Larger than life-size
I lost him and he was lost
And yet in the loss of him
I have more delight,
The loss of him looming
Larger than its life-size,
Contributed by my wish.

Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable
The death of a twelve year old,
Her sister shed tears,
But the body was cold,
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.
She felt all had lost hope,
It was her fault,
'I let go the rope! '
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.
'I should have pulled her up'
'I lost grip'
'I should'nt have given up! '
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.
'You trusted me! '
'And there is no reason....'
' No you shouldn't have, see? '
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.
'No! It's not your fault! ',
Said her sister,
Who lay dead in the vault,
Loss Unbearable, Loss Irrepearable.

Loss Of...
Loss it seems is the worst kind of sorrow
Loss of dreams, the dreams of tomorrow
Loss of the moments you two should have shared
Loss of opportunities to show her you cared
Loss of the memories you both could have created
Loss of the romance once intense as you dated
Loss of a kiss, caress, or embrace
Loss of that special feeling no one else can replace
Loss of a look, the twinkle in her eye
Loss of the touch as you pass each other by
Loss of a future, from a past of regret
Loss of a last chance, how many do you get
Loss of a promise you never meant to break
Loss of two hearts that forever will ache

Kinds of Loss
There's kinds of loss that can bum you out
The loss of a game
You lost your way
Losing your favorite pin
This can make you pout
But without a doubt
It is not a real big thing
The kind of loss that can make you shout
The loss of your job
The loss your car
When you could not pay
It left you confused
Feeling slightly defused
But then you can re-group
Then there a loss, that cuts deep within
My maternal rights that I tried not to win
So stupid to give up such a gift
To watch my boys grow, live with the man
that I've tried so much to get away
No school papers to hang on my frig
No more practices to run to at night
Now I that I am a part-time Mom
And try and do it all on my weekends

Lost In A House Fire
The loss of a child
The loss of a wife
Tis all the same as the loss of your own life
The loss of house and all that's inside
Tis all the same as if your whole soul had died
The loss of temper
Loss of faith and self-control
Tis all the same as knowing you have now grown very old
The loss of all memory when all is becalmed
When you find that your wife and child all safe and unharmed

A Book, Never Read
Many, many years ago, I experienced a loss most profound;
Now I view the same as a blessing-a dichotomy to confound;
I no longer need solace; I no longer grieve-
Any sense of loss I may have felt, I begged its leave;
I think not of moments lost; nor of a life, without;
My mind has removed, forever and always, any doubt:
For, my most heart-wrenching loss is now my gain;
My heart's poignant relief, supplanted its deepest pain!
Nary hath a moment come, since this day of change,
Where my former sense of loss, seemed anything but strange;
I am begotten from what I lost, though there, it ends;
I live my life with this knowledge, no matter where it sends
Me, or any other I may love-for, he is now and ever, dead-
Gone forever, forgotten completely-as though a book, never read!

Prayer to St Anthony for Lost Items
Saint Anthony, perfect imitator of Jesus, who received from God the Special power of restoring lost things, grant that I may find (mention Your petition) which has been lost. As least restore to me peace and Tranquility of mind, the loss of which has afflicted me even more than My material loss.
To this favor I ask another of you: that I may always remain in Possession of the true good that is God. Let me rather lose all things Than lose God, my supreme good. Let me never suffer the loss of my Greatest treasure, eternal life with God. Amen.

Not All Losses Are Bad
Loss, most of the time bad. On occasion, great!
SOME TIME A LOSS CAN BE GOOD!
Can loss sometime be happy. You bet! Ask some
divorced couples.
The other guy had a loss and I won!
My ex had a loss, of most of our assets. Yes,
you guessed it, I got 'em!
Insurance companies, now there's some, that
many take great delight,
when they suffer a loss.
When the tax man does an audit, if they have
a loss, we have a win! (best kind of loss)
The person who brings suite against you,
suffers a loss. (Ain't that sweet?)
A hostile mother-in-law, suffers a loss,
when her daughter gets divorced.
When one experiences a weight loss.
Now that's something that would make
millions of people happy!
When the owner of your building, is deemed
to be, 'rent controlled, ' it brings a loss
to the greedy titleholder. (break out the champagne)
When the neighbor you hadn't spoken to for years,
has a loss, of the keys, to her car.
When the kid, who keeps running over your lawn,
with his bike, has a loss, of the two wheel monster.
When you child, who you love, but drives you nuts
with their loud music, has a broken stereo,
and a loss of music. (They're unhappy. You're ecstatic.)
When one has a loss of sleep, because their spouse
was amorous all night. (Ahhhh, the good old days.)
When your in-laws, prepare to come to your house,
for the first time, and have a loss of directions.
When your spouse, who cremates every barbecue
they ever handled, has a loss of the coals.
(Actually you hid them.)
When the know-it-all comes to your home, and
can't say a word, because they had a loss of
their dentures.
Remember...If you have a loss, sometime,
the loss is good!

