Framing Is Like Punishing
To gather evidences
To prove that you are innocent
And to muster evidences
To disprove the allegation
Is a stupendous labour
That would cost you more than the verdict.
It is your curse that you’ve been framed.

The sun will not shine
The sun may not shine tomorrow
The dark dungeons may not allow
Any sun beam to enter prison wall
The world has last day to call
The end may be very slow
I shall be buried deep below
No more pain and blows
It will be nice in gallows
Only almighty has right to snatch the life
Who can cut throat with blade or knife?
Only butcher or murderer can do at will
Otherwise it is deliberate and intentional kill
I am charged with gruesome murder
No one heard my plea when surrendered
The dark clouds were striking harder on that day
The lightening was fast and heavier to mislead you the way
I don’t know what really went wrong
The night was frightening and gave a loud bang
It was unusual and very strange
I was surging ahead but with difficulty to manage
The man was lying before me in pools of blood
The rainy water was increasing and resulting in flood
I just ushered in to see what actually had gone bad
I could see dead person and felt so sad
So many hands pounced on me and made prisoner
Everyone refused my story and declined to be listener
I had all the evidences against me to prove their point
I was given severe beating causing heavy pain in joints
How could be they be inhumane on the name of human?
Why do they consider us animal in the shape of man or woman?
What have we done to be called a blot on humanity?
Are we to be condemned with total disregard to the dignity?
It is living hell on this beautiful earth
Prisoners are leading animal life awaiting death
Who knows what type of treatment can be meted out to them?
Till there are enough of witnesses and circumstantial evidences to frame?
I know for sure that I will die unheard
There will not a murmur or single sympathetic word
No one may shed the tear to mark the memory
Only I have to feel pity and very sorry
There is natural justice for innocent
Some of the judgments are very fresh and recent
“Not one innocent is to be hanged let hundred get freed”
The justice can not be blind and depend on wrongly feed
I am not sure of any outcome
The God is great and any verdict is welcome
I have full faith in His judgment
There is nothing as such to lament

Men like dolls.
Work is crucial for living,
as work brings the shilling,
working beyond the normal hours,
toiling during uninformed holy hours,
pawn the conscience in angelic eyes,
freshly made up matrons on the streets,
bankrupted their chastity,
overspent and gone beyond the limitations,
invisible visitors in between temptation,
experience is good and witness none,
God made this body to have fun,
promises are meant to be broken,
Why do make the hearts shaken?
advised not to bring the remnants,
in the forms of body odor,
different cheap perfume,
the dyed and permed strand,
sometimes long and
sometimes short,
colored evidences,
that are shaped as lips,
the new found affection,
due to fear and guilt,
carry the gift,
to compromise the mistake,
hundreds of other clues,
that have been seen.
Having listened,
to all these complaints,
and never ending nagging,
sent the clothes,
to wash and press,
had perfect body massage,
to erase all evidences,
come back home,
as fresh as never.
Doubts not cleared,
how could a stingy person,
spend two euro,
to wash an underwear?

Heard arguments
Heard arguments
Perused evidences
And I am not inclined to
pass any order either
infavour or against.
It is fact
The actions are
Arbitrary capricious
contrary to general
Public interest.
If anybody so like
can knock the door of
appeal and be still.

You must assume
There is no certainty
That Jesus was born on December 25th.
There is no certainty
That the departed soul exists and hears us.
There must be assumptions
Where there are no evidences available.
Assumptions agreed on,
They should not be disputed wantonly.

The Judge – versus – A Judge
THE JUDGE of the Universe called me
to dock and asked on the judgment day
“Justice Joy, to defend yourself
do you have anything to say?
You’re charged with the
crime of denying justice at your hand
To many an innocent accused
when you dispensed justice in the world.
Heart-rending cries of innocent convicts I’ve heard
Acquitted criminals’
trumpeting boasts also I’ve heard.
Despite knowing the truth yourself,
you’ve relied on (false) witnesses,
And sent to gallows many faultless.
Your acts were indeed heinous.
I’ve heard your judgments many
that you pronounced in open court.
Often you treated life and freedom
with no justice of any sort.
Widows’ wails and orphans’ cries
have never ever touched your heart.
Innocence written on victims’ faces,
you always failed to look at.
Succumbed to pressure you
wrote out judgments as ‘bosses’ wanted
To gain ‘their’ pleasure and favors,
several evidences you twisted.
Judge, your traits were bad.
You harbored prejudice and hatred
Your opponents couldn’t ever escape.
Traps you had manipulated.
You never used your knowledge to give
men their life-saving justice.
These are ‘A’ grade crimes,
according to Heaven’s Law of Justice.
Prescribed punishment for these
is ‘Long-term Roasting in Fire’.
State your defense as to why
you shouldn’t be condemned to that fire”.
The dormant lawyer in me woke up
when those ‘allegations’ I heard.
I posed the following questions:
“Who are the complainants? Tell me lord?
What is the evidence? Who are the witnesses?
Who is the advocate on record?
I want to cross-examine the witnesses.
The allegations are absurd.
Which judgments did fail the test of
Evidence Act of my country?
Stoutly I deny the charges.
Let the prosecution prove to the contrary
Grant me time to file my counter
and examine my witness
I’ll disprove the allegations,
and I’m sure the case you’ll dismiss.”
The Judge said “the system is different here.
There’s no provision for witness.
Men’s thoughts, talks and acts
get recorded here at once.
I’m the complainant, the lawyer,
the witness, and also judge.
If men hadn’t shed their evil,
I punish them. I do not budge.
I condemn you to a long roast! ”
On His desk He hit His hammer.
Then angels rushed forward
and threw me into hellish fire.

