Buds to rotten fruits
Women, the lovely women,
Start their careers step by step.
They court and flirt a decade,
Fug and calve another decade,
Play infidelity one more decade,
And safely consume lowly inmates
To have their urge safely purged out
Or they might grieve till grave.

If decade after decade the truth cannot be told, each person's mind begins to roam irretrievably. One's fellow countrymen become harder to understand than Martians.

An estimated 2 million American women will be diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer this decade and screening could prevent up to 30% of these deaths for women over 40.

Breast cancer deaths in America have been declining for more than a decade. Much of that success is due to early detection and better treatments for women. I strongly encourage women to get a mammogram.

I take getting older seriously. I'm 58, which I never imagined I'd reach - I thought I'd die young. I look in the mirror and see my dad - 'I thought you were dead,' I say - and that's nice. This has been my favourite decade. I've had more fun at this age than any other. For the first time, I can taste my life, and it tastes sweet. I like to think the next decade will be even sweeter.

Journey through the furnace.
Many were called
But few were chosen
Into the call of academic glory
The journey many started
Ended with but a few.
7 scores and a decade*
Started the journey towards greatness
On the same path and terrace.
Some took another route
Some fell out fortuitously
4 scores and a half decade*
Got to the end of the road.
We who ended are no better
Than we who started the journey
In this great academia
With moral prison yards
And religious bigotry.
Those who have fallen out
Or, rather
Taken another route
Shall forever remain in our heart
As we end this journey
And close this phase of our life
Taking a bold step
Into the universal city
Of the world beyond…

I always say God should have given women one extra decade at least, especially if you want a family. You're trying to pack a lot in.

What are man and woman if not members of two very different and warring tribes Yet decade after decade, century after century, they attempt in marriage to reconcile and forge a union. Why I don't know. Biological imperative Divine law Or just a desire to connect to that mysterious other In any case, it's always struck me as a hopeful thing.

Do not pursue what is illusory - property and position all that is gained at the expense of your nerves decade after decade and can be confiscated in one fell night. Live with a steady superiority over life - don't be afraid of misfortune, and do not yearn after happiness it is after all, all the same the bitter doesn't last forever, and the sweet never fills the cup to overflowing.

A Decade
A decade has passed from us,
When there is heartache
And animals give us haste
On their memory,
As for their memory.
Destiny has contained us with themselves,
Unfurl that and we are in heavenly heights so mighty.
Another decade will pass,
With each other,
And why do we see this tragic past
When future callings are among us.
The time for peace and war has erupted
To contain us in our memorisation
And our concentration.

Buried By Time
the earth
turns round and round
feeding on time
on and on
second upon second
minute upon minute
hour by hour
year by year
decade by decade
century by century
burying me
till i am nothing
more than
a fraction
of a millionth
of second
a fragment of
bone, small
as dust
a mere breath of air
and too small
for anybody
to give a thought to

Reluctant To Be Reviewed
I love it when I hear,
Others can do what I do.
And show a better quality,
In the doing of it too.
And like others who listen to this lip,
They have nothing to show to prove any of it.
And I hear those comments made,
From decade to decade...
As I continue to present my own evidence.
To leave them with the same,
Voices of critique.
With nothing concrete from them at all.
Or a doing to apply a witnessed technique.
People are quick to correct others' flaws.
Or what they suspect is a blemish to inspect.
And yet are reluctant to be reviewed as they do.
To expose a doing from themselves...
Any offerings to deliver,
What they believe is better than one's best substance.

Newcomers are hot.
Water heated an hour before
Isn’t as hot as one just now heated.
Women found hot a decade ago
Would get warmed with newcomers.

Looks do not count.
i
Men flirt with lovely women
And marry faithful women.
Women flirt with handsome men
And marry sincere men.
Looks aren’t a major asset.

Buyer's Remorse
Buyer beware.
What you see,
Isn't what you always get.
That has been known.
But not always shown to reflect.
Now...
If we can only get you to listen,
And compare that to the rotten apples
You've been sold decade after decade...
There 'might' be some progress,
Instead of buyer's remorse...
You've been too comfortable to accept.
To later express regret!
With medical prescriptions,
Sought that are the best.
How does one get rid of an addiction,
To receiving disappointment...
That does not cure these afflictions?
How does that happen?
A change in routine...
That creates a different more meaningful scene.
That hasn't been figured out yet!
Since being duped,
Is what most look forward to get!
But an awakening 'has' to come.
That's the only thing that hasn't been done,
By some!

Fitness will be a major factor in the first race and I think that will play into the hands of drivers who have been racing recently, rather than people like me who haven't raced properly for a decade. I'am not one of the favourites to start with.

In the past decade or so, the women's magazines have taken to running home-handyperson articles suggesting that women can learn to fix things just as well as men. These articles are apparently based on the ludicrous assumption that men know how to fix things, when in fact all they know how to do is look at things in a certain squinty-eyed manner, which they learned in Wood Shop eventually, when enough things in the home are broken, they take a job requiring them to transfer to another home.

The Iliad Odyssey: The Summary Of A Man
Odysseus indeed in spoils of war
with cunning brave heart, cleverly won,
many a fair desirable noble women
while his wife loyally waited, on Ithaca,
for warrior hero's fleet bloodied blade
in the hand of a Hellene king in duress,
foremost ever in corpse reaping battle
renowned for guile deceit resourcefulness,
will storm many fortified rampart hearts
enchant many fair young, innocent maids,
before finally ends an epic tragic Odyssey
decade upon a decade in event, laden journey,
for renown upon renown in famed Trojan War
an epic travails in trials score upon score
as virile Odysseus tries to spoils laden return fara
reassert his place as rightful king of Ithaca.
