The Purple Cast

A breath is not a word
A whisper is not a sentence
Pain is not a paragraph
But Pride and Prejudice do make a book

What is a word?
Where is a sentence?
Who is paragraph?
When is a book?

All these question race through our minds
The universal quest for understanding
Flat on our backs, we contemplate
While the ambulance siren sounds

The most emphatic place in a clause or sentence is the end. This is the climax; and, during the momentary pause that follows, that last word continues, as it were, to reverberate in the reader's mind. It has, in fact, the last word.

Why Acrostic?

Acrostic poetry
conceals a word
read it repeatedly
on every first sentence
soon you'll know the secret
the theme reveals the word
in every first letter of the line
can see who/what the poem about

Today... 'The Word

Word of love and the Word made flesh
Word incarnate forever blessed
Word of life and the Word of light
Word of power and Word of might.

Word that was spoken, Word of the Lord
Word of the Law and the Word of God
Word of peace and Word eternal
Word of truth and last Word of all.

Word of wisdom and the Word of healing
Word from heaven, a Word so appealing
Word fulfilling the Word of prophecy
Word of the Spirit and Word of destiny.

Word of exhortation and Word of grace
Word of encouragement and Word of faith
Word of promise and a Word of insight
Word from the beginning and Word of delight.

Word of knowledge and a Word of boldness
Word of peace and the Word of righteousness
Word of the covenant and Word of love
Word of the Father from heaven above.

The Word

Find the word, understand the word,
Depend on the word;
The word is heaven and space, the word the earth,
The word the universe.
The word is in our ears, the word is on our tongues,
The word the idol.
The word is the holy book, the word is harmony,
The word is music.
The word is magic, the word the Guru.
The word is the body, the word is the spirit, the word is being,
The word Not-being.
The word is man, the word is woman,
The Worshipped Great.
The word is the seen and unseen, the word is the existent
And the non-existent.
Know the word, says Kabir,
The word is All-powerful.

Love Is A Crime

Oooh Yeah
Chicago
If love is a crime baby
I'd do my time
Whether it's wrong or right
You can sentence me to life
If love is a crime baby
I'd do my time
Whether it's wrong or right
You can sentence me
Sentence me to life
Some might say I'm guilty of loving the first degree
If the jury wants to lock me up and throw away the key
There's no greater punishment than what I face inside
Won't tamper with the evidence cause there's nothing to hide
(He lives inside my heart)
(I'm in the middle too)
I'm in the middle too
(You never had a clue)
Unless you felt it too
(If love is a crime) baby
I'd do my time
(Whether it's wrong or right)
(You can) sentence me
Sentence me to life
(If love is a crime) baby
I'd do my time
(Whether it's wrong or right)
You can sentence me
Sentence me to life
Better tell the truth, just let me plead my case
The thief who stole my heart from me I couldn't let escape
He's my only alibi, but I won't drop a dime
So how can I give up to you, my partner in crime
(He lives inside) my heart
(I'm in the middle too)
Ooh yeah yeah
(You never had a clue)
Unless you felt it too
(If love is a crime) baby
I'd do my time
Whether it's wrong or right
You can sentence me
Sentence me to life
(If love is a crime) baby
I'd do my time
Whether it's wrong or right
You can sentence me
(Sentence me to life)
You can take away my freedom
But you can't take my love from me
I won't die a lonely prisoner
'Cause my heart will set me free
Oooh ooh yeah
Whooh!

Heaps And Heaps Of Leaves Under The Trees One Early Morning

ahh

I see. Too many words
sentence upon sentence

i become less and less
of what i am.

Look up the hill
a tree as bald as the leaves
that the winds had taken.

It is dead.

Cycle of Word

When one word drown, one word will raise
When one word vanished, one word will exist
When one word gone, one word will come
When one word finished, one word will show
When one word flies, nothing can take it back
When you talk, I wait like exiting child
The next word my ears will hear
But you keep silent, wandering in your own dream

The loose knit couple

If one clause subordinated to the other,
It is a Complex Sentence
If both are independent, it is a Compound Sentence.
Both the spouses earning and standing,
The complexity of the married life is gone.

Sentence (to Die)

Sentence has dropped...
Waiting for social terms of thankfulness
Arrangement of next subtle plan of extermination...
Your fantasies are out of hopelessness of time
Not fulfilled expectations of desire and unfulfilment
Sentence has dropped
You creep for your next victim, molest it in dreams
Imaginary crime
New impulses disrupt interior
Suffering of unrealized hopes
Madness
Sentence has dropped
It came the end of satisfied lusts
New impulse penetrates brain
Impossibility of breaking with addiction
Self-annihilation

So this is a word.
A word thats happines that word that lifts you up
its a word thats against all bad its a word that needs no piracy.

Its forgiving after you corrupted the word

Transformation (2)

at first i was just a mere word
so i transformed myself into a sentence
and then not contented with what i am
a mere sound and syllable
an idea, a conceived meaning
i opted to have some cells

i learned how to make myself many
so i got duplicates and multiples
until i began to have a body

some hands and feet until i began
to have a definite form like circles and
squares and cubes until i became a man

and then i regretted all these
i went back to what i was
a mere word
now looking still
for my own meaning.