Psalm 26
Self-examination; or, Evidences of grace.
Judge me, O Lord, and prove my ways,
And try my reins, and try my heart
My faith upon thy promise stays,
Nor from thy law my feet depart.
I hate to walk, I hate to sit,
With men of vanity and lies
The scoffer and the hypocrite
Are the abhorrence of mine eyes.
Amongst thy saints will I appear
With frauds well washed in innocence;
But when I stand before thy bar,
The blood of Christ is my defence.
I love thy habitation, Lord,
The temple where thine honors dwell;
There shall I hear thine holy word,
And there thy works of wonder tell.
Let not my soul be joined at last
With men of treachery and blood,
Since I my days on earth have passed
Among the saints, and near my God.

Once dear and near! !
Evidences are erased,
notes are shredded,
gifts are donated,
tears are shed,
cries are cried,
curses are cursed,
story is repeated,
shoulders are felt,
lesson is learned,
months are gone,
but the memory not lost,
the memory may fade,
faded memory will fade away,
once dear and near,
becomes forgotten and far.

The Assembly has witnessed over the last weeks how historical truth is established; once an allegation has been repeated a few times, it is no longer an allegation, it is an established fact, even if no evidence has been brought out in order to support it.

In the chain of being
Me and you
Breathing
In the chain of being
Being recharged under the rainbow
Burying its blue
In the blue liquid of the sea
Which is in fact a big mirror
Reflecting our images backwards
Left to right
(They never reverse left and right)
When our thoughts nervously break down
(They are still alive)
Especially when they become so blue
In the salty liquid of tears
They slowly start to become blue-green algae
In the salty liquid of sea
Our feelings
Are scissored by words
Until they become evidences
And our dreams
Are shackled by old chains
Of the same hate
Our wounds still bleed
In the shell of soul
You choose an angle of light
Created by the moon
To slowly step
From past to present
And back again.
I see your blue uncertainties
We drink water
From the melted ice
Of the moon
I still want to do
Something incredible
That can make me happy.
However,
I don't know any longer
What exactly I want to do
Anyway,
There's already nothing we can do
Anymore
Baby,
It's really nothing
We can do
But we can try
To understand
Who we really are
You and me
Chained in the same being
Near the blue of the rainbow
Waiting
The last sandcastle to
Irreversibly

The Accused God
THE ACCUSED GOD
God was once called to the witness box
serious charges of connivance and negligence
as Creator and perpetrator,
all the crimes on Earth had His express sanctions
the innocent criminal was only an instrument, keyed by Him from behind
Hung in shame, God climbed up the wooden dais
No one chose to side Him in defence
the clerk extended a ‘Holy Book' to swear
‘no one was exempted', let the accused be whosoever
The judge then went on reading the charge-sheets
voluminous reports with evidences abound
God was just wondering at the man's tactical mind
a weed, that He overlooked, when He made him out of mud
God was consigned to a solitary cell
the court felt, that He could not be secured again, if let on bail
The Omniscient God new nothing of anticipatory bails
nor He had the status for a "A" class jail
On the day of Judgment, there was heavy thunder and storms
Fire, epidemics, floods, angry volcanoes and tremors
The Natures' forces, out of their bounds, were so impatient
on a cleansing mission and to arrange for His Second Resurrection
-THE REDEEMER HAS TO BE REDEEMED, AT LAST -

Innocent World
I used to live in an innocent world
I had a car and a pretty blond girlfriend
We was too young to know what we were doing
And anyway I was just fooling around
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
With a cute little monkey on my back
And a total disregard for the facts
Id run away and never get back
From my innocent world
There aint no reason to tell no lie
When youre young and youve got a lot of pie
Now I slink around like a killer
The things they say are just a lot of filler
In my mind, in my mind
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Running, laughing in the sun
And always having lots of fun
Smoking dope and just being young
In my innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
With a cute little monkey on my back
And a total disregard for the facts
Id run away and never get back
From my innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world
Innocent innocent innocent world

It was alleged
That I swindled a billion.
The fact is that

Because I denied
The allegation as a whole
I have been branded
As a thief of a billion.

I Wait For The Verdict
I wait for the verdict
As so many do at my age-
Will I escape again?
Or will this time be the real one?
One day the verdict will come
I pray it is not now
It may be.
If it is
All my life will change
And much which has meaning now
I will have no time for-
Perhaps worse
I may cease caring about almost everything
I don't know-
I wait-
The verdict will come
And I will see what to do with it then.

She Stands By Her Son
He is a serial killer and awful things he has done
But his mother says he is not guilty and she stands by her son
A jury found him guilty but with their verdict she does not agree
She says my son is innocent i believe what he told me
That he did not murder those women the jury got it wrong
For him forty years in prison is forty years too long
For one completely innocent of any serious crime
The jury they erred badly they got it wrong this time
Though human blood and hair found on the bodies of the victims of foul play
According to the lab technicians did match his D N A
But there must have been a mix up and grieved am i to say
that for the crimes of some evil one my innocent son must pay
And all others say he is guilty she is the only one
To say that he is innocent she won't forsake her son.

Truths buried
In an allegation, lies are held true,
And in contention, truths are held false
When they are beyond verifications.
Truths buried are more than lies exposed.

Queen à la Marie Antoinette
Come, let us toast, today and evermore,
Madame La Pompadour - Queen à la
Marie Antoinette - of Civil Servants
When continuous absence without leave
was revealed Management refused to be
blamed and called her breach of Labour
Regulations a regrettable psychiatric event
managers prove they were innocent by
rewarding her innovative behaviour
Building her a new office so she can come
and go as she wants, accountable to no-one,
no manager thus in dereliction of duty
Let us toast the eternal reign of the Miracle-
Working Madame La Pompadour, Scourge
of all Government Departments
Teaching common, inferior civil servants the
meaning of her New Imperial Reign over
Labour Relations!