Navigate
I’m not lost, no
directions and maps;
I got it right here
I’m not lost, no
I know quite well
where I’m headed
I’m not lost, no
money and fake friends
they’re not my loss
I’m not lost, no
whatever is within these hands
are all I need
I’m not lost, no
just waiting
for you to navigate

Loss Of A Home
In the course my life I have seen many things
But nothing prepares you look into the faces of families who lost everything
Their is not sadness but strength and perseverance in their eyes.
It just material I keep telling myself
But its more then that it is a home a family made
A history love that makes a location what it is
My dear freind picked up one her lost photograph and balled cause it was of her grandfather who is now dead
Their scared not of the loss material but of a loss of their home

A Certain Loss
to compromise
one suffers a certain loss
I've lost a face once, and then a mouth
and then my feet
they cut me to invisible pieces
until what is left of me
is my voice
the one that talks to you
now
but this one will not be speaking
for any compromise
it will speak about
the truth
the loss, that certain loss
that you can only see
in my words
here, they who are with me in the house
where only a part of me thrives
cannot ascertain it
the smile of the lips are still there
but there is nothing there anymore
about myself.

What is loss?
I resent
What loss represents
I resent
What great loss presents
So what’s the fuss about loss?
Waiting!
Debating!
Contemplating!
What is loss?
Something you care about
Taken away from you by force
Creating total unforgivable chaos
Thinking!
Blinking!
Seeking!
What is loss
It is a minus instead of a plus
Hence the unmistakable fuss
Death and sickness build up great grief
Loss brings despair instead of relief
And in loss itself I have no belief
I resent
What loss represents
I resent
What great loss presents
Loss! An inequitable cause
Thrown on you without a toss
So you become very cross
Because in your life you realize, you are never the only boss!

Reality spoken of Lies
One night I came home to tears from my mother,
the quietness of my father,
to realize my life would never be the same.
I felt for my sisters, as this is their father,
who has forsaken our mother.
I lost all I had to Lies.
Lonely nights, Lonely days,
Feeling of despair cascaded me, Loss of reality,
Loss of the loving family I thought I had.
No one is there in the shadows to comfort me,
I lost all I had to Lies.
Then to find out the man I loved,
also lied, was painful and so deep.
Another loss, another heart ache,
The shadows tried to reach me,
but loss of reality reached me first, till family intervened.
I found Love I was looking for,
I just had to reach out my hand, they grabbed onto me so tightly, fearing I would fall back, into life of shadows.
Remind yourself of this,
Reality spoken of Lies, may be like a poison,
which spreads till your reality is lost.
But please never fear to seek out that hand,
the one that is reaching out to love you and help you!
Your love is wanted, needed, & cherished by someone.
You may never even have realized they were there to begin with.

Lost My Childhood
Yes i lost my childhood.
And it will never return.
I lost the innocient life
which i used to live.
I lost the fairy dreams
Which helped me for sound sleep.
Yes i lost toy car which i paddled for long.
i remember those fairy tales my mom told me.
I was a small school kid once,
Yes, I lost those moments.
With every day passing i am losing it
And i know it will never return.
Its true that i miss those days
But thats what i can only do.
I wanted to become big
But i was never aware of this hell.
I lost that laugh, i lost that joy.
I want that childhood again
I want to be a boy.
But all i got is a loss of childhood.

Life In Newspaper
Some life stop their life on newspaper.
some life loss their life on newspaper.
loss their life like a photograph.
Loss their life in a column of newspaper.
Loss their life in the lightening photo of star.
Speech of false leader.
Profile of high profile cader.
Photo of dustbin child.
Fulfil the newspaper.
Now life,
Now love,
Addvertisement of peace,
or humanity.
Everything u found here.
Now life loss his life in newspaper.

A Shattered Dream
Lost in confusion
An unexpected loss
As though the world was my enemy
And nothing seemed to be my destiny
Lost in thoughts
As though I'm lost in confusion
And lost in my life
Like a winding road
Things just wind around me
Lost in dreams
As though I'm lost in sleep
Never wanting to wake again
From a neverending dream
Until it ends finally,
Which I call...
A shattered dream!

Faith In Vodka Tears
'those vodka weeping
Russians
those vodka weeping
Russians
crying vodka tears'
lost loss of faith
loss of faith in communism
lost loss of faith
loss of faith in orthodox religion
lost loss of faith
loss of faith in devastated souls
will Russian soul thaw regenerate?
socialist history of faith
under Lenin Stalin Communism
under suppressed orthodox religion
devastated souls did not regenerate...
vodka soothed Russian soul
crying vodka tears
defensive history of faith
under aggressive invasion bestial Nazism
vodka seemed to fire the Russian soul
crying vodka tears
without faith they cry vodka tears
with faith they cry vodka tears

Only Love Can Say...
Count them like the random pennies safekept for a rainy day,
the obvious cruel reasons of the hows and whys;
loss pushes love away...
Take the cold frigid reasons to hand spread them out to lay,
ignoring the broken spirit that ever sighs;
with reasons only lost love can say...
While seconds force selective minutes to burn hours into play,
just as clouds make love to the unassuming skies;
loss pushes love away...
Where decisions forget to decide to remember what to say,
as the chance of choice whispers their goodbyes;
with reasons only lost love can say...
Reasons are adamantly ignored in this penny for a thought display,
but truth still screams from dead eyes;
loss pushes love away...
with reasons only lost love can say...
