay.
You chose to lie to satisfy your lust
You promised her complete fidelity
But then you shamelessly betrayed her trust.
Only a fool could fail to see that she.
Would feel she had the right to punish you.
But she was wise enough to know
that in due course you will receive your due.
Your many sins will not be allowed to go.
unpunished: You must suffer in your turn.
A lesson which philanderers all learn.

Fear, not love, guards.
Fidelity breeds woman boredom.
Infidelity threatens to break her ribs.
In between she struggles till forty
After which she dares to reach one.

Thali-that rests on the bosom of woman
Is the ensign of fidelity.
It bridles the mare when away from the horse,
A powerful weapon handed down by the heritage.

You Can?
YOU CAN TRUST ME WITH YOUR LOVE
YOU CAN TRUST ME WITH YOUR HEART
YOU CAN TRUST ME WITH YOUR LIFE
DO YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN REALLY TRUST ME?
YOU CAN LOVE ME AS MUCH AS YOU WANT
WITH YOUR HEART, BODY, AND SOUL
I WILL NOT STOP YOU
SO PLEASE DO NOT STOP ME WHEN I LOVE YOU THE SAME
YOU CAN FEEL MY VIBES WITH YOUR SOUL
VIBES OF PASSION
DO YOU HAVE A SMILE ON YOUR FACE THAT A NEW LOVER
WOULD HAVE JUST THINKING ABOUT ME
DO YOU FEEL MY PRESENCE WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED
OR EVEN WHEN I AM NOT THERE.
CAN YOU FEEL THE POWER YOU AND I HAVE OVER ONE ANOTHER?
WE CAN WORSHIP EACH OTHER
EVEN PRAY TOGETHER
NO RESTRAINTS FOR THIS NEW RELATIONSHIP
JUST LOVING ONE ANOTHER
DOING WHAT COULD BE NATURUAL, UNPLANNED FOR US
YOU HAVE TO JUST LET ME LOVE YOU,
LIKE I'LL LET YOU LOVE ME
PROMISE
FREELY AND SPIRITUALLY
THE ONLY WAY WE KNOW HOW
IS THAT AGREED?

Qualities count
A servant who is most serviceable
Is to his master comely that he isn’t.
A woman who observes fidelity
Is to her husband comely that she isn’t.

I trust...
I trust the thunder, I trust the rain
I trust the cars, I trust the train
I trust the secrets, I trust the truth
I trust the old, I trust the youth
...I trust My right, I trust my left
I trust the Ground, I trust the skies
I trust the Truth But not the lies
I trust the fairies, I trust the elf
I trust you all… just not myself
The beauty is not the wealth.
To don the beauty and to draw attention
Is the pleasure a woman seeks.
But it is her modesty and utmost fidelity
That a man of wealth and zest expects.
Famous men marry unknown women.

Psalm 129
Will you trust me in the valley deep?
Will you trust me as you lay down to sleep?
Yes I will trust you despite the pain
Yes I will trust you without any gain
Will you trust me in the depths of the sea?
Will you trust me though we may not agree?
Yes I will trust you in the darkest night
Yes I will trust you when I have no sight
Will you trust me when your lost and alone?
Will you trust me when your far from home?
Yes I will trust you when I have lost my way
Yes I will trust you to bring me back one day
Will you trust me that justice is Mine?
Will you trust me to give you new wine?
Yes I will trust you and turn the cheek
Yes I will trust you, your presence I seek
